Excellent experience to buy the car at Mastria Motors. No compare and no sense to know how important for customers to have a good dealer experience. The Ford dealer was Crazy, and they required me to show the cash($40000) to take the car test for their 2020 ford edge. even if your are a Lincoln dealer, the only thing i can prove my finance ability is my bank statement, but not to show the $40000 cash. In Mastria Motors, I have a very good memories to buy my new car. I recommend you who want to buy a car to come to visit Mastria in store. I hope you enjoy it. Best regard.

On Monday I completed my purchase of my (new to me)Toyota Highlander. Henry my salesman was excellent from the moment I entered the dealership and throughout the purchase process. Very pleasant experience from beginning to end. The salesperson I dealt w Key was as good as they get, I was even having a bad day and he made it all better getting my car together quickly and efficiently. Always nice and always listening. There was never a time I felt like I was at a dealership rather at a place that wanted to help you obtain a car. This was not a usual deal but it went so smoothly that I cannot recommend it higher to see Key down at Mastria Nissan, you will not regret it!

Great experience, We had 2 vehicles that we wanted to trade in and get one new vehicle, had been at some other dealerships in the area so decided to stop in Mastria Nissan to see what they had. Upon arriving was greater immediately, introduced to Marvin who would be my salesperson. As I explained what I was trying to do trading 2 vehicles in they immediately got to work. I have never owned a Nissan or drove one and was quite impressed with the Rogue. u went home that night telling my husband about my experience, the employees and the Rogue, he figured it would be like any typical dealership visit. The next day we went back to conduct our deal and my husband was just as impressed as I was. Marvin stayed on top of every detail, Bruce the sales manager has the best personality, along with Brian. These guys got the deal done!! We love our Rogue and will not only be Mastria customers again but are also Nissan owners. We would highly recommend stopping by this dealership!!

This the seventh vehicle that I have purchased at the Mastria Nissan dealership for me and my family. Each purchase I was treated respect and informed during each step of the car buying process. I have worked with several different sales people over the years, Kyle, DJ, Brian, Bruce, Desi and Linda and I think of these sales people as my personal friends It's easy,,, you tell them what you can afford per month and they make you the best deal to fit your budget ( no haggling on the price its there lowest price from the beginning ) and the service department is the best ! the hours of operation are designed to fit the working mans schedule they are open late during the week and all day Saturday ! You drive up to the service entrance door and the nissan team handles the rest and you are again kept informed during the whole process , I always recommend Nissan cars and Mastria Nissan to all my friends....

My husband called me from the Mastria dealership says he bought a car. Ok-I go to sign the paperwork. The salesman-Randy Bradshaw- nice polite informative guy was very professional and friendly as was the manager and financial advisor. I want to see a Rogue-Randy patiently takes me out -my husband decides to buy me the car-Hooray!!!! This is the third time we have bought our cars there. Very casual atmosphere no pressure. I had the best experience. Linda my salesperson was wonderful. I have owned multiple Xterras for 15 years and was upset to find out Nissan does not manufacture the Xterra any longer. (I have an attachment to the Xterra) Linda was great in helping find an alternative to the Xterra, knowing I loved my truck. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

we had been shopping for a new car and I had already been to multiple dealerships and played that negotiating game that we all love to be tortured with. I was ready to just give in and then my wife suggested I go look at cars at Mastria Nissan, so I did. I went in on a Friday night, spoke with the salesman and my wife picked up her new car on Monday afternoon. not only was it easy and we didn't have all the back and forth but they gave me more for my trade than originally quoted and my payment was that much lower. simple and easy, Maurice was a great help and the best to deal with. I would recommend Mastria and Maurice to all who want a great experience.

I called ahead to schedule an appointment on a specific vehicle. They told me about VIP Shopping Experience, and how it would make it quick and painless. After shopping at a few other dealers in the area, this was something I hadn't heard of! They told me the vehicle would be pulled up and waiting for my arrival. When I got to the store, the vehicle was pulled up and looked great! I was greeted and thanked for using their VIP experience by the manager Bruce. I was truly impressed by their attention to detail and customer satisfaction. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Mastria's VIP Program, as the deal was made quickly and efficiently, without all the back and forth that I've had at multiple other dealerships. Went to three other dealerships on the same road, not one greeted me or welcome me, so I walk around for little bit and left. I was hesitant to pull in a forth time, but I did and was welcome for the first time by Marvin, very nice young man ask me what was important to me in my new car that I would like to buy, so I told him and he pulled up a new murano, I fell in love with it. so needless to say I bought it. Everyone at Mastria Nissan was so professional Mr.Gary Lee the finance manager help us with all our paperwork, and Brian Mota the sales manager for helping make the deal. Absolutely the worst dealer and sales person there is. The sales person named Linda was very un helpful to the point of being just plain rude. She shouldn't sell anything. Management was no help at all. They promise you "tiers for life". What they don't disclose is that you have to have 3 alignments per year to qualify. Stay clear of this place!!!!!

I had the best experience at Mastria NIssan. Yes, I did spend a huge amount of time there because it was the day after Thanksgiving and most of the salesmen were busy including the finance guy. I'm normally not a very patient person especially when I dont know what is going on or have no control over my situation. However, this salesman (John Dubois) who was helping me was really great at keeping me inform on why the finance guy was taking so long and so on. I don't normally trust car sale people, but on that day I felt like I could trust the guy that was helping me. He was very patient and answered all my stupid questions. I didnt feel rip off. Call me naive if you will, but I dont regret going there. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND MASTRIA NISSAN TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY FIRST TIME BUYER.

We worked with John Dubois on turning in a lease and starting a new one. He was pleasant, helpful and easygoing. He kept me up to date as things went along and took time to answer all the concerns I had even after the fact. I went without my husband and was totally comfortable. I don't know if I just got lucky or if they have changed their approach, this was a totally different experience than I had several years back where I felt pressured by several levels of managers at once . I would return on the basis of my last experience thanks to John.

I purchased a 2010 Infiniti G37x from Leo 2 weeks ago. I purchased the car on a Sunday and it must have been around closing time since I was asked to come back on Monday to sign papers. I was able to take the new-to-me car home though which was great! On Tuesday, my car had to be detailed since I took the car as-is on Sunday. Leo went above and beyond and came to my work to pick up and drop off the car. It looked great and I was very pleased with Leo's hospitality. On Wednesday, I received a phone call that my registration was in and to come in for an inspection sticker. I came by on my lunch and unfortunately the computers were down - no big deal because when I came back at 5pm they helped me immediately. I also at this time happen to notice a small dent in my front bumper that must have been there previously. I pointed it out to Leo and he took some pictures and said he would take care of it. Although it took until today to have the dent removed (there was slight miscommunication between myself and Leo) I am very pleased with the end results. Even though there were a few bumps in the road, I am very pleased with my service here. Leo was wonderful to work with!

When I decided to purchase a new car I had a list of different brands/models I wanted to test drive and a time frame of two months. Mastria Nissan wasn't my first stop, but it was my last. I was greeted by Marvin Machado, and immediately felt at ease with the entire experience. He knew my time frame and never pressured me to close the deal (which I felt at other dealerships). But after test driving the 2015 Juke I was sold. Marvin was able to make the purchasing experience simple and stress free. Very happy with my new car and Mastria Nissan.

I bought a Nissan Rogue from Mastria. I have bought several vehicles from the Mastria group and have always been happy. I changed it up a bit by not buying a subaru for the first time in over 20 years. I will miss Jimmy and Justin at the Subaru service counter, but I hear all good things about the guys over at Nissan. Nick Healy really went the extra mile, he drove 300 miles actually to get me the Rogue I wanted. Working with him was like working with a friend not a pushy sales person. Highly recommend him!

first lemme say this. dealer rater has erased reviews in the past. second mastria pads their own reviews written by employees. third the place is really bad to work for and even worse to buy a car from.. the towing company is pathetic. they pay nothing and hire people who have no clue as to what they are doing.. and dont want to pay for people that do.. if your car gets towed by them most likely its going to be damaged..

Went in on Saturday December 6 to look for a Frontier Crew cab ,insisted on showing me the truck even though I own one.To avoid any misunderstanding ,started out at 12,000 and my trade.Within 2 minutes was down to 8,000 said Id let them know.When I got home decided to go for deal,would I take different truck after insisting I see truck.The price changed from 8,000 to 9,460 for same list price truck,no thanks. I went to Brockton and got truck for 8,200.

I bought a used car at Mastria Nissan and waited 2 hours for a sticker. 3 days later my wife is driving out of the driveway and I notice there is no passenger side brake light. We checked the lights and found no directional also. I removed the panel in the trunk and the whole assembly for holding the lights is missing. How could this have passed inspection? Filed a complaint with the Registry and they tell the inspector they knew the assembly was missing and admitted the car should not have passed. They were supposedly going to tell me. WHEN? When my wife gets in an accident with my grandkids? Customer service is less than poor. Many other small things not handled correctly. Would give no stars if I could. Stay away from this dealer!!!!! No excuse for this.

Unlike some dealerships (Mcgee Chevrolet), the salespeople at Mastria Nissan provided a welcoming experience. They want to earn your loyalty as a customer. There is no one way deal, we calmly went back and forth on pricing until both parties were satisfied. Purchased a brand new Frontier for less money than an identical two year old Frontier listed at Mcgee.

I was shopping for a compact SUV and narrowed down to a CX-5 & Rogue. And tried to test drive both at nearby dealerships. After trying out CX-5 at a Mazda dealer, I went to Mastria Nissan to try out a Rogue. I had visited another Nissan dealer the day before and had a nice experience.I had called ahead and booked an appointment with one (Brian, I believe) of the salesguys. But when I went in to the showroom, that person was busy with another customer, so a woman showed me around instead. That person seemed nice enough to talk to and she also showed me a model that they had in stock, even though it wasnt the trim/color I wanted. Still I checked out the vehicle, evaluating the dealer. After we returned to the showroom, I decided to go and check out another Nissan dealer. That's when the experience turned south. She asked me to wait so my original contact can talk to me. I waited for 10 mins...still no sign, so I tried to leave. By this time, the woman I was dealing with earlier had taken my credit card to ensure that I would stay for negotiation(not sure what sort of practice is that!) I asked for the credit card back, and as she tried to get that, an arrogant guy, called himself the floor manager, i think, came over and sat down...didn't even ask me to sit down. Then he just mentioned a price for the model, and said that's how much it will cost. Since I had a better deal elsewhere, I said, that won't work, and that i wanted to leave. But he wouldn't let go. I asked for my credit card again. He totally ignored my request, and kept talking about him having to "locate" the car since he didnt have it in stock. And had the xxxxx to say "change the color the one we have in stock now and we can close the deal"...xxx! I was in no hurry to buy, and was really pissed at this time. I said I was uncomfortable dealing with him now, and just needed my card back. Still he kept going...that SOB! Then just to get him off, i threw out a price. And he said, ok, we can do it at that price...and that he would need take a non-refundable deposit of 500 to "locate" the car and get it in two days!If they had given my card back when I first asked I would have never looked back. But now, I ended up paying the deposit to get my card back...and I felt terrible having agreed to such a deal with that SOB...it was like he forced me into it. After I slept over the incident, the next day I called to cancel the booking...i waiting 24 hours before calling. During that time, I did not get a single call from the dealer on the status of my booking...they said they were going to get the car in 2 days, but didnt have any update for me in the 24 hours since i booked??? What sort of customer service is that? I cancelled that day...had to leave a voice message...and I left several voice messages for Chantel Veal...and she didn't call back - barring just once, leaving me a 'call me back' message. And inspite of me calling back again & again, no answer from her or her team. Its been two weeks since.I have been to many dealerships before, and this takes the prize for being the worst experience ever for me! i will certainly never set foot in a Mastria dealer again. NO THANK YOU!

I brought my 2007 Sentra in to have the automatic transmission fluid level checked. The manual didn't show me how to find the dip stick, and it also said that I shouldn't use any other transmission fluid than the Nissan brand, and that it should be checked out by a Nissan Service center. The service writer was surprisingly friendly and helpful. He didn't try to make me feel stupid, as is customary at most dealership service departments. He took down my information and directed me to a clean and comfortable waiting area. When my car was ready he came out and explained that the fluid level was just right and and clean and full. He walked me out to the garage and introduced me to th e mechanic, who showed me where the dip stick is hidden, and revealed the secret trick for latching and unlatching it. No charge. I asked them to replace a burnt tail light, which they did, and I was out of there in less than an hour. I've never had a better experience with a dealership service department. GENUINELY IMPRESSED!

My girlfriend and I needed to buy a small utility van (asap) for her business. They had what we wanted on their lot.My issue is the amount of money they offered her for her trade. Her car was not even a year old and in excellent condition.KBB and NADA were in the same ball park on pricing. These salespeople at Mastria offered her $4300.00 less than what KBB and NADA said she should get for it. They kept talking about how much the car was worth at "auction prices" and some other crap.They jerked us around and nickel and dimed us to death, for almost an hour and when we were getting ready to walk out, they agreed on $1000.00 more for her trade (which was still $3300.00 under KBB and NADA pricing.)The only reason we did the "deal" was because we needed the utility van ASAP.The overall experience was horrible. I would NOT recommend this dealer to even my worst enemy.These people will not hesitate to rip you off. Be VERY aware. Take someone with you who they won't be able to intimidate.Had we had the time, we would have gone to another Nissan dealership to see if we could have received a better deal.Too bad we'll never find out. They put her trade on their lot for $27,875.00! That's a $7,878 dollar profit for them. I can understand that they have to make a profit but this is ridiculous! Talk about a bunch of crooks! I've never been so upset over a sales transaction as I am with this one and plan to file complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General's office.I will make sure everyone I know hears about our horrible experience.

My first experience with Mastria Nissan was through email where I ask for a quote on a specific vehicle listed. I was give a good quote and decided to visit the dealership. Once I test drove the vehicle I had my trade-in evaluated and began to talk numbers. What I was told was that the quote given was for a base model not the actual car I wanted to purchase. Brian was not very informative when it came to the price of the car. He even mentioned that the quote for the 2013 Altima SV did not include the back-up camera or remote start which is a standard feature in the model. I began to ask lots of questions and was dismissed as if I did not know anything and should take his word on it. He proceeded to give me a very low price on my trade-in and when I wanted to discuss it further he dismissed me and said it was the final price. The silver lining is that I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima an hour later from a very helpful and friendly staff at the Nissan World dealership in Dartmouth, MA.

I went to Mastria Nissan to look at a 2009 Nissan maxima that I seen on their website. I test drove the car and loved it and ended up buying it (So I thought) I went in on saturday 03/30/13 and I was a first time buyer so I thought I thought I was going to need a cosigner and I was going to ask a family member but I wanted to look at the vehicle first. It happened to be the last day of the month and the finance manager was there and they were going to see what they could do and see if I could get the loan without the cosigner. They came back and told me I was approved ( I was surprised) and it was a weekend so they told me i could come back monday and sign the rest of the paper work and I could get the car. I called that monday and they said they were waiting from the final approval from the bank and they would get back to me later that day. Never received a phone call called the next day salesmen never returned my phone call again a week and a half later went by still no phone call and found out the car was sold! Worst Dealership I have ever been too and do not recommend them!

Very warm relaxed friendly greeting from Tony Pires (TJ) as I circled the gorgeous snow fighting machine while my Sentra was being serviced. Tony quickly answered questions and showed understanding over my plight. Helped me realize this was it; the time to get the machine of my dreams. I was so convinced that he would be the right salesman / dealer to buy from that I walked in for service and ended up walking out with a new Xterra. Manager DJ closed the deal effectively, very quickly getting to the bottom line which was an Excellent price and trade; considerably lower than the list price and blue book price for the vehicle.The most impressive thing was, when receiving the new and prepped vehicle full of gas, Mastria did not just hand me the keys and wave goodbye like other dealers. Tony took a total of 2 hours going over the car with me and answering many questions, to make sure I understood every single detail of operation including 4WD and locking differential procedures. So instead of taking over a year to figure everything out, I left knowing how to use all features for safer and more efficient driving. Bruce Garcia manager was also very helpful and knowledgeable in answering a couple of detailed technical questions. Even though moving to Vermont, want to retain Mastria as my dealer.

I have been to a number of dealerships in the past few weeks - and I have one "bad" experience and a few unpleasant ones to say the least. I have bought a number of new cars in the past. I knew exactly what a wanted - the make, model, color (inside and out). I got so far as to purchase one at Nissan Village and I ended up cancelling the sale because of the way the employees were treating me - it was a terrible experience - I have never done that before in my life. The sales process here was pleasant and I can honestly say I have never said that before about purchasing a car whereas purchasing a car is a stressful experience even though the end result is good. The Finance Manager was very patient with me whereas I am not someone who makes quick decisions so I was a bit of a "pain" as far as the financial aspect of it - but he was very professional and very nice - he even returned my call on his day off. I would recommend this dealership because of my experience so far and I hope it continues on to the service department. I know my father brings my mother's car here to be serviced and he does nothing but brag about this place (and he is hard to please) so I am hoping everyone in service is just as pleasant to deal with ... not like Boch!

This is the 6th vehicle we have purchased from the Mastria Family, Nissan has a great group of people working there and each time walking through the door makes you feel like family. Most recently was the purchase of a new Nissan Versa. Linda Almeida was our sales consultant and she was by far one of the best and most knowledgable sales people we have dealt with. (Not saying anything bad about other sales consultants, she just was the best). Mark Striggles was the finance manager who got us the best deal possible and was extremely helpful. Rick Mastria should be very pleased having the high caliber staff like Linda and Mark that he has. I dreaded the process of going to buy a new or used car. I read some reviews of Mastria on line and decided to give them a shot. I was absolutely surprised at how I was greeted. There was no pressure. I was welcomed in and offered coffee before anything else. The salesmen that was to help me asked me what I was looking for. He described where some of the vehicles I might be interested in and lead me to the area. He told me to take some time and look at vehicles I might be interested in. Shortly after he came out and asked me if anything caught my eye. No pressure. He described some of the options included with the vehicles I looked at and asked me what mattered most to me considering price and various options. I test drove a Sentra that I liked with the options I wanted and discussed what might be added. I felt completely comfortable. I decided on the car I wanted and financing worked with me for a couple of hours to get the financing package I wanted at the interest rate and loan period I also wanted. At no time did I feel pressure. I've never experienced that in 40 years of trying to buy a vehicle. Much different than what I experienced when buying a vehicle from Kia just down the road a bit. After all was said and done I was always treated with respect and courtesy. I would have no problem referring anyone to Mastria Nissan. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

72 hours later and frustrated that no local dealership wanted my business (we are talking about a $25,000+ purchase that would close before the end of the month) I called a dealership located a significant distance from my home. Imagine my surprise when "Craig" checked delivery time-frames and stock for the car selected and got back to me with answers within 1 hour! He further suggested I speak with "DJ" upon arrival. I hopped in my trusty 12 year old car and made the trip--negotiated a fair price with a sales consultant "Todd"--and bought a car on the spot. Don't think your dealing with a rookie here, even though you are. Dustin Eliason knew his information to a tee. And I was very impressed for someone who had only been in the business for a short period of time to wow me like he did. I was able to test drive four vehicles within a small amount of time and he was immediately attentive to me when i asked for the help, which was also great because you don't feel pressured by the typical sales guy attitude to make a deal. I would refer all my friends here. Also I dealt with a Sales manager by the name of Jason Ferraro he was also quit helpful and worked with me to ensure they would not loose my business. And lets not forget DJ he was also incredible and walked me through the entire dealership showing me where and how i would get my car serviced. My cousin and I came to Mastria Nissan Raynham, Ma to purchase a brand-new 2012 Nissan Versa and they gave us the best deal (below invoice price) compared to the other dealerships in the state which would not even come close to my offer. Most of the negotiations happened online via email which was great. It was quick and spared us a lot of time. As we walked in, Decio Gomes (a sales consultant) respectfully greeted us and introduced us to the car we're going to purchase. He was very knowledgable and detailed when it came to the details of the 2012 Versa. He worked diligently finding the exact color and options we wanted within a 300mi-radius. He seems very passionate in what he does and it shows. My cousin and I left that dealership feeling great because not once we felt pressured to look at a more expensive model nor did he waste our time blabbering about non-sense. He knew what we wanted, he never steered us in the other direction, nor try to up-sell anything. That right there is a great sales consultant. I would definitely recommend if anyone does consider buying a new or used Nissan vehicle, go do business Decio Gomes at Mastria Nissan. He's a honest, hard-working, and personable gentleman.

Awesome dealership!! I'm really happy with my recent purchase. DJ was down-to-earth and very helpful. He was not pushy at all and was understanding of my needs in a used car.I felt like he really listened to what I had to say. Sorry that I went there. Do not go there unless you have a bodyguard with you. If you do go, make sure that you get signed copies of everything. I did not, but was told I would get them later. My wife and I needed a vehicle to replace our old car,We wanted another four wheel drive, and had a budget. We were assisted by Colton Eliasen, who greeted us on the lot. We told him what we were looking for and our budget. He listened,asked us to have a seat and well get the exact car we wanted.He asked questions about what is mandatory options in OUR new car, comfortable budget # of miles we drive per year, what made us decide to buy a new car and color preferences. The weather that day was horrible, but he quickly pulled up 2 cars inside the dry service department for us to look at in comfort. We test drove the one we liked and he explained EVERYTHING in detail about the car. We went inside and Colton came back with the asking price already discounted with a payment money down and term. He made sure that we got to where our comfortable budget without dealing with a hundred people (JUST ME MY WIFE AND COLTON). Jamal the sales manager came rite up to us and congratulated us and how he appreciates our business. We drove our new car home that day! The whole day was great I got the car we wanted at the price we wanted just an excellent experience. Service is great as well Helder F explained everything for maintenance and MASTRIA'S warranty. I hate HATE working with dealerships when buying a car, I've had bad experiences in the past but a friend of mine recommended Mastria so I decided to try it out. I dont usually do any type of reviews but i had a great experience here. I purchased a used altima which I love! I was very happy with my salesman Colton, he helped me find everything I was looking for and cut out all of the usual sales gimmicks and didn't pressure me into buying. The price was fair and even more than a couple grand lower than Kelly blue book value... and the manager was able to get my payments even lower than I had budgeted for which is great for a college student. Anyway everyone there was very nice and made buying stress free so ill definitely refer people and ill be back there for my next car.

I have known Jamal McCraiby for awhile now and when I got into a bad situation with a car I knew who to go to. After getting out of a bad deal somewhere else Jamal was beyond helpful in finding me a car that was better priced, newer in year, lower in mileage and dependable. He made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. Colton was extremely friendly and helpful, and showed me multiple cars and was informative and knowledgeable. Jason in F and I was just as helpful and worked very hard on getting me approved for my car loan and was not pushy, but instead informative, polite and friendly. All three of them made my experience beyond easy and I will defiantly come back here for all my automotive needs. I had been to two dealership's before stopping a Mastria Nissan, I was not impressed with either of the two dealerships that I visited before Mastria Nissan. When I pulled in to Masteria Nissan I was welcomed by Linda Almeida, who was pleasant and extremely helpful. I can not say I had the same experience at the other two dealerships. Linda took the time to walk through the lot looking mostly at the Nissan Xteria. We sat down and was working with the nubmers & I couldn't decide what to do, not sure I liked the numbers so I left without making a purchase, I was torn as to what I was going to do. Well the next morning I received a follow up call from Linda, she just wanted to know if I had made a decision, I was also seriously looking at a Jeep. Well I had not made a decision & that call made all the difference to me, it was like an omen so I went back to Mastria Nissan and Linda worked very hard to get the numbers I was looking for & I made the purchase. I ended up driving home that night in a brand new Xteria. I would recommend Mastria Nissan & Linda to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. Thank you Linda!

The reason this dealership got the rating I gave it was because they were great to work with and sold a quality product. Linda was there from the start to show us through the inventory and knew all the facts about whichever vehicle she was showing to us. Right of the bat I was not treated as just some other guy looking at used cars. I felt I received the same treatment as someone who may be there looking to buy a new Z. I found DJ Allain to be an excellent and very personable salesman. He is just a fine young man who I'm sure means a lot to the Mastria group. He was also very helpful with 2 new salesmen, George and Nick. They too, were very good with me. I would definitely reccommend Mastria to family, friends, or anyone looking for a used or new car. Oh, and I forgot about the car! It is a '06 Nissan Murano that is just like new to me. So far, so good. I've only had the car a week but based on the way I have been treated so far I'll bet their service department will be just as good. I've even got my wife thinking of leasing a Sentra!

I went to Mastria in Raynham at the recommendations of my best friends of over 10 years who had purchased a maxima there. This was my first major purchase and my first new car ever in my life. I have too say that Linda was exceptional. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel as though I didn't deserve to be there or that I was out of my league. I was driving a 1995 Buick Century and walked out of Mastria with a certified pre-owned 09 Altima 2.5s. Quite an upgrade to say the least. Dwight and Rodell were people I mostly dealt with over the phone but I still would like to mention them since they were always friendly and very professional. I would like to mention Linda again because she really was EXCEPTIONAL, and she didn't make me feel like I had too buy the car at all. In fact, when I mentioned that I would like to test drive a couple others just to be sure she said that was a good idea. The overall experience was unbelievably great. I was a first time buyer, with less than perfect credit and Mastria made every effort to get me the best deal possible. Never once during my dealings with this dealership did I feel pressure to buy, uncomfortable, or like I didn't deserve what I was getting. Every other dealership I had dealt with when I was starting to look around made me feel like I had too get there soon or the price may change which led me to not going to another dealership. I am more than satisfied with my buying experience and the professional and friendly manner in which everyone I dealt with treated me. And don't just assume that because you don't make 60k a year that you can't afford a Nissan, I was originally looking at a chevy aveo from a different dealership which was only slightly cheaper than the Altima that I got and the Altima is a much better vehicle. I will be telling anyone I come in contact with about how positive my experience was with Mastria and recommending that they go there, since I will be going back when I am ready to trade my car in and get a new one.

These guys are the reason why people HATE car salesmen. They are dishonest, will say anything to get you in the door (I was communicating with the internet sales department that told me in their words it would "be in my best interest to come in to see them" as "no one else offers" the service they do or the "aggressive KBB trade in prices" they offer on their trade ins. This was even after I had already told them the other offers I had received while price shopping for my new car and my trade in. They assured me no one could beat them. I asked them not to waste my time including an hour long drive and they assured me they wouldn't. LIES, LIES, LIES. First of all when I pulled up they were waiting outside for me. Stalkers. Then, after sitting for nearly an hour and having had them pull the old switch-a-roo routine on me by passing me onto 3 different people their 'manager' offered me $6,000 BELOW the KBB blue book *trade in* price on my 1 YEAR OLD car in MINT condition. After I called B.S. on them and complained about them wasting my time they fed me a line about the current auction prices for my car. Auction prices? Are you joking? This isn't an auction car..nice try bud. If we want to discuss auction prices, how about you give me auction price on the new car I want to purchase, too?! When I let him know I was no fool, he then starting rambling about how he'd have to pay fair condition price (of which he still offered me $5k below) because they had to wash the car. Really? $5-6k worth of soap and water? Idiot. I walked out while they were still yacking their big lying mouths. Honestly, these guys are crooks and will say anything to rip you off and when you call them out on it they give the biggest load of b.s. excuses I've ever heard. When I reiterated the offers I had from two other dealerships, they told me there was "no way" it would happen. Um Yeah...I pulled out of their parking lot, drove straight to another dealer and what do you know the price was exactly what they promised me for my trade in and my new vehicle purchase and I bought the car there. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.

She also called a couple of days after the sale to just make sure that I was enjoying the car and to see if I had any questions. I went in to the dealer ship to just look at cars at first. there i met my sales rep. Kyle he sat down with me and explained to me all my options and showed me what car would best suit me and my needs. he went above and beyond my expectations took care of everything and was the friendliest and most knowledgeable sales rep i have ever dealt with it was and still is a great pleasure dealing with him and mastria nissan they take really good care of the customers and they will never disappoint they are by far the best dealership i have ever worked with and will continue to do my business with them and recommend them to all my friends and associates at work. If you ever have any doubts about them toss those to the side because i promise you they will never disappoint you and will find the car your looking for.

For years my family and I had been loyal Saturn customers. We enjoyed their reliable, reasonably priced vehicles coupled with the genuine friendliness of their staff. We decided to check out Mastria Nissan because it was in the same dealership "family" as the Saturn dealership they use to have.As soon as I walked on to the lot, DJ greeted me and proceeded to tell me everything I needed to know about the new Nissan Juke. He was fantastic about answering all of my questions and even working with me when I had concerns or doubts. After leveraging his knowledge about cars and his experience at the dealership, DJ provided me with the perfect Nissan Juke that met all of my expectations. Better yet, I was able to purchase this car for a price that fell right in my budget.DJ was a great example of what I had hoped to find at other Mastria dealerships. His friendliness and helpful attitude made it a pleasure to shop at that dealership. I am more than pleased with my purchase and my overall experience with Mastria Nissan and would recommend anyone to go down and speak with DJ about buying a new or used car.

Linda and Justin listen to my needs. Linda found out what I was looking for in a car took notes and took us out side to see what was available. She ran some numbers came back after talking with Justin who ran some more numbers. We were happy with what they came up with. I got a deal I could live with and they made a little money also. Kyle Alexander was a very accomadating and helpful sales associate. He picked me up at the Providence, R.I. airport and drove me to the dealership. We had a very intense test drive of an 07 altima and allowed me plenty of time to do a close inspection of the vehicle. Kyle was a very friendly and knowledgeable person. My experience this week-end with Mastria Nissan was excellent. Everyone was very helpful, especially Linda Almeida. She was very knowledge which allowed me to make a clear decision between the 2011 Rogue or 2010 Altima. Linda was very patient with me. I have very little understanding about cars, and Linda took her time to explain me everything. I also had some issues with my insurance but Linda was always so pleasant in walking me through the problem. Most inportantly, Linda was able to understand my needs and she helped me choice a car that best fit those needs (since I am a traveling nurse). I went to this dealership with my sister after going to many other places. Will was friendly and worked very hard with us to get us the right car for the right price. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dealership. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to buy a car. I realize that car dealerships are sleazy and they try screw you over, but this one tops them all.I was looking to buy a car so I performed a search on the internet and requested a quote. I then receive an email from Mastria saying they will sell me the car I am looking for. I call Mastria and agree on a price and they request that I come down to the dealership to put down a deposit. Here is where the lies start. After we have agreed on a price, Mastria decides to tell they do not have that vehicle in stock so he needs to locate one, but it shouldn't take long. Worst case scenario would be that they order it. For over a week, I placed several calls into Mastria to find out if they could locate the car and had very few calls returned. At this point, it was very obvious that they were not going to be able to locate the car so I requested that they order it or give me my deposit back so I could move on. Mastria now tells me that they will order the car, but they have to wait until the first week of the month to order it. They had to wait because it was Nissan's policy that they could only order cars in the first week of the month (this turns out be another lie). I call back during the first week of the month and no one returns my call and finally get someone after the first week of the month. Mastria tells me they had not ordered the car as promised as they are still hoping to locate one. At this point I am still under the impression that cars can only ordered the first week of the month and think that the window to order the car has passed so I ask speak with a manager. I speak with a manager and he tells me that they will order the car for me and what I was told about ordering cars the first week of the month is untrue (the first truth someone told me at Mastria). At this point I further request that the manager send me something confirming the order took place which he does send me. He also tells me that the car has been assigned to me (has my name associated to it). My name being tagged to the car appears to be true by looking at the order confirmation he sent me. They told me the car would be in sometime in mid-December. Now 3 months after I gave them a down payment, it is mid-December and I attempt to call several times, with no return call, to get a status on the vehicle. I finally get in touch with someone who tells me the car will be in on January 7th, plus or minus 3 days. They continue to volunteer the information that the car has my name associated with it so everything looks good and I am in good shape. 3 days before Jan 7, I place a call into Mastria asking if we are still on schedule and I am assured that we are. "The car will be here soon". On January 7th, I receive a call telling me the car came in yesterday but was sold to someone else "by accident". I ask them to get the car back from that other person, but they say the other person paid cash and it was already driven off the lot on the same day. I am not an expert at buying cars, but I am assuming you need to provide a cashiers check and also get plates for the car before driving it off the lot, so to have a transaction like this occur in the same day a car gets delivered to a lot is not possible in my opinion. Regardless, the fact that they sold the car that they had ordered for me is unacceptable.My guess....someone else came in during the 4 months it took me to get this car and outbid me so they decided to screw me over. If this is how you would expect to be treated...than this is the place for you. My suggestion, get a quote from these guys then bring it to another dealer to have them match or beat it. Their excuse for selling my car? First it started with my name was not attached to the car. Well I know that was a lie, because they showed me paper work where it was. Next lie was that the sales person I worked with was not longer with the company. That was a lie too, because when I asked what my sales persons name was they had the wrong name. The last (and probably their go to lie) there was a computer problem. Once again, I realize that being screwed over is part of the car buying experience, I just didn't expect to be screwed over this bad. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Mastria and all have had numerous problems. I also purchased the extended warranties. The repair shop is very rude and when I brought the my Nissan back after it needed $8000 worth of repairs (which I let them do) because it was making unusual sounds and not running right they told me I was hearing things and to not come back for them to run diagnostics any more or they would charge me. I now have a vehicle that the extended warranty is up and we still have the same problems that I spent 8000 dollars to fix. Rude,Unqualified and should be closed down.
