Everyone is nice, and will do whatever they can to get you out the door in your new vehicle--satisfied. You drive off the lot, and you feel you got a square deal. I have been taking my cars to Malouf for several years and I just purchased my second vehicle from them. They run a great business there and treat their customers very well. They are a breath of fresh air. DwVaughn Browne was on top of it when it was time for me to swap out my leased vehicle. He kept the conversation going and made the deal work for me. He fulfilled my requests and made it a simple and painless process. Joe in the business office was great as he led me through all of the documents and issues and knowing that Lee and the maintenance department are there for me is reassuring, but I do not assume that I will be seeing them very often. Thanks for a great experience Malouf.

My wife took our Buick Verano in for a tire repair and came out with a $600 bill. The tire needed to be replaced, ok, $200. But then she agreed to routine maintenance and shown a price of $189. It came to almost $300. Included in that was an oil change and tire rotation. Then she was charged another $60 for guess what, another oil change and tire rotation. Next line, Certified pre-owned service, yet another oil change and tire rotation, this was "no-charge", and billed to the warranty. So, according to the bill, three oil changes and three tire rotations; two we paid for and one paid by the warranty. Sadly, the very positive buying experience we had when we bought the car was ruined by a rip-off con artist in the service department. GM should investigate this service department for warranty fraud! Run, don't walk, to another service department. This one cannot be trusted.

He explained our options on buying or leasing. The service department is excellent. You call and make an appointment with Dan or Lee. When you bring the vehicle in, they offer you two options; if you would like to wait for the car or would you like a ride back home and they will call you when it is done. I received 2 calls during the day, keeping me updated on the work of the vehicle and the second call they had to order a part. When I came in to get the car they made sure I was 100% satisfied and reviewed the bill with me to make sure I understood everything. Looked at a pre-owned Verano left with it, from start to finish Mike Cuzzo was excellent and patience. Reviewed all aspects of the car very comfortable environment, felt no pressure from him. After two weeks of car shopping on the Internet and dealers' high pressure sales tactics and all-day haggling, we decided that we would just hold off on car shopping for a while. Then we received an email from Mike Cozzo from Malouf. Mike told us that he had a slightly used vehicle matching the car we were searching for and that it was very nice and clean with low mileage and maybe we would want to take a look. After several trips to other dealerships turned up unsuccessful, we decided to take the 2 hour trip up to Malouf to see Mike. When we arrived we were greeted by several friendly employees who all looked happy with their work. Mike came to greet us and from the time we met Mike we felt no pressure to buy. Mike simply showed us the car he had and we knew immediately that this was the car we were looking for. He worked us a deal that we were comfortable with and we decided to buy the car. Malouf also had several other beautiful quality used vehicles that we would have been happy to consider had we not liked our target vehicle. We then went to TJ who expedited our financing and we were able to drive home in our new car that day. This was the most enjoyable low pressure car buying experience we have ever had and we would definitely take the 2 hour ride to see Mike and TJ at Malouf the next time we are shopping for a car. I went here looking to buy a car, i had my eyes set and knew what i wanted. I dealt with tito and he seemed nice. After talking and finally agreeing to purchase, it never dawned on me that i wasnt told what my trades in were valued at, that i had to pay extra for navigation, which tito told me came with the car, didnt give me a walkaround of the vehicle to show me how things worked or how to even operate anything. I had to basically read the manual to see how things worked. He didnt even know how to operate the headrests. Than he sent us on our way. Didnt show us the the service department, didnt introduce us to anyone in case we had qurstions...nothing. very unprofessional and didnt care about us, just about the sale. I would not recommend him or this dealer at all.

We had gone to many dealerships to look at cars and got pegged as young kids. This made the car buying experience a nightmare for us. We went to Malouf on a whim and my husband fell for the GMC Terrain. We then met Mike Cozzo. He treated us like the adults we are and never tried to sell us anything more than what we were looking for. He answered all of our questions and made sure we knew everything about the car before we committed to buying it. NOT ONCE DID I FEEL PRESSURED. I'm a nervous person and called him a few times. He never seemed frustrated and was so courteous. The whole dealership was full of nice people who were just there to help and explained everything to us so we could understand. We drove away in our beautiful new car and when it's time for us to get a new one, we will go back to Malouf to see Mike. Go see him, buy a car from him! You won't be sorry!

He was sensitive to the monthly amount I wanted to pay and when I expressed an interest in the larger vehicle he reminded it would exceed the specified budget. He showed me the Buick and two GMC Terrain vehicles and and allowed me to test drive all three, DwVaughn explained the the difference in the vehicles performance and helped me select the best vehicle within my requested price range. Wanted a car, called to dealership and talked to the "salesman" Jack, after half a day of not getting back to us he finally did and talked with my wife and said his "Boss" said the car could not be sold to us. It wouldn't pass our states smog...and they cant sell to anyone in Nevada. WHAT!!!?...After I called back that night and talked to a manager to find out what was going on, he said he knew no reason why and would get back to us.....2 days ago.....still no word. My husband and I purchased a new 2015 Buick LaCrosse this week. Our salesman was DwVaughn Brown and the manager was TJ Edwards. They were both a pleasure to work with. I communicated with DwVaughn via email the week prior to our purchase, and he completely answered my questions and promptly replied to each email. By the time we came to the dealership, he understood exactly what the terms of our deal was, and he communicated that to TJ. The purchase went extremely smoothly. FYI - I leased another vehicle 3 years ago at Malouf and I vowed that I would never come back because of how badly I was treated by the former General Manager. However, I decided to come back because they had the vehicle that I wanted this time and their service department is always top-notch. I am so glad I did because the former GM is gone, and this time I was treated with respect. If you've been treated badly by Malouf in the past, come back and try them again!

I am in the market for a new/used car and came across Malouf's website last night (Black Friday) and saw an advertisement about taking $10,000 of a 2011 or 2012 Buick. So, I sent an inquiry via the internet asking if the 2012 Buick Verano was of the sticker price of $17,495.00. The response I got from the internet sales women (ashley) the next morning was so surprising (not). Ashley said, nothing like that existed and did not know what I was talking about and would call me back, she never did but I called her instead. Of course, she again new nothing about it and would double check the internet manager about this. Such BS!!!! If it was a mistake fine, but own up to it. This is why I don't shop there. I would have been more impressed if they did and would definitely respect them for it, was told sorry, nothing like that existed. Really, I'm an idiot.Business as usual ????

This is my first new car in 16 years. I've always sought out family-owned dealers as opposed to the company types. From the moment I walked in, I recognized the familiar sense of wanting to help me understand and appreciate what I was buying. The experience was not a hard pressure sell. It was not the forceful effort to get me to but the most expensive vehicle on the lot. Instead, the effort was to understand what my situation is, how much am I willing to spend, and what type of vehicle would fit in that price range along with the types of features that would be needed and available. I highly recommend Malouf because they actually understand what your needs are and your limitations.

The way he explained what would work and what wouldn't was not in any negative or belittling manner. Rather, he presented facts and figures clearly. Had to return truck on multiple occasions to resolve blower issue even though they claimed to fix it. It took nearly two months for them to order and secure parts for GMC recalls - something that should have taken just days. Customer service was exceedingly slow and unhelpful. I paid $150 for floor mats which took them nearly 6 months and multiple requests to order. When I picked up my truck the mats were in a box in the back if my truck. They said they weren't sure if I wanted them taken out and placed in the truck. Seriously?!?! Lazy and unhelpful. No other words for it.

I had one month left on my lease from Ford and buick made the last months payment for me to make sure i would leave with their vehicle that same day. Dwayne and TJ stayed threw the night with me to finish the paper work properly. they close at 9 and stayed till the job was done because I was running a little late. All and all great experience and professionalism by staff. ( Side note they matched the price of my offer from Ford and actually made it lower)

One day while driving, I noticed a vehicle rolling across a busy four lane intersection . The driver completely unconscious. In a panic with cars whipping by, I pushed my emergency OnStar button. Immediately I was put at ease since the operator new my exact location and sent emergency responders. If it wasn't for the great staff at Malouf I wouldn't have such an amazing feature in a brand new car. You can not put a price on feeling secure and knowing your family is safe! And that's exactly what I set out to look for and received while shopping for my new car! After seeing commercials for Malouf, I went in to inquire and for a test drive. Upon my arrival I met Jack, who took me for a test drive in both the Buick Encore and the GMC Terrain. He was so knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the cars. All the features and the handling of both models. He pointed out pros and cons of each and really helped me to decide which car better suited me. I took a day to think things over. Thoughtfully, Jack called me to check in and to see if I had reached a decision. We had, the Terrain! The next day unfortunately, Jack was off but ensured us we would be taken care of by his manager T.J. TJ simply asked us what we needed to make this deal work for us, we told him and with confidence and ease he made it happen! When I saw my new Terrain I was extremely happy, another sales consultant Chris Ojeda sat with me and explained every single technical aspect of the car including SiriusXM radio and OnStar. He even activated Bluetooth on my iphone and synced my hands free calling system. He was so helpful and I felt even more comfortable in the car knowing where everything was and what everything did. Even weeks later when my new plates came in, Chris put them on for me, and I called him several times after with silly questions that he was glad to answer for me! We set up to buy a vehicle from this dealer and for a vehicle and everything went well until we showed to purchase and the vehicle had already been sold. We had no problem with this being the case except the sales person Chris failed to call us about this. It would seem like good business practice would be to call a person who was driving 10 hours to make a purchase a vehicle and not send an e-mail to do this. Very unprofessional to not take a second to call to verify the e-mail was received. This dealership seems more interested in making a sale than concerns for their customer. I would not recommend them to any person unless you plan on doing their work for them. Most discourteous group I have ever worked with!

Malouf has provided excellent repair service for me over the past 5 years. They are honest, fair and hard working. I have always received the utmost courtesy and respect from their service personnel and believe that you will also if you take your car to Malouf for service. I really appreciated having a loaner car when my car required lengthy repair. They even went the extra mile and had my car inspected for me because the inspection was overdue because of the time taken to repair the vehicle. It is the little things like this that makes Malouf a special place.

Dom did not try to sell me anything that i did not need he was honest and got me the price I wanted to pay. They did not have the vehicle on the lot that I wanted but Dom worked late that night and called me and told me he found one and he would have it on Saturday. (Dom was off on Friday). First thing Saturday morning Dom called and told me to come in at 1PM to get the car. I went there and within 1 1/2 hours I had dealt with Brian in finance signed all paperwork went over the car with Dom and was on my way home. I was completely satisfied with the process and the staff that I told my neighbor and she called Dom and went on Monday to purchase a vehicle.

This was my first car buying experience and I could not be happier. I have heard horror stories from friends and family who sat in dealerships for hours on end waiting to close on a sale, so going in I was prepared for the worst. My experience was amazing. I went into the dealership knowing what model I wanted to look at. My salesman was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and didn't push me into anything. I knew after 5 minutes of sitting in my Buick Encore that it was mine. I left a down payment that night and a few days later went back to close. I was ready to be there for the long hall, and was amazed when it only took half an hour. My father bought a new car from a different dealership the same day, and sat there for two hours waiting to close. Needless to say he was quite jealous of my experience. I would recommend Malouf to anyone who asked me.

When we arrived at the dealer, the car had over 18,000 miles on it, and they were only willing to deduct a nominal amount off the price, so we walked away. I needed a major repair on a car with 115,000 miles. At my request, the Service Department graciously brought me to the showroom floor and introduced me to sales associate Chris Toth. From previous maintenance visits, I knew from literature left in the service waiting room that I would be interested in comparing a Verano, Encore and Terrain. Chris Toth was extremely helpful in comparing the vehicles and explaining the various packages. Chris also helped in coming up with an affordable price for this unplanned spur of the moment purchase. There were a few small issues with my truck that service took care of right away and could not be happier with the way I am being treated there. After i purchased my vehicle there my father went the next week and also purchased a used GMC from Angelo and he is also a happy customer. I will return there if I ever need another GM product.

we went to malouf because they were close. we liked the looks of the verano, but were unsure about the cost. we ended up very satisfied with the payment plan we worked out, and we were very satisfied with our salesperson, D'vaughn. in the 1st week, I am satisfied with the vehicle.

This is by far the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with. Chris is extremely RUDE. These people do not stand by what they say. It is unfortunate that these people are in business representing GMC. DO NOT go out of your way to do business with these people you will not be satisfied and your money spends just as well somewhere else. Sales associate Dominck was friendly to deal with but unfortuanlty some of the other members of the team such as Chris brings shame to the business. I will NEVER bring my business back to them. BUYER BEWARE!

Made a deal over the phone to purchase a car at this dealership, gave them a deposit and made all the arrangements to have the car picked up only to find out at the last moment that they had sold it to someone else! what a waste of time...stay away.

We have 3 young, active kids and did NOT want to spend all day at a dealership to try to make a satisfactory deal. Malouf (internet rep Sarah) was the only one of >10 places we called who was willing to fully negotiate for a used car over the phone and email. When my husband went to pick up the car, all the paperwork was ready, the only thing he really had to wait for at all was the appraisal for our trade in. The only small negative was that their cars.com ad was not updated with the current mileage, so it was ~2000 mi greater than what we were expecting. This was a great experience overall and even though it was a longer drive for us, we will be checking Malouf first for our next car.
