We went in this Saturday to test drive a CX-5. My husband purchased his car from this dealership 4 years ago and had a great experience, so this is why we chose them again. Rob immediately greeted us and was really personable and friendly. He was able to take us on a test drive and also evaluate my car for the trade in. The process was quick and seamless. Although we did not in the end go with the car, we had a wonderful experience while we were there. If we were to purchase another new car, we would return here without hesitation.

When I went to this dealership, I had been attracted to the car which had a reputation as a well-built machine that would satisfy my desire to own a car requiring very little follow-up maintenance. I was treated as a valued customer from the first minute and I was asked "what I wanted in a car", not what they wanted to sell me. Once I had decided to purchase the Mazda CX3, I was prepped and shown all its features, and the agent went above and beyond to satisfy my questions.

I tend to loathe the process of buying cars, mostly because I have little patience for the games that are played at most dealerships. Based on my experience with Mastria Mazda, I would be hard-pressed to ever go anywhere else. Service was quick, attentive and responsive to my needs. I had done a fair amount of research online through their extensive inventory and knew the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase, and they made the process as simple as it could be. Additional options (i.e., extended warranty, service plans, navigation) were made available, but without the full-court press that other dealers put on you.My sales associate was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and joined me on a thorough test drive. I concede that I was a quick sell on the vehicle - again, I knew exactly what I wanted to get - but I was entirely prepared to find another dealer if the process was going to be a nightmare. Instead, negotiations regarding pricing were done fairly and the transaction went very smoothly.When I took delivery of my vehicle, there was a small scratch on the exterior that I likely would not have noticed for days - but the staff here proactively reached out to me, apologized profusely for the issue and made arrangements to have it fixed. It would have been very easy for them to simply look the other way.

We have been buying Hondas and Toyotas since 1998, but when we decided to buy a new Mazda we checked out all the local dealerships. Only Mastria Mazda had a large selection and were very knowable of their vehicles. Our sales consultant, Rob explained features of the SUV we were interested in along with the different trim levels and what each offered. Rob took the time to answered all our questions and did rush us to make our decision. Rob explained all the ways available ways to purchase or lease our choice. Rob explained how the service department functioned, gave us a quick tour along with introducing all the mangers; John, Michael, Mark and Barry. This was a very enjoyable buying experience and we will be back when we need another vehicle.John and Elaine

Ricardo Dordete was helpful & upbeat during my purchase of a new Mazda CX5 even though he was not the original salesman who had initially answered my questions and took me for a road test. Ricardo effectively ran me through the purchase process, explained available options and was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and professional in his interactions and communication. Ricardo kept me dutifully informed of the delivery time-especially when the model I wanted had to be acquired from elsewhere and it's arrival time was delayed through no fault of his.

I recently purchased a Mazda 6, which was my second great car purchasing experience with Mastria Mazda. I had a Mazda 3, which I had purchased at Mastria in 2014, and I loved that car. The Mazda 6 though...well, if you are considering a Camry, Accord, or Sonata... do yourself a favor and go check out the Mazda 6 first. I went into Mastria recently, just to explore the option of moving up to the Mazda 6. Dereck Viveiros, my salesman, was great to work with. I had done some research as to trade in value on the Mazda 3, etc. , but i wasn't sure how the numbers would actually work out. Dereck and the rest of the sales team really went all out, with no games or pressure, to give me a great deal on my new 2016 Mazda 6. I do miss my Mazda 3. I wish I could own both cars. But every time I sit in my Mazda 6, there is a big smile on my face. By the way, on the Mazda 3, I was getting 37 mpg consistently. On the Mazda 6 I'm getting 33 mpg on my first few fill-ups. Not too shabby. I do my own math when I fill-up, just to verify actual mpg.

I had been to quite a few dealerships trying to figure out which vehicle was going to fit my family best. By far Stuart Rothman was the most helpful. He seemed to genuinely want to help me get the right vehicle without being pushy . Overall it was a great, stress free experience. I won't be looking for a new vehicle for a long time but when I do I will come back.

I'm giving not only Mastria Mazda a five star reveiew, but my sales and leasing consultant, Peter Attea, deserves such kudos as well. Peter was kind and professional from the moment we walked in the door. I've always hated buying cars, primarily due to the obnoxious run around I'm put through when we start talking price, but I also hate having to decipher the truth from fiction in those scenarios. Fortunately, Peter was a straight shooter and presented as trustworthy and reasonable when it came time to discuss pricing. I should also mention Barry, the sales manager whose approval was needed to finalize the sale. Barry was personable and accommodating and deserves a five star rating as well. I would absolutely recommend this dealer to a friend. My salesman Rob Morril was fantastic. He completely understood what I was looking for, and helped me find the perfect car without pushing my budget. I never, at any point, felt uncomfortable or pressured to buy something that I didn't want, which is a big deal for me because I am pretty inexperienced at buying cars, and usually the salespeople totally freak me out. I am 100% happy with my experience and I love my new (actually, used - haha) Chevy Impala.

After a less than pleasant car buying experience a few days prior, this dealership was a breath of fresh air. The staff is friendly, but not pushy. Robert Morrill was a great salesperson and really walked me through the entire process, enduring my endless litany of questions. Notably, when I found an ad that listed my (exact) car at a lower price on a used car website, they matched it without any hassle whatsoever. Finally, the best thing about Rob: if he doesn't know the answer to your question, he won't try and tell you what you want to hear... he'll tell he doesn't know and then go find the answer for you. (I also have give MIke Luu credit, he was also great to work with.) Shout out to Mark Striggles, who helped me get the best combination of warranty/service contract/APR. My "life coach"/friend came with me to play bad cop, rereading all the paperwork for legalese; Mark is was totally cool with it and was very straightforward in explaining exactly what I was getting and how much it would cost. I don't think I could ever describe the financing process as fun, but with Mark, it was damn close. I drove away the day after I decided on my car and I'm set to have a minor issue repaired by the service department later this week. I feel like I got a great deal and I look forward to seeing everyone at Mastria regularly as I come in for service appointments.

I've visited several car dealerships over the past week or so and had the best experience at this one by far. I had the pleasure of working with Nick Karam. Nick was the first salesperson at any of the dealerships I visited who actually greeted us and introduced himself to myself and my girlfriend on the lot. He was polite, attentive, and really worked very hard to find the right vehicle for me and he was able to get it for me at a monthly rate I felt comfortable with. The entire staff at Mastria was very helpful and made me feel like they were working hard to get me the deal I wanted. Awesome experience!

Even though I didn't end up buying the Nissan rogue I test drove here, it had nothing to do with their ability as sales men. Honestly, I wish they had the car I ended up buying - I was very disappointed with Boch Toyota where I did buy my Rav4, it was an awful experience. Richardo was very helpful and did everything he could to work with in my budget - which I appreciated immensely. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good car buying experience.

Shortly after arriving at the dealership we were met by Peter Attea, who patiently attended to us exclusively for the few hours we were there, answering questions and pointing out safety features and comparisons among other models of pre-owned vehicles. Even after purchasing my car Peter has been my "go-to guy",promptly returning calls and performing other services, such as locating an owner's manual. I have not once felt that once the commission was in hand I was no longer a valued customer. And....I got the car at a great price!!

If you shop for your new car at Mastria Mazda, read up on new car scams before you go and beware. At the last minute we backed out and bought our car at Alden Mazda. That was the best decision we every made.

My daughter had a great experience buying a car from this dealership and in particular, with salesman, Dereck Viveiros. When my husband and I started thinking about purchasing a vehicle, we went straight to Mastria Mazda without hesitation. Dereck is very, very helpful and does NOT pressure you into buying something you are not 100% sure you want to buy. He is willing to help in every way he possibly can and always goes above and beyond what he is required to do. I cannot say enough about him as a person and as a salesman. He is awesome and we love our new Mazda 3!

Stay away from this dealership. They will bait and switch you. They will lie to your face. And when you call them on it, they'll pretend they were acting in good faith all along and it was all a big misunderstand (that of COURSE can't be remedied now...)These people literally wrote $350 out of the small print in order to change a deal that was DONE. Horrible, right? But it's a car dealer... you almost expect that.But they also just happened to screw up the delivery so badly that my CREDIT was harmed as a direct result of their laziness and lies. Now THAT'S the kind of customer service a car dealer has to go above and beyond to provide!And now, many months later, I've discovered that they never returned the plates on my lease return, as they were supposed to do when they removed them from the vehicle. Now I have to go through the long, bureaucratic process of filing a "lost plate" request with the RMV in order to stop them from charging my excise tax on a vehicle I no longer lease or drive.Bottom Line: Mastria cares about one thing, and one thing only: Separating you from as much of your money as they possibly can.Find another option for that Mazda you've got your eye on...

While I love my new Mazda CX5, I wish I never bought it at Mastria Mazda in Raynham, MA. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in any company. From the salesman who left a rude and inappropriate message on my husband's voice mail after we bought the car, all the way up to the owner, Rick Mastria. I was completely disappointed and shocked at the lack of professionalism and integrity. I can promise I will never step foot in another Mastria dealership. I strongly recommend anyone looking to buy a new vehicle steer clear of any Mastria dealership!!

Everyone I dealt with at Mastria was friendly and low-pressure, especially Jordan, my sales person. However, it took several reschedulings to pick up my car, since Brian was the only person in finance and he was out of the office several times. When I dropped off my car for installation of the Lo-Jack, it was also supposed to be registered and inspected by the time I picked it up the next evening, but it wasn't, and I had to wait around for them to inspect it. Just some newly opened kinks to work out, I think. Otherwise a positive experience, and I would return and recommend them to others!

The inventory, sales people, finance people and service people have made purchasing my new 2014 Mazda CX-5 a wonderful experience. There was no high-pressure sales tactics used and I was able to get the vehicle for the price I was looking for. Jon, the salesperson, was great to work with. He was able to answer all of my questions. I also dealt with Brian, in financing, who went above and beyond for me when I switched things up on him. I visited Mastria Mazda to purchase a car for my daughter in January. We originally went there to look at a couple of vehicles that we saw listed online. Unfortunately, the vehicle my daughter was most interested in was sold the day before, however the salesman that we dealt with, Michael Mantell, was extremely helpful and was able to make some great recommendations based on my needs and the price I was looking to pay. He checked stock throughout the network of other local Mastria dealers, and brought us over to their sister store, Mastria Nissan. There we looked at several cars and test drove a couple. We went back to the original dealership and checked some numbers on a car that my daughter and I both liked, but felt it was out of our price range. Michael went back to the other dealership and brought back a '09 Toyota Corolla for us to look at, which ended up being the perfect choice. My daughter was happy, I was happy, and we negotiated what I thought was a great price for the vehicle as well as an excellent trade for her older car. They were also happy to take care of a couple of minor repairs on the car that we discovered after she brought the car home a couple of days later. I highly recommend Mastria Mazda and Michael Mantell for a great buying experience. I would definitely do business with them again.

Great experience with warranty service. The place is clean, staff looks friendly and polite. Had a small issue with my almost new vehicle, not only they took care of it quickly (under 2 hours that I've been there) but also said they were going to order and replace a part in question just in case to make sure this issue does not come back.I plan to use this dealership in the future for my service needs, I'm satisfied with my experience there.

Paul was very friendly and helped us out a great deal. This was one of my best experiences every buying a car. If the need should ever arise that I needed to buy a car again I would return to Paul. He went above and beyond what a sales person should be. I never felt any pressure from him and I would recommend him to anyone I know that is looking for a new or certified used car.
