This is the 3rd vehicle I've bought from Mitch and it's always a great experience! I went in last month and told him exactly what I was looking for; within a week he'd called me to say my new vehicle had just finished their safety inspection and was being detailed for delivery! The paperwork was a breeze and I was driving away in no time! They always make me feel appreciated while I'm there, I really do enjoy that it doesn't feel like your typical dealership. - Fast forward to Spring Break and I had a rock shoot up from the road and ding my windshield, I called Mitch just to see what I should do, he said "Don't worry, I'll get it handled". After having a paid off car for years (until the motor locked up) I was scared to have another car payment as a single mom starting a new career but not only did McKinna Auto Sales give me an excellent deal for my money, they have worked around my pay days since the 1ST MONTH!! Mitchell is the best at splitting up payments, extending due dates, and making the overall payment process quick and painless!! I have had no problems mechanically from my vehicle and I love it!

My wife and I visited other larger dealerships in the area and were not impressed. We were looking for a specific vehicle and got the runaround and false promises. We were treated like a number and we were just disgusted with the process. We were recommended to Mckinna and were immediately impressed with the selection and the way we were treated as valuable customers. They had the exact car we wanted and it was affordable. As with any used car there are little things they may need from time to time and McKinna has serviced it immediately and within our budget. A wonderful experience all around. These guys did a great job for me when I bought my Honda Accord. They were good guys who didn't try to bully me into a payment or sales price I wasn't comfortable with. They offered me a very fair value for my trade and I definitely would call them a female-friendly dealer. They didn't try to take advantage or anything like that. They were also patient with me and understanding of my situation. The only recommendation I would offer McKinna is to add cubicles for the sake of privacy although my information was not broadcast due to no one else being in the building at the same time as myself. I would certainly recommend anyone do businesses with then and I hope to myself in the future.

I just bought my second car from these guys and it couldn't have been any easier! Once again, they found exactly what I was looking for and had it shipped in just for me. My Mazda3 is like brand new, they traded in my Hyundai and we did the whole process via the internet. When I arrived Saturday morning to pick up my car, it was detailed and ready to go and the paperwork took just a few minutes. I'm now a loyal Mckinna customer for life! Why would anyone waste their time shopping in Jacksonville when you can take a short drive to Brunswick and get the job done with zero hassles?

I wasn't really excited about buying a car but after being hit from behind and my 330i totaled i had no choice! I shopped around driving cars and looking on lots for something I wanted, during this process I probably drove 2 or three of McKinna's cars! No problem here's the keys! i settled on an Altima that was clean and the interior great for a 2011 and low mileage. I loved their low pressure sales approach and with less than great credit they got us bought with a payment we could live with and a warranty on the car for just about everything! Steve and Mitch were great!! I will definitely tell everyone how pleased I am with a purchase I didn't want to make. Thanks again Gail!

This was the best car experience we've ever had!! Never did anyone pressure us! We have shopped many times and bought several cars but this is the best by far! We came with plans to get a particular vehicle on the lot. We walked into the office got the keys, and while we were test driving the car they approved us right way!! The paper process usually takes FOREVER, but it only took 20 mins! I just brought a SUV 1 year ago and it literally took all day to do paper work!! Very pleased that we went and we will definitely be going back!!

When buying any big-ticket item, I am always skeptical of the salespeople and the pressures that come with them. Upon arriving at McKinna Auto Sales, I let the salesperson know what I was looking for and what I had in trade. I was given several options. I was not pressured in one direction or the other, as I have experienced with other dealers. I found the vehicle and the deal I was looking for. It was a great experience dealing with McKinna Auto Sales!

I was looking for a certain kind of vehicle on the internet and ran across mckinna auto sales website. They had exactly what I was looking for, and I drove 2 hours to Brunswick to check it out. Thirty minutes later, we were leaving in our new (to us) envoy Denali! The vehicle was exactly as described, and the buying process was simple and quick! Ken, our salesman, is not a high pressure salesman. As a matter of fact all of the people I came in contact with were helpful and courteous and NOT one bit pushy. We pretty much had the truck we wanted picked out, no-one tried to talk us out of it or move us to another vehicle. Everything the sales staff told us was 100% spot on, and they really paid attention to what we said. Case in point, we mentioned once, that didn't like the darkness of the window tint. We looked and talked etc. There were a couple minor things I requested, those got taken care of. When we were on our way up to pick up the truck, my Mrs. said, "Hey you need to call and see if they can get the tint off the front windows. I called when we were a few minutes away, Ken said "already taken care of!) I appreciate individuals that actually listen to me when we speak. I'll not only recommend McKinna to family and friends, but I'll go along, to talk a little old Navy/Marine Corps/Army stuff with Ken

The best place to buy a car! I bought a New to me 2003 Nissan Murano, fully loaded with navigation, sunroof, heated seats, and everything you could imagine! It was easy, simple and I came home with a new ride! 6 months down the road was only able to make a half of payment they allowed me to do that hassle free. Just love this place! I've bought 2 cars from Mckinna so far and I've been happy with both of them. It throws me off how low pressure they are. I feel like I'm visiting a friend when I shop for a car. They make everything too easy! They got me in touch with a local Credit Union that handled all my financing right there at the dealership. I bought my van for cash and it last through 4 years and had almost 200,000 miles on it before I finally got rid of it last year. When I went back the second time looking for a newer Impala, they had exactly what I needed. I like doing business with them because it doesn't feel like doing business.
