I usually hate going into dealerships. I can't stand pushy sales tactics, dealers who make you feel like they're doing you a favor by selling a car to you, or people who simply don't care about cars in general, much less the ones that they're selling. My wife and my experience at Mall of Georgia Mazda was the exact opposite of this, and the exact opposite of what we expected.We went to another dealership before visiting Mall of GA Mazda, and had been treated the way that I typically expect: borderline ignored when we said that we were interested in buying a used car. When we arrived at Mall of GA Mazda, Marcus immediately walked out of the showroom, greeted us with a smile and a handshake, and brought us inside. He immediately offered us water (it was a blisteringly hot day, so I really appreciated that), and then talked to us about the car that we were replacing, and asked specific questions about what was important to us in a car so that he could show us cars that would be most likely to meet our needs without having to drag us all over the parking lot. When we made a decision to buy a car (the first one that he showed us), he took care of everything that needed to be taken care of quickly and efficiently, and got us in to the sales manager to finalize our paperwork. There were a few hiccups along the way, but Marcus went out of his way to smooth them over; he even drove out to our home on the other side of the city after business hours the next day to bring us some additional paperwork that needed to be signed so that we wouldn't have to drive back out to the dealership. His post-sales follow-up has been excellent as well; making sure to keep us posted on a few pending items, and calling us a few times to ask how the car has been treating us and whether we have any questions on it.Long story short, I won't hesitate to send anyone I know to Mall of GA Mazda, and when I do, I'll tell them to ask for Marcus.

I was looking for 4dr Jeep Wrangler and spoke to Jacob. I gave him my criteria and budget and although what was available on the lot at that time did not work out, Jacob promised to keep an eye out for me and call me when something within my price range came in. Jacob called me as soon as he came across a vehicle I would be interested and set it aside for me. I came the next day and it was sitting waiting for me and had a sign stating it was reserved under my name. What a fantastic buying experience! I came to test drive a Mazda3 s grand touring and ended up buying it. Julia is an extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly salesperson, Brandon was also super, Tracy was very helpful with the extended warranty, and Mark also was a real pleasure to talk to and work with to crunch the numbers to make everything work. I made an appointment to have my car repaired. I was to drop off the car the night before, which I did. I put the key in the drop box, and left the car in the grassy area as the parking lot entrances were gated and locked. 13:00 the next day I called for status. The service department had not checked the night drop for keys, and did not know my car was there waiting. Had I not contacted the service dept. my car would still be there. A 45 min job turned into 8 hours. Completely unacceptable! I purchased this car at this dealership but this will be the last interaction of any kind with this dealership under current management.

I have been interested in purchasing a used truck for a while and I took my time in research. I normally don't like going to car dealerships and spending half a day. I stopped in to Mall of Georgia Mazda and was engaged by Sarah. I was upfront and told her I didn't have much time, but I wanted to see a car I found online. This first encounter lasted 20 minutes. She told me she would find some options for me and get back with me. This was first experience with Hendrick and Mazda. I've always been a Honda customer, but I figured I'd give Mazda a chance to win my business. Now Im walking away with exactly what I wanted glad I did. My first impression of Sean was that he was young but honest. Throughout the whole time we spent with him, he proved that he was more knowledgeable about the cars and the buying process than many other salesmen I've worked with. I began my interaction with Kristin over the phone. She listened to my parameters of my search, didn't try to push other junk my way, and updated Sean once I arrived for my appointment. Sean was also patient and listened to my likes and dislikes. He ended up showing me at least 6-7 cars and test-driving two before finally settling on one that he had to locate from another location. He helped me find the features I wanted without overpaying for ones I didn't. I ended up moving down a trim lime and up a dealer package. In the end, it was a smooth and stress-free transaction. I will recommend Mazda3, Mazda in general, Hendrick Automotive Group, and Sean to everyone.

Went to Hendricks Chevrolet in Buford, Ga and the experience was the worst. The sales associate was working with 2 customers at a time and could not devote himself to either of us. I wanted a copy of the contract to look over and he could not produce one for me. I also asked how I didn't get a lower interest rate with a beacon over 680 and he says get over it. I left and never went back. I wanted the Mustang GT so I went to Mall of GA Mazda and worked with Jacob and Tracy who were very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to make my deal happen. I will never go back to Hendrick Chevrolet but I will be back to Hendrick Mazda and will refer everyone in the market for a vehicle I know.

I did not plan on purchasing a car today. I drove past the smaller, more convenient Mazda dealers closer to my home with the tiny lots. Instead, I went to Rick Hendrick Mall of Georgia Mazda because they have the largest inventory and are ranked 3rd in the country for Mazda. Beau Connors, my salesman, was very straight forward, direct, and fun to work with. He was easy to deal with when it came down to the numbers. He is a non-commission based salesman along with everyone else in his position. Some contracts in the finance office we're termed in a way that I thought was confusing, unless you are a lawyer! I did not like that. Overall I had a good experience and will be sending friends and family to this dealership in the future.

We came in after going else where first and we were more happy with our experience right off the bat. We were greeted promptly and then there after we were in a car that was just right for us within minutes not hours like the other place. At the other dealership they first had to run our credit before they would even show us a car and it wasn't right for us at all. The circumstances that lead me to Mall of Ga Mazda were unfavorable. I had no intention on buying a car, I was comfortable with my old car but one 81 year old lady and a ran red light later, HERE I AM. I came to Mall of Ga Mazda because the rental I was placed in was a Mazda and I fell in love. After arriving I was greeted by Ryan and he was amazing. He listened to my needs and wants (and I can be picky), but he saw to it that I would be happy, He caught on really quick (especially after showing me a hatchback.. not just a regular hatchback but a loud lime green Hyundai hatchback). That was not going to work (I don't do green and I DO NOT DO hatchback). But Ryan's attitude and demeanor was excellent, I came in with my family and we all thought he was great. He made my whole car buying experience livable (because I was dreading it). Matt, Nicole, Whitney and Robert (from service) were nice as well; they were all professional and they saw to it that I would be happy upon leaving. I got a great deal and a great car (14 VW Passat) now all I need is window tint!! and life will be superb. I can not thank Ryan enough for his hard work (it was cold outside and I kept sending him back to find me my " wedding dress" or car that speaks to me like a wedding dress- when you find the perfect one you know it and I found.. well he found it!! Thanks Ryan!!

I came into Mall of Georgia Mazda for a second look at the Mazda6. When I called for a comparison rate they immediately invited me in and took a look at my trade in, which they were able to value higher than my first dealership. Even though I had already driven the car, we did another drive and Julia told me all about everything the car had to offer me now, and in the future as far as resale value. Julia was extremely helpful and was a delight to work with. She did not make me feel pressured and was able to get me a great payment amount. We were looking for a Civic SI to replace our Mazda 3. We contacted Sarah and John at Mall of Georgia Mazda and everything was SO much easier than our previous experience at Coggin Deland Honda. We went back and forth a few times on price, shot them some pictures and information from our Mazda 3 (we lived 5 hours from the dealership). They settled on a price with us, didn't hassle us, gave us a very fair deal, and had both the car and the paperwork ready and waiting for us when we got to the dealership. Not only that, but they automatically give a 3,000 mile warranty for piece of mind when we drive back to Florida. The best dealership experience we've had yet, and this is our 6th car between the two of us. Would definitely recommend them.

We've been Honda fans....for years. Well that has all changed now! We saw a CX 5 while out driving. I was looking for a new-used car and thought I'd get another CRV but we stopped by Mazda Mall of GA to check things out. Jacob, my awesome car consultant, got the keys to a new CX5 and we took a test drive. It was life changing! The engine, a 4 cylinder, has some serious get-up-and-go. The car offers great gas mileage and a smooth ride. It has the room that I need as a teacher and a mom. I was loving it but I had to be sure. I went across the street and drove a CRV. I immediately drove back to Mazda. Jacob was waiting. He said, "I knew you'd be back!" Jacob is so positive and knowledgeable. He sure made my car buying experience great. I came in Christmas Eve with my brother wanting to buy a 2007 Infiniti FX35, Sean was on it. Not only was he professional, but very personable. He got us the deal we wanted, no haggle. We also dealt with Nicole Bruce with the financing and she made it as pleasant as financing can actually be. There wasn't a hard sell in terms of purchasing and they went over the options to lease or buy with me. This is perhaps the best dealership my family has ever visited. In 2010, we bought our first Mazda 3 from this dealership for our son. Our salesperson, Chris, was friendly and allowed us to conduct our business without hassle and intrusion. We were able to walk the lot, choose a car, and test drive it without being coerced; we left with a new Mazda and smiles all around. In 2014, we returned to Mazda Mall of Georgia to look for a car for our daughter. We weren't planning on buying a car that day, but we found another Mazda 3 that our daughter really enjoyed. Again, we were able to choose the car and test drive it without any hassle. We were so impressed with the service that we returned the following day to purchase the car! Our salesman, Preston, worked with us to get the features and payments we wanted. When my 2001 Honda CR-V, a car I've owned for 14 years, broke down, we decided to come to Mazda as our first stop in the new car search. My son has previously referred 3 of his friends to come to this dealership for a new Mazda. Two of them bought their new car from this dealership, while the last one bought his Mazda from a different dealership due to its immediate availability. With this previous success in mind around Mazda Mall of Georgia, we decided to come back for my new car. Dwayne, our amazing salesperson, greeted me and my family in the lot. He then showed us the CX-5 and allowed us to explore the car without being intrusive. He was knowledgeable about the features and never pushed options that I didn't want.When I test drove the CX-5, I decided this was the car for me. When it came to financing, Dwayne worked diligently to ensure I walked away with the payments I wanted. Mazda Mall of Georgia is an exceptional dealership with exceptional people. Never have I been to a dealership that provides the quality of service and friendliness that Mazda Mall of Georgia provides. I highly recommend this dealership!

Julia (sales person) was very sociable and up front with information on the used vehicle. She allowed me time to look the vehicle over without crowding me. All issues were addressed in writing prior to the sale. Mark, the manager, was very polite and approachable. An employee (Jamey), who was off but happened to be stopping by the dealership, addressed an issue with the car without complaining one bit. The staff was trustworthy so they got my business. I was even willing to give a little on the price because of the honesty they displayed. Very good purchase experience.

I was skeptical at first of dealing with this company for a used car. But after talking with Edwin Ramos and getting know how they do business I bought a 2013 Corvette. I know there are many negative views that can be said about car sales persons; but Edwin demonstrated that old negative views about sales person does not apply to everyone. When it came time to replace my car after an accident, I knew exactly where to go. They made our first experience not only painless, but pleasant. The second go round was even better than the first! It had been over a year since we had been in and the sales person, Brandon, now manager, not only recognized us, but extended an extra hand to the newer sales rep, Edwin. Brandon and Edwin were able to find me a great car that fit my budget and personality. Nicole made the financing side a breeze too and really went to bat for me on the rates. Throughout the whole process, the entire staff has gone above and beyond to make our experience a great one.
