We went car shopping last night to look for a used auto. Upon arrival after an hour drive all the employees at the lot we where greeted. Nowadays, it's commonly seen that salesmen just don't do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out if your wallet. But salesmen Brett Miller delivers an exceptional service and gives a very pleasant experience. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience. Regards, Victor

I personally worked with Jose B. He was fantastic and made buying a car the easiest experience. I was picky about the exterior and interior color and he worked hard to find me the exact car that I want. I searched multiple other dealerships for cars and their pricing was always way to high but Jose and the Mcgrath team got my monthly payments exactly where I needed them. Jose responded to all of my texts promptly and thoroughly. I recommend Jose for anyone looking to purchase a car as he is professional, friendly, and dedicated to his customers.

It had been years since I purchased a car & my experience at McGrath surpassed my expectations. I was looking for a Honda Crosstour specifically and one showed up here. I contacted them & Jade responded almost immediately to set an appointment. My salesperson was David and he did a great job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and could answer all my questions about the car. Even after the sale was complete I had no problem reaching him for post-sale follow ups. Everyone I interacted with through the process, including Francisco and George, were positive. I highly recommend this dealership for sales & service.

A great first experience with my sales person Shane De Lao that I bought a second car from him the next week. Knowledgeable, personable, not high pressure (I walk out on high pressure sales people). No lies, no exaggerations, no hype, just a very pleasant person. My wife bought a Honda 2022 Insight Touring from him two weeks ago. We test drove the Accord Hybrid as well but she like the better gas mileage from the Insight. Mcgrath gave us a great price, financing, and the staff was incredibly pleasant including the finance crew.

Jake Newberry did a great job lining me up with the car that will work out for us. In today's market it would be easy for a dealer to move on to the next customer if it seems the deal might not go through, but he stuck with me and helped get all my questions answered. Jake showed great patience during the process of the deal, remained calm and attentive. As new cars and the one I wanted was limited in availability, they went to lengths to make sure I was happy, more so than other dealers I've been too. This shows the great training they are doing with their employees not only to sell cars to but to help ingratiate the customer. Great Job Jake! I worked with multiple sales managers during the course of the sale to help get the deal that made sense for me and obviously for them. They ultimately helped make the experience a great one. In the end what mattered is they gave their word and stuck by it!
