I bought this 2017 SUV back in August 2016 from this dealership. I was very happy with the whole sales experience. I dealt with Hauna Colista who listened very carefully about my situation since I was involved in a major accident which I was not at fault for and needed a new dealership that I could trust. She earned my trust and directed me to a salesman by the name of Jerell Brown. Both of them are amazing and I was treated like family and I will be buying another car from them in the near future.

Was lied to and treated very poorly!!!! Do not shop here this place is a scam don't fall victim to their deception!!!! The Internet department was particularly useless and don't expect a response from them as I never got one and had to keep doing all the work to be ignored time after time again when all I wanted to do was buy the truck and I couldn't even do that here.

Owning two Ford vehicles, I was had no choice to use this dealership for the warranty work on my vehicles. I brought the first one in for noise in the front end, after various warranty claims and co-pays and tacked on services. Surprise, surprise, the noise is still there, however they recommended that i have other work done, work that are unrelated to the noise issue. After that issue, here comes inspection, I brought the same vehicle back for inspection, however it failed for the previously recommended service, keep in mind they can't fix the noise. so approximately $1,000.00 later I got my vehicle inspected. Somehow the quoted price always differs from the actual price by a significant amount, that benefits them. Vehicle 2 went in for oil change and tire rotation, came back with a list of recommended services. Speaking with the service writer, I purposefully asked if there were any safety items, his reply was we recommend this but it can wait. Fast forward 3 months, vehicle needed inspection, surprise! failed, why? You guessed it, for items on the recommended list, they were now safety concerns. After speaking again with the service writer, he said the total bill for the required maintenance was, wait for it...$3,478.34. I immediately demanded my vehicle returned, when I went to pick it up, the charged me for an oil change, and emission sticker. I was told that they had completed the emission and oil change prior to the vehicle failing safety inspection. I took my vehicle to another shop, where surprise, surprise no oil change, and no emission sticker, even though they charged me for it. Keep in mind that its now two days till my inspection stickers expire. Did that play a role in what they did, your absolutely right it did. The basically took my vehicle hostage. I went to another dealership, they immediately took a look at my vehicle and said it was in excellent condition since it hadn't missed a single service, was serviced at the correct intervals, it was well maintained, and cared for . They immediately offered to purchase my vehicle at above blue book value. I sold my vehicle and purchased a Jeep so i will never have to deal with these people again. I would recommend that you never use their service department because it seems they are out to rob you blind, they are an epitome of the nightmarish, stereotypical, slime covered car dealership. Just in case you were wondering, I immediately spotted the BS coming from their mouths.

I am rating McCafferty with a 5 star experience because I was handled with red carpet service from leaving my old car to leaving with the new car. I was greeted with professionalism by each individual who spoke to me. Tom Callahan was my salesperson. Everyone guided me in the right direction to get Tom for me. Tom had good conversation and was extremely hospitable. I explained my need for a car and he fit me in the perfect car. Cesiah, the finance manager, was informative. She asked what I would be comfortable with in payments and worked with my set budget. My payments fit my budget. Her conversation was pleasant, resourceful, and knowledgable. I felt like a celebrity with all the pampering and catering. I left McCafferty with a wonderful memorable experience and will definitely purchase another car here and share my experience with friends.

I will never deal with this dealership again. I first visited McCafferty after trying to figure out the cause of a noise my Kia Sorento had been making for two years. Due to my work schedule I had to borrow my moms car and have my car at McCafferty all day to have it assessed. Needless to say they were unable to figure out or even hear the noise. A few days after my car was at McCafferty my husband noticed my car was leaking oil. We called and I had to make a second appointment to take it out a drive with a technician for the noise and so they could look at the oil issue. An appointment was set for Tuesday the 5th, Marco was the tech who went out and sure enough he could hear the noise and to my elation a few hours later I got the call from John, the Service Advisor that it was a bad motor mount and the oil issue was some sort of seal and was an expensive and lengthy repair cost $800+ and taking about 5 hours. Both repairs weren't covered even though it is part of the driver train which KIA gives 100,000 miles or 10 years, my car has a little over 60K and is five years old as it is a 2011. However since I am the second owner purchasing it used in 2012 it isn't covered either. Luckily I had purchased an extended warranty to cover other items that also cover the driver train, but I have a deductible of $100.00. John states that he is going to speak with his District Manager for Kia and see if he can get these both approved under Kia's warranty. John comes back and states that "she" will cover the motor mount but not the oil which mind you I believed they caused in the first place. John tells me it is just something that goes, now this would normally be covered by Kia under the power train for all 1st owners which if they just "go" at 60K miles that is certainly costly for Kia since they cover to 100K!! I don't argue and give him the phone number for my extended warranty company so he can get the repair approved. I tell him I am driving to OBX almost 400 miles on Saturday and I want at least the oil leak repaired before then. He says its ok to drive but understands my concern. After speaking with the warranty company John informs me that they will cover the repair but I have to pay the $100.00 deductible, I agree. He then states that he had gotten me a rental car for two days in case a second day is needed and for my inconvenience to "help me out". I am thankful thinking at the time that McCafferty is picking up the tab for this. Yesterday I drop my car off to be serviced and find that my warranty is paying for the rental car. Then my next bit of drama begins as the rental people are telling me that because I have Progressive Insurance I need to purchase their insurance which is $12.95 per day (imagine that - $388.50 for a typical 30 day month, they sure are raking it in!!!) I call Progressive and while on speaker phone they inform me that I full coverage and am 100% covered and responsible for the vehicle while in use, rentals are covered I am covered driving any car at all. This is not good enough for Auto Rent and Barbara shows me a fax of the policy line item that is dated from 2004!!! I bring this to her attention and she states that they have had many issues with Progressive when people are in accidents over the years and with payment. For the record my husband had and I have been customer of Progressive for over 13 years and have both had an accident where we were at fault and had no issue nor did the other party in getting payment or any repairs needed. Becuase I am being charge $12.95 a day, I then visit John since it is 8:30am and ask him to complete the 5 hour repair by 6:30pm when they close so I can get my car back that day and not have to pay for two days. He states he isn't sure he can get both repairs done today. I say to John "No you are just repairing the oil as the motor mount is on order". He then tells me he had it overnighted so he can get it done for me while I have the rental. Now why when he checked me in he never mentioned this I could not tell you. In any case I state that you 10 hours I think you can get both done. He then tells me that he doesn't know when the parts will arrive so he can't make promises. I don't hear from him at all that day and at 4:30 in the afternoon I call him to check the progress and he tells me they aren't done with the car and need to keep it. Last night I review my policy and see that non owned vehicles are included as being covered. I call Progressive again and they again state that 100% covered and no other company would be responsible that is how the industry works. Barbara still insists Progressive would be secondary and at best would pay for their deductible, but relents to not charging me the $12.95 for two days. I hear nothing all day and again around 4:30pm I ask my husband to call for me and check on the car as I am sick of dealing with this place. My husband tells me that the car is done and ready to be picked up. I drive to get the car that evening and I end up having to call to give payment over the phone since I am not going to make it there by 6:30 due to a blinding rain storm and awful traffic. I give my credit card over the phone to pay the $100.00 deducible which they are charging $106.00 for because of sales tax (even though sales tax is not applicable on deductible - look it up). I turn in the rental without incident at 6:45pm and I am given my Key and receipt to get my car. I get in my car and look at the receipt and I am charged $879.30 and then refunded $773.30. I look at my online banking phone app and sure enough they charged the full amount of the repair and that came out of my account. I am still waiting on the refund. I go over the sales office to speak with someone and they state they are getting me Jerry, the manager. After waiting for 20 minutes a sales manager, not Jerry comes over states he's sorry there is nothing he can do. So now because I used my checking account card I am without $773.00 of my vacation money until my bank processes their return for their mistake. And I am waiting on a return of $6.00 for sales tax charged in error. Although with my experience with this dealership I wonder if it is an error or if they do this all the time and keep the difference. Dealerships can be difficult to work with at times and sales people can be misleading, but this place takes the cake. I will NEVER set foot in here again and would never recommend this place to anyone. John lied about having a Kia DM too, there is no district manager as when I asked for her number he stated that he just calls Kia Care (corp) in CA and talks to whomever can help them. If you go to this dealership for service be warned customer service is lacking and deception is what they practice. GOOD LUCK!!!

The kept us there for hours when we had an appointment . They lied about almost everything . Definitely don't buy their used car warranty it's a rip off. The finance supervisor Gerry Green is so unprofessional ! They don't care about customer satisfaction ! Once you purchase your car, they could care less about any problems you have. We ended up purchasing our other vehicles from Team Toyota down the road and they are great! They work with you, because they care about your satisfaction . Team Toyota wants you to come back and recommend them. As for McCaffery Ford they could care less and people like Gerry Green treat you with disrespect ! Stay away from there and especially their used car warranty!

I am very disappointed in the level of service I have received at McCafferty ever since I bought my Kia Soul. There seems to be no point in making an appointment because the service center is always backed up. I have had several oil changes, 2 recall items repaired and broken vent clips replaced and each time I have waited over 90 minutes.Recently I brought my car in to replace 2 more broken vent clips (third time) and to have a small scratch touched up. I have the added Exterior Warranty. When I called to make an appointment to get both fixed I explained that I had the exterior warranty. I also made the appointment 10 days in advance to give them plenty of time to order the vent clips. When I arrived at my appointment Tuesday July 21st I was told that theyd have to take a photo of the scratch and submit it to the warranty company and that my vent clips were not ordered. Why not???When I called to make the appointment no one told me that they would have to take a picture of the scratch and send it in to the warranty company. I wasted an hour at McCafferty only to be told Id have to come back after vent clips were ordered and they received approval to fix the scratch. Had the staff, which sets appointments, known that a photo needed to be taken I could have stop by quickly for that. Also, I expected the vent clips to be ordered at that time as well. They had 10 days to order the clips. Their service center is disorganized and under staffed. Had I seen all the bad reviews they have online I would not have purchased my Kia from them. Nearly a month went by and no one called to let me know about the status of my claim. My husband and I had to call multiple times to find out what was happening. McCafferty finally contacted me and set an appointment. They told me it would take one day due to the paint job. They offered me a rental car at no charge to me.It took them 5 days to fix my car because they left it at the body shop and never told the staff what needed to be done. It sat there until I called to find out what was going on and then they scrambled to get it done. They rushed the job and the sealer coat bubbled because they tried to dry it too fast. So, they had to have my car for another 24 hours. The rental car they gave me was a death trap. Every time I ran over a pebble the car fish tailed into the next lane. I actually fish tailed into the grass off an exit on I-95. I took the car to a mechanic who said it needed struts, a tie bar and a sway bar. He also advised that I should not drive the car more than a few miles.I am an in-home personal trainer and I drive for a living. I had to cancel 2 clients which cost me $200. McCaffertys rental agency informed me that they do not accept Progressive insurance and expect me to pay $8 a day for the rental plus they are trying to charge me $60 for gas.To top it all off, they only replaced one of the 2 broken vent clips. At first they told me they forgot to order it, now their story is that it's on back order.I am a very unhappy customer!

I've been dealing with Darren for 2 months on a warranty issue and he NEVER returns phone calls. I went in person on Saturday and was told by Matt that someone would definitely call me back on Monday. It's now Tuesday and as usual, NO PHONE CALL RETURNED. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with, if they are unable to help a customer who has bought 2 new Ford vehicles in the last 8 months they should not be in business. I will NEVER buy a Ford again and am going to tell everyone I know, personally and through social media, to not buy Fords and if you do, do NOT go to McCafferty Ford. The run around on a new vehicle with a warranty issue is OUTRAGEOUS as it's obvious Ford does not stand behind their vehicles.

Bought a 2015 kia sportage. Didnt have a manual. Took 2.5 months to get a manual for it. Windshield says 5k for maintenance.manual says 7.5k. Which is it& called and cant talk to anyone about it. Always pushed off to voicemail. Spent 35k and still cant talk to a human being? Hardware missing from steering column. Cant talk to someone to resolve this does make sense......it requires another service visit so they might FIND this hardware......not exactly convenient.........Just like my missing manual for my new kia! Having a vehicle without knowing how everything works? Thank God they are not the only service dept available. Burlington kia in NJ is MUCH more customer friendly. Go there for stress free service. They talk to customers.

Had my 2011 Kia rio in for inspection April 29, 2015, had the normal oil change and they suggest for me to get the alignment done for 30,000 ok fine...2 1/2 months later my metal belts are coming out from my tire on the drivers side and other tires are wearing outside. Mine you I've only driven 1700 miles since! Why wasn't it noted on inspection if my tires were wearing. I will never bring my car back here for inspection. Only for a warranty issue which I will think about that.

Took my Kia Soul in for a recall on my sunroof and the speaker was under warranty. Dealt with service writer, manager...all liars. Everything they touched on and in my car was broken, pinstripe removed, stained dents, dirty, visor put on wrong, hardware missing.I could go on and on.They had my car for over a month and had to go up there on 5 different occasions. . always saying its 100%...omg I would not let them touch a toy tonka truck. They all lie, every employee, I can't believe they are still in business really...if you google their service its basically 2 out 5 stars which to me is not good at all and they should stick to selling and their license should be revoked from doing service. If there was a -1 star I would of checked that off...IM not done dealing with them.

I've been going here for years. I have a hard time making decisions so it can be tough for me but they work with me. I had Tom Callahan this time and he was helpful!. I want more than I can afford most of the time so the decision making is hard. Buying a car can be OVERWHELMING. I usually end up buying a car or suv that is a couple years old, best way to save money and then add things to it that I need. The finance department upset me because they wouldn't flip my plates so I can have my disabled plate on my car that I just bought. I had to call the DMV and Action Auto Tag to find out that the dealer should have done this. Now I have to wait 4-6 weeks to get my new registration on my new car before I can have the plates flipped on my 2 cars I drive. I will drive the new car much more so definitely need it on that. It will also cost me $80 to have the plates flipped when the dealer should have done it for me. These things make me upset. Another issue I had with them is being quoted high prices for installing things. I was quoted a high price and so I ended up getting it installed somewhere else. Come to find out it would have been half the price to get it installed there. It was bad communication between the Asst. Manager and the installer. Another Manager at McCafferty called me and definitely cared about me going through a bad situation. He helped with the problem and made me feel good enough to want to come back here in the future. I did come here to buy a new car, but ended up buying used. I didn't go to any other dealer because I do prefer buying from this particular dealer.

We have bought many vehicles over the years from this dealership without any problems. Not this time. I bought a new 2013 V6 Ford mustang, had it for almost a year & then traded it there for a 2013 Mustang GT. At the same time, we also ordered a 2014 Explorer for $42,000. We ordered it the way we wanted it & had to give the dealer a $500 non refundable deposit check so they would order the truck. Week after week went by, and after about four weeks we got a Vin number. A couple more weeks went by & we got a copy of the window sticker that stated "Special Order" and our name was there also. 9 weeks go by & we don`t hear anything, so I finally call & the salesman tells me that the truck is not there yet. This was on a Friday. On Monday the salesman calls me up & tells me that there has been a "problem". It seems that our truck did indeed come in on the Friday I called, but another salesman "accidently" sold it to someone else as it came off the car carrier. Now my name was all over the sales order, so ther was no way it was "accidently" sold out from under me. They just found a sucker who was willing to pay more for the truck than I was (we were paying cash). I found this to be a really underhanded deal. I told them that they would have kept my deposit check if I changed my mind, but its OK if you sell it out from under me. They said they were "sorry" & that the salesman was being "retrained"---Yeah, Right!!!

I drive a Ford Escape which was working beautifully before I had it inspected by McCafferty. I went in for a state inspection and oil change...and came out -$900 and a car that wouldn't start the next day. I was given a free tow and rental car to get to work, but they charged me for a new battery...because apparently $900 isn't enough. I do find it interesting that the tow truck driver informed me that my battery cables were loosened making it impossible for the alternator to charge the battery-potentially ruining it. Kind of makes me wonder... Unless you like throwing your money away, find a place with more integrity and accountability.

I am very pleased to tell you that yesterdays purchase of a new Kia Optima SX turbo was the best car buying experience I have had in my life. I am 59 years old and have purchased several cars for myself, my wife and my four children. However, my experience with your dealership and Dan Hoy was not just painless, it was actually pleasurable. Dan, was attentive, responsive and thoroughly professional. He is a credit to your organization. This young man displayed an expertise and skill level far beyond his years. The lack of nonsense and gamesmanship was refreshing. The direct, honest - but highly competitive way - that your company does business is truly welcomed. Further, I never expected him to drive the car, 45 minutes from Langhorne, PA to Cherry Hill, NJ just to accommodate us by providing the highest level of customer service possible.

I had orginally made an appointment for the day after i went to look at a ford escape. I found a Nissan that I also wanted to check out, so my dad and I ran up to test drive both of them. First thing was that the ford escape was marked wrong on the website for the miles, yeah ok. Second I didn't like the way the Nissan handle at all. I tried a Kia, but it was more then I was looking to spend. My dad and I both told the salesman that this was our first stop to look at cars, and I wasn't ready to make a decision, well the salesman decided that we had to meet with his supervisor before we left, and took forever to find her. In the mean time the keys of the Nissan that I was really looking to buy originally got handed to another salesman, like they were trying to pressure me into buying a car from them. Btw the Nissan was still on their website 2 weeks later. Also they wouldn't even look at my trade until after I found a car and we were working on a deal. We couldn't take a real test drive in any of the cars I was looking to buy. After all of the pressure i felt we drove to team Toyota and bought me a certified used Toyota.

I leased a new 2013 Kia sportage. They gave me the car without the rain guards which was part of the deal. I am still waiting on those. They gave me the car with the tire pressure light on and 3/4 tank of gas. Now 6 months later the cars engine is making a scraping sound like metal on metal and their service center can't fit me in until a week from now to look at it because they only have one Kia tech on duty. I will never go back to this dealership again. Their cars are lemons and their customer service is absolutely without a doubt the worst. My personal mechanic will be looking at the car since they were able to fit me in tomorrow morning.

I have written a review earlier about my experience with this dealer. The story gets better. After ordering & putting down a required $500 deposit for a 2014 Explorer limited, I waited 8 weeks for the truck. Every time I would call to check I was told that it was not there yet. On the 9th week I called & was told again that the truck was not there. This was on a Friday. On Monday I called my sales person inquiring about my truck & was told that the truck did indeed come in the previous Friday (the day I called), but as it came off the transport truck, another sales person sold it to someone else. they said it was an accident & that they were sorry. They also told me that the salesman was being "retrained". I don`t believe for a minute that it was an accident as my name was on the paperwork. also it stated "special order" right on the window sticker. Its apparent that they sold the truck to someone else for more money, or to get the kickback from the finance charge (we were paying cash). I went up got my $500 check back (that they would have kept, if I did not fulfill my part of the bargain) & went across the street to Reedman-Toll, where we drove out an hour later with a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. We will never buy a vehicle from McCafferty again.

Ordered a 2014 Explorer Limited for $43,000 + t&t. that sale went fine & the salesman was very good. The problems are, I was told that the truck would be in on 12/09. I am site admin on AllFordMustangs.com & we have Ford customer service agents assigned by Ford to the site. They told me that the truck would not even be built by the proposed delivery date. When I called McCafferty about it, my salesman said there had been a change in delivery date, but it was my fault because of the wheels I wanted. I also wanted to trade in my 2013 Mustang V6 with only 5,000 miles on it & trade my 1999 Cobra. I was going to get a new Mustang to go along with the Explorer. I bought the `13 Mustang from McCafferty last August for $27,000. They offered me $17,000 for it. I would have taken a $10,000 hit. Also my Cobra had an accident (which I told them about) 13 years ago. The accident set off the air bag. The car was repaired perfectly & had 5 owners before me. McCafferty tried to give me a insulting offer of $1,000 for the car. Now mind you, I spent $27,000 & $ 43,000 respectively & this is what I get. The only reason I`m going to honor my commitment to buy the Explorer is because they have a $500 non refundable deposit that I put on the truck to order it. Over the years, we have bought probably 10 vehicles from McCafferty, but after this, it will be most probably the last one we will buy there. I plan on picking up the new truck there, but if it needs service or warranty work, I will go elsewhere. The place has changed & not for the better.

I left my car here to get an oil change and a key programmed. John Paul called back saying I needed a 30,000 mile check up and explained the pricing with the key program would be $335. I said that was fine. Then he called back to say my car was done and left a message saying that the price was $585! I would have never agreed to let this dealership do anything other then what I originally wanted if I would have known it was going to be an extra $250 but of course since everything was already done I am the one the got screwed and had to pay even though it was there mistake. They get more business by lying and instead of owning up to his mistake John Paul stated that I must have been confused. REALLY I DO NOT GET CONFUSED WHEN IT COMES TO MY MONEY I would have NEVER allowed this work be done to my car again if I had known the actually price. And to top it off they never reset my oil % my car is still reading that it is low so did they really even change my oil or did they just say they did. I will never return here again and to think I was going to buy another car from here!

We purchased a new Ford here in 2007. We returned when it was time to buy again. We inquired on cars via the web. Nobody responded to our requests for information. Finally, I called and was told that somebody would get back in touch with me. Later that day a sales manager called me (named Richard?). He basically told me that the car that I wanted was at another lot and that he was unwilling to work numbers on that vehicle. He recommended another car that was not in my budget. I told him that it was not within my budget, and he told me to think about it. Never again did anyone call back. Side note: they junk up all of their new cars with pin striping, wheel edge guards, and window security engraving. All of this junk bumps the price of their cars up by about $1,300! Find another dealership... any dealership... or just continue driving your old car. Me... I moved on to another dealership and brand. Horrible sales experience that failed for them.

I wanted to see the genesis coupe but was told I could not afford it and not to bother coming back until my lease was up on my other vehicle. He also made it a point to let me know that they were closing at seven when it was 4:30. I ended up leaving and ended up going elsewhere and purchased the genesis!

I was happy with my purchase, although I did not like the bait and switch. here's the price, and then the next day when I came in it was ALOT higher. I loved my salesman. However, the car was not properly detailed. It was raining, there was a scratch on the door which could not be seen in the rain. Also, I specifically wanted the car detailed perfectly. Things were in the back unopened. Plastic wrappers were still on parts of the car. The car was not vacuumed properly. Those two things were really my main sticklers severe price change, and the detailing of my new vehicle. My finance people were great, it was fast, things were ready, they addressed my problems. Although I live in Jersey, as long as I buy a KIA it will be from Mccafferty Kia in Langhorne. The process for the most part ran smooth and my salesman was as down to earth and unpushy as I need to have in a car salesman. I loved him so much! I hate hate hate pushy car salesmen, It leaves me running for the hills. Everyone tried extremely hard to get my questions answered if they didn't have one, and this means the world to me because my time is so limited. I appreciate your staff very much. But after buying a 23,000 dollar car, it should have been detailed much more carefully. I was disappointed and a very bad scratch was on the door. Sincerely, Stacey Lytle

Came by several Saturdays OK and asked to see a Taurus SHO and was told by the salesrep you did not have any. Found out later you actually had two in stock. After shopping for a couple weeks i determined that was one of the cars I was considering and went on cars.com and found you had one in a color I preferred so I spoke so Sharon and then decided to come see it. We were able to work out an acceptable price. The only thing that bothered me was the surprise $299.00 for the etching. That was out of the blue and added $299.00 onto our agreed upon price. That should have been discussed with me and I should have had a choice yes or no.

Richard Olive is a consummate sales professional. My wife and I were interested in buying a particular Ford Edge. He introduced himself and explained everything about the vehicle we were interested in. We then took the car for a test run. Any issues or questions concerning the car were addressed. As with many used vehicles, there were some nicks and scratches. Mr Olive arranged for us to return the auto the following day for the repairs to be made. The staff, parts and service people at McCafferty were very helpful and cooperative. I applaud McCafferty for having hired many quality individuals. Mr Olive made our experience pleasurable and non intimidating. Though we never met Mr Olive before Thursday,we felt like we had known him for some time. His demeanor was one where you as the customer felt that your needs were above his. I would certainly recommend individuals looking for a car to see Richard and to deal with McCafferty. Thanks again for making the purchase of our Ford Edge an enjoyable experience. CHERYL AND IVAN ELIAS

Went initially to McCafferty to look at a 2006 Used Ford Expidition - the vehicle was not what I was looking for. However, the salesman that talked with me suggested a 2005 Lincoln Navigator that they had just gotten in. My son and I looked at the vehicle and decided to pursue the possibility of purchasing it. We were quoted a price but since it was getting late I told the salesman I wanted to bring my wife back to look at the truck. He stated that was fine since they needed to put the truck through the shop to be thorougly checked out. We received a call the next day that the truck was ready and we could come in, test drive it and make the deal. My son, my wife and I went that evening (we are from Jersey so it is not a short drive). We thought we were going to make the deal and drive away with the truck. Not so! The truck hadn't even been checked out yet! Couldn't even get to it to take it for a test drive - but they wanted to make the deal that night (I assume because it was the end of the month and they wanted the sale in that month). First the price of the truck was $1,000 more than we were quoted - they forgot to tell us they add that to the price of the vehicle to put it through their shop to be thoroughly checked out! So, we negotiated a deal but ended up sitting for almost 2 hours waiting for the paperwork. Finally, we said forget making the deal tonight - we will come back when the truck is checked out and ready for a test drive. After almost a week we got a call that the truck was ready so my son and I went back to try to finish the deal (my wife refused to go back and deal with these people). There were a few things that were missing in the interior - a head rest and a handle on the center console. The salesman said they would be ordered and he would let us know when they were in. So, we made the deal. During signing the paperwork I found I was charged $300 for window etching - evidently they do this to every vehicle they get in - you would think they would let the customer know this! I let that go but refused every other thing they tried to sell me. Overall, it was just a horrible experience. I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership again and I certainly would not recommend them to anyone I know! Oh, and it has been two months and we still don't have the parts for the interior. We did get a call that the head rest was there - a tan one - the interior of the truck is gray - go figure!

I had a really great buying experience. Mark Hall was an excellent salesman. He walked me, step-by-step, through the entire buying experience, and his explanations made the process easy to understand. He was also quite friendly and made my wife and I feel quite comfortable. I have to admit, with all the add-ons, I spent a little more than I anticipated, but I feel much better having bought the extended warranty as well as the vehicle protection packages.Alexandra Scott was also very helpful in regard to the actual purchasing and financing phase. She walked me through all the paperwork and explained everything quite clearly, and answered any questions I had.All in all, it was a very pleasant experience, and my wife is going to purchase her next car here, as will I.Thanks,Phil Appenzeller

I have given the rating because Mr. Richard Olive did everything he could to make sure I picked the right car. He was very patient, kind and very detailed oriented. He worked up all the deals I inquired about and gave me the figures I asked for and several options available for financing. He personally showed us how to work the special features like NSync etc. We know we can call him at any time to ask him questions and he will help without hesitation. My husband and I enjoyed working with Mr. Jim Catucci as well. He made sure I received a fantastic interest rate and he was very detailed oriented and helpful in finalizing the deal. The employees are knowledgeable and do their jobs very well. Once I decided on a vehicle and it was time to take delivery, Joe explained the financing in detail and made sure I understood all of the paper work. The overall experience we had with McCafferty Kia was excellent. It started with a Sharon Sweeney providing prompt and excellent response to our request for pricing on the car both via e-mail and telephone. I spoke to her a couple times and she was always friendly and helpful. We visited McCafferty Kia to look at the car and test drive and we were promptly greeted by Wayne Snyder. Wayne was very knowledgeable on the Kia Sportage we wanted. He took his time with us and never pressured us. He did not rush us and was very helpful in obtaining car insurance. We did not expect to drive away that day but everyone was very efficient in processing and we were able to take home the car that day. We even had some follow-up questions and Wayne promptly responded to our questions and offered his service to answer any future questions about the car. We were very happy with McCafferty Kia and Wayne and Sharon should be highly commended for their excellent service.

To whom it may concern:I would like to start off by saying that I have never in my life left an "online review' for any reason, but in this particular situation I deem it necessary. I had recently inquired about a 2004 Ford Escape that was located at your dealership. When I contacted the sales department I was directed to Stan (sales manager) he was extremely helpful and even referred me to an independent insurance broker that was able to meet my financial needs and insurance obligations. From there, Stan set up an appt for me to see the vehicle. He kept in touch with me via text message and consistently updated me on the status of the vehicle. I was scheduled to meet with Mark Diamond on Wednesday August 10th at 6pm. Mark was also extremely helpful and kept in touch with me throughout the day. I arrived with my father and my uncle to view the vehicle and Mark made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Up to this point, I was pleasantly surprised with the on goings of the "deal making" process. While discussing the details of the vehicle, I mentioned that I had noticed a few days prior that the mileage on the vehicle CARFAX did not quite match the odometer mileage pictured in the photos on auto trader. I inquired as to why this was, so Mark approached his sales manager with my inquiry. Upon his return Mark said that his sales manager, Michael Esposito had asked for $9500 with the vehicle being listed as TMU. At this time, I had not offered a price for the car and knew that according to my loan agreement a TMU title was unacceptable. Mark stated that Mike Esposito said he could have the title mileage issue amended by this coming Saturday but that Mike was going to charge me $10,000 if that were to happen. So at this point my father and I asked why it was going to cost us $500.00 more for bringing the error to the dealerships attention. I asked to see Mike Esposito personally. Mark (being the responsible sales person that he is) escorted my father and I back to Mike's office and that is when everything went terribly wrong. Mike began by saying something about if the car had 157,000 miles on it he would sell it at auction...etc. I was not there to have a discussion about things that were not applicable to the current situation, so we simply asked why the car price would be raised by $500 if we waited for the mistake to be cleared up? Mikes response was immediate and aggressive. He claimed that nobody ever offered $9500 for the car and that Mark had no idea what he was talking about and suggested that I get a new sales person. I was shocked and offended by this because I considered Mark to be a more than acceptable representative of McCafferty and was appalled that a manager would immediately demean and insult his employee in that way to a customer. He had a very "not my fault", "everyman for himself" type of attitude and did not seem to view his employees as a team. From this point, Mike Esposito insisted that he had known about the mileage discrepancy for days and that though "I may think I brought it to their attention", I had not. That concerned me as well, because I explained to him that if he had known that, why were Stan and Mark calling and texting me throughout the previous few days, so that I may drive 30 minutes up there and spend 2 hours at the dealership for a car that was misrepresented and supposedly put on "Hold". His reply to this was "Well, Stan doesn't know what he is talking about either". Again, floored by this response, I inquired once more about the vehicle. Mike said that he could not sell the vehicle for less than $10,000 and he would have his collision experts take care of some minor exterior cosmetic damage so that when the mileage issue was cleared up on Saturday I could come in and purchase the vehicle. At this point he explained that in order to resolve the mileage issue, he would have to have the previous customer bring in two old inspection records (which made no sense to us for so many reasons) and then he would need to send them to Harrisburg. Upon hearing this information, my father asked the next obvious question, "How is all of this going to happen and get resolved by Saturday?. After an awkward pause, Mike simply stated I never said WHAT Saturday... By this time, we literally could not believe what we had just sat through. It was an endless line of contradictive statements and total senselessness. Mike then told us that maybe we should move on and that McCafferty's wasn't the right place for us. We got up and exited his cubicle. On our way out, we apologized to Mark and expressed our sympathy for him because he had to work for someone who would so blatantly and casually insult and degrade his team of employees. Mark politely and quietly escorted us out and I quite honestly felt sorry that we ALL lost out because of an arrogant, ignorant, self consumed sales manager who obviously does not make the greater good of the company a business priority. I very shortly after received phone calls from both Mark and Stan expressing their earnest apologies for what had happen. With all of that being said, I would like to say that my family and I are very rational, easy going people and did not nor would we ever get loud or irate over a situation like this. We have numerous high end and what could be considered "expensive" vehicles at our residence, all of which we had purchased through Fred Beans or "specialty dealerships". McCafferty's was the first dealership that we have gone to without having a referral or have had previous experience with. I would like to be clear when I say that I do not believe that our experience was a reflection of what to expect from Mccafferty's as a dealership, but simply a direct reflection of what to expect from Mike Esposito not only as a business man but as a person. I am still in the process of dealing with Stan and Mark to try and find a vehicle that meets my needs. Although Mccafferty's is no longer my primary prospect for purchasing a vehicle now nor in the future, I would never want to see Stan and Mark be negatively affected by the actions and ignorance of their associate.I guess the old saying still rings true that "one bad apple spoils the bunch", we definitely found out that Mike Esposito is the McCafferty Ford , "Bad Apple'.Best Regards,Amanda

Great experience with the over all experience - the only weakness was how long we had to wait for all the paperwork...over time from start to finish was 4 hours - a little too long for me. But still love our new truck!

Last week, I came to look at a new Ford Focus as my first post-college car. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with the Focus but Joe squeezed into a used Mini and took me for a drive. It was such a fun car to drive, and had all (plus more) of the features I was looking for. Everyone I came into contact with was extremely helpful and did whatever they could to make me happy. When I did not like the APR offered for my financing, Miss Scott called up the bank and got it lowered by 3%! She really seemed dedicated to saving me money. Joe was extremely helpful and will be an asset to your team. I am just glad that his head did not go through the sunroof of the Mini. As for the car, it is such an awesome car. I have been reading the manual as if I am studying for a huge exam. Thanks Everyone!

I went to the dealership to test drive a Ford Edge 2009 it was late in the eveining and Sean (our salesman) seemed pleasant and willing to work with me.He told me to apply on line and for me to call him in the morning, which I did. Sean told me he would get back to me in approx. 20 minutes to an hour after my call. SEAN NEEEVVVEEERRR called me back!!!! After 3 days of waiting, I was thoroughly frustrated!!! The salesman should ALWAYS follow up with the applicant, no matter what the deal. I feel that the non-response was extremely DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE. Salesmen should not have to be chased down, for a simple answer. Just a timely phone call would have been the right thing to do. No! I would not recommend this salesman at this dealership. After McCafferty read my submittal to this website, I recieved a phone call from Lee (the Finance Manager). He apologized for the poor response to my application. Unfortunatly, for them, I already purchased a car at another dealer. I really wanted to purchase locally but due to the lack of response from the dealership I had to look elsewhere.Lee was very apologenic. He offered me free service at there service center because of loss of the sale. He was very sincere! I will not totally disregard this dealership from future purchases.I did let Lee know that I am a Ford Enthusiast and feel there quaility is very good. I look forward to owning a Ford in the future. And hopefully, they will earn back my trust.

We had a great experience working with Rich and Joe. It is the second vehicle that we purchased from McCafferty. Rich is very knowledgeable of the product line and stays in touch well with clients. He took time to answer all of our questions and did not over sell any particular car. Joe even ordered dinner in for Carly while she waited for the paperwork to be processed. We live in NJ and feel it is worth the trip to McCafferty.

I really can't say enough about joe and jim they really helped us out. jim crunched numbers over and over untill we had a an awsome deal. joe did everything in his power to make sure we were happy, he really went above and beyond for us. I think of joe as more of a friend than a sales person, great guy. these men need to be teaching a seminar somewhere because I feel our experence at mccafferty could not have gone any better. everybody was really really nice but it was joe who kept our business with you and for that I am greatful. Richard Olive has gone above and beyond what would be expected of an auto salesman. He is very friendly following up on his customers. He keeps his word on finding you the car that you want. Richard drove all the way to Pittsburgh to get the color Ford Fusion that I wanted when he couldn't find one locally. He is not a quiter. Richard is someone I would do business with again (hopefully not too soon) in the future if I needed another car. Great Salesperson.

Richard Olive was very thorough in describing what the vehicles had to offer. He was not pushy for the sale, but very helpful in the decision. I knew the make and model that I wanted and it was a pleasure dealing with him.

My salesman, Richard Olive, was wonderful. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. He listened to my needs and gave me his advice when I asked for it. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He offered us drinks - bottled water, soda or coffee. He is funny and personable. He treated me with respect. I like that is a salesman since I am a woman.

Well first of all I like to Thank Larry Reddick, He was very helpful in my decision on wanting to buy my car from McCafferty Ford. He also made sure that I would be in good hands, if he couldn't be there the same time I was. By briefing Jamaal on what I wanted. At this Point Jamaal took charge to finalize the Deal. With more information then I could remember, but this was good nothing over looked. P.S. I'll be Back I hope Larry and Jamaal are there. :) and Sharon too. :)Thank You AllGod BlessElaine Clark

After the engine went on my wife's Pontiac, we had to go looking for another car a little earlier then anticipated. A chore I absolutely hate doing! The thought of dealing with salesperople and the "talk to my manager" game all over again. After dealing with a few dealerships and having no luck (especially Colonial Nissan), we were steered towards McCafferty by a co-worker. That turned out to be a great thing! The staff at McCafferty Kia were friendly & very helpful. I didn't feel pressured like at alot of other dealerships. In fact, Ken Underwood, our salesman helped us so much, we were looking to buy a used Nissan, Honda, Toyota. We ended up getting a 2011 Kia Forte SX. It has all the bells and whistles. And the price was great! We feel like we got a great deal. And for less money then the others, we have a brand new car. My wife absolutely loves her new car!For me to write in to commend all the employees I dealt with was something I have NEVER done this before for a car dealership. The experience at McCafferty was a great one. Even got an email from the big boss thanking us for all the praise of his employees. They deserve evry word of it!We would look to McCafferty first for any vehicles we may consider buying in the future. We highly reccomend them. And also ask for Ken Underwood. He was a very down to Earth guy that made us feel at ease with the whole process. He also was very knowledgable about the car & showed us just how everything works in it before we drove away. Great job Ken Underwood & McCafferty!!!!Mr. & Mrs. Robert Wagner

Looking to buy a new car. We were contemplating 2 or 3 different makes including Honda, Kia and Hyundai. We met Justin Geller and boy was that a WOW!!!Justin spent all of the time that we needed to make an informed decision. We drove many different models...that Justin and Javier went to great lengths to explain the features and benefits of. Knowledgeable, courteous, low pressure and accommodating only begins to describe the experience. We decided on the Sonata by Hyundai and are very happy with the decision. As happy as we are with the car, we were even more thrilled with Justin and Javier. YES, YES, YES go to Mcafferty and see Justin!!! Customers forever---Shari and Craig

Checked out car on web site first and then had a test drive with John Veltri. Very smooth ride. Car has everything we were looking for plus extras that we hadn't thought of. Sharron Sweeney was our first line of contact via e-mail and she left all the information out with John so that it was easy for us to continue with the same details that had been discussed with her.John spent the time showing us how to use all the things in the car in detail. All in all the whole experience was pleasant.

I have had my cars successfully repaired at Quality Care Center for a decade. I have used their service side to maintain my vehicles and I have used their body shop on numerous occasions (I own several cars). They were honest about what my cars needed and they did a great job repairing them. On a few occasions, when something wasn't done right in service, they made good on it, no questions, no additional cost. All of the body work done on my vehicles have survived the test of time: after several years, the work still looks like I never had the accidents. I can't say that about most of the other body shops I used in the past. I have referred friends to the Quality Care Body Shop and they are also very happy with the outcome and the service they received.

When I came in February of 2010 to buy a new car, Salesman John Veltri was extremely helpful in choosing a new car, talking to me about my budget and needs. Together we chose a 2010 Kia Forte Koup that suited both my personal interest in sports cars and low price. Despite the cold that day he still went out himself and brought the car around, allowing me to take it for a test drive. He fully explained the controls for the car and after I bought it, took care of the tags, and helped me set up the blue tooth function in the car so it could connect to my phone. Whenever I had a question he was able to answer it without fail. The next time I will buy a new car I will be going straight to him for it.

I recently went into the Kia/Langhorne store. My intentions were to test drive a new Soul and possibly purchase. I was greeted immediately upon my arrival and shown the various Souls in the lot. It was wonderful to be able to look around without be harrassed to buy. The Salesman, Sean, was patient with my indecisiveness in color and helpful in answering all of my questions. I wound up trading in my old vehicle (also bought from McCafferty in 2008) and left the lot with a 2011 Kia Soul. I was very impressed with the overall experience and the great deal I received. I will definately buy vehicles from McCafferty again in the future!

I love McCafferty because they walked me through every step of the way. I was able to tell them what I was looking for and they found the car and took care of all of my needs. Not only was it fast from the time I walked into the dealer but they are still following up with me to see how everything is going. And at the end of the 1 1/2 hours there was my Ford Edge with a big red bow.I love my Ford and I love my Dealer.

This dealership does not want to deal with you if you are a single woman so women - BEWARE . . . The salesman was very nice - very young gentlemen but when it came to running numbers and working with the managers, they wanted to give me a horrible deal. They must think women don't do their homework and they think we are stupid. The reason I am saying this is because when I went back at them with my offer, they wouldn't negotiate with me anymore. They had no problem watching me walk out the door. This was on Black Friday. So, on Saturday, I went and bought my new mustang convertible at Kindle Ford in Cape May Court House, NJ. They knew how to treat me as a customer and they got the sale. So again, if you are a woman and you are shopping alone for your car, STAY OUT OF MCCAFFERTY . . . .

John did a great job for my son Anthony Martini and he loves his new Ford Focus. But thats not the end of the story,we as a family of six have purchased all of our cars from Mccafferty and have never been disappointed! Other Dealerships talk about excellant service but Mccafferty takes it one step further. How about "Superior Service" That is how I would describe the service Mcafferty has prvoided our family but not just for one year or five years or even ten years. Our family has been purchasing automobiles from Macafferty since 1991!! All of the folks at Mccafferty have been wonderful to us and we can't thank them enough. Gaetano Martini

Service exceeded my expectations! This was a visit for simple routine maintenance, but Quality Care treated me like I was spending hundreds of dollars instead of just an "oil change." My vehicle was returned to me cleaner that when I checked in and everything was explained to me regarding possible issues to look for on the next visit. I will return because I want to do business with people who appreciate me.

I recently purchased a 2011 KIA Sorento from McCafferty Ford Kia in Langhorne with your sales associate, Russ Coy. I have to say that I received the most OUTSTANDING customer service from Russ! Throughout my time in the showroom, I also had interactions with Dan Slipp, Chris Scott, Suzy Buehler and Jim Catucci. Again, I was treated to more amazing customer service. Buying a car can truly be a very stressful experience but I can truthfully say, NOT when you go to McCafferty Ford. I continue to return to McCafferty Ford because I ALWAYS receive the highest possible level of customer service. I will definitely recommend Russ to ANYONE searching for a new car because he certainly makes it an enjoyable and exciting experience. I would also like to add that during the course of the day, each associate had such wonderful things to say about how Todd Buch is known for giving back to the community and they carried a certain "Pride" when they talked about Mr. Buch and McCafferty Ford! Now that's pretty impressive to me as well, because I am very involved with supporting my community. So, not only did I receive excellent customer service from McCafferty Ford, I also learned that McCafferty Ford and Mr. Buch care about the area community. Yet another reason why I KEEP coming back to McCafferty Ford in Langhorne!!Thank You!Jennifer Ritter

The only place I will buy cars from. Everytime I go to Mccafferty they treat me very well. Purchased multiple vehicles and have my service done there. The last time I worked on my car (just to rotate tires) I noticed they even put anti-seize on my lug nuts. That is above and beyond for a dealership. Lisa and Al addressed every concern I had and made my buying experience great.
