I will never attempt to buy a car from this place again! They are very inaccurate when it comes to business dealings and the numbers are unrealistic. I was given 3 different prices on my trade and they were very low ball. Then on top of that, managers were trying to dispute me that i was not the owner of my vehicle! Really! The service department is great however when it comes to buying a car I would go to a different Dodge dealer from now on.

I started my new car purchase by phone because I live in Athens and found the car I wanted online. My salesman Manny was very responsive by phone. Within hours the dealer's Finance Manager found a lender for me and agreed to an out-the-door price. (I have fair to average credit and did not have a down payment.) The next day I bought the car. They were ready for me when I got to the dealership and we had a quick test drive. I am happy with my salesperson and with the car. The financing process was a bit tricky if you need to go through them...be alert and prepare beforehand with online research. I think this dealer is about par for the course though when it comes to the final negotiation--they aren't overtly unethical but they do try to get the better end of the deal as you would expect. Make sure you read your contract carefully before signing and take your time. Overall, not a bad place to go. My local dealer wouldn't even work with me via email and phone so Mall of Georgia is a step ahead when it comes to internet/phone sales. I thought my salesperson Manny had good intentions and just wanted to make an honest sale. He doesn't talk too much or try to be slick which I liked. He never tried to talk me out of the car I wanted or convince me of anything. (For reference I am a female inexperienced car buyer, at most risk for being "run over" by a salesperson.) I would shop here again because they took me seriously, worked over the phone, found a reputable lender and a great APR before I even arrived in person, detailed the car quickly, and didn't try to get me to buy a car I didn't want. The Finance Manager also worked with me when I wanted to alter my contract; even though he was frustrated he kept his cool and got me the deal I wanted. He does lose points for being too good at his job, though (the final negotiations were very confusing and definitely too "slick" for me to keep up with). I ended up with a fair deal and a great price for the car so I am happy.

Poor MIGHT be an UNDERSTATEMENT for this dealership!!! I talked to a sales person named Manny over the phone about a truck I wanted to purchase....The quality of the pictures online were NOT very quality pictures (which should have stopped me there), but the truck we were looking at was exactly what we wanted! I told Manny, that I was going to be driving up from Florida to purchase the truck IF I could get what I wanted out our current truck! I wanted to speak to the GENERAL MANAGER, Jake, to MAKE SURE that if I made the drive the deal would be exactly what we wanted, but JAKE was too BUSY to get on the phone with me (THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY FIRST CLUE)!! Manny ASSURED US, that the trip would be worth our while!! So we MADE the TRIP!! Got to the dealer...Had Manny paged....He was there, but NO WHERE to be FOUND...So we decided to just go out and look at the truck while we waited....Got to the truck to find that THE FRONT IN HAD BEEN WRECKED!!!!!!!! This dealership let me drive over 450 miles ONE WAY to trade in a 2012 truck in EXCELLENT CONDITION to purchase an OVER PRICED WRECKED VEHICLE!?! MAD is an UNDERSTATEMENT for what I felt...So I wanted to speak to JAKE the GM...OF COURSE HE is THERE, BUT NO WHERE TO BE FOUND!! SUCH BAD BUSINESS!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT going to this dealership!!! EVER!! Do yourself a favor and drive across the street to ALM- Mall of Georgia in you want to good car shopping experience!!

-Bought of 2012MY Dodge Durango. Turned in my 14 year old Dodge Durango. Dealer gave me $1500. -Negotiated price for 2h - Dealer no quite easy to deal with - 2 stars. -Showed me several vehicle - 4 starts -Went through financing for 2h - not very transparent, misleading, complicated and charged me for an insurance a fee that should not have been charged. Made up for the lower sale price I have negotiated - 1 star -Dealer provided temporary tag - expired w/o having registration. Several phone calls later - extended temp. tag. After 6 weeks finally the registration came - 2 stars Overall 2 stars. My experience was not quite pleasant.

I was trying to buy a jeep patriot. I filled out the credit App, got with sales assoc. After having to call them back several times They called me back said everything was good, financing was good and finance manager Will call you in 5 mins to give you all the numbers and you can pic up your vehicle . I never heard back, they sold my vehicle and said they saw no Reason to call me since they sold it to someone else. The sales manager called me back after I spoke with him Said he would get me another one same color and all. Come to find out he was trying to get me a totally different color and a 5 speed not an auto which I wanted. Then he also stopped faking my calls, and never Returned them. I went to Hayes bought a patriot and was treated awesome and with integrity.

I replaced my entire AC as per their technicians advice however three months after istallation teh system failed but because it was winter and my Dodge is used for business i decided to wait. In 4 months down the live the AC compressor failed and i returned the vehicle for repair unfortunately they refused to honor the warranty. My former compressor had no problem and had gobne for 75000 miles but the new one they installed failed after 30000 miles which made me believe they use sub standard parts to save cost. They have since then lost my business.

I've never had to deal with people so rude and unwilling to listen much less care. While I cannot speak for everyone I can say Steven, used car manager, and Matt Sampson online auto sales are two employees you so not want to deal with. I can't stress this enough, automobile are not cheap, do not make the mistake of giving a company and or rude employee your business or hard earned money. They sale cars that are not street legal and or cars with after market parts that are illegal in the state of Georgia. To top it off they laugh about it in your face . About as unprofessional as it gets, and they don't care

Tom in used cars was very help full. I had very bad Credit and they got me financed. High interest, but that is ok. The car was bought as is, had a problem with a/c and they fixed it no charge and provided me with a great loaner car. He is friendly, answered calls or texts. Great car dealeship. I was truck shopping for my elderly father, and discussed at length the color and other options of a particular truck with Larry, and we secured a deal over the phone. My dad drove over 150 miles to pick up the truck he had purchased, and when he got there Larry showed him a truck that was a different color and was less optioned, and told him this was the truck we had been discussing. My father told him that was not the correct color, and asked them to produce the truck we had discussed, and Larry continued to insist that it was the truck that was the wrong color, without the dealer add ons we had discussed by phone. The dealership then tried to sell my father a more expensive truck. After several hours of this my dad tried to "split the difference" on another truck with them, said he was hungry, and offered to come back in the morning and fill out the paperwork. He took his wife out for dinner, and when he retrieved his phone from his truck after dinner he had a message telling him that tomorrow would be too late to fill out paperwork, that the deal was only "good for today". I have heard stories of such tactics, but have never had anyone in my family actually experience this kind of treatment. 14 out of 16 may recommend, but that is only a B on my grading scale.

This is the worse dealer ship i ever deal with i ,purchased a 2011 dodge 2500 fully loaded, it was a transfer from a different dealer ship when i got the truck it had many things wrong with i was told by my sells man Tom Sliger and the service manger Brian Jackson that everything is going to be fixed. One year later there are few things that need to be fixed when i went back to the dealer ship i was told that they will no longer fix or deal with my truck i called Chrysler they told me that the dealer can do what they want

We recently visited this dealership to have a used car inspected (from another local dealer). I was so impressed from my entire interaction with this dealership. I called that morning and got an appointment. The associate told me his name and to ask for him when I came in for the service. He also told me what the inspection covered and the price. I arrived, and the associate remembered my name. He was very helpful and friendly, and the car was ready when promised. Not only did he talk to me about the issues with the car, but also the mechanic came out and talked to me. They wrote up a detailed list as well. While I was waiting, and deciding I probably would NOT buy the car I brought in, I looked at this dealer's used vehicles. One of the very non-pushy, helpful salesmen approached me and offered assistance. He showed me cars near my price range and was very knowledgeable. We seriously considered buying a car from them, but the one we liked was still a bit out of the budget. Before we left, we were offered both Starbucks coffee and ice cream (for no charge). The associate who processed my receipt was smiling and friendly as well. We have been looking for several months for a car for our teenager, and have been to numerous dealerships. My experiences here put this business at the top of the list for customer service. Everyone was smiling, friendly, helpful and not pushy. If they had a car that we wanted in our price range, we absolutely would have purchased from this dealer.

Our experience was a good one, except for the wait on getting financed. Overall we were at the dealership for 10 hours. Out of those hours, 6 of it was waiting for a finance person to become available. I understand it was a busy day, but I think that is a little ridiculous. Especially when you have children with you. On your busy days, I feel you should have one or two extra finance persons there. The second thing is, when the Gap insurance is offered, I feel the customer should be informed that it can possibly be purchased through the primary insurance carrier. Which may I say, has saved us between 400.00-450.00. That is a lot of money. Other than that we had no problems. As far as our salesman "Rocky", he worked very hard at finding us what we were looking for and then some. He was great.

Oct 31, 2011 the day after my birthday I went to this dealership because I saw a truck I wanted in the autotrader. I was contacted by a sales rep by phone who made and appt to see me right away. After arriving to the dealership I was immediately greeted at the door. I explain to the sales rep who I had talked to and he immediately page him placed me in the waiting area. Approximately 2 mins later he returned and said I know the sales rep you looking for but he has not made it here yet. He then introduced himself to me as Tom and said "I know you spoke with someone else but its my job also to sell you a car or truck so if you will let me I'll show you what you came here to see." I felt very calm and willing to have his assistance. I showed him on my Ipad what I was looking at. He took me straight to the truck and I test drove it. Later after going over some figures with the Finance Director Chad, I was given some very important information. After saying all of this whats most important about my visit here was the honest of the men the trust the won from me because of there honesy. I am thinkful to say I did get a truck a brand new 2012 dodge ram that I am so happy with. Its been almost 3 mos since I have had it and I just want to thank Mall Of Georgia, Kia, Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge and your famiy for making this happen for me.

We went to see an internet special used Hyundai. The price was set below what we perceived to be below market and the CarFax was clear. The car was immaculate. We were not pressured at all to look at or consider other vehicles, nor were we pressured to sign up for the extended warranty. We felt as though we lost ground on the trade-in component of the sale, but still were satisfied with the deal. Dana was very courteous throughout the process. The business rep was quite efficient and courteous. The one down side was the tires were under-inflated, requiring a return trip for N2.

I have purchased 4 new vehicles and have had numerous repairs performed at this dealership and have always been satisfied. My most recent purchase, a 2012 Durango went well with both "Mopar Matt" as my sales person and "Chad" as my F&I guy. I also recently had a new torque converter installed and the transmission rebuilt along with some engine work in my 1998 Dodge Ram and Matt and Ollie did great work. David and Sam always take good care of me as Service Advisors and are a pleasure with which to deal.

We did not plan to buy a vehicle when we put the Caliber in for an oil change but came out with a Dodge Ram 1500 with the hemi,my husband is over the moon and loves the performance of his new truck. This is our 3rd Jeep Cherokee so it's evident we love Jeep products but the key to us buying at this location was the salesperson. Robert in Sales- B+ Chad in Finance - A+ Man that appraised our trade - C+ Condition of truck at delivery - A- If it was not for Chad I would have walked away from the deal. We were credit challenged and he spent two days to get us the best rate possible. Robert, did not fight hard enough for them to include a simple tow hitch in the deal. My 3rd vehicle from this dealership.
