Place is clean and quiet! Only 3 customers while I was there. Very low key approach. But they offered Starbucks coffee and the one person I spoke with, at service desk was very helpful and friendly.

I recently brought my 2018 CX5 in for service. I was cheerfully and promptly greeted by Gary who directed me to the service dept. The service process has always been quick and responsive. Before i knew it Mike L had me on my way. It’s great not having to sit around forever waiting for normal maintenance service to be completed. Tho the new waiting area makes it comfortable. First time customer here for a routine service after moving to CT from NJ on my '16 Mazda3 hatch. Boy am I impressed. Impeccable customer service, immaculate dealership and waiting area, and convenient location. Service department is superb, and even offered a complimentary car wash which I desperately needed. And that car wash was even better than the ones I pay for! Cleaned the crusty bug splatters all over the front. Will definetely be back again. Appears to be a great place for sales as well.

Tim and Dave were informative without being too pushy or over the top. The experience was smooth.It was love at first drive, the Mazda CX-5 sells itself !! Wish the price was a little bit more affordable, but at 0% financing, it was the best I could do.

I would have been out in the specified time but I needed a new air filter. Dan, came out to show me my old air filter and I agreed to have a new one installed. Although a tire-rotation was suggested, Dan told me it wasn't necessary because my tires are wearing evenly. I his honesty.

I just bought a Mazda CX5 from this dealership. The salesperson I worked with, Brian Lown, was so easy to talk to. Making such a large purchase can be a little intimidating, but I felt very comfortable and non-pressured about the whole experience. Brian was very patient and answered many questions. I am so very happy with my new car and my car-buying experience at Mazda of Milford. I feel like I got a great car at a great price. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone.

I made a general internet inquiry regarding the Mazda CX9 and within a few minutes heard back from Julian Gangemi at Mazda of Milford. It was almost 9:00PM at night. This quick response made me feel that the dealership was motivated, and his reply was a pleasant change from the halfhearted interactions I had had from other salesmen.We agreed to meet the next morning at 9. He was on time and we got right down to business. I think he appreciated that I knew what I wanted and what I could spend, and I definitely appreciated that he didn't leave the room every 5 minutes to go speak with his manager when we began to talk finances. Before we sat down, we took a test drive and Julian carefully pointed out and demonstrated the cars specs. and safety features. From start to finish I was on my way to work approximately an hour after I arrived and I was pretty certain that Julian would do whatever he could to help us make a deal.He followed up with me a few times that day with substantive ideas (as opposed to trying to apply pressure) and sure enough by 2:00PM we had reached terms.Julian stayed engaged throughout the transaction - agreeing to speak with my insurance company when they needed data I couldn't supply and he also worked to resolve an issue with the DMV that certainly would have ruined a number of my days had I been required to go there. When it came time to do the paper work, Larry - the dealership's business/compliance manager had everything ready and we were in and out in less than 40 minutes. A record for me and I've purchased/leased many, many cars in my life. All in all - a very good experience. I rarely feel as though I'm able to make a genuine recommendation these days -as everyone seems more intent on doing things quickly rather than correctly. Julian handled my business in a polite, professional and businesslike manner . What more could you hope for.Ask for him- if you don't end up buying or leasing the auto you wanted- at least you'll know he gave your inquiry a genuine effort.

Fantastic customer service from Julian G. Kind, available, patient, and funny. Once I was ready to pull the trigger, Julian produced the exact car I wanted with lower than average payments in less than a week. When picking up the vehicle, I was out of the dealership in less than an hour. Great team of guys up in Milford - would absolutely recommend. As a customer from Wilton, I opted to drive further because of the initial online customer service I recieved from this dealership.

As this was my first time purchasing a car, I was nervous to even look at one because of the "pushy and overbearing" stigma many car dealers have. The third dealership I went to was Mazda of Milford. I knew what car I liked, trim and all, so I was ready at that point to test drive the car. Quickly, I could understand why so many people recommend this dealership - in particular, working with Julian. He greeted me with a friendly smile and offered me keys to the CX-5 that I was interested in. After I looked the car over, Julian explained the features of the car and then got in for a test drive. He was professional and thorough in explaining the car but I didn't feel that I was working with the typical car dealer. He was authentic and personable which made asking questions (that a first time buyer has) an easy and comfortable task. Throughout the whole process, Julian was accommodating, understanding and easy to communicate with. I NEVER write reviews but I gladly agreed to because he truly made this process an enjoyable and exciting one.

So, long story short, I bought a car at another dealer and had buyers remorse 4 weeks later. Sadly I never test drove a CX5 on my search which was just plain dumb. I decided I would take the hit and buy a brand new car, although it stung I had an amazing experience at Mazda in Milford. The initial person I spoke to was decent and actually was let go a few days after I began working with him. I luckily was synched up with Julian Gangemi there and looking back, was super lucky to have dealt with him. Julian never made me feel rushed or annoying in all my questions upon questions about the car and the deal. He was very personable and made me feel like he absolutely wanted me to walk away happy. I contacted him all hours of the night and day and he always got back to me quickly. He gave me a great deal and stuck to his word which is sadly a bit rare sometimes in the "car buying" game. I had been to roughly 4-5 local dealers on my initial car search and Mazda, with Julians help, was easily the best to work with. I can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience I have had and I've dealt with many dealers.I drove a gorgeous 2016 CX5 GT off the lot yesterday &I absolutely would tell anyone if you are looking for a stylish car that has "soul" and doesn't look like a "soccer mom" mobile, take a look at the CX5 or other Mazdas. They are the real deal and you won't be sorry. Ask for Julian, you won't be dissapointed!

First Visit To service department with My 2016 CX5 All Wheel Drive Home button was stuck, so I brought it to the service department, they checked it out & ordered the new part right away,Second Visit Drooped the car off so new part could be replaced. Mazda Drive drive me home. That was nice. 3rd Visit I went to pick the car up then the music button becomes stuck, BUT they would not let me leave, until they had done all they could. An so it was finally ready to go. Which made me feel so much better !No fourth trip yesssssLike Willie Nelson I'm on the road again LOL

I have a 2008 Mazda 6I with 126000 miles. Brought it in for the air bag recall. The headliner is detaching all along the rear window but service guy says there is no warranty fix or recall. I have never seen this issue with any other manufacturer. You guys replaced the thermostat housing gasket at 40k miles at my cost and I was informed that it is leaking and needs replacing again. You think there is a problem with these gaskets ? Oh and I was informed that one of my motor mounts has collapsed and I have a leaking valve cover gasket. When I bought this Mazda I thought I was getting a better quality vehicle but boy was I was wrong !

Unfortunately my experience with this Mazda of Milford is completely opposite to reviews posted here. First, this place looks rundown. Small waiting room; everything looks dated. Time to renovate folks... Including the customer service.Here is my experience: According to customer service manager, their policy to get your Mazda serviced next day after your call. This was not my case. Busy next day, and day after. Only certain times available 3 days later. They forgot to do 15 000 miles service - did only the oil change and then told me it was my fault not to communicating service properly. How can you not communicate this properly if the car was brought down for 15 000 mile service? Am I suppose to list things (know what included in this service? I've asked my wife to stop at Mazda of Milford and get car serviced. Service personal was laughing, saying who told you to come down here without an appointment? They tried not to help. So she left. So much for excellent rated customer service!Manager was rude. He spoke defensively without even looking at the car's records. He was razing voice over during the phone conversation and acting disrespectful. I will be servicing my car elsewhere. This dealership will also loose my business. I was planning to buy Mazda 6. Good luck Mazda of Milford!

Whenever I take my 2007 Mazda 6 to Mazda of Milford I feel confident that everything has been done correctly. It means a lot to me because I rely on my car to perform with minimal chance of breaking down. I know that when I bring my car in for oil change, etc., they will check all the other things to be sure things are running well.

My time spent at Nilford was was well spent. I did not have to go through a haggling experience because I knew what I wanted and needed, and Tim knew that up front. I appreciated no game playing, or passing between the salesrep and sales manager with secret huddles. This was a straight up front sale, no B.S. And that was greatly appreciated. If I wanted to go in that direction, I would have stayed local in NY for that. Thank you Milford Mazda!!

I was in and out in a jiff even though when I called they were very busy. Somehow they were able to fit me in at a time that worked for all of us and were able to service my car in a very reasonable amount of time. It sure is great to not have to sit for hours on end while waiting for a service job. No other car dealership I have worked with has been so efficient or so concerned with customer satisfaction, When I call I always feel special. That's worth a 5 star rating to me.

This is our 1st Mazda CX-5 and we love everything about the car and yesterday's service was immpecable. Oil change , tire rotation and they installed a rear bumper guard that is of the highest quality for an optional item. Shoutout to Ray and the rest of the service crew. I purchased my first new car ever from this dealership, a 2015 Mazda CX9. I was a very Skeptical since I had almost got burned the day before at Oldsaybrook Mazda.Julian was awesome he did everything he said he would fully loaded out the door and the same price Oldsaybrook wanted to charge only theirs didn't have any options on it "$4000.00 worth of Options" I found the entire staff from the salesman "Julian" to the business manager "Larry" to be very customer oriented,Larry is a dollar man plain and simple he deals with the lenders and makes it happen no questions no games very direct and no hidden BS. They are friendly and easy to work with.Everything was done over the Phone I simply walked in signed the papers called my insurance and drove out in one hour tops.Absolutely Painless I am so happy and satisfied.And Julian I can't talk highly enough Just no bs straight forward,Friendly,personal, just all around awesome with out the salesman gimmicks.

I called and spoke with George, one of their salesmen. Very pleasant on the phone. We spoke about me trading in my 2012 Odyssey EX-L with 22,400 miles in pristine condition and I would be purchasing a certified pre-owned Mazda 5. I told him I lived an hour away and that I needed to confirm a few things before driving all that distance. I gave him my van's VIN, mileage, options and condition. Based on all this he called me back and said that as long as my description was accurate I was being offered 28K for my van. I drove down the next day. They took a look at my van, agreed it was in mint condition but had thought it was a Touring model and therefore could only offer me 22K for it. This offer was not only unacceptable but an insult. They allegedly use Galves which severely under-prices cars in their favor of course. I left and went to a Napoli Nissan of Milford down the road and was offered 27K for my van but they didn't have any vehicles that seated 6 for the price I wanted. But at least I knew that not all dealers were looking to shaft me on my trade-in.George, although polite, was acting as if I had brought in a Dodge Caravan from the early 90's. Absolutely wasted my time for nothing. They knew what I had, I gave them the VIN and everything. They didn't care. They just thought I was desperate and would take any offer when in reality I just wanted to downsize a little to save money. But my Odyssey is just fine. They could easily have sold it that same day. I keep my van cleaner than their new cars let alone their used ones.Very disappointed. And just to see if all Mazda dealers used this alleged Galves guide, I went to Colonial Mazda close to where I live in Danbury, CT and they confirmed that Mazda does use Galves but that they can offer more if the car is clearly worth it. Their salesman Darold said they could offer me 25.5K for it. Still under what I want but much more reasonable than George's offer.Wasted my Saturday but learned a lot I suppose. If you're going in with a trade, get a second or even third opinion elsewhere.
