Why pay more and lose your mind dealing with car salesman, just visit Medway Imports and talk to Barry if you are looking for a clean used car.I just purchased a 2013 E350 with very low mileage and super clean. My experience was the best I ever had purchasing a car, no pressure no games. I stopped in, found the car I was looking for a 2013 E350 with less than 10,000 miles, the car looked great I spoke to Barry, he asked me if I liked the car and if I would like to take it for a drive, and I did. I returned and Barry asked me if I wanted to take the car home that day. Well I did The car prices are posted for everyone to see on the web and on the car windows, cars are listed fairly and priced to sell, do a web search for the same car in your area and you will find the same type of car listed for 3K or 4K more, yes you can probably bring the price down after you go crazy and spend hours negotiating with some salesperson that need to get managers approval every time you make an offer, well its your money and your time you can do whatever you want but if you want to save time and a nerves breakdown just see Barry at Medway Imports and purchase a car from someone that will respect you and make the purchase of your new car as easy as possible. I have taken ALL my cars to dealers for all the work. While parking, I damaged the rear bumper of my BMW 328i. The first thing I did was to look up "BMW Body Shops" - Medway Imports was the first that came up. That was a surprise - I had passed the dealership for the past 15 years - never stepped in and here it was in my backyard. I took the car in and met Barry Roth - the owner. My first impression was that he was a "gentleman" - courteous, professional, easy to talk to - qualities I normally do not associate with anything to do with cars. Barry looked at the damage and told me that if it was his car - he would REPAIR the bumper - not replace it ! I took him for his word - he charged very reasonably and the bumper came back good as new ! I have been very impressed by Barry - to the extent that Medway Imports will probably be getting the first look on my next car buying purchase.

I would recommend anyone that is in the market for a great import, Barry is the guy to see! I did quite a bit of research online before making a decision to upgrade from a 2007 BMW to a gorgeously clean immaculate 2012 Mercedes Benz. Do yourself a big favor and SKIP the giant dealerships! You know who they are. You will not even even come close to the prices that you find at Medway Imports while feeling confident in your purchase. Barry knows his stuff and makes the entire process seamless! No stress, no hassle... He is a very patient man! (Inside joke) P.S. I left my lights on one day and my car died, I brought it back to Medway Imports and they gave me a whole new car battery. I Did a NADA search and found approx. 5 in the area ( I live in NH) of the make and model and year that I wanted and called each one . One was sold ,1 was in Brunswick Maine and had a suspicious history and the price was above market ,one was in Chelmsford mass and it had more miles on it that I was comfortable with as was one in Danvers mass. I called Medway motors and we talked and they fax me the car history . It sounded good and they promised that if I went down I would not be disappointed. I drove down ( 1. 5 hours) looked at the car ,took it for a drive and purchased it on the spot . I traded in a 2004 Honda Civic value package . They gave me a fair price and then put 2 new tires on the Nissan as a gesture of good will as the existing tires certainly had tread that would have gotten thru inspection. Warranty was the same Mass. warranty you would get anywhere for a used car ( which is a very good warranty for a used car). Car got rejected in NH for brake pads not to thickness and rotors that needed replacement (N H is strict on these items) . I called Barry ( the owner) and then drove down and was immediately serviced ( by 2 people) at no cost and with no questions asked!!!!. I then drove back to NH where the work was re-inspected and passed the NH inspection ! Car has been perfect and 5000 miles have passed.Note: I did check on the history of the car at the new dealership from which it was purchased new in West Newton and the car had been regularly serviced and was considered a creampuff by the service manager.

Looking for a used Volvo XC70 wagon, I found what looked to be a decent vehicle at Medway Imports. Price was fair, car condition seemed excellent, and the interior was spotless. I took the vehicle for a long test drive; it drove well, and the transmission didn't appear to be any worse that that of my previous V70 XC, slightly clunky, but nothing to alarm me.Just in case, I took out a drivetrain/transmission warranty with Medway when I purchased the car... I should have read the small print in the Warranty....Because of the vehicle's mileage, Massachusetts Lemon Law covered it for 30 days. I took the car on a long drive on day 35.Mid-journey, there was a disconcerting clunk in the transmission, which then locked into 4th. The Check Engine light and the warning light "Transmission Service Required" came on. Thankfully I was able to get to my destination, and drive home a few days later, without anything further happening. The transmission seemed now to be OK..Upon my return, I took the car to my usual Volvo maintenance shop who found that a speed sensor indicated a fault. The transmission fluid was in pristine condition, indicating a recent flush/refill. Looking around the car the technician also noticed that there were a lot of non-Volvo parts which had been used to replace damaged or worn parts. In some cases incorrect nuts had been used on some bolts. The Volvo technician was not impressed with the overall workmanship. We replaced the Speed Sensor. At this stage the fault again disappeared, and I continued to drive the car.I called Medway Imports (Barry Roth) to investigate my options. I was told that there was no evidence of any transmission issues with the car. My own Volvo technician told me that any decent repair shop used to working with Volvos must have been aware of the problems with this car's transmission.... Later, after a thousand miles or so, when the fault re-appeared, the same Volvo technician found that a new fault indicated that there was something major wrong mechanically with the transmission, and it would now need replacing. No problem I thought, as I have the transmission covered under the Warranty. However, upon reading the Warranty, it stated that a like for like parts would most likely be used. My Volvo dealer then liaised with the Warranty company and found that a new transmission could also be offered instead of a used one, but the Warranty would only cover the cost of replacing a used transmission. I would need to pay the difference, about a thousand dollars...Summary:- not happy with the whole car purchase experience - I find it difficult to believe that Medway Imports did not know of the transmission issue when selling the car to me- non-Volvo parts being used for repairs, and poor workmanship should have alerted me to a potential bad purchase- I would not purchase another vehicle from Medway Imports

Found a used Prius through Cars.com and sent an email to confirm the car was available. Came in to test drive car with my daughter AND HER CAR SEAT. No problem. Great car, great experience. Needed to return to get headlight bulb replaced for inspection (kept cycling between on and off). Done in 30 minutes, no charge. Will keep them in mind for my next car... PriusV!

Medway Imports is simply the best used car dealership I have ever been too. Barry Roth, the owner, is honest, upfront and very easy to work with. No pushy sales tactics, tricks and there was never pressure at all to purchase. When I was ready, I knew where to find him. I test drove several vehicles, took them to show my wife, grab the kids from the bus, etc., it took me a while :-), but Barry was patient every step of the way. All their cars are clean and well serviced before being put on the lot. Additionally, all their vehicles are priced under typical retail values for great no haggle shopping. I will definitely buy a vehicle from Medway Imports again and strongly recommend this dealership for your next used car purchase as well as for any repair services.

In looking for a used Porsche Boxster, I visited Med way Imports to look at one offered. Though I did not ultimately buy my new toy there, I met Barry who gave me his time and experience and made me more comfortable in taking the plunge with a Porsche. When it came time to needing some work done, I felt comfortable in going back to Medway Imports. Barry became my service psychiatrist and gave reassurance that such things happen and the problem was diagnosed and repaired. He charged the same labor rate as our local mechanic who regularly works on the Honda, $95/hr. instead of whatever the Porsche dealers charge. I will certainly bring my Boxster back to Medway Imports when it next needs work. Until then, thanks Barry.

After resolving to no longer pay high dealer prices on repairs and maintenance on my 2006 BMW 325i, I began a quest to find a good, local, honest, and fair-priced alternative. A number of places had been recommended by friends and neighbors, but when I read the online reviews, I was turned off by the experiences others had reported. As I was going through my file of receipts for past work done on the car, I came across a flyer from Medway Imports that had been filed away. So . . . I decided to check it out online. WOW! It was hard to believe all the incredibly positive things I was reading about Barry and Medway Imports. Intrigued and hopeful, I made an appointment to get some work done. I just got back from picking up the car and I can only say that Barry deserves all the accolades he has received. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest and fair. I had very high expectations going in. They were not only met, they were exceeded.

This review is long overdue- sorry Barry! We were looking for a good non- dealer shop for our baby- 2006 VW Passat 2.0T. Warranty is up so why pay dealer prices. It's our first really nice car and we take great care of it and wanted someone we could trust with service. Talked to Barry via email and phone and he was eager to get us in for our 80,000 mile service. He was proud of his shop and the comments he's garnered on this site and YELP. We met, he gave me the tour of the shop, and I saw all super nice cars there! There was a Rover on the lift and an Audi next to it. My car was those car's poor cousin! :) He took the keys, called me with an estimate, and then called me when completed. We went to pick the car up and he gave my wife the tour of the shop as well. You can really sense the pride he has in his work and his shop and the people who work for him. We talked a bit about his kids, cars, kitchen stoves- you name it! We're due for a timing belt change and Barry ahd gone ahead and bought the parts already- including a new water pump with a metal impeller. I had read on various VW Passat forums that the metal impeller is a must have and I was very impressed that with Barry there was no question, no discussion- that's what's going in there. It was a great experience, I trust his work, and I'll be back soon for the timing belt, and then whatever else needs to be done. i don't wish for car trouble, but when it does happen, I'm glad to know I found Barry to entrust with my repair needs!

They performed a 7500 mile service on my S60R Volvo as well as replacing the end links to the sway bars. They also inspected my S70T5 Volvo that my daughter is taking to move to TX. I am very comfortable that "her" car is good to go on this long trip even with its high millage given what they did and what they told me. I definitely recommend them.

From a female perspective, my entire car buying experience was very pleasant with such high customer service. Based on my last car experience which was terrible, I went in with the notion that my experience would be the same. But my experience was totally 180 degree opposite. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I expect to bring in my car to Medway Imports for all of my service needs. I brought my 2001.5 VW Passat to Medway Imports for new tires and to inspect the cause of a noise coming from the front of the car. The team at MI was able to diagnose the root cause quickly and in addition identified some other areas of concern. Barry explained the issues and clearly explained what needed to be fixed immediately and what could wait. In the end I got it all taken care of. All work was done to my satisfaction. I felt that Barry was very straight forward, honest and competitively priced. The only regret that I have is that I didn't find Medway Imports sooner.

I brought my BMW to Medway Imports with a significant emissions problem. A rodent infestation virtually destroyed the fuel tank/evap. system of the car. Barry and his team systematically and confidently rebuilt the damaged assemblies and successfully tested the repair, all at a fair price. Barry also worked closely with my insurance company to assure that I received the maximum benefit. These guy's are the best!!

Picked up the 2001 Explorer and was pleased with the auto prep and friendliness of Frank and Barry. Was a wonderful buying experience overall. The only minor problem I had was there was a trailer hitch receiver on it when I bought it and was gone when I picked it up, I am sure Barry had no idea someone in the shop took it.

Medway Imports is a very unassuming little place in the middle of nowhere (coming from Boston), but it is a real gem. The selection of cars is hand picked by Barry, the garrulous and supremely knowledgeable owner. The prices are reasonable and he is happy to give you service tips or new car buying tips long after you buy from him. He seems to have very loyal customers and I can see why.

I give my highest possible recommendation to Medway Imports. They were welcoming and accommodating right from the start. My Mercedes was assessed and fixed in a timely manner and Barry surprised me with good news when I arrived to pick up and settle the bill. A boutique shop that is a great alternative to the new/used car mega-dealer. I was treated with courtesy, respect, and felt they were honest with me. I had a time crunch with regards to work, and they were able to solve it creatively. I can't see bringing my (out of warranty) BMW back to mega-dealer now that I've found Medway Imports!

I have lived in Medway for 25 years and passed by Medway Imports many times without stopping. I found myself looking for a car quickly and took a look at the web site. A 2002 BMW 530i caught my eye. I knew from family members it was a great car and priced right. I stopped in and Barry was great no pressure, allowed me to take the car out by myself for much longer than any dealer in my previous experience. He was fine with me thinking about it and in a couple of days I decided to move forward. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have had my share. There were a few minor issues with a check engine light that Barry and his staff have gone out of their way to service at no charge. Additionally, I have a 2001 Mitsubishi Galant that my daughter drives. It broke down in Providence and was fixed by a well respected group down there. The car needed a new battery and alternator. When I got it how it failed. The Providence based group would not help and told me to junk the car. Barry said he would look at it. I had it towed to Medway Imports and in one day he replaced a bad alternator and wire. The car is back and working as a backup car. Barry saved me the purchase of another new car and fixed it right the first time. I could not be happier with the BMW and the service and support on both cars. Both Barry and his staff are the best people I have dealt with in the automotive business. I will purchase my next car from him, continue to have mine serviced by him and encourage anyone to stop in and experience what it should be like to purchase a car.

As a proud owner of my 2000 Mercedes E430 4MATIC, finding the right mechanic with the experience, competence, knowledge, and trustworthiness to work on my new purchase was paramount. I took my Mercedes to Barry at Medway Imports for an overall Certified Vehicle Inspection where the mechanics did a thorough inspection of my prospective buy and returned to me a list of what work needed to be done. Furthermore, Barry, the owner himself, sat down with me and prioritized what work needed to be done immediately as opposed to further down the road. His honest, professional opinion was highly appreciated. Most recently, the Mercedes needed a new catalytic converter and an oil change with which I trusted Barry to take care of. The work was done on time and I am no longer bothered by the constant rattling noise which has gotten progressively worse over the past few days. A job well done with a total invoice quoted even less than was first projected! Medway Imports went the extra mile and topped off courteous service with a complimentary car wash after the job was done. I chose to email Barry because he had an '05 Audi Allroad and I was looking to trade a late model Mazda CX9. He gave me a ballpark for my trade sight unseen and ended up offering me $1k less upon inspection for bodywork. He respected my wish to communicate via email which I really appreciated and he gave me a ballpark on my trade which gave me reason to drive from North Andover to Medway. Upon arrival I was given the keys and sent on my way for a test drive. The car was and still is in very good shape. Barry had done much of the preventative maintenance on the car (Timing belt, brakes, tires, water pump, etc.) which made buying a car with 80K miles a little more attractive. Shortly after taking delivery one of the headlights started building up moisture which Barry fixed free of charge. Price for my CX9 was market +/- and the only reason I didn't rate price "great" was that while a lot of work had been done to the car Barry was looking to get retail "credit" for parts and labor as part of the negotiation. If in two years a turbo hasn't blown or an airbag hasn't needed to be replaced I will amend my price evaluation. In all seriousness I know that these are the risks of an allroad high or low mileage. Barry's dealership has no control over the longevity of those parts. If when looking to replace the allroad Barry has what I'm looking for or we can broke a deal on a car he searches out at auction I would do business with him again. He now does business in a facility that better represents the type of cars he sells which pretty darn cool. I am very picky and demanding and I would venture to say there are no fewer than 10 cars on his lot that I would pick as a daily driver.

Its been about 6 months since I bought a beautiful Prius Touring from Barry. As the other reviewers have said, this is a "no pressure" environment. I was in and out with the car I wanted within 2 days. Barry basically did everything I needed to get on the road without stress. The car ended up needing two halogen headlights which he replaced no questions asked (replaced with 1 year newer model, would have like to have brand new but I have had no problems since). I've already told my friends about Barry and when they buy another car they will definitely check out Medway Imports. -Will

I brought my Saab 9-5 there because it wouldn't start. Four days later it was misdiagnosed, and "allowed" to run by removing the radio fuse. I was left with a car that wouldn't idle, with no radio, and no cruise control. It turns out the vehicle had a defective throttle body which was in limp home mode. Replacing the throttle body fixed everything. These guys may be good used car dealers but they don't know the first thing about repairing Saabs. I paid $900 and didn't get my problem fixed.

I bought a Toyota Camry 2005 from Barry about 3 weeks ago and the car was in immaculate condition. It was very good to drive and kept very clean. The price of the car was very good as well compared to other places/dealers I had visited earlier. Nearly 2 weeks after I bought it, I heard some funny sound coming from the engine side. I got the car dropped at Medway Imports for a look and Barry and his colleagues have fixed the minor problem within a few hours. What impressed me was that Barry was more than willing to have a look at the car. The whole experience in buying this car was very good. It was very easy to deal with Barry and his colleagues/employees. Within a few minutes of dealing with Barry, my friend, who drove me there to pick up the car also mentioned that he would definitely consider buying a car from Medway Imports in future. I certainly do recommend Medway Imports and hope to have my car serviced there frequently.

Medway Imports customer service is outstanding. I bought my first car from Barry about 11 years ago, a Volvo 850. It ran beautifully for about five years and probably is still running somewhere but I wanted a newer model car. I bought my Audi A6 about six years ago and have had all its service done there. Whenever I hear a funny noise or get those dreaded check engine lights, I can either stop by in person to have it diagnosed or call Barry. This is the second car I have purchased from Barry Roth at Medway Imports over the past 5 years. I was quite pleased with the first vehicle which gave me many trouble free miles and I just recently purchased another quality vehicle from Barry. In both cases, the delivery of the car as well as the transaction was handled remarkably fast. Service on the first car was always of the highest quality. When a check engine light came on a few weeks after my first purchase, Barry quickly diagnosed and replaced an oxygen sensor free of charge. After that, I enjoyed my A6 for nearly 100,000 miles with nothing more than the usual expected maintenance. I contacted Medway Imports after seeing a 2002 VW Beetle I was interested in. I left contact info with the website and within 45 minutes I received a call from Barry. I briefly discussed the reason for needing a new car and hadn't made a decision on what to do. Barry gave me some excellent friendly advise that truly made a lot of sense and let me know that if I was interested in the car he'd be there until the end of the day.His friendly advise, which didn't include me buying a vehicle from him made me feel very confident about doing business with Medway Imports. I visited Medway Imports with my wife and 3 children that day and Barry could not have been any more hospitable to my family. He made me feel very at ease in a process that he would say "isn't rocket science".I test drove the bug with my three children and we loved it, even though the whole family couldn't fit into it. This would be, I thought, the perfect car for me having owned many older model bugs in my youth. However, Barry thought that maybe (intuitively) this car may not have been the ideal choice for my family. So Barry, yet again offered some friendly "options". He asked a few simple questions and thought that I might be interested in test driving one of the three Prius' he had in his lot. A car with this type of excellent reputation and gas mileage would almost pay for itself when you compare gas mileage to the Dodge Ram V8 I had been spending nearly 100 dollars a week in gas just commuting to work in and the monthly payment would be about the same I was making currently on my truck.I Drove the Prius and was so impressed with how clean,quiet and spacious it was. I could fit my three kids in the back with full seat belts and still have room in the front for my wife and I. When I went into the office with my whole family in tow to discuss purchasing this vehicle Barry was incredible. First he gave me an extremely gracious trade in price for my RAM and went through the numbers with my wife and I. We decided that it would be best to wait a day and give it some more thought before finalizing our decision and Barry was very understanding even though I'm sure he may have thought that we would not drive the 50 minutes to come back.We went home that day so impressed with the prices and everything else we experienced with Medway imports and Barry Roth that we reviewed a few more vehicles on his website and decided on a different Prius. When we returned and asked to test drive the different one it was ready for us in a flash. We ultimately bought our 2007 Prius that day. And for the icing on the cake... Dealership was conveniently located (very close to home)...All the cars that were displayed on the lot had awesome "eye' appeal. They carried most of the vehicles I was interested in looking at. I found a car that was perfect for me on first sight, it was the first and ONLY car that I test drove. I had all intentions on buying a car on THAT day, and this dealership fit the "bill" for me. The salesman was extremely accomodating and friendly.

I consider buying a car from a dealer only half of the transaction. The second half of the transaction is how strong the dealer stands behind the vehicle he sells. When I started looking for a used BMW Z3, Medway Imports had one in stock. In January, my wife and I took a trip to Medway to take a look at the vehicle. When we arrived, Barry Roth was friendly and allowed us to view the car with no sales pressure. I remember Barry saying only one thing: you will never find a cleaner one than this. Over the next two months I had a chance to look at close to a dozen Z3s from New Hampshire to New York. Barry Roth was right; I could not find a cleaner one than the one Barry had in stock. Medway Imports had the best condition, lowest miles Z3 at a reasonable and fair price with a clean Car Fax and Auto Check report. After purchasing the car and taking it home, I did have a number of questions regarding the car. Each time I sent an email to Barry, he was quick to respond and always very helpful with his answers. Two weeks after my two month warranty expired, my check engine light came on. I contacted Barry and without question, he said bring the car in and we will take care of it. Barrys technicians quickly found the issue and returned the vehicle to me without charge. As I said earlier, buying a car from a dealer is only half the transaction, the second half is how strongly the dealer stands behind the cars he sells. The car I purchased from Barry Roth was in excellent condition and he has stood behind the car since the day I bought it from him. My experience with Medway Motors has been great, and I would purchase a car from him again.

I have purchased a number of used cars and have never had a better experience. Went to buy my son his first car, an Audi A4, and was so pleased with the service and quality of vehicles I ended up buying my wife an almost new BWM X5 as well the very same day. The price for each vehicle was very fair. The Audi had a few minor issues with the service engine light coming on and Barry fixed it without any complaint or haggling even after the purchase. Medway Imports truly stands behind the cars they sell. Used car salesman would have better reputations generally if they were all as honest as Barry. I highly recommend Barry Roth and Medway Imports. I saw my dream Mitsubishi (a 2000 silver Eclipse)there on Saturday, and it was in my driveway by the next Friday. My 2004 VW Jetta was totaled in an accident and I needed a car in a hurry and definitely wanted another Jetta. A friend recommened Medway Imports so I checked their website and saw that they had a couple of Jettas for sale. I called and spoke to Barry Roth who gave me information on one particular car, a 2003 Jetta GLS. I took a ride out to see the car and it was just as immaculate as Barry had described it and drove beautifully. After some negotiation we agreed on a price and I purchased the car. I have been in search of a specific vehicle for about 3 months. I found a few that met my criteria but did not purchase due to either pricing, condition of vehicle, or sales staff - until I met Meday Imports and Tim Sheehy. Not only did they have the exact vehicle i was looking for, but the vehicle was in perfect condition, fully serviced, new tires / brakes, new air filters (cabin & engine)... ready to go. I was going away on business for a week and wanted to take the car that day. Tim worked with me well after closing hours and made it possible. Buying a vehicle is a material purchase and we all want to make sure that our money is well spent. For various reasons, we feel safer buying at large, fancy dealerships vs. smaller privately owned businesses. i saw the vehicle listed on the internet so i set up a time look at it with my mechanic. when we arrived there we took it for a ride and looked it all and found a few things wrong with. when we returned from the ride we talked to barry on what was needed and the price as is or with the work done and the price discussed was not we had hoped so we left to think about it. i received an email from barry letting me now the problems had been fixed if i was still interested in the truck. so the truck was now set for the origanl asking price which i couldnt afford so we started talking and working on the and we both came to an agreement by the end of the day so i went and made the smooth transaction with barry who help me out in every way he could and was extremely nice threw out the sale.

I bought my Audi A6 from Barry in August 07. I have been back for routine service and troubleshooting several times. My experience has been terrific. I am treated with prompt attention and respect for my concerns each time, detailed explanations of service, and pointers on items that will need attention in the future. When I bought I was treated very well. Never having owned an Audi, I was instructed well on several key points. Being a small dealer I thought, I am going to be noticed here. True! It has been the best move I have ever made for buying and servicing a car! I actually look forward to buying my next car at Medway Imports. Barry Roth and his guys (clearly Barry's touch is felt down through this organization) care about their customers' needs, their cars, and their reputation. When I went to other service stations for service on the Audi (because they were within walking distance), I thought I had done ok, but it turned out that the other mechanics missed items in all cases. I have used Barry's services for more than five years and for a total of four cars (so far). We drive only European cars and needed a knowledgeable service as I had bad experience in the past with a lack of expertise with these advanced engines. Barry provides both in-depth knowledge and decades of experience with foreign cars and creates confidence in using his services. What I liked best is that his service doesn't just do what you ask for, but always looks out for your best interest and screens the performance and safety of the entire car. Whereas accepting the additional fixes may go beyond expected cost, they prevent break-down, safety issues and ultimately provide a longer lifetime for the car and peace of mind for you. Barry shows high integrity in his dealings and services and does not rip you off, his services are typically much less expensive than those of the OEM dealerships.More recently, I used Barry's dealership to shop for a new car, as repairs for my old car were getting out of hand. Two things to mention: I gave Barry a list of (fairly picky) features that I needed (BMW 325i, not xi, not 328, black color, stick shift, cold weather package, rare aluminum trim) and he got me exactly what I wanted within a week. I snoozed on the purchase and we lost this opportunity, but he got me another (and better) car within 5 weeks. I wasn't in a rush and happy to wait. The other issue to mention is his patient and hands-off behavior, he is not the high pressure sales person you see elsewhere (at BMW dealerships, for example).I am now a happy owner of a great car and jokingly accused Barry of making driving fun again for me. I highly recommend Barry's Medway Imports for an outstanding shopping experience and great service.

He is as honest a man as I have ever dealt with. Buying a car is usally a real pain but not in this case. I would recomend Medway Imports to my family and friends without hesitation.

As a recent college graduate in May of 2008 I knew that I would need a good dependable vehicle. I had seen many flashy cars on the lot at Medway Imports in my travels so I decided to stop by and take a look at the cars that were for sale. I spoke with Barry Roth the owner of Medway Imports and he couldn't have been nicer! He sold me the car of my dreams! I purchased a 2001 Audi A6 Quattro that is a joy to drive. I kept finding reasons to go out more and more just because I wanted to drive my A6. I have lived in Massachusetts my whole life and I know that you need to have the safety and security of all wheel drive for the winters here in New England. My Audi has the AWD that got me through this past winter. I wasn't sure if I could afford a luxury car like this one but Medway Imports made it simple! I couldn't have asked for a better deal! I definitely will return to Medway Imports for my next vehicle.

My experience with Barry at Medway Imports was very good. I purchased a used Mercedes E320 which was priced lower than the larger dealerships and received a very fair price and trade on my vehicle. Barry was honest and straightforward and we are very happy with the entire transaction. Well everyone here has taken the words out of my mouth, so I'll try to keep it short and sweet. I know that most will agree when I say that I wish we could score a 6 or more, but 5's all across the board for Medway Imports. I recently bought a 2002 Mercedes-Benz. The car looked great, and on the test drive felt like brand new. I later learned that this car had a previous owner who had all of the car's service and maintenance done at their shop. The price was well below the pricing of the larger dealershhips that I had been to, and Barry (and staff) were very personable and provided superior quality customer care. His job was really easy....He didnt't have to talk me into this deal!!! My mother has been in retail and customer service for over 25 years. I know how all salesmen (salespersons) motto is to strive for 100% customer satisfaction. At Medway Imports its not just a saying, it is truly a trademark. Will do business again in the near future. I went to Medway on a recommendation, to have body work and other repairs done on my Mitsubishi. They were incredibly easy to deal with, ordered the parts right away and kept up great communication with me the entire time my car was there. When I picked up my car, the quality of work was top-notch and the value was excellent. They gave me discount after discount and fixed numerous things free of charge (oil change, wipers, new wire harness, etc...). Fantastic experience and because my clutch is about to wear out, I will be going back to them for more work. Highly, highly recommended!

we have bought 2 used audis from medway motors and are very satisfied with the services provided . barry ,the owner, is always there to answer any questions . we prefer smaller owner run dealerships and at medway motors i am made to feel special. although all car repairs cost too much ,at medway motors the necessary repairs are completed with my pocket book in mind. overhead is minimal barry himself oversees the repair as if it was on his own car and in todays world of charging for unnecessary repairs when my car is serviced at medway motors i'm confident i'm getting a compident job without a padded bill.

I own two low mileage older Mercedes. It is my intention to keep them for decades and this is only possible with quality maintenance. I am a retired mechanic myself and I truly understand the importance of someone who follows proper technical reccomendations from the manufacturer. Medway Imports pride themselves on doing the job right, charging a fiar price and giving the best service. In today's market with offerings of so many cheap poor quality replacement parts from China, it is critical that your repair shp has pride in what they do.Believe me, maintenance on a low mileage car is very important. Plastic, fluids, brakes, battery need maintenace from little use.Thank you for the pleasure of keeping my older Mercedes convertible, and my great sedan. If I relied on the dealer who pays a commission to a "servie advisor" on what he charges this would not be possible. Yes, that is how new car dealers work; their service advisors are paid a commission for what they sell you, they have never held a wrench in their hand. Their advice depends on their own financial needs in most cases.

We recently purchased a 2003 Acura Mdx from Medway Imports, caris in great shape, well maintained, priced below book value. Deal went quickly and smoothly, Barry was willing to help in whatever way was easier for us. He was not pushy, like other salesmen. Seemed trustworthy and honest. Did some maintenance on the car (without us asking) before we drove it home (brakes, oil change, belt, starter) and even had a couple of little dings fixed, that I didn't even notice. Overall our experience was great, and would definitely recommend this dealer.

I had a great experience and I would certainly recommend this to my friends.. not only was the vehicle well priced, the service was extremely pleasing too.. very upfront and no hidden strings..If there was something Barry could not do, he was very upfront about it..He went out of his way to fix the things he could have easily left as not necessary..He has a nice reputation and was praised by other nearby body shop owners (who I visited later on)..I had never thought buying a used car could be so easy..Thanks, Barry for all your help.

Buying a preowned car can be a traumatic experience Not this time!Last summer, I purchased a 2004 Mini Cooper from Medway Motors and was so positively pleased by the whole experience, that my wife just recently purchased a 2007 Mercedes ML-350 from them! The cars are in great condition and priced at significant savings versus major dealers .There was no pressure to buy only straight talk and honest advice about the cars we were looking over. I have a 2002 Audi A4 that needed some work on the exhaust as well as a leak from the front of the car. Barry and his team did a great job replacing the exhaust sleeve and the coolant outlet as well as some other odds and ends. He also got me a good deal on tires and took care of this for me as well. Overall my experience was great from start to finish. Barry and his team were always able to be reached and kept me in the loop on the progress of my car. The thing I liked best about my experience was that I didn't feel like I was dealing with a sleezy car dealer/mechanic who tries to screw customers and make a quick buck. Barry and his team definately made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them and I will be taking it there for any other repairs down the road. I will also be recommending his work to friends and family.

I got great deal on a real clean 2004 Audi A4. There was no pressure to buy and that was reassuring. When i finally decided on a car they made the transaction as simple as possible. I came back the next day and the car was ready to go, plates and all. Could not have been easier.Thanks for a great car!

My family has bought 4 cars from Medway Imports over the past 12 years. The price has always been good and under the Blue Book value. My last car that I bought was so well priced that my credit union gave me a reduced loan rate. We also service our cars at Medway Imports. Cost is reasonable and quality is good. Over the last year I started having my cars detailed there and now even use them for my tires. One interesting note for Elcipse owners. I have 2000 Elcipse GT and my dealer went out of business so I started having that car serviced at Medway. The Eclipse was a good value, looked great with good acceleration, but I always wanted high performance handling. When it came time to replace my shocks and struts I had Barry research out some options. He set the car up with new low profile springs, koni shocks and struts and hevay duty sway bars. Wow! I smile every time I drive the car. Just so my neighbors could appreciate my joy I had Barry put in a new free flow exhuast system. I am a happy guy.
