I was very interested in a car. It was 6 years old. Over 100,000 miles. And had been in a minor accident. I did my research on CarMax using the VIN and on Kelley Blue Book. I offered a very fair price and when I was told they can't accept it I asked for a number from him. Let's negotiate. He was unwilling. I'll take my business elsewhere. In response to Angel's reply: he never offered the car for $10,999. I planned to come in and see the car, but when you refused to even negotiate why would I even waste my time?

Crossed the river from Delaware to look at a car my daughter found online. Needed something safe and solid for her to use for her daily college commute. Picked up a reasonably priced low mileage SUV below the Bluebook price. Steve was friendly and accommodating. He made the process easy for her. While on the phone with our insurance company I watched his crew detail the car while she signed all the paperwork inside. She was thrilled to drive home in a great car for a great deal. We were home by noon! Quality service. Quality cars.
