I was in for scheduled serive (oil, filter, rotate tires) when I mention my A/C didn't seem to be cooling as well as I thought it should. This was during the extreme heat of early August. I suspected in might be just due to high temps. The service person had it checked and sure enough there was a problem. Parts were in stock and the problem was under warranty. I was driven home and picked up when the repair was completed.

Andy is an amazing person, not just a sales person. He loves what he does and cares about the people he's working with.He talks to you, not at you, and returned every phone call, and answered every question and doubt I might have had. Anyone from Pace, Milton, Brewton or Pensacola knows if you want a good deal on a truck... go to McKenzie's. So, I went. After a few minutes of walking around the New Truck lot. A very nice salesperson named Morgan introduced herself. We looked at 4 or 5 NEW trucks and figured maybe to looking at some USED too. And there she was...A 2013 Chevy Silverado Extended cab, silver with black interior with less than 50,000 miles on it and I was sold! Negotiations with Morgan and the management was fast and easy. I was in the Finance Department quickly. After signing papers, I stepped out to see a washed, gassed NEW ( to me) truck. I guess everyone is right.. Want a good deal on a truck?? The sales staff are not pushy, they ask about what you are looking for and then show you what inventory items meet your needs. I bought a new car from McKenzie for less money than a comparable used model from another dealer. Worst customer service I have EVER had. Sales manager asked why I was even there looking at the truck and that I was wasting their time. Well I had already talked to bank and had everything good to go and I was there to buy the truck. Once he made those statements I walked away and now will not do service with McKenzie. To have the money ready and just trying get the prices closer to nada price the sales manager makes those comments... I won't be back or recommend them now.

Salesman (Walter) was polite and professional. Very likable person. I gave an offer. Dealership replied that I needed more down payment. I obtained the recommended down payment and made an offer on the vehicle. Was told the offer would probably be accepted. Two days later (we both were busy) the salesman contacted me and said we had a deal. Upon going to the dealership to finalized the deal I was escorted to the finance officer (Kevin). Finance officer gave me the terms. The monthly terms was higher than I had first told the salesman. Finance officer said he was told that I wanted in the ball bark of the monthly terms he quoted me. This was incorrect. When I asked how much we were financing he told me $800 above my last counter offer. I told him this was not the "deal" we had made. The finance officer did what he could. I do want to say that I am satisfied with the vehicle and how much I paid for it. I just felt lied to and tricked with the finance officer being told something I did not say and being told that we had a "deal" based on my last offer. Had I been given a counter offer with the finalized price I would not feel this way. Based on this experience I can not with good conscious recommend your dealership.

Excellent experience. I came to the dealership on a rainy Saturday afternoon and was greeted by Andy Saffold. I wanted to look at the Buick SUVs which he encouraged me to drive. I decided one was too large and the other not large enough when he suggested I test drive a Buick LaCrosse that was being offered in a Black Friday promotion. This particular car did not have the options I was looking for, would not have been a good leasing option, and I was ready to leave when he showed me another LaCrosse with all of the options I was looking for and a few more. This was my car and the rest is history. I do not consider myself to be an emotional buyer but one who thinks through a situation prior to making a decision. Andy gave me options and was professional in his approach, treating me with respect. I have driven the car for about 10 days to date and am completely satisfied. I will be back at the end of my three year lease to purchase/lease another automobile. Thanks to Andi and the McKenzie dealership!

These guys seemed honest to me. They did what they had to do to sell me what I wanted. They were willing to work with me and did a good job in making me happy. They send sweet cookies to when you buy a vehicle and it was a nice gesture and good cookie. I would go back in the future.

Great job by your salesperson. Andy answered all of our questions and we were pleased to talk with him. Their was also a young attractive lady who stopped by for a few minutes and asked if we were being treated well - and we told her we were. Unfortunately I was not able to recall her name - but it was nice of her to stop by. It was our understanding that she was on the staff, but unfortunately, my memory being what is, I just don't recall her name.

I asked my wife to look at a specific car while our car was in the service department. She found Walter Butterworth as he had contacted us. She did not want to do this as the car buying is left to me. Walter showed her the car I suggested and she did not care for it. So, Walter suggested they test a 2015 Enclave. She paid close attention and let him do all the driving and really enjoyed the experience. In fact she called me at work and told me all about the car and how great the features that our present car does not have that this car has. I called Walter and set a time to see what she had bragged about. Walter went through the same routine with me and even let me drive it back to the dealership. He expounded on the features of the car that we were not used to. End result was a low keyed enjoyable sales experience and a final fair price. We now own the 2015 Enclave. The follow up has been great. McKenzie Motors is the place to do great business. I highly recommend them. They even have a great service department. The new sales vehicle button below does not work so I selected used..

Recently traded in my Chevy Avalanche for a Dodge Durango R/T. They gave me fair trade-in and lowered the price of my new vehicle to work with what i was looking for, Junior was a very non-pressure, laid back salesman and he made sure our experience there was worth it. Nora is a wonderful service person...........as is Steve. Nora went out in the pouring rain to retrieve my Tahoe for me after service. It had been parked outside as usual. She has always been extremely nice and accomodating but this is really above and beyond! She and Steve are both very friendly and I know they care about me and my vehicles. Since 2007, I have purchased a 2006 Chevy Silverado, another Silverado pickup for my grandson, a 2008 Tahoe for my grandson, helped my daughter get a 2010 Tahoe for herself and a 2009 GMC Sierra for my younger grandson. Lastly in December 2013 I purchased a 2013 Tahoe for MYSELF! Walter Butterworth is my man! I know that I can call him or Steve or Nora anytime and get help. I am a 67 year old single lady, retired, who loves the feeling of being taken care of by my McKenzie friends. It is worth the drive from Brewton Alabama!! Love Ya'll. Mary Thompson P.S. I did an online application, sent in all needed paperwork and proof of income, etc, then gave Ashley a price I could afford. I made an appointment and drove 1 1/2 hours to get to the dealership. Trevor showed me a brand new Terrain that was in my price range. I drove it, LOVED it, signed the papers, and was in and out in less time than it took me to drive to the dealership! Then, they called me back to tell me that they found a cheaper interest rate so I'm making the drive back over there to finalize a LOWER monthly payment! That was the absolute BEST experience I have ever had buying a new car. When I am ready to buy another, without a doubt I will be going to McKenzie Motors. Thanks so much for a hassle-free buying experience! I passed a lot of dealerships on the way from Mobile, Alabama to Milton but it was sooooo worth it!

My car was apart of the recall for GM. I was referred to Mckenzie Motor by them 1st mistake I should have check the reviews first. When I took my car in there was nothing wrong except the ignition switch that was on the recall that needed to be repaired they ask if I had any other issues I told her about a rubbing noise I heard when I go to turn and explained that I had my car check by two mechanic shops and both check and did diagnostic test and said the car was perfect. Needless to say after a all day thing which I was told was going to take a few hours because I was told the man was having problems putting it in my car didn't wanna start after getting it home, we called back explained what happen and was told give it some time to register ok we did that it started 2 weeks later it happened again I called countless times and was getting the run around finally I just went over there the manager printed out some instructions for me to try I got home did exactly what he ask no luck still didn't start he gave me a number to call to have my car towed to their shop when the tow guy came he hooked my car to jump it he said this is the same thing car dealership use and added that it wasn't a battery issue cause everything came on and my lights was so bright the car would not turn over he said clearly it had to be it wasn't recognizing the key which made the car lock up like it was being stolen. After all that Mckenzie charged me for Air conditioner sensor and a new battery. I don't see how a air conditioner sensor would cause my car to lock up and my battery was fine after I called the other mechanics both said to me if your battery was bad with a cell it would have showed up and we would have fixed it I was told to get my car out of Mckenzie and that's exactly what we did. The lady was so rude about explaining things and I think she didn't like the fact that we was questioning what they was doing she kept insisting that we wait and talk with the mechanic my thought was why he is the reason my car was messed up. People if you need ignition switch repair you don't have to take your car to Mckenzie.....Lou Sobh's Chevorlet of Milton will be happy to fix your recall. I recommend you do not take I repeat DO NOT take your car to Mckenzie. I also was charged for a service repair go figure

I drove 3.5 hours this past Friday to buy a 2007 Suburban. I was told that I had pictures of all the issues with the vehicle and asked about specific things to make sure they were taken care of and i was told everything was great. I show up and there is a huge (12-14") gouge in the paint on the passenger rear door, dirt dobbers under the hood, all the clear-coat was peeling off the wheels, the dash was cracked, and the front air dam was missing. All of these things were either lied to me about (I asked 4 times about the dash and was reminded of it by the salesman) or they were conveniently not in the pictures. I have never felt so lied to and mistreated by a dealership. The thing that sent me over the edge is that there was a piece of what me and my best friend came to the conclusion of was black duct tape over a crack in the leather on the drivers front seat. When I saw that I was completely blown away. This dealership point blank lied to me about the condition of the vehicle and the original salesman knew it. The first comment out of the salesman's mouth once I pointed out all the things that he "omitted" or lied to me about was a very smart mouthed jab. I told him quickly that just because he got caught in his lies that it wasn't a reason to get an attitude with me and that I would like to talk to someone else. The salesman told me I was being extremely picky and that all I seemed worried about was the dash since I annoyed him 5 times asking about it. Imagine my shock when I get in the truck and the dash had a crack in it. I also do not thing that the clear-coat peeling off of every wheel (factory 20's which are not cheap) was not being picky. Worst customer service I have ever witnessed honestly. Then it came to the used car manager or whoever she was. She didn't even let me get out of the vehicle from test driving it before she was banging on the window to get me inside the dealership to start the paperwork. She not once took the time to look at the issues with me and just kept telling me that they were not big issues and that the price they had was as low as it could get. The dealership was rushing me to get to buying the vehicle and they kept cutting me off or getting in my way while inspecting the vehicle so that I would get inside. It was a very pushy sales woman and really seemed odd to me. All I can figure is that the dealership knew that I was coming 3.5 hours with a check from my credit union and that they could screw me over and I would take it. I wasted a complete day going to this dealership and I have never been more upset. I was beyond furious and to not even be listened to by the salesman or the lady trying to get me to do the paperwork killed any chance. I would avoid this dealership like the plague. They are shady, liars, and only care about selling the car. they had no interest in listening to me, owning up to the lies, or felt the need to apologize for wasting my entire day off.

This dealership finance people deal fast and shady. Watch what the right hand is doing. They'll have you signing a contract and in a car before all the financing is done, knowing how it's going to turn out in the end, locking you into a done deal. I don't mind buying this car, I do mind the way that the salesman, finance people, sales manger did business. They don't care what your circumstances are, all they care about is selling you a car. The manager didn't even answer my emails about any of my concerns.

Just bought a beautiful white 2011 Dodge Ram 4x4. Was fast, easy and with GREAT customer service. Have been to this dealership 2 times before with not much luck on customer service. BUT, under newer management-Wow! what a difference! Check them out--they will work with you as much as they can. They are under new rennovations--but they are NOT closed. So give them a try.
