If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!!! I have never had such a great experience. From my initial phone call with Ernesto everything was clear as day. Ephraim, Eduardo and Eileen are all incredible individuals. They dont just see $$$ when a customer walks in. On the contrary... They treated me like family. Being from out of state and having looked several places in Miami for cars, Machado Auto Sales was the most honest, ethical, and smooth car buying experience I have ever had. So many positive interactions from the first second they answered the phone! They were able to get me approved for a car loan in a impossible situation. They went above and beyond!
