terrible customer service called and ask about a van was told they had a bunch at the auction. said they would car me back tomorrow about the vans and hung up on me without even getting my phone number. they sounded very uninterested in sell any vans!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! 9/22/20, my husband and I showed up just before closing and bought a new truck for my husband that we had seen online. On the way out (two hours after close), we see a car I want and negotiate a trade for my Prius to the Jetta. Hubby’s car was financed, so Robert (the salesman) had to get the title work turned in if he wanted to get paid. It was after 10pm when we settled things for my “new” Jetta, and Robert said he would mail the title to the Jetta if we would send him the title to the Prius since we live almost three hours away. My husband travels for work and happened to be near BG one day and delivered the title to the Prius, expecting to get the the title for the Jetta in return. It “wasn’t ready” but Robert promised he would mail it soon. Fast forward to 11 days after my temp tag expired (and many, MANY phone calls to Robert), and they finally send the Jetta title via FedEx. I drove to my in-law’s to have Thanksgiving dinner with them three days after my temp tag expired, but didn’t drive after that for a week because I was afraid of getting a ticket!! The worst part was being LIED to!! Every time we would call, Robert had some story about why he hadn’t mailed the title yet, or that he had just mailed it the day before and we should have it soon but it never came. WHAT!?!!! It finally arrived 12/3/20 via FedEx. I wish he could explain to me why it took TWO MONTHS to take some papers to FedEx and send them to their rightful owner!! Robert Dark is the type of used car salesman that gives used car salesmen their bad name. He is DISHONEST and thinks he is infallible! What a joke!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
