First, I'd like to say, I liked my salesman, Chris, but was extremely dissatisfied when I dealt with the management at this location. I was made an offer on a vehicle. I went to other dealerships and saw what they could offer, but ended up coming back to this dealership to complete my sale with Chris since I enjoyed working with him. I took the prospected car out for one last test drive with my parents while the dealership assessed my trade. I returned to find out they claimed to have misquoted me on the offer and made a quote for a 2016 model of the car instead of a 2017. They would not value the offer originally made and also severely low balled me on my trade. I ended up walking away, but called the store manager to let him know why he was losing the sale. My call reached his voicemail, and apparently he couldn't be bothered to call me back himself. The manager elected to have another one of the sales managers call me back, to which they apologized for the mistake and offered me a paltry additional $200.00 towards my trade and marginally reduced price on any additions (he claimed this was "at cost"). I advised him that it was bad dealing to offer a quote to a customer on something as substantial as a car purchase and then to go back on their offer. While apologizing is nice from a business standpoint, you stick by your offer and you make it right by the customer. I wasted the entire Black Friday shopping season, during which I hoped to find a good deal on a car, because they went back on their word. I also explained this to him and they offered me no consolation for my lost time. I am now starting at square one as any other deals offered to me by another dealership have fallen off after the Black Friday shopping season. The worst part of all of this? The "deal" they offered me for the car is actually MORE than the value of the car on Honda's website with the SAME exact features. I can't help but feel they tried to take complete advantage of me.Absolute disrespect for the customer. Do not waste your time here as they clearly do not care to right their mistake on the customers behalf.

This is the last place I'd ever purchase a vehicle from. There is a reason why Castrucci's own family members go to Joe Morgan for service and vehicles. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Matt Castrucci Honda has held onto my $500 deposit for two weeks (said it was in the mail), and when I show up in person the "business manager" is not working. They certainly were able to cash my check over a weekend... But, not get me another check back after I purchased my car. The sales team stop you at the door, and won't even let you in to see the sales mangager. Very frustrating experience. Very disappointed overall. In addition, when I purchased the car, I requested having all of the paperwork ready to go to help expedite my signing. That did not happen. Again, frustrating having to sit there and watch your salesman go find paper and then print form to only then hand write your info in... I was in a hurry for a reason (potty training toddler). When I confronted the salesman about it, he got very short and then didn't even talk to me again.

I have to take my car back 6th time to stop the alarm from going off in my odyssey. It's not rocket science - fix itI went a couple years ago and still have in writing that my transmission was bad and I needed to spend $5000 to get a new transmission. Only 100,000 miles on car then, took it to a professional transmission shop it Dayton and they said nothing wrong with transmission. Again that was several years ago - they like to scam people !!!'

Went to the Castrucci show room and when chris, the sales man ashed what we had in mind for the price I told him the quoted E-mail price hand he raised his voice and said who told me that price!!! they rised the price there on the spot!!!! My wife and I walked out. I still have their lower price Quote saved on My computer. Just For their information my wife and I have The same Civic purchased in less than 2 hours (after their rude departure from their offer) we paid $553.00 less YES LESS Than what castrucci's best deal!!! Thanks chris and Management team. You saved us money by Not Dealing with castrucci!

After putting a deal together on paper it came time to sign. They had changed the prices on the final paperwork so it was different to what had been agreed. After catching a few, turns out they put us in the wrong county with higher tax. And also changed the term of the finance. I have been back multiple times and have always been told that the person I need to talk to isn't there but will call me. Two months on, still no call! Just turns out it doesn't matter when you call or go in. The person that will "help" is never there! I will never be buying from here again.

I just filed a complaint with the BBB about this dealership. They used a bait and switch to get me to the dealership. I have text messages quoting specific, "out the door" prices, and by the time I left the dealership, the price of a $15,400 vehicle was over $16,000. I had the text messages as proof on my phone and they still would not honor what they quoted me. The sales guy I worked with was nice, but the manager Tim was the one in control and he was completely unprofessional. When I told him it wasn't my problem they quoted me a bad price, he actually started raising his voice at me. Please, please don't go to this dealership. I purchased basically the same vehicle from Jake Sweeney Mazada in Cincinnati, paid less, and the experience was significantly better.

My girlfriend and I stopped by the new Honda lost today with interest in a new Civic. We were greeted by a salesperson by the name of Chris, (white flat top hair and curled mustache) Who instantly started commenting on our attire and tattoos. He continued cutting us off when we would talk and was very condescending. I was really interested in buying a new car until the horrible experience we had with Chris. Unfortunately, you could tell he was not interested in giving me knowledge about the cars, but just interested in how much money he could get out of me and once I gave him my price range of around $16,000, he lost interest in giving us a professional experience. Luckily, my girlfriend and I went to the used car lot and talked to the assistant manager and he was professional, kind, and patient. I felt relieved to find a good salesperson.

My wife and I visited Castrucci Honda to purchase a new Odyssey. We met Cindy who was not interested in selling us a vehicle. Our request for a test drive was refused, I believe the response was "you can look at them on the lot". When I asked about special ordering, she told me they always have what people want on the lot. When I told her what I wanted she said they didn't have one and wouldn't entertain a discussion about how long it would take and didn't want to sit down to talk numbers. Having dropped our kids off with grandma so we could go car shopping that day, our presence at this dealership was obviously a waste of everyone's time. We left empty handed with no sale. My wife and I proceeded directly to a Cincinnati area Honda dealer who was more than happy to accept our business and we had an Odyssey on order that morning. After enduring a nearly identical experience at Castrucci Mazda a few years earlier, and I also left to go buy a vehicle at a different Mazda dealer), my shadow won't darken a Castrucci business lot in the future.

Was a cold windy day in October and I had gone in to look at an Accord EX-L. The salesman has me waiting outside for over 10 minutes and returns to tell me they have just one in the parking lot. I asked him if they had the key and he tells me its in a lock box. I wait another 10 minutes outside for him to get it sorted out and I leave to the used car lot. The vultures there were even worse. Rude and don't care for your business, probably unless you're waving a bundle of cash in front of their nose. Won't be giving them any of my business anyway. I took off and headed elsewhere.

Bought Castrucci's Gold shield Ziebart 10 year Protection for our 2014 CX9. That includes the Aquapel glass protection. Notice stains developing on our front and rear windshield few months after Aquapel was applied. Over the pass four months it has gotten to the point we brought it back to Castrucci Auto Mall. Was told there was nothing they can do. I will never buy another car from this dealer or use any Ziebart product again. Driving a $38,000 car with 5,000 miles that looks awful.

I unfortunately had to have my car towed to Matt Castrucci because it was the closest Honda dealership to me when my car was experiencing issues. When the issue first happened, I called them to see if they could help me troubleshoot the issue but instaed of assisting me they advised me to have the car towed flat out. I ended up calling the Joe Morgan Honda, where I purchase the car, and they lead me through at least 5 different things to try. The issue was not resolved so they THEN recommended I have my car towed. When I called my insurance company to have the car towed, 15 miles was covered without paying therefore I was forced to have it towed to Matt Castrucci Honda for servicing. When I dropped my car off, I was very hesitant in leaving with them because they were very short with me and the were not personable AT ALL. It took them three days to contact me to update me on what was going on with my car in which I still had to initiate the call! When I vocalized my frustrations with the servicing representative he simply told me "There are other people before you and we have to be fair" yet, I was advised at 10am the first morning, my car would be next. I explained to him I was not requesting him to tell me what the issue is becuase I was aware they may not know at the time but I just wish they would communicate with me to let me know the status. Once they advised what the issue was, I immediately contacted my insurance company to see if the issue was covered under my insurance. They had my car for a week and no one bothered to call me to update me.....NOT ONCE! Any call that was made about the car, except the call telling me my car was ready, was initiated by me. When everything was said and done and I received the call advsing my car was ready, the representative advised that along with $500 deductible, in order to get my car, I would have to pay an additional 150.00 for a battery because while fixing it, the battery went bad. I was livid because I just bought a battery not even a year ago, nothing was wrong with the battery prior to the accident, and I didn't understand why it was not included in my insurance....plus.....WHO CHARGES 150.00 to put a battery in a car!!! I immediately call my the insurance adjuster and they advised that none of the representative even MENTIONED the car needing a battery replacement! So now I feel like they are trying to get over on me. My insurance adjuster then had to go back to to inspect the car to get the battery approved as part of the claim. Luckily he was able to get it approved and I'm hoping I can get my car out of these crooks hands ASAP!! I'm so dissappointed in this company and I know Honda would not appreciate them representing them in the manner they have! If your car needs servicing.....DO NOT TAKE IT HERE!!!! I'm forewarning you!

Very unprofessional staff from the negotiating to the actual transferring of the title. The car's engine stopped working and they just pretend to not have switched off hoping i did not noticed it.Title transferring took more than the validity of the temporary licence so I had to drive (with another car) to take the title from them while at the moment of selling they promised they would have send it.Some other note negligible defects went out later, so that imply that the car has never been checked by them.

I have had Matt Castrucci Honda service my 2011 Honda Odyssey since the summer of 2011. I have had many customer service issues regarding the service department. Services are performed on the vehicle, but when it comes time to speak to the service department, watch out. The service manager John is very rude unless he is getting a lot of money for repairing your car. John the service manager and Bob in service have stated, " I don't have time for you." This is completely unprofessional. I have contacted Mike Boone, General Manager at Matt Castrucci Auto Mall of Dayton, to resolve these issues. He has tried to rectify the situation in the past. But it seems he has no control over the attitudes of the service department. I have since left him a voicemail over the conversation I had today with Bob in service and am waiting on a response from Mike Boone. To ensure that this review has some validity, I have purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima from Matt Castrucci in September 2012. I have had nothing but good things to say about our sales person Andy and the Nissan service department. They have taken care of every need that we have had. Even gone above and beyond to ensure our service was great. I am not sure why the Honda service department is not consumer friendly. I will not bring my Honda back to the Honda service department ever again. I have contacted Honda Corporate regarding the unprofessionalism this dealership has displayed. When you spend $40,000 on a vehicle, you kind of expect to be treated like you matter, and that your time is valued. When it comes to John and Bob at Matt Castrucci Auto Mall of Dayton, I would think otherwise. I will post a comment on here when I hear back from Mike Boone to let everyone who reads this know what was done on the dealership's part.

Priced Accords all over the area. This dealership had the best price for the best car! Our salesman, David Barnes was wonderful and would highly recommend him! The car had a ding in the leather behind the passenger seat which the salesman brought to our attention. We were given a due bill to get it fixed. They kept their word, fixed the seat, gave us a loaner car and even washed the car before we got it back. So far so good! Love Castrucci Honda!

We went to this dealership because we had friends with connections to it. We were very skeptical about buying a vehicle because of past crediting issues and budget. The cars we were looking at the banks wouldn't approve because they didn't cost enough. This dealership was able to get us into more than what we expected but still kept us in a workable price range with very little down. We were very happy with the dealership not being pushy or trying to work more money out of us than what they knew we could front. They were up front about the loans and vehicles. I would recommend this dealer and salesman to others.

I searched all over Southwestern Ohio seeking a vehicle that met my needs...I considered the Optima, Fusion, and the Sonata...What sold me was the price and Honda's reliablity. In addition, I was impressed with Zach and Tom's professionalism...I did my research and was not there to "haggle." They located the vehicle that I preferred; because they did not have the color I wanted in stock...The price I paid for the Accord EX-L was MUCH MORE affordable than the any other dealership that I contacted via internet...

Went looking for info/test drive on the CR-Z. Took 10-20 minutes just to talk to an employee who was very rude and impatient with me. Talked down to me about the car's technology/accessories. After test drive she was no where to be found, left the keys with another employee who didn't seem helpful either. For someone who wants my business they sure didn't act like it. Very unhappy with their service! Would not recommend!!

Used Edmund's quote service for a 2011 Odyssey. Hands down best price. Kevin, intenet sales exec, went out of his way to get the style and color I wanted( they didn't have my choice in stock) they expedited title so I could register car out-of -state. I had quotes from 12 dealers. No one else was close. No nonsense, everything up front and as promised. Best ever car buying experience after 50 years

I took my Honda Odyssey to have body repairs done to it. I would never take anything I own back to this dealer again. My husband and I figured since it was a Honda dealer doing the repairs it would be done right. We were wrong. First when I went to pick up my van, I asked the lady at the desk (didn't get her name) if there was someone at the body shop that would go over what was done to my van with me. Her response was "Um Didn't someone call you and tell you what they did. I said " No, They just quoted me the estimate and told me when to pick it up. She started reading off of a paper that was making no sense at all. So I just went on with it. I paid the lady and she handed me my keys and said " Your van is in the parking lot. So I take my keys and walk outside to a million cars in the parking lot looking for my van. I looked at the paint job which had bubbles all in it that I could of probably did better myself. The damages just looked like they were painted over and not repaired at all. (The whole drivers side was smashed in and was suppose to have new doors put on). I open the sliding door to put my kids in the van and there is glass all over the seat from where the window was busted out and they repaired it but failed to clean it up. I grabbed a handful of the glass, took it over the body shop and handed to the man standing there, which didn't say anything because I'm sure he heard me talking about how the van was not repaired the correct way like it was suppose to be. Along with the glass was dust all over the seats and interior, the floor mats were nasty. Needless to say I called my insurance company and I am getting everything taken care of, But I would never recommend anyone to take their cars to the body shop! What a waste of time and money!!

I had a warranty claim for my Honda Accord. Part was ordered and they never called me. I call 1 month after to see if the part ever came in and they said they sent it back because I never responded. I have no record of any phone call on my cell phone. I called back and spoke with a Jason in service and he said the Service Manager would get in contact with me. What do you know, no phone call again. Now I have a Honda Accord where I could have had a repair on my car under the warranty and now I will have to pay for if I want to get it fixed. Thanks for the no response.Tom
