Don’t trust any of the positive reviews for this company. I used to work here and not only are most of these positive reviews fake but they are written by staff and the owner. The negative reviews are spot on. The service department and service manager is a joke. They lie and take advantage of customers. They usually don’t know what they are talking about and make a ton of mistakes. If you happen to know what you’re talking about and disagree with the service staff they take it personal and prefer to only deal with customers who know nothing about cars. If you try to complain about the level of service they are likely to turn you away. The sales department will also forge needed signatures and de-horse you out of your car to ensure the sale goes through. This dealership is not to be trusted and I quit working there because I did not want to be apart of such a shady company. Anyone who continues to work here has no honor and should be ashamed. Beware of this place. Go elsewhere.

Set an appointment two months ago and they did not have the parts required for the service I requested. I’ve had multiple issues with this stealership on multiple vehicles, hence me attempting to set an appointment two months ahead of time. Tried to give them two month heads up and they still fail. They can’t diagnose problems correctly and I’ve caught them in lies. If they are willing to lie directly to my face about policies and being prepared for my service then I wouldn’t trust them to diagnose issues for customers either. I would not recommend this place at all. Worst bmw service station I’ve ever been to.

On a family road trip and a message pop up stop by the nearest BMW center. The advisor was able to get someone to look at my car and fixed the problem, got me back on the road. The advisor was very helpful and friendly. Thank you Medford BMW!

Medford BMW has exceeded my purchasing experience and really wanted to earn my business. I was treated like my car purchase mattered and I felt like they wanted me happy. I have to be honest, some things did not go smoothly at first..... The sales team and management team went above and beyond to help me with my purchase of a new BMW. I like the friendly staff and they seem to have fun doing what they do everyday.... (it's not just a job) This really shows when you enter the building. Of course, my new BMW is fantastic to drive and fun to learn about all the new technology. So the X5 40e is a new plug-in hybrid that takes some getting use to as when it is under all electric power it is super quiet, it is getting easier everyday. My new 2017 model is one of the first to incorporate Apple Car-play and it works great. I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend Medford BMW very highly if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle! Thank you guysRich J

Okay. I spoke up and Medford BMW listened. After buying three BMWs from them over a period of 15 years, I felt that I was not receiving the love, when it came time for my x5 to get service and fully repaired. This had been an ongoing issue for me. Ultimately, I went up to speak with the Service Department, and I was totally heard. What could have been an unpleasant experience, was transformed by a caring group. My x5 is now running like a charm, and I left feeling heard. As a hint to anyone, it is far much better to speak to a person, rather than ranting online. Medford BMW is a beautiful facility, and not much can stand in the way of a BMW and its owner. I'm still loving them, and I feel as if Medford BMW took the extra effort to heal a fractured relationship. The guys in the Service department, particularly Brandon, stepped up to the plate, and I'm loving them again. Kudos to Brandon, Mike and Josh.

An "out-of-time" driver's side wswiper needed immediate repair before I could return to the road. "Dropping-in" to many shops means excuses and delay. Medford BMW got on the job in a timely manner and I relaxed in the comfortable waiting area. No muss or fuss. Congenial staff provided the updates as work progressed. Being able to drive away in a newly washed car topped off a good experience.

Customer service was great, we went in knowing what we wanted and I left with my Dream car!! The only complaint I have is how short the tables were during the process... I'm not a giant but it felt like I was sitting at a kids table while we were filling out the credit app and discussing payment options. Kyle was great to work with!! Everyone we met there was very kind and nice to work with as well. I would recommend this dealership over many other dealerships in this area!

Worst exoerience! Took car in for front brakes repair. They messed up! Obviously didn't check their work before they released the car to me. Put my life and possibly someone else at risk. Had no brakes and a part was coming off that did damage to my car. They had my car for 10 days with no call, update, or apology. I don't trust them and neither should you. Horrible!

I was a little concerned going to a BMW dealership to buy a used kia. ..not sure as a budget conscious buyer we would matter much to salesmen used to selling $50k and up cars. But we were pleasantly surprised. Vince took great care of us. They worked with us to get the right payment and even let us use a different car for the weekend until the car we purchased was ready. A great experience. Would recommend to anyone, whether they're looking for a luxury new car or a reasonable used car.

Every time I take my car in it comes back with more problems. My oil change got me both gaskets leaking and my car stunk of oil burning on the motor for weeks. Then my oil light keeps coming on and when I take it back they charge me for plugging my car into the diognastic machine to tell me my oil light sensor went out! DEQ does it for free! They cracked my wood grain dash when air bag recall happened! Im done with them!

I'm very appreciative of Mike McCornack for taking my repair bill to BMW. My car has 61k miles & my transfer case went out. They called & said the repairs would be $6,123.00. I felt this was completely unacceptable. BMW is supposed to build superior cars & should stand behind an obvious factory defect. Mike spoke to his representative & BMW paid 75% of the repair. It restored my faith in BMW. I've been driving BMW's for over 10 years.

Mike McCornack is the service manager and has always handled any problems we have had in the past. When he tells our vehicle will be ready at a certain time, it is, plus always clean and ready to go. He has always provided us with transportation, which is an important factor, as we are not from Medford, Oregon.We recently had a recall item on our vehicle and once the new strut was installed, it also malfunctioned, thus we will be dropping off our vehicle to have it repaired.Medford BMW has been excellent in the way we have been treated. Dealing with Joe from the sales office has always been a good experience.

On my recent search for a commuter car, after stopping buy at least 4 other dealerships of various brands, I went in to see if I might be able to afford a certified pre-owned BMW since I have admired them for some time. I landed on a 3 year old (2102 328i Sport Model) with 29,000 miles. The salesperson convinced me to take the car overnight to get a better feel. I ended up purchasing the car. I negotiated a slightly better price and also got a fair deal on my trade-in (2001 Honda Accord with 240,000 miles) The 2012 + models and 3 series CPO cars were on special finance for 0.9% APR. During follow-up the me salesperson was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. A month later, and I am extremely happy with my outcome and new car!

I just wrote a review here on 09/06/2015 for our service on our 2006 BMW 750i. Well, almost 2 years to the day, we went to pick up our car from service and while we were there they took in a 2009 BMW 750i in Deep Sea Blue and we fell in love. This happened 2 years ago, came to pick up our 2007 BMW550i and bought the 750i without even driving it because it hadn't even gone through the shop! We love our salesman, Kirk Lemley and the entire staff at Medford BMW!!! They are the bomb and well will keep coming back.

Our 335i overheated outside Klamath Falls during our drive from the Portland area to Lake Tahoe. Medford BMW is the closest service center to Klamath Falls. Brandon Martinez, Service Advisor, took our call for help and not only helped us get the car towed 80 miles to Medford, scheduled the service, secured a car for us to rent, and helped us on our way on to Lake Tahoe. Brandon stayed in touch with us through the repair (water pump) , agreed to unload the Enterprise car for us from the dealership, and had all of the documentation ready for us when we arrived to pick up our car on the way back home. We were in and out of the dealership in about 20 minutes.We expect great service from BMW service centers. What we really appreciated was Brandon's sincere interest in helping us through a significant setback to our vacation with as little inconvenience as possible. Much appreciated, Brandon!

We have been a customer of Medford BMW for a few years now and purchased 4 vehicles. Todays visit was for our 2006 BMW 750i, my baby. The drivers door handle stopped working. It would open from the inside, but wouldn't open from the outside. We were told from a dealer in Portland that it also had a small oil leak that we could take care of at our next oil change. We were going in vacation to Portland for a few days and Mike McCornack our service adviser gave us an X1 to use for our trip. turns out that there was a head gasket leak and a few small leaks plus the problem with the door handle, The door handle was refused by the warranty but Mike went to bat for us and we got over $4k of damages covered for our $100 deductible!!! Mike also gave us some great birthday presents in addition to the car. We love this dealership and Mike McCornack!!! The entire staff at Medford BMW made us customers for life. We love you guys!

Some of the staff had went home for the evening because it was so late . They came back just so that we could make our deal on sign our papers for the night. We love our new family car BMW 328i 2015. I have been bringing my 328i to Medford BMW for over 5 years and have always received prompt, courteous and thorough service. I've never been pressured to have more done to my car than was really needed. The service advisors are knowledgeable and nice. I will continue to patronize this dealership for service as long as I own my car, even though I live in Grants Pass and have to drive 60 miles round trip to reach it.

This was my first visit to this new facility, but had the same friendly service managers. They were prompt with getting me checked in and called as soon as they found the problem. The repairs were done in the same day. The new service area has an all glass area with glass doors with no definition and as I was leaving I ran into the glass banging my head. This was supposed to remedied as others have done the same thing.

I'm new in Southern Oregon, up from (the totally BONKERS) Bay Area. Needed my 2005 3-series coupe to receive its Takata airbag recall work. GREAT service guy (Paul), time estimate was right on and even with this a free (to me!) recall, they detailed my car inside and out. Impressive.The only thing I'd tell management is that the 'highly intrusive, dueling Musak' (two different channels of JUNK radio music) competing with each other (at the same time) in the waiting area is CRAZY- MAKING for some (I'm a musician and am not able to NOT be invaded by such. UGH.What would be wrong with SILENCE? (Oh wait, I forgot, this is over-peppy. stressed. busy-busy-busy America, where silence and peace just won't do. We might start hearing what our own minds might be actually SAYING!) Aside from that rant (our whole country is INSANE regarding "background' non-music) ~ a lovely service experience.

The one thing I appreciate the most is the consistency of the quality of the work and I never have to worry about something going wrong. We live in Redding, so it is a 2 1/2 to 3 hour drive to Medford, depending on weather. We have always gotten our BMW's serviced at Medford BMW, LOVE the service team (especially Mike McCornack), and we purchased our most recent vehicle here. This may sound silly, but I simply could NOT drive my beautiful new 2014 X5 diesel around with war wounds on both right wheels from a minor brush with a curb (in an instant!!...I saw stars!!). I immediately called Mike, and he checked aroundend result, NOT repairable. Aaarrgghh!! It was gut-wrenching, but I resolved that I would replace the wheels affected. Mike ordered the wheels and we made our appointment. We arrived for our appointment, and I was immediately taken aback because Mike was out on vacation! Aaarrgghh again!! At his desk was a young man named Brandon, who appeared to be very young and, I imagined, inexperienced. Boy was I wrong! It turns out that this was the same person who had actually serviced our prior vehicle, and he had worked his way up the ranks to now work in service advising. He was very courteous, and once we spoke with him, we realized he was very knowledgeable. We learned our vehicle also had a recall for child door lock replacement, and a couple of other minor issues. We were given a loaner vehicle, but it was a looooong day and we just wanted to go home. Brandon kept in touch with us, and It turned out our vehicle was going to take longer than expected, and we might have to drive the loaner home and return the next day. When we consulted with Brandon and told him we really did not want to have to do that (since we had bought groceries at Costco, among other reasons) he STAYED AFTER HOURS to make sure we got our car same day and could be on our way home. Now THAT is what I call customer service!! Thank you, Brandon (and Paul for your help)!! We have been coming to Medford BMW for 14 years, and we will continue to get our vehicle serviced ONLY here!! LOVE YOU MEDFORD BMW!!

He sold us our first BMW 550i, which was an incredible introduction to the BMW family. Than we purchased our baby, our 2006 BMW 750i, only thing to make this better would to have made it a 750iL! We also had purchased a Bonneville for our kids to use, but we traded that in on the 2006 Nissan Murano. I can't begin to tell you how many people I constantly refer to Kirk and Medford BMW. They are fools if they don't check them out. The service is incredible, before, during and long after the sale is delivered. I personally sold cars in my past life (Lincolns and Mercury's in Phoenix, AZ) and I hated the profession and the process of buying a car. There was so much pressure put on the sales people who then in turn had to put pressure on the customers and I couldn't stand that. I wanted people to be in a car that they were in love with and one that they could afford. Even the most simplest sale, a cash purchase always seemed to take forever and I hated making people wait. This was the same when I purchased vehicles. This is so not the case at Medford BMW. There is no pressure when you come onto the lot. You are greeted, and if you wish to look around, that is great, but if you need assistance, you can't ask for better than Kirk Lemley. The guy is so incredibly knowledgeable and if he doesn't know the answer, he tells you, which is refreshing, and than he finds the answer. We never felt any pressure, the deals were always extremely fair and never had to negotiate very much, except I like gas in my car and a second set of keys! Boy do they know this. Jeff in Finance is fantastic. He gets the greatest deals done in fantastic time and the paperwork is thorough and very quick. Dan, our sales manager, I can't begin to tell you how much respect and admiration I have for this man. He is a true leader and you can see that in his staff. He is an integral part of the sale and he knows us every time we come in to the dealer. Now for after the sale, service....... Well, I have to give a 5 Star + to Mike McCornack and Paul Dennis in Service. I can't begin to tell you how much I love the service that we get from them. Extremely upfront with us about what needs to be done, no punches and I love that. They always have a beautiful loaner for us, since we live an hour an a half away. Mike and Paul are so incredibly friendly and I never have to worry about my car when it is in service, they take great care of it and me. We have always purchased warranty plans and lifetime oil changes and they are worth every penny. They are moving soon to their new building and I am so excited for them and me! It is a place fitting the style and excellence this dealership embodies. They are a class operation and deserve to have the best and I can't wait to come down to visit them. I am so happy with my cars that it will be awhile before I am ready for the next BMW, but when I am, Kirk and Medford BMW are the only place I will go and the only place I want my friends and family to deal with. I trust them explicitly and I know they will only put a car on their lot if it meets their standards, which is pretty darn high. Kudos to everyone at Medford BMW!!!

Okay, I am going to sound like I broken record, and no, the dealer is not paying me for my feedback!!! I absolutely love Medford BMW, from top to bottom. I had just purchased my 4th car on Friday, November 7th. I had a "We Owe" to have my alignment and brakes checked and for them to have a key cut and programmed and a new remote, since we only got one with the car. We set our appointment with their new service advisor, Brandon, to come in Saturday, the 15th. We were going to come down to Medford on Friday, but Brandon was concerned that it might be close for us to get back to Myrtle Creek to be home when our boys get home from school, so we set it up for Saturday morning. I really expected it to be a quick in and out, but we were there all day. If it was anywhere else, I would have been really upset. But what I didn't expect happened, when they checked the alignment, they gave it a new 4 wheel alignment and when they checked the brakes, it was a good possibility that it was the front rotors, but not conclusive. They replaced the front rotors and test drove it and still had a vibration, then they turned the rear rotors. All at no charge!!! I didn't ask for this, I just wanted to know what I was going to have to deal with. Next for the key and key fob. I hate not having extra keys for my cars. I knew that the Nissan dealer was going to charge $200.00 to cut the new key and program the key and remote and I didn't want Medford BMW to have to pay that much, so I actually bought a key and key fob online from a company I have used before and it only cost me $20.00. I spoke with Dan Olquist and explained that all I needed was for them to have my key cut and the key and fob programmed and if they would cut me a check for $20.00, I would buy another set for me and I would take care of having it programmed and cut in Roseburg. Now, once again, Dan and his team went above and beyond and had done what I requested, but had another key cut for me and instead of cutting a check, he filled up my tank for me. It doesn't end there, when they were doing the brakes, they found that there was an oil pan leak and a transmission leak that was supposed to have already been fixed before we purchased it. They advised us that it was still leaking and they are going to need to have it back so they can take care of it. They could have been quiet and I wouldn't have noticed for awhile, and since it is a used car, I wouldn't have asked for them to take care of it, but that is not the way they do business here. They also set us up in one of their nicer BMW loaners when we bring it back. Mike and Paul have always been incredible with us, but now we also have Brandon who in my eyes is a wonderful addition to the team. The service and sales teams are beyond anything I could ever ask for in a dealership and they make me want to come down to see them. Hey, they even put up with our 2 boys for the entire day on Saturday and never one complaint. I wish more people would realize that the service they provide is worth more than 100 pounds of gold!!! You can buy a car anywhere, but where can you actually say that you trust the people you are dealing with and I have never felt that I could ever trust any service dept in the past until now. I wanted people to be in a car that they were in love with and one that they could afford. Even the simplest sale, a cash purchase always seemed to take forever and I hated making people wait. This was the same when I purchased vehicles. This is so not the case at Medford BMW. There is no pressure when you come onto the lot. You are greeted, and if you wish to look around, that is great, but if you need assistance, you can't ask for better than Kirk Lemley. The guy is so incredibly knowledgeable and if he doesn't know the answer, he tells you, which is refreshing, and then he finds the answer. We never felt any pressure, the deals were always extremely fair and never had to negotiate very much, except I like gas in my car and a second set of keys! Boy do they know this. Jeff in Finance is fantastic. He gets the greatest deals done in fantastic time and the paperwork is thorough and very quick. Dan, our sales manager, I can't begin to tell you how much respect and admiration I have for this man. He is a true leader and you can see that in his staff. He is an integral part of the sale and he knows us every time we come in to the dealer. Now for after the sale, service....... Well, I have to give a 5 Star + to Mike McCornack and Paul Dennis in Service. I can't begin to tell you how much I love the service that we get from them. Extremely upfront with us about what needs to be done, no punches and I love that. They always have a beautiful loaner for us, since we live an hour and a half away. Mike and Paul are so incredibly friendly and I never have to worry about my car when it is in service, they take great care of it and me. We have always purchased warranty plans and lifetime oil changes and they are worth every penny. They are moving soon to their new building and I am so excited for them and me! It is a place fitting the style and excellence this dealership embodies. They are a class operation and deserve to have the best and I can't wait to come down to visit them. I am so happy with my cars that it will be awhile before I am ready for the next BMW, but when I am, Kirk and Medford BMW are the only place I will go and the only place I want my friends and family to deal with. I trust them explicitly and I know they will only put a car on their lot if it meets their standards, which is pretty darn high. Kudos to everyone at Medford BMW!!! Just one little foot note, I wish that the legions of very loyal Medford BMW customers would step up and tell what a wonderful experience that they have had, because the people that complain, either have to be referring to a different dealership and they have no clue, or they just would complain no matter what you tried to do for them. This dealership is top of the line!!!

I just purchased my third vehicle from Kirk Lemley at Medford BMW. He is so outstanding that every time we get together, I buy another car. This time, my BMW 750i was going into the shop to get ready for a trip to Arizona. While checking out the lot, I found a 2003 Pontiac Bonneville for our son. I trust any vehicle that Medford BMW puts on their lot. They will never jeopardize their reputation by putting a vehicle for sale that isn't in excellent condition. If it needs anything, they do it and if the vehicle doesn't meet to their standards, then they wholesale it out. I am on my 2nd BMW and Kirk, our sales person made us BMW people for life. The service department is beyond fantastic. Mike McCornack, the service manager is the bomb! Always takes excellent care of us, always provides a new BMW to use when our car is in the shop and is always in communication with us. Can You Tell That I LOVE THIS Dealership? ???

It was one of the first times I was traveling to Medford from Coquille without expecting to visit the BMW dealership - I plan my trips there around necessary routine maintenance. About half way there, I had a dashboard full of warning lights. I stopped to call BMW and Mike McCornack urged me to bring the car in as soon as possible, no appointment necessary. I brought it in the next day, they determined that several things were wrong involving the ABS, but all were under my extended warranty. Mike immediately reserved me a rental car (also under the warranty) and I was able to make it home. Paul Dennis assisted me when I returned for my car. Everything went so smoothly, it truly took the edge off having car problems!

I bought a used Toyota highlander at Medford bmw 3 weeks ago. After owning the car 20 days, the AC not only stops working, but started blowing out HOT air. It was already scheduled to go into Lithia toyota to have the timing belt replaced the following Monday so I asked that they check the AC. After having my car from 9am-6pm I was told that they did everything they could and didn't find an issue with it. I was then instructed to take the car to Toyota to have them look at it since bmw doesn't have the proper equipment or training as it is not a bmw. I don't understand why they didn't have Toyota look at it in the first place as it was already over there and since they didn't know what to do. Now I will have to be without a car for another day and drive around in the middle of summer with no AC in the meantime. I am very frustrated with them and disappointed in their service. I would not recommend anyone buy a used car from them and I will not go back, even for the perfect car.

I found a car online I wanted to see and possibly buy, so My wife and sons and I went down there to see it. We didnt even park and there were two salespeople swarming us which I hate. I almost just drove away but really wanted to see this car. I got out of the car and told them the car I wanted to see, Nick walked us inside saying he had a free gift for us just for coming in, well that was a lie he brought us in and passed us on to another sales person. I told this next guy what I wanted and nothing else. They could not find the car, even though they had it in ad they said they had not received it yet. I gave the guys my number and asked if they could call me when they get it in. About four days later we got a call saying the car came in and it was such bad shape they sent it back to the auction in california. Well the next morning my wife and I went Browsing for vehicles. First place was Lithia Honda right next door to BMW(break my wallet cars) and guess what that exact same car was sitting in their inspection bay. So BMW guy lied to me and caused alot of distrust. I wouldnt trust them to wash my car. I hate the lie'ing salespeople. And never even got my so called free gift for just coming in. This place is a joke and I would not recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

I have been coming to this store for about two years now. Bought my X5 here and have it serviced here as well. They are always knowledgeable, polite and fast in the service department. They were very nice during the sale too. All in all, great place to do business with!

We were shopping for our first BMW and were lucky to go to Medford BMW. Kirk was our salesperson and he was so friendly and extremely knowlegeable. He owns a BMW and knows it inside out. He took us through the paces on our test drive of the 550i and it was incredible. The price was very fair and didn't need to negotiated. They are giving us a full tank of gas and some new BMW hats. These are very minor in consideration of the overall experience. Looking forward to many years with Medford BMW. Lee and Charles Adams, Myrtle Creek, Oregon.

The car I purchased had an air conditioning evaporator that did not work and I was not informed of this. After just purchasing a vehicle I had to have it in the shop for 2 weeks while it was fixed. While my car was fixed, I felt as though that shouldn't have been missed by the dealership and sold to me. I decided I wanted to trade my vehicle and was promised full retail for my car, and that was not the case when I brought my car back. It was a lie. They also tried to sell a car to me on two separate occasions for two VERY DIFFERENT prices, three thousand dollars more the second time. I will never go back and would not refer an enemy to this dealership.
