45000 mile service for my 2013 Regal. Fast, correct and courteous. What else is there? McGonigal has been, and continues to be, the class act of Kokomo, Indiana dealerships. I moved to Indianapolis two years ago, but continue to use McGonigal in Kokomo for my car's servicing. Simply the best dealership I've ever found.

I brought my car in for a regularly scheduled oil change, and let Tim Chambers know I had a noise on the right side when turning. He immediately knew what the problem was, and had the strut replaced on the car. I also decided at the last moment to have a remote starter added, and Tim went above and beyond to make it happen in a timely fashon.

We have been doing oil change for many years there now, the guys use to explain every thing they looked at in detail, and tell me about what was what, now just hand me a paper---so I miss the telling things. But they done their job!

The visit was professional and I am pleased.While there, I inquired about updating my navigation database since it is woefully out of date. I was informed that there isn't any update at this time. Also, if there were, it would cost $200 for the update CD. These 2 conditions make me not want to get an installed navigation system on my next car, Especially when there is a free smart phone system which is much more up to date.

This visit was fine, quick service which I appreciate as you are not allowed to make appts. I am concerned though as I talked to "warranty forever" about going to a closer place to have my oil changed (I live 35 miles away) and they were concerned that your dealership wrote down for me to have my oil changed in another 3,000 miles when it is recommended that it be changed at 10,000 miles or 12 months. I also was told at the last change to return in 3,000 miles. This looks to me like you are trying to get me in to have more changes than necessary....i.e spend more money. We have always taken good care of our cars. Our last vehicle (which we still own is a suburban with 257,000 miles on it) and has always had 3,000 mile check ups and oil changes ...so we understand good maintenance but do not want to be taken advantage of or go against manufacturer recommendations. Just something for you to look in to.

I meet Brian W. first , last summer he was very helpful provided me with a brochure for truck models of interest . This summer when I was ready to buy Brian W. introduced me to Elliot F. that Saturday morning . We walked the lot ,Elliot took me to a truck that was close to my list of options and I test drove , I thought very nice but wrong color. I wanted a close idea of what it would cost me , so Elliot began itemized P.O. on truck test driven . I looked over incentives was impressed , still had another color in mind so Elliot and Brian were looking for a color of my choice . Tuesday rolls around , after work on my long drive home I called some Indianapolis dealers just to see if anything on their lots . Now I had already been assured Dealer transfer was no problem by my guys at McGonigals . One of the sales people I talked to that afternoon asked what i had looked at and where also what they had offered on discount off list , so I told him,I got a surprising response .( I will not name him although have given his name to people I know) He told me to buy the truck i test drove( he had it up on computer ) he said he could not do that deal with anything he had, was unsure how they( McGonigal) could . So with new insight I drove to McGonigals instead of home and bought that bronze SLT Z71 . You know the color is growing on me . Elliot and Brian still had paper work started from Saturday and honored it. Cant Beat That

This was a convenience pick-up from the GM parkling lot so that a defective tire could be replaced. I was pleased with how the porters met me at the agreed upon time. The tire was replaced and I noticed that all four tires were checked and adjusted for proper air inflation - which was my expectation. My bill statement was placed face down on the passenger seat to protect my privacy - bravo!

Very good service but they got my drivers seat dirty and it looks like it's scratched or scraped something against my leather seat while they were getting in or out. That's what it looks like anyway. I have the seat sealant protector so if it doesn't wipe off then I'll bring it back for surface science repair.

The Quick lube shop was great. I do have one suggestion about the Service department desk. The customers on the telephone seem to outrank a customer standing there in person. Next time I will phone in, while waiting at the service desk to ask a question. I may dress in old work clothes, but I bought a new Cadillac and Gmc truck here.

I feel this Is the first dealership we have been to that genuinely makes me feel they are honest and trying to help. when my car wouldn't start after having it for a week I called the dealership at 7pm and an employee called on star for me, stayed on the phone with me the whole time, gave me is own phone number because he wanted me to call when the tow truck came, and he even called afterwards to make sure I was alright! That is true customer service!

Their "Forever Warranty" is listed with all their cars on here, no matter the mileage or price, however, this warranty only applies to under 100K cars. To look at the ads they seem to be using this as a selling tool. Doesnt take much time to have someone pull that off of the +100K vehicles

Steve Davis was excellent to work with. Purchased a used Cadillac DTS and had it shipped to PA. Although I was nervous about condition of car without seeing it, Steve pointed out only issues and they in fact were the only issues upon the arrival of the car. Prompt shipping and all arranged through the dealer at fair cost. They had no reason to take extra steps for our deal as I was several states away, but they did anyway. Well done!!

I was looking for a good used Chevy diesel. This was the only one I found in a 500 mile search. The truck is great. The buying and service experience is average. Anytime you're dealing with a salesman they'll tell you what you want to hear and try to upsell. The only service experience I've had so far is the "upsell" paint treatment and undercoating. My appointment was not set by my salesman and my loaner vehicle was not ready when I arrived. My new truck had undercoating sprayed on parts (chrome) it shouldn't have and I had to wait for it to be cleaned when I picked it up. I know a lot of this is negative but it's just the type service I expect to see from anyone anymore! I have no issue with the dealership that I wouldn't have with any other.

Was in and out in an hour. My salesman was very accommodating. Would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. Not to mention they give a free lifetime warranty on the vehicles powertrain. Sounded too good to be true, but was the real deal.
