I came in for a oil and lube job on my 2000 Suburban. The service advisor spent time answering questions I had that were beyond what I came in for, checking on a couple of old recall items. The customer service was excellent - it was what I have come to expect from Markley. We have a Pilot from the Honda side and before that an Accord - both purchased from Markley.

I had scheduled my car for a recall repair a week in advance and received a reminder notice the day before.I took my car in at the scheduled time and dropped. it off. I had to get a ride to and from work. Within 20 minutes of dropping my car off they had called and let me know they did not have the part. I felt that they should have known they did not have the part before I had dropped my car off. This was a huge error on the part of the service department and I was really disappointed with my service. When I was able to pick up my car. If felt the person at the desk acted like it was no big deal. I did call the manager of this department and he did say he was sorry. In my line of work I would never be able to provide this kind of customer service.

I liked the low key atmosphere we experienced at Markley when test driving vehicles and then buying one. No one seemed too pushy, which was nice. I also appreciated the speed at which the entire transaction took place. The service guys called and explained exactly what they found wrong and recommended what needed done to fix it. Quoted the price. And when I asked if I needed to replace the rotors rather than just shaving or smoothing them, they said no that this should fix the problem. Yesterday I had an appt at 12:30pm for oil change & tire rotation. When I was dropping it off, the serviceman expected my service to be complete in ~1hour. At 2:30pm I was called to pick up my car. To my complete surprise, they didn't charge me for the service because they felt I'd waited too long (an extra hour) and that was their way of apologizing. I couldn't believe it! I had gone from appt to appt that day...sitting all day. I told them "You made my day! Thank you!!" Now THAT is customer service!! Thank you, Markley!! : )

I was in a panic because I had misplaced my key and no spare. At first. I was told one would need to ordered but then when I called back and spoke to Justin, there was one. my car was due to go in for recall and brake replacement Saturday morning and would take 6 hours. I was told that the work began as soon as it was towed in on Friday so it was done by 9 am including re-keying my car. A super stressful situation was seemingly easily rectified.

My GMC threw a check engine light. I called, and set up an appointment for a little over a week from that day (it was a diesel issue, so they needed to wait until their "diesel guy" was back). I dropped my truck off when they opened, and received a free shuttle ride home. By 3 pm, I received a phone call that the truck was finished. I picked my vehicle up that afternoon, and was greeted by an invoice for $0. The issue was covered under warranty. My truck had the issue fixed, and they gave it a bath while they had it.

I purchased a used car and the staff and sales personnel were very professional. They were able to get me out of the trade that I had which was upside down financially and get me into a vehicle that met my needs with out going over my budgeted amount. After driving car home I noticed a squeak in the brakes. I took it back to the dealer. They discovered that there was a problem with the brake rotors and pads that had been missed at the safety inspection. They resurfaced the rotors and took care of the brake pads. There was no cost to me for the repairs. Most dealers would have told me "to bad" you bought the vehicle as is not our problem. Markley took care of the issue, no cost to me. They are concerned about customer satisfaction and that is why they have bee in business for 75 years. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

I will buy my next truck from them when the present one needs replacing. The service waiting area could use some more magazines for both sexes but this is about my only suggestion. It is important to me that they respect the fact that I am a regular and repeat customer. It would be nice if some elements of management poked their heads in the service waiting room now and then to hob nob with those sitting there. I purchased the vehicle late in the afternoon with a verbal agreement that the vibrations at speeds above 55 mph would be fixed. The seller agreed to that, and the following morning and I picked up the car after the wheels had been balanced overnight. After picking up the car and driving it, it was apparent the vibrations was still there. They asked that I leave it overnight to give them time to fix the problem. When I went back to pick the car up, they had found that 3 of the 4 tires had defects that could not be corrected. As a result, they had replaced all 4 tires with new tires at no charge, and this corrected the problem.I really appreciated the fact that all 4 of the tires were replaced, with new tires without any attempt to charge me for anything. The sales and service staff were all class individuals..

We have 5 vehicles (3 non Hondas) and use Markley Honda's service department for all our service. They are always courteous, professional, fair, and friendly. The quality of their work is very good. On the rare occasion that there is ever an issue, it is quickly and appropriately handled. There may be places to service your vehicle that may be slightly more economical (though I find Markley to be very competitive price wise) but I highly doubt you can find a more pleasant service experience.

The service reception area is clean and the reps are always friendly. This most recent service took a little longer than usual, but they told me it would in advance. I like the drive up quick lube service with no appointment required. They have always been fair and efficient at the service.

Markley service is 5-star. I had my Honda Fit in for an oil change last winter. They checked the brakes and told me that mayber by the end of summer I'd need front brakes. I recently scheduled to have the brakes replaced. I was told they would check again and see the condition they were in. When they phoned me to tell me that the brakes were still good, I expected I'd pay the $24 for the brake check. Upon arriving to pick up the car I was then told that the service charge was waived - no charge. That's customer service that's hard to be. Fourteen years of having our Hondas serviced at Markley has always been a great experience. Super friendly staff, always explain exactly what they need to do and why, and always at the estimated price.

Everything was excellent except for when we started the purchase process. The numbers on the negotiation sheets changed a few times and I caught them on it but it was still super sketchy. As far as service goes, Markley is top notch for most repairs. We have had issues there where they wanted to just replace the head on our older civic instead of doing a simple drill out of the melted spark plug and putting in a tap but other than that they have always done a great job.

We took our 2011 Buick Enclave in for an oil change and to diagnose the cause of the "Service Airbag" light coming on. For some reason, the light did not come on while the techician was checking it out. When we picked up the car, the light came on immediately. Rather than have us bring the car back or wait to be "squeezed in", Chris, the service writer, put a techician on it right away so that our wait time was minimal. As with previous service at Markley Motors, our vehicle was returned to us freshly washed. We appreciate that.

Driving down I-25 on vacation from California, our car gave us a "low oil pressure-stop engine" warning with an audible warning tone. Worried that our engine wasn't getting enough oil, we googled the nearest GMC dealer, which was Markley Motors, and drove straight there (about 3 miles away). We showed up at 11:30 AM on Saturday after Christmas. Markley's service rep took us right in and diagnosed the problem, a bad oil sensor. They had the part in stock and told us they could fix it in about 4 hours for $~650. We said ok and walked to a movie theater to kill time. They ended up fixing it in 2 1/2 hours for about $280. We had just enough time to watch "Unbroken," then walked back to our car and got back on our way to California. Markley motors saved our vacation. Outstanding service! Regards, Glenn Graham

Came in to have ignition recall repair on my Buick Lacrosse and was majorly impressed. They fixed my car's issue promptly, but they also shuttled me to and from work AND they washed and vacuumed out my car. I inquired about oil changes and got a preferred customer card, since that seems like a good deal to get a free oil change after paying such a fair price for three oil changes. I love this place and I will most definitely be back. Any and all service I have done to my vehicle will be done here from now on.

My GMC Denali was service yesterday and I am very pleased. I had a nail in my tire a month ago, stopped at a tire place for repair. Tire place, we won't name, told me I needed brakes. Took my Denali to Markley's for oil change and general maintenance. When I picked it up I asked about the brakes. Chris explained to me in detail why the brakes did not need to be replaced at this time. I feel Markley's is always very fair and honest.

Markley Motors in a great place to buy a vehicle and to have it serviced! The staff is all very helpful and very friendly. I bought my Honda here in 2013, and have had only positive experiences since then with the service department. I also have a 10 year old Honda that I take regularly to the service department. An oil change is very affordable and with the punch card the 5th oil change is free! There is rarely the long list of high dollar items that needs to be done with urgency and they are truthful about what should be done to keep the car running smoothly. My old Honda needed a new windshield and I was under a time restraint. Colin Rumney ,from the service department, went out of his way to try to get my Honda in to get the windshield for me with a timely price quote as well. He went above the normal, "We are booked for this week" and tried to get me in with other phone calls. I could not get the new windshield in such short notice, but his costumer service stands out in my mind with his helpfulness and follow up to me as a costumer. Markley Motor is busy for a reason, it is the best place to take your vehicle to insure you are safe on the road!!

I take one of our cars here exclusively as I bought it there, they always get us in for an appt, and they do a great job working on the car. My only complaint this time is that the guy who checked us in seemed somewhat annoyed with me. I am not a "car" person but I try hard to understand the basics and ask the right questions. The problems had already been explained when we made the appt, so I was just making some comments on the brakes. I know it was early in the morning and we had called to say we were running late, but the guy could have been friendlier. I work in healthcare and people know nothing on how their own bodies work, but I let it go. The guy who checked us out was very friendly and patient, taking the time to explain the repairs and what we needed to keep an eye on. He provided great service and made me feel better about the overall experience. He's the reason I bumped the customer service to "good" for this particular visit. Most of the time they give 5 star customer service.

Sort of as a last minute thought, I dropped by Markley last Saturday morning and they were able to get my car tuned-up quickly and efficiently. They pointed out to me that I needed new transmission fluid, etc. so I did upgrade to that. One of those things were I hope I wasn't being sold "up" to a service, but I trust that Markley doesn't do that, so went with it.

Bringing my car in for an oil change, I was able to wheel right in to the service bay. Was met at the car by personnel who detached my key and directed me to service counter. Upon my return for the car the gentleman at counter went over the service report with me and included pricing on tires and misc. A minor problem with wipers had been addressed without installing new ones, which could have been done with no questions asked. Work was paid for with a full punch card. I was out the door in a freshly washed vehicle right on time.

Servicing work gets done within the time frame they say it will take, waiting area is clean and comfortable (and the cookies are good!), and personnel are friendly and professional. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and efficiently my car was fixed. When I called to see if there was an opening, I was told I would have to leave the car and come back and get it the next week. We live 75 miles away, so this required taking two vehicles. We did our shopping and were headed home when we received the call that the car's problems had been diagnosed, the parts were in stock, and the car would be ready to be picked up in a short amount of time. We turned around and came back to Fort Collins. when we arrived, the car was ready. They had even had time to wash it! I was very pleased, and the car now purrs like a kitten again. Yah!!

I set up an appointment to have front struts put on my CRV. I ask for price before I made the appointment as I am on a fixed income and need to budget very carefully. After my car was checked in, the service man came to the seating area to tell me the price was much higher than was quoted to me on the phone. This should never happen, or so I believe. I have had both of my cars serviced by Markley in the past and I would like to continue doing so but will be unable to if this is going to be the norm

I was in Ft. Collins on March 13, 2014 for a veterinary appointment. The check engine light on my 2000 Odyssey minivan came on after I noticed a rough engine idle and vibration after turning on the ignition. Markley Motors was just a couple blocks away. I took my vehicle in. David Lamb, the advisor, took the van immediately. Did a diagnostic check. Determined that it fuel injector coil was stuck. It was repaired, an express oil change and service was also performed. Plus, they gave my faithful van a bath. Amazing service and so professional. I had 2 of my dogs with me, so we had to wait in the very dog friendly waiting room while the van was being reparied. I am so very grateful to Markley Motors for taking care of the issue with my vehicle. I have purchased 2 Hondas from them and will continue to do so in the future.

I've come to Markley's for years to service my cars and when I had a noise in my latest Accord, I couldn't pinpoint the issue but David was knowledgeable and identified the culprit just by the symptoms. Finally! This is the first time since the Saturn dealership closed that I've had a positive experience with the service department. Past oil changes either took WAY longer than promised, appointment times were disregarded, no coffee available, car wash not working, parts forgotten and I had to return to get them. This time I just decided to stop in, take a chance and...Ta Dah! I was in and out in about an hour, my coupon was honored and my car was clean. Pays to hang in there I guess.

We recently took our Honda Odyssey to Markley Motors for a maintenance check-up. The staff is very friendly, the waiting area is clean (always supplied with yummy cookies, hot cocoa and coffee), and the service is great! The courtesy shuttle is a wonderful option if you need to wait more than an hour. As always, Markley's is the best!

If I had not insisted that my wrecked Honda be taken to Markley's body shop for an estimate of damage, Geico would have sent it to a repair shop willing to take Geico's estimate of damage. Markley's found a lot more damage than was on Geico's estimate of damage. The final result, Geico decided to total the car instead of repairing it. I was able to add a few thousand dollars to what Geico paid me for the wrecked car and purchase a newer car with less mileage. Thank you Markley Motors.

Overall, excellent service! However, I was puzzled by your "inspector/maintenance person" having noted that not only was my brake fluid and power steering fluid dirty and in need of replacement, but the transmission fluid was in the same condition. It was puzzling because I had the transmission flluid drained and replaced approximately 2,000 miles prior to my car's present mileage at another Honda dealership. Fortunately, when I was asked whether I wanted the transmission fluid replaced, I said "no," and explained why, after agreeing to the replacement of the brake and power steering fluids. I hope you don't have whoever "inspects" a car (in my case, a Civic) with 36,000 miles automatically note--without actually examining--that transmission, brake, and power steering fluids all need replacing at roughly that mileage. Given your otherwise excellent service, my guess is that you don't do that!

I keep coming back to Markley Motors for routine maintenance on my 2006 Honda CRV for the great experience. I've always been treated with courtesy and even without an appointment, the work is done quickly and completely. They are honest and thorough with information about my car and have never tried to get me to replace something that wasn't necessary--even when I thought it might be time to replace something. I love the fact that I can count on them to keep my car in great condition and never have to worry that I'm being mislead about what needs to be done for my car. That's an awesome feeling since I know nothing about cars. Highly recommend that you add them to your team for car maintenance and repair.

I took my wife's 2007 CRV in for a standard oil change. It was a Saturday so understandably busy. It did take longer than expected but I was able to use multiple punch cards so the job was done for free and it included a car wash. The new facility looks fantastic!!! I was very impressed. I went to the showroom and looked at the new cars...makes me think about up-grading...

Went for 120,000 mile maintenance service. Work was done and finished in the time I was told, 4-4 1/2 hrs. Service writer Steve kept me informed of things that may or may not have needed to be done. No pressure. Expensive, but I feel confident that our 2001 Honda CR-V is good to go for another 30,000 miles.

I have been taking my Hondas to Markley Motors for more than 20 years now. A few years ago I had some body work done there and they did an excellent job! Yesterday I went in for an oil change and was extremely pleased with the service. It was nice to have a cozy fire going in the fireplace, a cup of hot coffee, a cookie and the tv on. I felt like I was at home! I would not take my Honda to any other shop in Ft. Collins because they KNOW Hondas and are very thorough and complete.

Doors were stuck. Was told I needed to pay 88 dollar diagonostic fee. Fixed the car quckly, so quickly that that they waved the fee. Tota: 55 dollars. Plus free (standard) vac and wash.

I used the body shop to replace the windshield thinking they would do a better job for a customer than other glass shops. The window took 5 times into the shop before a leak was fixed. Then the window broke again and despite 2 trips there and the managers promise to follow up, calls were not returned and I finally went to another place for the window replacement and they had a terrible time replacing the window and said if one of there staff had done such a bad job they would be fired. When I reported this to management I was told we know he has problems. No offer of anything except a small distracted apology. I'm sorry I bought my car from them given the service after the sale.

Recently had to have the serpentine belt replaced on my 2004 Honda Accord with 172,000 miles. Markley ordered the new belt (having sold the one in stock earlier the day I had my oil changed), and gave me a call as soon as it came in to schedule the appointment. The service was done 1/2 hour ahead of schedule, and at the cost they quoted me. I had several phone conferences that I needed to participate on, so while I was waiting, I used their waiting room and WiFi to conduct these. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I brought my 2000 Honda Odyssey to Markley Motors on Wed., Nov.20th for routine oil change and to check the status of a small oil leak. It turned out to be the oil pump. I was notified prior to the pump being replaced. Costs were thoroughly discussed and an appointment was set up for the following week. I bought my Odyssey from Markley Motors in 2000 and have all routine maintenance done there. With over 225,000 miles on this vehicle, Markley motors keeps it running like a top. I live in Cheyenne, WY and it's worth the drive down to have my Odyssey and my 2008 CRV serviced here.

I was charged for repair work not done (pending law suit) I was charged $1400 and told my car was ready (went two weeks without a phone call) pull away, get down the road (headed for I25) and realize that I have two flat tires (brand new tires) with nails sticking out of them! Honestly I only found one nail the first day but sure enough there was another. They fixed them .... Charged me to fix them and treated me like I was too stupid to know otherwise. I was actually told at one time "we don't currently have a manager". This place is a joke. When I complained a second time I was called a liar and told that I must not be able to pay my bill. Markley, I will not go one day without telling everyone I see how horrible this business is.

(It's a long story.) The kicker was that I was not charged anything! I fully expected to pay at least an examination fee. No nothing. We have a 2003 Civic with 135,000 miles on it, which is used almost exclusively by my daughter. She was traveling over the continental divide on I-70, near the top, going uphill when the engine started hesitating. This happened a number of times. She got back to Fort Collins OK, but the "service engine" light was on. There was no other indication of anything wrong (like over temperature, engine oil light, etc). We took it into Markley. Personally, I figured this was a chance for the typical unscrupulous dealer to take advantage of us. That did not happen -- they read out the code and discovered the oil level was very low which the engine computer was dealing with. An oil change was all that needed to be done, to bring the oil back into the normal range. Somehow, we had not checked the mileage since the last oil change and let it go too long. I still wonder if Civics have an "oil" light like much older cars used to have...

Three people stand out as thoughtful and amazing in my experience. My new CRV was nearly destroyed in the baseball size hail and tornado that hit Greeley on August 2nd 2013. Two woman in the body shop named Renee and Kristen, and a gentleman named Bob all went way out of their way to resolve my vehicle needs, but more so to make the entire experience less traumatic. They provided seamless responses to my phone calls, timely follow up and even a loaner vehicle when I had reached my insured maximum on my State Farm catastrophic insurance policy. There is truly no way to express my gratitude for their kind concern and diligence except to write to the branch manager and the body shop supervisor and say "thank you"!

After shopping many different dealers, with four exhausted kids, we landed at Markley. They were extremely patient and accommodating to our large family. The kids were entertained in the kid corner, and our sales rep even treated them to a candy from the vending machine. I was car shopping with my husband and after visiting another dealership, I was a bit exhausted, but visited Markley because that's where I took my older CR-V for service and was always treated so well each time I visited. We bought our car here while on a trip and our old dodge about had it. We come to fort Collins enough that we only use Markley for service. They have a record of what has been done and keep track of what services are needed according to Honda. I don't feel they try to up scale unnecessary services. Only what is needed. There are certain services I've found less money like battery, tires and brakes that I've had done by our local garage or parts store. But the rest has been done here. mainly oil changes and flushes. I trust them.

I started bringing my first Honda ( Used '87 Accord) for service in 1988. Bought my second Honda Accord new from Markley in 2003. Having it serviced here has always been a pleasant experience. Other than oil changes I can count on one hand how many repairs I've needed. I'm now looking for a new vehicle and Honda CR-V from Markley is on top of my list. My last buying experience was very pleasant here. Today, meeting with Bob, a salesman, he was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, accommodating and professional and best of all, not pushy, but giving me the advice I needed to go back to Markley after I process what I learned today. I'm very comfortable as a female working with the people at this dealership.

We did alot of research about the type of vehicle that we wanted. We found this surburban via a carbroker. It looked good on the computer but there was still more to find out. When my husband and I arrived to see the vehicle we had already done some checking on it via CARFAX ! Yeah CARFAX!! We worked with Derek who was very friendly and helpful. After test driving and talking about it we asked if they would be wiling to let us take the vehicle home to have a mechanic look at it and the Markely folks were great! . Note we do not live in Fort Collins. After the mechanic said that it was a sound vehicle I returned and bought the vehicle. We are super happy!! We even get to take it by for car washes as neededwhen we are in town! This was a great experience for both of us...the last time we bought a car was very confrontational and not pleasant! Derek and his boss Justin were awesome! We walked away happy and if we ever wanted to by another car we would go to them first before going anywhere else! Thank you Markely Motors! We took our Pilot in for service. We made an appointment. At most dealers the appointment means nothing, they do it when they get to it. At Markley, they started on it at the appointed time and it was finished very promptly. It needed more service and Trevor told us what he could do that day and what we would need another appointment for them to do. We had them do the service they could do that day and it was accomplished as promptly as the first service. We were very impressed with the buying experience and equally impressed with the service. A fantastic dealer. We have recommended both the Honda and the dealer to any friends looking for a vehicle.

We had a major auto repair problem that wasn't explained as well as it could have been at first by the service agent. The service manager was out of town and Terry Brunk stepped in and arranged a face to face meeting with the veteran technician that originally inspected our vehicle. He was very believable, but we decided to get a second opinion from another respected repair shop in town just in case. The second shop concurred with the technician's diagnosis, so we took it back to Markley to repair. The problem was repaired at slightly under the quoted price. It has only been two weeks since the repair was made and so far, everything seems to be working well. As importantly, I felt that both the service agent and Terry Brunk handled the situation in a very professional manner.

Very good experience overall with friendly, polite customer service. The only complaint is the hour and 45 minute wait for oil change (we were told it would be that long, to be fair.) If there are any trends generally for times during the week/day that allow shorter waits, it would be nice if that were publicized so people with flexibility in bringing the car by can take advantage of those less busy times.

On June 16th my step dad and mom started the process of buying a new truck. After they purchased the truck they were never given any extra keys and the one key they were given wouldn't even unlock the receiver to take off the hitch. In fact the one sales person they talked to said if they wanted to remove the hitch they could use a torch. They called numerous times and either got disconnected, transferred to a voice mail or had a message taken that never had a call returned. I guess this shows you never sign the papers because then you never get any customer service because these people don't know the meaning. So buyers beware when walking in this dealership.

Took my van to Markley for repair estimate, left with new CR-V. Gary Ihle was great -- no pressure, knew his stuff, made it sooooo easy and painless. Had been shopping for a nearly-new SUV for a while, hated all dealerships I'd gone to, even ones I'd used in the past. Planned to get a used Ford Escape, but thought I'd just check out the Honda Pilots & CR-Vs while the estimate was being done -- never expected to leave with a new CR-V -- which I love! (Really like the 35 mpg I'm getting, too!) Am recommending Markley and especially Gary Ihle to everyone I know.

Courteous, quick and some what reasonably priced. The staff at Markley kept me informed of what was needed to be done to the vehicle before doing the work and made me aware of what things cost. They even gave suggestions to other places that could fix the built in DVD player for less money and provided the necessary information for me to get in contact with them. I have purchased parts from them this time and times in the past and they were very competitive with their prices and at times were cheaper than after market competitors. Some mechanical services are not cheaper at all but other are, one needs to shop around a bit but they always do a very reliable job.

I had an excellent experience getting my car repaired yesterday. The people in the service department were outstanding--nice, knowledgable, fast, efficient and friendly! I was able to get my brakes fixed while the shuttle bus took me to the post office so I could run an errand. When I returned, I finished my emails, had a cup of coffee and . . .my car was fixed. I had an excellent afternoon all because of Markely Motors!

We had our Honda Pilot serviced at Markley Motors for a recall issue. There is a Honda dealership in Greeley but we chose Markley after listening to referrals from family and friends. Glad we did!!! From scheduling the appointment, to the valet attendant, to our service advisor AND the parts department...each and every individual was friendly, attentive, efficient and helpful! The waiting area was clean with ample seating, televisions, a play room for the kids and they provide hot coffee, cold bottled water and cookies while you wait. When service is complete...they present you with a freshly washed vehicle and you are on your way! Markley doesn't just say customer service is a priority...they make you experience it!

Nice facility. I took our Accord in for a recall notice we received in the mail. You pull up and the overhead door is automatic. They open your car door and greet you with respect. Once I checked in and signed some paperwork, the wait for the shuttle was only 20 minutes, I enjoyed a cup of coffee and used the WiFI. Further, the repair only took half the time expected. The shuttle picked me up took me right to the shop where my car was waiting. They said the weather was to bad to wash the car, but I could come back and have it cleaned. Cool!

Howly Cow! A lot different from when I last went to a dealership for service. Very customer friendly from when first drive in , in the olden days you had to park then walk in, to the hot coffee and cookies. It was a pleasure to have my car serviced a Markley Motors. I felt like I could stay there longer but they got done with my car too fast. Great Job!

We had been searching for a 2008 Honda Pilot. After test driving a few in the Denver area by large dealerships we were truly disappointed in the customer service and quality of the used vehicles. I found one on the Markley Honda website, called them and was connected to a salesperson. We set up a time for a test drive and bought it that day! We felt that our salesperson was very knowledgeable about Hondas, answered many questions and created a 'no pressure' atmosphere. We drove from 110 miles away to look at a vehicle that we initially saw online. We called prior to leaving home to verify that the vehicle was still available. When we arrived, the vehicle was parked out front, ready for us to test drive. The salesman, Robert Little, had done his homework on the vehicle and showed us the CarFax right away! He even made sure that in case we decided to purchase the vehicle, that it had a full tank of gas!! Wow! The negotiation process went very smoothly and quickly and Markley was very willing to negotiate! This is the second time I have used Markley for servicing my vehicle and I absolutely love going there. Customer service at its finest!!! An interesting experience during my visits - First service the test showed it was out of balance in the rear (didn't fix), second service it showed balanced in the rear slightly out in the front. Strange phenomenon that I shared with the mechanic and obviously declined the balancing service. They balanced the front anyway and didn't charge me for it! Other than that interesting situation that they professionally remedied, my experience has been nothing but stellar. I will continue to get my car serviced there and any additional vehicle I purchase will be serviced there as well. A+++++++

From the time that Robb Murphy first sent me an Email to the time we entered the show room we felt that they really wanted our business. My girl friend had purchased a new car from another dealer about 4 months ago and they didn't treat her any where near the way we were treated . It was clear that they just wanted a sale. Robb spent as much time as we wanted and made sure that all our questions were answered and that we knew how everything worked on our pickup. We took our 2002 Civic in for recall work. They checked the car thoroughly and found another problem, but it was covered for lifetime. The part required was not in stock. They notified us when part became available and we were able to get our vehicle in that same week. They kept us informed and called when car was ready. Our car was ready in 3 hours from diagnosis to repair. We were very happy with Markley, and would recommend them to any Honda owner.

Thank You Markley Honda for taking care of us. We purchased a used 2005 Honda Odyssey "AS IS" in September and in October, found that the starter needed to be replaced. Markley set up the tow to the dealership and took care of us the same day. Markley even went as far as paying half of the total bill which was a huge blessing to us. Marley's service department continues to set the standard for customer service and satisfaction. I know of no other dealer who is as honest, fair, professional, and pleasant to do business with. I recently brought my wife's car in for an oil change, and the service department was kind enough to give it a washing afterwards. When I drove out of the parking lot, I noticed something very different about the car. I thought I was driving away with someone else's vehicle. I had to look around to ensure it belonged to my wife. It turned out the service department had cleaned the inside of the windshield and the entire dashboard. You guys are AWESOME. It's the little extras that make doing business with you such a pleasure. Keep up the great work!

A very good experience all they way around. Gary is great and, at no time, did I feel pressured to do anything but what I wanted to. He was patient as he had others waiting to see him; however, he showed me the new car I wanted to see along with a used car that he thought perhaps would work for me. In the end he helped me through the entire process very efficiently as I had an appointment later that afternoon and he was very good about finishing so I could meet my responsibilities.

Easily the worst car buying/service experience I've ever had. I bought a used vehicle from Markley Motors less than 10,000 mile ago and have had to go back to their repair shop on two separate occasions. They assured me they diagnosed and fixed the problem the first time (for a charge of +$1,000)I had the exact same problems just 6000 miles later so I took the vehicle back to Markley to be fixed. Markley basically said that they do not stand behind their work and that it would cost in excess of $1000 for them to fix the same problem again. I asked to speak with the service manager who more or less told me I was on my own. Very disappointing and frustrating

I was in a terrible accident 2 years ago and thought my vehicle was going to be totaled by the insurance company. Jeanette was outstanding in her effort to not only fix my suv but to ease my anxiety during the entire process. My car looked good as new, was safe to drive and I was treated like a friend, not a customer "number". Since by experience at the body shop, I have returned to have the routine service done on my vehicle and am continuously blown away by how personal and trustworthy the service advisers are. It is rare to find that kind of culture in a dealership today. I will always return to Markley Motors for any auto needs and will always recommend them to my friends.

I have a 2004 GMC Envoy and it has been into the Markley Body Shop on three separate occasions. The first two times were for minor bumper and related damage. The third time was for major repairs. I was worried that the insurance company was going to total my vehicle. Fortunately, the Markley Body Shop was able to repair it and this literally saved me tens of thousands of dollars. Honestly, it is as good as new. My husband has a Ford Truck and he will only use Markley for repairs and routine maintenance. I would not take any of our three vehicles anywhere else.

However the third repair required major body work. I was afraid that the insurance company was going to total my vehicle but Markley's body shop team was able to repair my vehicle. Markley trashed my near-new CR-V and made shoddy repairs to a door damaged in a parking lot. They made at least two attempts to repair the dent. The sight of the dent is still readily visible, their paint work is rough and pitted, they left the interior door panel loose and parts marred, they scratched the paint off the inside of the door, buffed off paint to the primer outside the door, left stains and grease inside the vehicle, and it is covered inside with grit from bondo that they sanded on the outside of the door. They trashed my CR-V.

I think we got an okay deal for our Toyota. However, we were told we would get a certain price that included all taxes out the door. The did not cover all our taxes like they said and we have to pay an additional 600 dollars which sucks.
