Manahawin Kia provides outstanding service. They went over my whole car even though it was only there for the Recall Notice.. They were polite, caring and knowledgeable. They finished the recalls, and Megan Yunker told me that my right front axle was. loose, that they would replace it free of charge and scheduled a new appointment. I went back on the day, and they did indeed fix it as promised while I waited i their comfortable waiting room, stocked with refreshments! Bryan Scherlin the other Service Manager released the car, and off I went, with a new Axle, with no charge! Thank you Meagan for finding the problem and thank you Bryan for efficiently getting me on m way!!I appreciate their kindness, knowledge, articulation of the problem, ad thank you for fixing it for free!! I was very happy working with Darrin on this Kia Soul purchase. He is a pleasant young man to work with. I test drove both a 2014 used model and a 2016 new model. Darrin was thorough in pointing out the features of the cars during the test drives, noting some advantages/improvements of the 2016 model. With Darrin and his sales manager, we came to terms on both the used and the new model, so I had a choice on which way to go. So even though the new one was more than I wanted to spend, the 0% financing available on new Kia swung me over to buying new. So I feel Darrin gave me the options and info that I needed to make an informed decision and I think I got a pretty good deal here.

The sales team at Kia Manhawkin is rich with dedicated individuals that have been educated of all aspects of each Kia make and model. They take into consideration the wants and needs of the buyer, and help facilitate them in making the best possible decision. While doing so, I have to admit the sales team does have personality. During the car buying process you will be graced with a light heart, and a warm smile. I highly recommend Cary Gardner. Cary's father and grandfather owed car dealerships, so do not let the fact she is a girl fool you.. she knows her stuff! After purchasing/leasing a Kia you will eventually need an oil change, a tire rotation, etc. The service department is impeccable. The receptionist Megan will work with you to help set up an appointment that better accommodates your busy schedule. Once there, the waiting area has couches, tables, TVs, and a coffee bar. The fun, friendly environment makes the wait fly by! Stop by Kia Manahawkin.. you will not be disappointed.

Darrin Markowski (my salesperson) was a pleasure to deal with. I never even met the sales manager. I feel I got a very good deal on my new Sorento. I have received three follow up calls since the purchase. This is car buying as it should be. There was no pressure whatsoever. They went and got the exact vehicle that I wanted. Back in 2013 my old truck was finally pushing it's last legs, and I knew my father enjoyed the Kia Forte he had bought the year before. I also liked driving it around the few times he let me anyway! So I went in with him and we talked to Jon, who made me feel really comfortable about the whole situation. I had always heard horror stories of some dealerships but man this guy was great. Relatable and knowledgeable, he understood what I wanted and we got everything sorted out real quick. Fast forward some time and I haven't had any major issues with my car as of August 2016, besides a flat tire which they replaced speedily and pretty much as soon as I called them they said I could drop the car off. I mostly go to service when the time or mileage says but it's always a pleasure to see the crews here, Megan and the others always do a wonderful job and make me feel comfortable, always upfront about costs and such for filter replacement or the like. You won't regret a Kia car, 30000+ Miles and no issues is a huge plus in my book. A+ service all around and I look forward to helping my fiance get her own Kia once we've saved up some money.

Found a great car at a great price. I knew it was too good to be true. Salesman even looked confused when he saw the price on the car. I worked with the salesman for over 1 hour-test drove it went over pricing and wanted to show my wife. However salesman said we were closing. I was last person in showroom. Salesman said he will be open 9am, I said I will be in first thing to buy car, he said see you tomorrow morning. I took photos of car, price and vin #. When I returned in the morning salesman and Manager stated car was sold the previous night. I said I was last person in store. He then said buyer came back after hours to pick it up and that he gave me a different car fax report with a different vin# and mileage amount from the car I test drove. He said the car sold and I didn't want it because it was in an accident. However when I showed him pictures of the vin #, price, and mileage from the car I test drove -he said it must have been a mistake.Then he tried to tell me the car fax I had was for a different car on the lot for $6000 more than the car I test drove. We then went to look at that Vin # and the available car- it was wrong too!! The salesman couldn't give me an answer. The manager Eric Gardner and the Salesman Nick Van Zile just walked away from me. I was a paying and able customer that caught them in a Unethical and Dishonest Act! I am in sales and a local business owner of over 12 vehicles, they lost a customer and any respect or future referrals.

Let's start with the fact that I am a 100% service-connected Disabled vet (USMC) now living off an unaccustomed fixed income.I cannot believe the assistance the Chrysler/Kia team at Manahawkin, NJ provided my wife and me.They were incredibly sensitive to our situation. It was more than just a sale.I found myself in a bind due to hospitalization wth only days to turn in my End-of-Lease gas-guzzling Chrysler 300C Hemi leased from Atlantic Chrysler in Egg Harbor, NJ.. Ally Bank was of absolutely no help even though we have a PERFECT payment history over the past 10 years on three (3) Ally loans and one GMAC loan. (I will never again deal with ALLY). My bank failed us as well despite substantial deposit and perfect credit card history. They wanted to charge us 10% interest on a Lease Buyout.The truth of the matter is I signed onto a very bad lease with Atlantic Chrysler. As both the Manahawkin Chrysler GM and Manahawkin KIA GM (under the same ownership) stated: "it is probably the worst lease deal we've ever seen."Now to the outstanding assistance of the GM at Manahawkin Chrysler. He recommended, given our circumstances, to look at a KIA Cadenza. We did and test drove it. It was out of our price range. The KIA salesman the GM called in to assist us (Nick Van Zile) recommended a KIA Optima. It was fully loaded and drove like a dream (this is from a person who owned 2 Lincoln Town Cars; 2 Cadillac Fleetwoods; and, the top-of-the line Chrysler). The price quoted was surprisingly modest. The lease arrangement (thanks to the Chrysler and KIA GMs and Eric the Financing Officer at KIA) was more than generous. We purchased the Optima that day without hesitation: this is after test driving the Lincoln MDZ; the Honda CR-V; the new Chrysler 300; and, other autos.My wife and I are indebted to the concern, yes concern, the Manahawkin Chrysler/KIA team provided. Having owned or leased more than 15 autos during our 50 years of marriage, we are now committed to be KIA Optima owners for life. I was in the market for a Kia Soul and I knew what I wanted. My current car was worth way less than what I owed and the people here at Manahawkin Kia did not have any issue with that at all. It the only place I would bring my car for service. They are honest & up front about what is needed for your car. No up sales like other places I have dealt with in the past, just good ,no great service . Of course I have to go into the show room to visit & say hello to Dirk . People always complain about how buying a new car is such a hassle, the dealership lies to get you in the door then the salesman harasses you just to end up telling you that you're not approved or tries to give you something that you don't want.. BUT if you find the right dealershipMANAHAWKIN KIA that has the right salesman, JEFF SMIT JR.car buying can be a great experience. I came across this dealership online, I found the SUV that I wanted and requested more information about it. Jeff who has a voice for radio broadcast, contacted me the same day with the info that I wanted then followed up with an email that I could easily reference back to. So, after a few emails and a couple games of phone tag, we set up a date for me to visit Manahawkin Kia, which is 45 MILES away. SinceJEFFalready knew what vehicle I WANTED that included everything that I NEEDED, he had a Certified Sorento awaiting my arrival. JEFFwent over the details of this particular Sorento then we were on the road for the test drive.. On the way back into the dealership, Another SUV caught my eye. I asked to see the second truck and a few minutes later I was on my 2nd test drive. The second SUV had everything you could dream of but had a few flaws for me.. older with more miles.. compared to the Sorento.. Newer, Low miles, Kia's amazing 100K mile warranty and FREE OIL CHANGES FOR LIFE! My decision was tough but luckily I had Jeff. We went over all of the pros and cons of the 2 vehicles but the decision was up to me.. I went with the Sorento thatJeffhad orginally picked out for me. So not only does that mean that Jeff has good taste, he also knows his Kia's and his customers.Jeffwas by far the best salesman I've ever interacted with. He's easy to talk to, with a funny, go with the flow type personality which made made car buying a breeze. I would absolutely recommend MANAHAWKIN KIAto anyone who is in search of a new vehicle!! Every time I visit Manahawkin Kia I am impressed with their friendliness, professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness. I had made an appointment for service, and called to change it as we needed to take a trip to Northern New Jersey. Driving at 70 mph, I wanted the oil change and the tires rotated before I went, instead of when I got home. Megan was so kind, changed the appointment and fit me in to Saturdays schedule. When I got there on Sat. I told her I was due for the 50,000 mile service, but that I wanted to do that later, she looked up the cars history and she explained what needed to be done now, and what it would cost. They liked the way I cared for my car and I liked the respect with which they treated it! I like them, the work they do, and the way they treat my vehicle. Last month I purchased my first car from Manahawkin KIA. I had the USED car I wanted all picked out and ready to go before I arrived at the dealership, so I didn't have to do any browsing, which was nice. Jeff Smit Jr, my very cool, funny and slightly eccentric salesperson got me behind the wheel of my desired ride immediately, and with that we gave it a spin around the area and returned to talk business. I was a tad nervous about setting up all my own insurance and monthly payment plans, but Jeff was very helpful and eased the pain of dealing with life's paperwork. He helped me pick out a plan that works well and got me and my new ride on the road within hours. ALL IN ALL the dealership and their team was great! All of their cars come with free lifetime oil changes and they even granted me a 2 year powertrain warranty with the deal! Very cool indeed! The helpful Manahawkin KIA staff even had freshly brewed coffee at the ready! What more could you ask for! THANK YOU to everyone at the dealership who helped me get the ride I've been searching for. I first met Jon right before a major life changing event, I told him i was interested but wasn't ready that day (or month for that matter,) he gave me his card and told me to find him when I was ready, I ended up buying a few weeks later. Why? Because Jon never once called to harass me into buying a vehicle! I respect him for that! Eric, Dirk wonderful managers!! Brian and Megan offer top of the line service!! And Chaz is great too! after going online to see what the local dealers had used on their lots, I noticed that our local Kia dealer had a 2009 Audi A4 turbo in my price range. Not having the best of credit but having a 2007 VW Passat 2.0 turbo to turn in against it I thought I might have a chance. I walked in and spoke to Jon Brooks, a younger guy with a really bad Christmas sweater on..lol they all did...Jon let me take the Audi for a test drive and I was sold on it. Now it was the finance area guys in their ugly sweaters to make things roll. After quite a few phone calls, they figured things out for me in a range I wanted, all I had to do was come back the next day with paperwork, as always and a good look over now that it stopped raining. I wanted it badly and they knew it.they got it hooked up for me, a few tweets in the garage and a little training in Audi style and I'm all set. I came to this dealership with a car in mind that I picked by shopping the website. I came with a check in hand, already financed through Lending Tree. The car I was interested in was already sold. Jon showed me a newer model with very low mileage that was in excellent shape. Mike in finance felt he could get me a better deal through his financing and I gave him the ok to do so. He came back with a better rate that I had obtained on my own. I got a pre-owned certified 2013 Kia Forte, with 27k miles. With it I got bumper to bumper warranty and roadside assistance and free oil changes. Although I was excited to get a nicer car, I dreaded the search and usual sales tactics used when you go into a dealer. I was pleasantly surprised that the style here was not like that at all, it was a good experience and I highly recommend them.

We had a problem with a repair that did not fix the problem we brought the car in for. They are suppose to pre and post test the car. If they had taken the car for a drive after their repair, they would have realized the car was not different and still had major problems. We paid for work that possibly wasn't necessary. We made them look at the car again, and they then determined the problem was the tires all along. We were not happy, since we just paid over 600 dollars. Now they wanted more money for 4 new tires to resolve the problem. We spoke to the Service supervisor and he said he would look into the problem and get back to us. We waited 2 wks through the holidays to get a call. We called the office multiple times to find he wasn't available. Today we were told he'd call in 1/2 hr...well we are still waiting. This is not a great way to start the New Year. We have found the service to be extremely under par and unreliable when it come to repairs. They can't even be bothered to get back to their customers when they say they will...

I have recently visited a number of dealerships in the Greater NYC area. Most I have encountered are practically adversarial in their approach with the customer. (In many of these you never actually know the real price of the car until you see the purchase agreement and you may never know what some of the charges are for.)This was not my experience at Manahawkin Kia. I met with a young salesman named Jon Brooks. Jon displayed a level of professionalism and enthusiasm that I do not normally see in young men his age. After just a few minutes, I had a complete understanding of the vehicle offered and we were able to reach agreement on a price with no surprises. (I would not be surprised to see Jon managing a dealership in ten years if he chooses to stay in this business.)I took delivery of the vehicle two days later. This happened to be Jons day off, however the delivery transaction was just as painless. I called ahead, and the car was ready to go, complete with temporary plates, registration, and nearly a full tank of gas. (The weather had turned bad on our way down, so it was nice not having to stop on the return.) Cary Gardner walked us through the delivery process and got us on our way without delay.It is refreshing to buy a car without doing the North Jersey Dance Anyone who has car-shopped in North Jersey knows what dance I mean.

My daughter needed a new car she wanted a small SUV with all wheel drive. Her mind was all but made up to purchase a competitors vehicle, but she felt that she should at least try a KIA Sportage and she probably would have if we had been waited on by any one else but Cary Gardiner. With a new job as a teacher & recent grad It was time for a car that was reliable, new, economical, easy to handle, and not too expensive. I test drove the Kia Soul base model and the plus model. The Kia Soul Plus was perfect for me. Cary went above and beyond to get the model in the color I wanted. We negotiated the finances which didn't take too much time. I got the car the following day and traded in my old one. I am very happy with my new car and the help I received. I've had the car for one week and it feels great every time I get behind the wheel.

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, as well as my first time financing a car. I was extremely skeptical and very anxious. When I arrived at the dealership, all of the sales reps were with customers. It was a holiday, so many people were out and about. I couldn't have been looking around for more than two minutes, when Mike (not a sales rep) took it upon himself to acknowledge my presence and introduce himself. He asked what I was looking for, and directed me to the appropriate area in the lot, and assured a rep would be with me shortly. Immediately, I had a good "feel" about the dealership and the way they treat their customers. When I found the car that I was confident about buying, I was nervous that the terms of the deal would be unmanageable due to my limited credit history. Mike treated me with respect and was gracious about explaining the terms of the loan. He even was able to get me a more comfortable interest rate and payment when we thought it was not possible. He was patient with my questions, and not pushy in the least. I have gone to other dealerships and have been treated poorly simply because of a thin credit file. I am so pleased with the exceptional service I received while working with Mike. I am so happy I visited Manahawkin Kia, and I will recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car. My wife and I recently entered the Manahawkin Dealer this past weekend, with no real intention of buying a new car. We were just interested in taking out the KIA Sedona for a test drive. Rich Delvecchio approached us and listened to us tell the story of how our current vehicle was getting older and would soon need some maintenance to keep it running in good order. I was skeptical because I never drove a KIA before and had a negative impression that the cars were cheaper because they were cheaply manufactured. Anyways, I returned the next morning to test drive the vehicle and man was I surprised. Rich D. basically told me to take my time taking the vechicle out for a test drive. Brought the vehicle home and had my wife test drive the car. We both came to the same conclusion that is was a really nice riding vehicle that was loaded with a ton of features. Still, I thought that it was a pipe dream that we would be able to afford a brand new car, especially since we had about 13 months of payments left on the old car. Returned to the dealership with my wife and three children (Agess 4 and set of 1 year old twins). I was a bit leery with how well this was going to work out with my children, but I am pleased to report that everyone at the dealership was very accomodating and interacting with them. It made for a more pleasurable experience, and Rich D and staff were terrific in getting us the deal we wanted and getting us out the door as quickly as humanly possible. I was very impressed with the level of care and would proudly recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. Thank you Rich D. and Manahawkin KIA for your exemplary service.

Found this Fiat on the internet at this dealer 60+ miles from my home. It had all the features I was looking for a low miles. I called and spoke to John F about the car and made an appointment t to see it over the coming weekend. John took the time to talk to me about this car and my trade. John also called me a couple of times during the week to let me know the car was still on the lot and confirm our Saturday appointment. The car was perfect. We worked the numbers several ways and came to a fair price for the car. Fina,cing. Insurance changes and every thing else was done on the spot and we drove our new car home a few hours after we arrived at the dealer. I witnessed several other transactions while we were waiting and it seems everyone also got a fair deal with at least 3 or 4 sales done while I was there. All in all a very pleasant buying experience.

I was looking for a Kia Soul and submitted an online request to this dealership. Within less than an hour, I had a quote for the vehicle I was looking for along with 2 other quotes for similar vehicles. The following day I called the dealership and spoke with Cary Gardner who was exceptional. She answered all my questions and I told her that I would be in the area in about an hour and she told me to come on in for the test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted immediately and then taken to see Cary. She went and got the car, we took it for a ride and when we got back I told her that I liked the vehicle however I needed to be out of the dealership in less than an hour in order to get my daughter to her dance class. My daughter purchased a KIA last year. The sales department was wonderful. There were some issues with the car a few months later. We had it towed to the service department. Brian said it was fixed and on the way home the same issue happened. We brought it back to the service department and I asked if she could have a courtesy car this time. Brian said there were none available. I went to the manager and miraculously a courtesy car was there for us. My daughter made an appointment to have her oil changed. The appointment was 8:30 this morning. At 9:50 she texted me saying it was still in the parking lot. I told her to go ask Brian (service manager) what was going on. People that came in after her for an oil change were already taken care of and left. Brian says to her I'll get to you next. REALLY!?! This is the second time she's brought it into service and been treated with an attitude. We constantly get phone calls for her to bring it in for service and she gets treated horribly because she's young and can be taken advantage of. NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!

Manahawkin Kia was great! On our way to Kia my old car broke down and we called Kia and spoke to Woody, who was unbelievably helpful! Not only did he set up a tow for the car, but he sent another car to pick us up incase the tow took too long. Now we couldn't leave Kia without a car because we had no way home! Woody worked fast and efficiently with us to ensure that we wouldn't leave just settled with a car but satisfied. I now own a 2014 Kia Optima and it is amazing! First off I would like to say, al Angelo is a really kind hearted guy who listened and Helen me in every was he possibly could. Woody in finances dept is a great guy as well. I grew a special bond just from the short time I was there purchasing my vehicle. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with service. Brian is arrogant and does not listen to the customers needs, I took my vehicle back there two times for the same problem and he claims there is nothing wrong with my vehicle which I am not delusional I have actual proof of the vehicle doing what I'm telling them it's doing, bad on my end, the vehicle hasnt been doing what's it's been doing to me while its at the dealer, ironically this always happens to me. So therefore again I pick my vehicle up because Brian refuses to do what I ask him to do bc a "woman is telling a man how to do his job", take it to another dealer and poof THEY FIND OUT WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE CAR. And it hasn't given me problems since. I will not even take my car to Manahawkin dealer again. Not even for my " Free" oil change . NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER ON SERVICES BEHALF

Let me start out by saying that I am the designated car negotiator in the family. I am extremely busy with work and the way that I find time for negotiating is through email with multiple dealers. Out of all the dealers I email, I always look for the responses that have not only the best deal, but also the most sincerity in it. From the very beginning, my dealings with Eric Gardner, the general sales manager at Manahawkin Kia, were professional, courteous, and without condescension. Eric was one of the best prices I received and the most human that I was able to communicate with. Many dealer sales reps sometimes forget that they are in fact talking to a real person who may buy a vehicle from them, and I chose Eric because he never lost sight of that for a minute. He allowed the negotiations to take place at my speed given my busy work schedule and at no point did he try any of the bait and switch techniques that others use. I had a hassle free experience. All staff were extremely friendly. I will use them again. Almost everything was done via phone. I went into the dealership to sign my papers. The car I bought was clean and ready for me. Rich went over all the aspects of the car and helped me program my phone for hands free use. Woody the finance manager was also friendly and made my experience painless.

Cary was wonderful to interact with. She was friendly, low keyed, and very accommodating. She answered all our questions. We test drove two cars. She continued to work with us the whole time and did not act impatient. I had to stay on the line with the insurance company longer than usual as I had to report getting rear ended on the way to the dealership, as well as register my new car. She was understanding and did not rush us.Woodie in finance was friendly and helpful, also-has a great sense of humor.

Al was the best! He made us feel like family! He was kind and met all our needs and was very professional. He took his time and was NOT the usual sterotypical car sales dealer. He treated us like family. Everyone else was friendly and professional. They explained all the details since this was the first time we were leasing a car. They made it so easy! After visiting the Honda dealer last week, I dreaded another long, negative visit at any car dealer. I was pleasantly surprised as this was the best experience I had in years of buying or leasing a car. The moment I walked into the dealership I felt at home and greeted with a smile. The salesman Nicholas Van Zile was so gracious and very knowledgeable about the car to the last detail. I did not feel any pressure and I made my decision within 15 minutes after speaking with him and test riding the vehicle. The sales manager Woody was also very pleasant and the process went smoothly. Ken Scalia was very very patient with us. My wife does a lot of homework when purchasing a new vehicle, we had visited Toyota, Hyundai, Mazda, Ford, Dodge, Nissan and Kia. We were looking for a 2014 SUV. This took about 3 months. We must of stopped to see Mr. Scalia at Kia in Manahawkin about 10 times, driving different cars and sitting down with him about prices, etc. He was very knowlegable about all the cars features and if he didn't know an answe, he went into the office and came back out with the answer. Mr Scalia never pushed himself on us in a way that would of not had us come back, he was very patient and respectful. He ordered a specific car (Kia Sorento top of the line model) and when it finally came in it had a different color interior and my wife did not want it. Mr. Scalia was kind enough to call around and look for that specific vehicle that she wanted, but it was not in stock yet . On April 13, 2012 at 5:00 pm we went to look at the vehicle that he ordered, which only came with black interior and my wife wanted gray. After driving the vehicle and opening the sun roof and finding out that the dashboard (from Ken) was black in all the Kia models, I finally explained to my wife that this particular car, model that she wanted only came in black or other colors that she didn't want. When I opened the full sun roof she saw the difference that she was looking for, that open feeling and not feeling squeezed into the vehicle. We purchased the vehicle and everyone, especially Mr. Scalia was extremly helpful. They close on Saturday's at 6:00 pm and stayed later to make sure we had the car detailed and had all the paperwork signed. Mr. Scalia should be recognized at your dealership and given some type of recognition/raise for his efforts. We enjoyed talking to him he made our car buying experience a pleasure. We will send other friends and family to this Kia dealership and tell them to ask for Ken Scalia when purchasing a car.

I am currently happy that I did business with manahawkin kia. At first blush I wasn't going to buy my kia at manahawkin kia, but at second blush I am glad that I went back to work out a deal. My salesman Al Angelo is a real natural, cordial,down to earth, displaying truth, and honesty type of fellow. He was not your usual pushy, buy it now, or don't waste my time, kind of sales person. I got the feeling when I first met him that he was experienced, and wanted to offer what was right for me. Al is one of the main reasons that I bought a car from manahawkin kia. In my opinion he is a plus for this dealership. Al sought out the help of Dirk DeHooge, Jr., sales manager to help give me the kind of deal that I felt I should be getting. Dirk didn't only go that "extra mile", he went an "extra 2 miles" to gained my trust, and business for manahawkin kia. In all my years of car buying (and that's about 34 cars) I must say that I can't remember a sales manager with the personality, and people skills as Dirks.He did all that he could do to make a deal, (short of offering to make my payments for me, ha!,ha!) My wife wasn't with me when I agreed on the deal, but when I went in two days later to sign the papers, my wife said she had to go in, and meet these two gentlemen, because she knew of some of the treatment that we had gotten over the 34 car experiences, some were nightmares. Of course we didn't buy cars from those that did treat us poorly. Also, I must say that Woody, the business manager is the most down to earth, pleasant (to deal with) business mgr. that I have ever met. My overall experience at manahawkin kia (because of these people) is why I am going to send anyone that asks me (and some I will start the conversation with) to go and buy a kia from manahawkin. I look forward to my relationship with manahawkin kia over the next several years, and hopefully give them repeat business. Additionally I have talked to the service mgr., Brian,and look forward to a good, stress free experience with the service dept. for maintenance (hopefully a problem free kia) going forward.Oh, by the way, my wife, and I after one week are loving our new kia sorento. I recently purchased a 2012 Kia Sou. This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had and I have purchased several cars over the years. I worked with a gentleman named Lou Mercado and he was wonderful. I had the car I wanted at a great price and everything was done in under 3 hours total, 2hrs for paperwork and less than an hour when we went in to pick the car up and finish up financing. I would recommend this dealership and Lou to anyone :) BTW, Dirk, the Sales Manager was a great guy too!! No one was pushy and they really appreciated our business.

Visited today for a 15,000 mile service & spoke with the service Manager Bryan Scherlin about what was needed. He explained the whole process of the sevices that I needed and the full cost up front.I had a 10:00 appointment and was in & out by 11:45 as promised.When the service was completed every thing was printed out for me & again explained by Bryan. It was wonderful experiance and I am glad that this Kia dealership has come to Manahawkin it is very close & convienent for me.
