Car buying / shopping is just not the same as it used to be and throw a pandemic and a supply chain demand issue in there with online tools and confusing ads about low prices and lease rates and you are glutton for punishment! NOT HERE! My persistence definitely paid off this time. I live in South Florida and had contacted over 20 dealers of all brands from Miami to Orlando to buy a new car. I gave up after 2 weeks and then I waited a week or so and then came across Massey Yardley and gave it a shot. The kindest gentleman Mervin Span listened to my needs and connected with me on such a great personal level that I knew he was going to help me get my car. He did just that and went above and beyond the call of duty! After a few days, I had my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and made friend along the way! I went yesterday and left a little disappointed because I didn't get the truck I wanted at the price I could afford but Anthony the sales person was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me but the finance department couldn't work out a deal with me but overall not a bad experience.

Come here if you enjoy scare tactics, zero transparency, and threats that extend well beyond you leaving the dealership. I cannot stress enough how awful (and at times actually scary when the sales agent was threatening to ruin my credit by continually doing hard checks without my consent) this dealership is. I came in with a clear ask and a clear number that I could afford. I was then taken on a wild ride being told one number and then given something else entirely on paper, I was convinced to wait and try again and again and then, exhausted from all the confusion and misleading information, when I tried to leave, I was basically bullied for “wasting the agent’s time”. I ended up working with a different dealership and the process was smooth and transparent. I do not understand why this dealership thinks what they did was appropriate or conducive to a sale but highly recommend ANY other dealership over this one.

I just would like to take time to say my sales experience at Massey yardley jeep was excellent! I ordered a 2021 Jeep Wrangler memorial day weekend and my sales guy Dan went above and beyond to get the Jeep I wanted to build and talked me through every step. Dam called me 3 days ago and told me the Jeep was ready to be picked up and papers were ready to go to sign. Brooke in finance was very helpful explaining the numbers I didn’t have car buying remorse with the price cause they were true. Brandon the vehicle specialist went above and beyond to make sure I knew the features of my new car. My experience was a 5/5
