I have purchased many vehicles in my life and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. The dealership is about 1.5 hours from my home so my salesman, Mark Feilding, completed the paperwork via email and phone. When I got to the dealership all that was left was for me to sign. Mark took the time to show me around the service department and introduce me to the team of personel. He throughly explained all of the features of my vehicle and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend them for their exelent service

Mr. Willie Davis is an excellent sales consultant. He is friendly and pleasant to work with. He guided me through all of the features on my car and also offered further assistance if I needed it later on. Another consultant, Richard (I believe), picked me up at my office and drove me to pick up my new car. He was friendly and engaging on the ride to the dealership. The showroom was immaculate and all of the staff that I came in contact with spoke to me and were friendly. The dealership also offered drinks and snacks while I completed my purchase. I highly recommend Mr. Davis and this dealership.

I purchased my 2015 Certified Preowned Sprinter 170WB with high roof from MB of Birmingham after finding the exact vehicle I wanted via the internet and Cars.com. The vehicle was as described and the transaction was simple. The only negative was the amount of time waiting for the vehicle prep and paperwork to complete. This was an all cash sale and the dealership knew I was coming and we had finalized the deal prior to my arrival. The vehicle should have been ready and waiting for me and if it had, the entire transaction would have been complete in 15 minutes. Instead I got the "it's almost ready" line for an hour before we finally completed the deal.

I bought my first ever Mercedes Benz in March of this year. The transaction was seamless, and the customer service was exceptional from everyone we came into contact with at the dealership. My particular salesman, Ghali Bazzi, treated me as if I was his only customer. Even though I was buying a used car, he treated me as If I was buying an $80,000 car. I did not feel any pressure whatsoever, which cannot be said of other dealerships I shopped prior to Mercedes Benz of Birmingham. I left knowing I made a great decision. About 3 months after making my purchase, I received a call from both Ghali as well as Mr. Randy Powell, the General Manager at the dealership, in regards to a recent recall on my vehicle. I was told that safety was their main concern and was given a few options for next steps. Mr. Powell invited me to bring my vehicle back to the dealership and he would put me in a loaner until we decided what route to take. Upon taking my car to the dealership, Ghali, once again, greeted me like a friend and assisted me through the process of obtaining the loaner vehicle. Again, I was treated as if I was BUYING a vehicle, not making a transaction that would not benefit them in any way. I was also never treated like a problem. They truly wanted to remedy the situation and make it as easy as possible for their new customer. I worked closely with Mr. Powell to reach a solution. He never pressured me to make a certain decision and was very patient with me while I gave it much thought. Mr. Powell definitely went above and beyond to meet my needs; he more than compromised to ensure I was taken care of. Once we agreed upon a solution, I returned to the dealership to complete the transaction with Ghali. Again, I was treated as if I was there to buy another vehicle. The dealership was not benefitting from this transaction at all, yet I was greeted and assisted as if they were. EVERYONE we made contact with there that day was genuinely friendly and very appreciative of my business. I left knowing I would never do business with another dealership ever again, and I vowed to spread the word about their FANTASTIC customer service.Ive never been treated as well in any sort of service industry as I was at Mercedes Benz of Birmingham. Customer service seems to be almost dead aside from a few popular businesses who are now known for their friendly employees. I believe when one experiences this kind of service, it should be noted and shared. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Ghali, Mr. Powell, and every other person we made contact with. Thank you, MBH for treating me so well throughout this process. Who knows, maybe one day I will be back to buy that $80,000 car!

I live about two hours from the dealership, so I didn't have time to waste. The sales team was wonderful at assisting me via email on working out a deal. Once an agreement was made, they kept their word and held the car for me until the next day when I could drive down to Birmingham. They saved me time by already having all of the paperwork ready to go by the time I arrived. I was in and on my way in a new car in just a little over two hours. The facilities were clean, and had a well stocked cafe that provides free drinks, coffee, and snacks. Every employee I talked to was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Hands down this was the best car buying experience I've ever had at a dealership of any brand.

Great experience for me all the way around! I have worked with salesman Willie Davis on two car purchases and he was excellent both times. This time I wanted to get a larger vehicle than the GLK. He discussed my needs and made the recommendation to replace it with the new GLC. Willie without complaint graciously took his tape measure out and measured every aspect of both vehicles for me so that I could compare and decide! The Used Car Sales Manager Mark Roberts worked with me to come up with a fair trade-in value for my car and then educated me on my various financing options. And then Nick Underwood the new car Sales Manager worked diligently to locate the vehicle that had exactly what I wanted on it! Awesome experience and a great team!

Our experience from start to finish was amazing. We inquired about a particular vehicle online and were contacted right away by Bea who provided us with all of the necessary information to conform our interest in purchasing the car. We live in Florida and have purchased out of state before. This can be very challenging and frustrating but this dealership made it a pleasure. I called Steve Carter about windshield damage on my leased S550. Steve and Sam Cavett (Sales Manager) called me back and helped me with an early lease transfer on a new S550. The lease transfer was not even on my mind when I called to find out the requirements for repairing the windshield. I have purchased or leased several MB from Steve and he knows me so well he knew what I would like in a replacement car and had it picked out including all the terms. We struck the deal over the phone in less than 30 minutes. I enjoy working with Steve and Sam. Both are professional and friendly. Neither are pushy. They greet me when I stop by and listen to what I may be thinking about. Many times I am just gathering information to mull over while thinking about future purchases.

I contacted the dealer via email about the vehicle I was interested in. They promptly replied and answered my questions. My sales representative was Russell, and he offered a low-pressure buying experience. The dealership had a comfortable environment, including my Starbucks's coffee! Once we worked-out trade and vehicle price (I did not trade in my car but decided to keep it), their finance department promptly worked on submitting my credit application. The car was also detailed in record time (45 minutes). The only issue I had was that the detailers forgot to put my floor mats back in and I didn't discover it until I got home. No big deal, I'll be going back by for another free Starbuck's to pick them up. I will consider doing business with them again in the future. It was one of the better experiences I've had with a dealership.

I admittedly have ridiculously high standards of customer service which make the bar very hard for anyone to ever get over. However, Beatrix Mohsenin at MB of Birmingham cleared the bar with room to spare! I live in Michigan and fully expected to get my new car from my local Mercedes dealer. However, they sadly made very little effort to help me find the car I wanted. On a reference from a trusted friend, I phoned Beatrix. She immediately jumped on the case, interviewing me about my driving style, dis/likes about my 20 years of driving Audis, special feature needs, etc. There was no question whatsoever about the fact that i live an 11 hour drive away from the dealership -- she found me THE PERFECT car within 24 hours and we finalized the entire lease process in less than another day. Beatrix offered me multiple options to take delivery of the car -- including driving to meet me or have it dropped right in Michigan driveway! She also orchestrated a smooth transition with the Grand Rapids dealership to get the right winter tires ordered and installed -- all a clear indication of the focus on making the purchase and ownership process as time saving and consumer friendly as possible! I recommend Beatrix and the dealership VERY highly. i have already suggested to my colleagues in Michigan that it is well worth their while to do business with MB of Birmingham!!

I am a lifelong German car driver, and with this purchase switched my allegiance from Audi to Mercedes. Greg Forrest, our salesman, was the most professional and knowledgable salesman that I have ever dealt with. We found our GL 450 on their website and he had it ready to test drive when we got to the dealership. There was never any pressure to purchase the vehicle, just a respectful sales person informing you about the vehicle. When it came time to have the vehicle all cleaned while the paperwork was being processed, they gave us a loaner car so that my daughter and I could go shopping instead of having to just wait! My wife and I were in Birmingham for a family outing and decided to drop by Mercedes of Birmingham to see if there were any used 2014 S550 Mercedes on the lot plus I wanted to see Edwin Vickery who recently moved to Birmingham and is working for the dealership. I told Edwin what I was looking for and he put me in touch with Ghali Bazzi. Instead of telling me there weren't any cars he let me know they needed to sell the 2015's in inventory. I was skeptical at first but with no pressure they made me a great deal on the exact car I was looking for. Was not sure which car I should choose and he was awesome at helping me find the car I love. With in a month had one of the tires in my car cut. Within 20 min of calling M-brace a friendly, courteous, helpful individual from the Mercedes Benz Birmingham service department was at my car changing the tire and taking the cut tire to the dealership. The next day went to dealership was able to pick up the new tire mounted and all could not have been handled more efficiently. Excellent service department.

So I drove to Birmingham to check it out and was very pleased the car met all of my expectations. He knew that after the sale I had a three hour drive home alone that evening and he called after I left the dealership and asked me to please text me when I arrived in Oxford home safe and to not hesitate to call him if I ran into any trouble on the way home. I felt like I had a guardian angel - now have you ever heard of a car salesman being referred to as a guardian angel? Probably a first! But Greg is different.

Love my GLK 350!!! It is the smallest rear-drive-based utility Mercedes offers. I like the boxy design. The combination of quality, luxury and comfort makes for a Great overall small SUV. I recently purchased an E400 4Matic sedan from Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham. I learned a lot about the precision and safety of the Mercedes line in a short time after driving four different models. My salesman, Derek McCoy, while being fairly new on the Mercedes team, knew his stuff about the different models and I was wowed by the features I was exposed to. It took all the test drives to ascertain that I wanted sporty, luxury, and safety all rolled into one, thus the E400 4Matic. This dealership was fun to visit and there's a level of enthusiasm there that you don't always find in other dealerships. I'm guessing that's because you don't ever have to apologize for quality.

Just purchased my 2nd MB from Alabama! The entire process was a breeze---especially considering that I live in Florida! They delivered my new car and took mine back on trade! Doesn't get any easier than that folks!!!! I worked with Greg Forrest at MB of Birmingham----he was a delight! Super nice, great follow up, excellent personal skills, no pressure type of guy!!!! Would buy from him again! Car was exactly as promised----even though I purchased sight unseen---which is a little nerve-wracking especially when you are buying a used car!!! I recently leased my 5th MB. Eric Burks has been the sales associate who has helped me with the last four. Eric is a remarkable source of information. He can compare and contrast each of the models and explain why one may serve me better than another. He has consistently provided outstanding service and I have highly recommended several of my colleagues to him. I have never really needed any maintenance on my E-350, but the scheduled maintenance visits are easy to schedule to fit my availability and are always finished on time. Will be back in thteee years!!

Had a great overall experience. Steve Carter was my salesman. I had driven in from out of town and had to drive back the same day. Steve and everyone involved did a great job keeping the process moving so I could get back on the road and back home at a reasonable time. I had a couple of questions after the sale and Steve was quick to respond to my emails and answer my questions. Love the car so far!

Never looked at any Mercedes-Benz product until now. Went to the dealership after hours to avoid the pressure. Much to my surprise, there were still employees there and they asked if I needed any help. I explained I was just looking and long story short, I went back the next day. I don't know what happened in the service department in the last 6 months but everyone is stepping up the service and experience. I bought my ML 350 one onth ago And I Couldn't be happier with the folks at Mercedes of Birmingham. The purchase and trade in process was very smooth and uneventful. Ghali was pleasure to deal with. Honest and no pressure sales tactics were his mode and I was very impressed with his professionalism and personable nature. I dread buying a vehicle normally but I would not hesitate to deal with these folks again. This place is so much more customer friendly than the first time I dealt with the 4 years ago. The service is in another orbit compared to what I experienced in the past. Kudos guys you are doing what needs to be done for your customers. Thanks from a loyal fan now. Much respect to all of you! Especially Ghali, Paul and Tory in service. Paul went far and above in replacing my wind screen. On the day I purchased our windscreen was hit by something and they replaced it for free! I set up an appointment to test drive a car I saw on cars.com. When I arrived, the person who had contacted me could not be found. Someone else helped me and repeatedly kept trying to interest me in a new vehicle. After several times, he agreed to let me test drive the car I had appeared for. I was not interested in it and the salesperson quickly left and said here's my card if you are interested in the cars he sold.
