Great experience for The Works Package on my Fusion! Found out afterwards too that on future appointments I could get the car picked up and delivered back to me. Excellent service and Ana was very nice to work with!

Went in to look at a specific car for my wife, Eli had it ready and waiting for us to look at when we arrived. Whole process was pretty seamless from the test driving to him answering our questions to getting financing taken care of. Will definitely do business here again.

Let me tell you Chad, Kim, and Nathan Parker are the best! The service department found some serious problems with my truck. Nathan assisted me with the issue so much. I'm so grateful for the loaner that Kim prepared for me, and Chad killed it in giving me bad news. My experience started off a little rocky, but Nathan stepped in and handled it like a pro. Thank you guys. I look forward to seeing you Friday.

We purchased a 20 Explorer ST black, honesty I really wanted white but we got the black instead. After having it a little over a week, I hated the black cause you could just see everything. I wanted to trade it and my sales man was on vacation and I was sent to Eli Barker to get the ball rolling on finding me a white explorer ST. The following Thursday we got a call from Jake and he told my hubby to give him a day or so. We got a call the next day they located one and was getting it for us. It came in this Monday was so excited when I seen it. Did the process smoothly, the guys at Max Ford are awesome... they will treat you right & welcome you.
