I received two recall notice on my car and needed service. When I called Maserati of Stevens creek, Justine gray at the service department was more than helpful. He arranged a complimentary tow for me to the location and made sure my car was back on time because I was away on vacation a week and requested for my car to be back on certain day. I would highly recommend this place . Friendly and helpful staff and very easy service process.

Maserati of SC is a great dealer who takes time during the sales process to understand needs, desires and concerns. It takes a bit longer than a traditional sales buying job, but in the end, the value that I received was fantastic. The service department is a fantastic extension of that philosophy. Justin, Hannah and team are friendly, meet commitments and communicate promptly. I've had my cars taken here for over a year and have had excellent service and support every time

In my process to buy a used Maserati Granturismo, I visited the Stevens Creek dealer and had a great experience there. I was able to drive the model I had in mind, and got great advice on what to consider for my purchase, like finding a car that is still under the 4-yr warranty, and consider the Sport model.I eventually purchased the car from out of state, and brought it into the Stevens Creek Maserati dealership to check on a few things that didn't seem right. The staff was a bit hard to get hold of over the phone, but quite responsive over email, and very nice, polite and helpful. The repairs were all made in a timely manner, under warranty, and they even found another issue I wasn't aware of and fixed it at the same time.I won't hesitate to return.

I went to buy a 2007 Mercedes Benz car thinking it would be an all day process with a lot of hassles. the process went so smoothly I couldn't believe it. The staff was very professional and courtesy. I left with a beautiful car and completely satisfied with the purchase. I will definitely return to the dealer in the future and recommend them to my friends.

I had originally intended to buy a Jaguar XJ and had gone out to test drive one. But since the Maserati dealer was just down the street and the Ghibli was sure a nice looking car I decided to try one. Man, oh man, once I drove it and see the great deal on a lease I was sold. It also helped that my salesperson never applied any pressure let me do what I needed and never forced the sale. So the experience was surprisingly pleasant. We received a good trade-in value for our car and got to go to the lot to pick out the car we wanted. So I would highly recommend Maserati of Stevens Creek.

Amos is a good guy. I showed up looking like a scrub and he still showed me the cars. One of the other dealers, however, began qualifying me financially. I get it that you don't want to waste your time on someone who can't afford a car; however, it was a bit offensive. He is the minus one star. Amos is a 5 star though.The quality of repairs is great. I'm glad they detail my car every time I bring it in.In any case, I would totally recommend buying from here if you can afford it.

From the moment we stepped through the door into the immaculate showroom, filled with beautiful cars and were welcomed so warmly we were taken. Walter is a phenomenally knowledgeable sales representative. He not only shared the history of Maserati, but the external and internal workings and beauty of the car. He took the time to introduce us to the dealership manager and the service manger. Truly was a pleasure getting to share purchasing a vehicle from him. OH and I LOVE, LOVE my car!

We stopped in to look at a used Maserati on the lot and we ended up buying a new one! Everyone at the dealership were genuinely friendly and knowledgable. They answered all our questions about their cars and after 3 visits in one week, we fell in love with the ghilbi and bought one! This was the best car buying experience! I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership and in both occasions the buying experience was really good, The financial part of the buying process was explained to me very well and it took less than 30 minutes to complete. The car was detailed and polished before delivery. The salesperson for both my purchases explained all the functions of the car to me in great detail and patience. Yuriy Lavor was the sales person u dealt with and he was fabulous. Very responsive, follow up was very good on all my questions and I appreciated his patience as I evaluated the vehicle I bought from him but was doing my due diligence before making a big ticket purchase and never felt pressured.

While my children may be a bit upset because I spent a good chunk their college fund on my new Maserati Granturismo MC convertible, I couldn't be happier. The Stevens Creek dealership is not my closest Maserati shop, but it is clearly the best. The store was immaculate, they had the most cars to choose from, and most importantly, I was treated with the utmost respect. Walter literally spent seven hours with my son and me, educating us about these gorgeous cars. Lots of passion for and pride in the Maserati brand. I've driven BMW most of my adult life and appreciated the depth of knowledge Walter possessed as he let me come to my own conclusions about what car was right for me. I spent a lot more than I planned to spend, but feel like I got a fair deal on a car that is as much of a work of art as it is fun to drive. The only reason I may not recommend Maserati of Stevens Creek to everyone is that I love the fact that my car is more unique than most. I'd hate for these cars to get too popular here in the Valley. With that said, if you already know you want a Maserati, check these guys out. You won't regret it. Both Walter and Yury were a pleasure to work with.
