Brian was the service manager who helped me and Richard was the tech who did the work. I've had my car for 21 years and I've never had the kind of service or attention I received by these two men when I went in last week to get my car worked on. They are both the epitome of serviceman ship that I haven't ever experienced before. They truly care about their work and have integrity in what they deliver. I'm not an easy customer to please when it comes to my beloved Mercedes and they truly, truly made me feel at ease and could not have done a better job. Thank you!!

Horrible customer service the front desk people are all rude! They treat customers like they are nothing. Also do unauthorized repairs without consent and expect you to pay for it like it’s nothing if you don’t say anything. This dealership cares about money and that’s it. I do not feel welcomed when I go to this dealership and will not be back.

I’m astonished at the inferior level of service exhibited by the staff at this dealership today. To be representing a brand like Mercedes and to be incapable of Elementry manners is a disgrace. The moral obloquy of the decision by a group of adults, majority being gentlemen, to actively and deliberately discount and ignore a lady or any guest, that falls on the leadership of this dealership. To be so Blatantly disrespectful and discourteous to continue on with your arrogant display Of misguided preeminence after being called upon directly when you no fewer then 3 feet away is frankly embarrassing. In the future if someone approaches you, especially in a professional setting have the couth to address them in a professional manner. To be treated in this manner by an entire office what I would’ve assumed to be professionalsRepresenting they’re very prestigious brand is astonishing and Upsetting to say the least, And I would love to know why your Leader ship deal would promote this type of attitude. You should all be reminded that your reputation is everything and you never know who somebody is or who they might know

I was getting a Class A service today I waited almost three hours , that was not a issue but I would have thought after looking over the car the would have told me about the Brake wear message. They told me my Brakes were fine but it probably needs a sensor,which I would have paid for it's not a New one but it's a nice car, I saw them going to other Customers , Maybe since I'm not a regular. Service Managers is a Great Guy I just wanted to share my thoughts on the matter.

Not only had my long time sales rep reciently retired but the entire dealership had changed hands. I knew I had decided to purchase the E 350 cab we had specially ordered to lease at the end of our lease but was not sure without Jed how it would go. Even though we live just 2 miles from MB of Ft Mitchell, we decided to drive to Montgomery Rd in Cincinnati to buy our third MB. Zach Glutz has been so kind and helpful to us even though we buy "pre-owned" cars, we decided we trust him and want his expert advice and his help with learning all the technology the new cars afford. I have even once called him from Washington DC to ask how to reconnect my iPhone to the system of our 2008 E350. He spent a whole afternoon teaching us about the 2014 E350. By the way, he chose it for us and had it ready for us to look at when we got there. He had twice sent pictures and details of all the cars we might consider but it was the only car we drove, and we bought it!

I recently bought my first used MB remotely and Chris Walker made the experience really easy! When I asked for additional photos, Chris quickly obliged by going in to the office on a Sunday. All in all, the whole process from start to finish with the car being transported to TX, took approximately two weeks. My only very minor issue was if you are remote, do not expect to be the top priority only because I wasn't physically in the showroom. Thanks MB of Cincy for a great first time virtual purchase!!!

M-B Cincy sales staff, Chris Dow, failed to indicated the vehicle purchased did not have a front license plate bracket and when asked after the sale suggested I just drive without a front license plate--apparently thinking women are too dumb to know it's the Ohio Motor Vehicles law that requires it. Sales manager, George Bic, won't even give the curtsy of returning a phone call, and finally the dealer prep for delivery was poorly done--the inside window glass was never cleaned and the previous owners insurance card was in the front floor.

When spending the amount of money a person spends in buying a car, I believe the service level you receive should be beyond what you get when you go threw a fast food drive thru. I have purchased cars in the past that don't understand that, and chances are, I won't go back. Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati provides the service I expect when shopping for a car. It took me three or four visits to the dealership before driving away in my new car but each time I visited, the vehicle I was looking at was prepped and sitting in the front ready for my consideration. The salesperson, Zach Glutz, was professional and did not pressure me to make a decision. Each time I arrived at the dealership he was prepared and gave me his full attention. I financed part of the purchase price and the financing department had everything ready for us and took us a total of fifteen minutes to be completely done. I have absolutely no complaints about Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati and highly recommend them if your considering purchasing a Mercedes.

If asked I would describe your saleswoman as being knowledgeable, meticulous and thoughful to the extent that a buyer would think the vehicle being considered is a a car she would buy for herself. This is an attitude that earns trust and clientage. After the sell was consumated her caring attitude followed me in the manner one would expect from the 'owner of the business' which is significant. I must add that her attitude was a compliment to the person who interviewed and hired her.

while I accomplished on line reviews of small SUV's, I was just starting my short list of test drives. The MB of Cinti floor manager lined me up with Zack Glutz as I walked in the place. I told Zack that so far I liked the Audi Q 3 best. He quickly but pleasently got me and my girlfriend in a GLA 250 for an orientation and test drive. I been around a long time and I appreciated Zack's direct (minimum BS) style. He let the 250 sell itself on some rolling back roads and expressway. Back at the lot he helped us find a 250 with a finish and features we liked without steering us. My girlfriend gave me a (I like ths car) look so we went inside and negotiated with Zack. I am never sure I get the best deal but I am happy with the outcome. The whole process took about an hour. Zack and my new GLA 250 are all good. I will gladly do repeat business with Zack Glutz.

I have been to the dealership 4 times with the same wobbling sound in the right rear area. On the 4th trip they told me they will no longer deal with me. I sat with the foreman, technician Ed and the Service manager. The service manager told me he will no longer work on my vehicle and that were "done". There is an obvious issue noise occurring in the right rear wheel area and after number of false diagnosis and due to the false diagnosis I spent over $3,500 and even on the last visit I was told to basically leave without resolution. The inability to properly diagnose the issue by the foreman and mechanics has left me in a corner and bunch of expenses. This vehicle is under warranty; however, they tried every bit to blame me for the issues. I am exhausted with the amount of troubles from this dealership. I spent $3500 because they told me wheels are bad, so I put 2 other wheels and noise still occurred. Even after buying brand new tires, the noise still occurred but they did everything to blame the tires, which made me buy another set of tires and not to mention the $350+ in balancing and installation of all of this all due to the false diagnosis. At the end after I did everything they asked me to, I am still having an issue that is unresolved. They told me on the 4th visit that they will no longer work with me and this is absolutely frustrating.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of hitting a pothole that I prefer to refer to as a small crater. Two flat tires and a cracked rim later Justin Kraus at Mercedes of Cincinnati took my frantic phone call. He calmed me down and assured me they were going to take good care of me and my car. He contacted Sora's Towing and their extremely personable driver arrived quickly and towed my vehicle in. Justin had a loaner waiting for me and less than 5 minutes after arriving I was ready to be on my way. Enter Chris Walker. I was extremely stressed and upset over the situation and the damage to my car had me considering leasing a new one. Chris was so very patient with me and listened to all of my needs and wants for my new vehicle. He answered each and every text I sent him immediately and was always cheerful despite my endless barrage of questions. He searched diligently and found the perfect car for me. We had seen a used 2015 Audi Allroad online and called Jennifer to arrange a test drive and get details on the car. Chris was very pleasant and put no pressure on us to buy the car. He gave us the week-end to think it over. There were no made up stories of someone else wanting the car and we needed to decide quickly! Each time I have purchased a vehicle the service has been phenomenal. Chris Walker our Sales Associate, who we have worked with on each deal, always works to understand our needs ie. features desired, desired price point, etc and then provides a list of vehicles he thinks would meet our needs. They have always been more than far on trade value and each deal has taken only about an hour which I really appreciate. But best of all is the vehicle I leave the lot in.

I recently purchased my first Mercedes Benz from Merc of Cincy. Prior to this I had been an Audi owner and had always thought highly of the way I was treated at the Audi dealership. I have to say that my experience with Merc of Cincy, especially with my salesman Chris Walker, has topped any experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Chris made the process so simple and easy for me. I visited the dealership about a half dozen times to test drive a number of cars before making my decision and ordering what I wanted. Each time Chris was very attentive, personable, and made me feel like part of the family. Prior to the delivery of my car Chris did 90% of the work before I arrived for pick up. Once there it only took about 15 minutes before we were sitting in the new car with him explaining features etc. All I have to say is this is the best experience I've ever had at a dealership and Chris went beyond expectations in taking the anxiety out of the car buying experience.However, regarding purchasing an extended warranty, I was able to purchase the Mercedes ELW through a different dealer in Santa Monica, California at a discounted price compared Mercedes of Cincinnati. The Mercedes of Cincinnati finance director was not able to match the other dealers' pricing. So to sum it up, if you're going to buy a Mercedes, buy it from Chris Walker at Mercedes of Cincinnati. If you are going to purchase an extended warranty, you may want to look elsewhere and price shop different dealers after your purchase. Just make sure you do it within 30 days of purchase so you don't pay a 15% surcharge.

I recently moved to Cincinnati for a job opportunity and within a few weeks my 2008 C300 had some problems. I brought it to MB of Cincinnati for service. Charlene provided me with analysis of all the repairs that would be needed - some immediate and others that could wait. With 130,000+ miles on the vehicle, I needed to make a decision whether to fix it or buy new. Charlene put me in touch with Zach and we did a few test rides. Zach was very patient, helped me weigh all the options (that were important to me) and took various phone questions from me in addition to my showroom visits. On December 4th, I drove away with my shiny new 2015 Black C300. Note that this is my 4th brand new C Class. Previously owning a 1998, 2004 and a 2008. The other three were special ordered, so needless to say I am quite particular. This was also the best buying experience I have had with MB. Zach was very knowledgeable about the C Class and other models in my price range. It was a no pressure sale. This was important to me because, it had been awhile since I bought a vehicle. When service and sales work together, I view it as a win-win for the buyer and the dealership at the beginning and end of ownership of a vehicle. I stopped by the Benz dealership w/o any idea about Benz car and no idea what car to buy. I felt so lucky that I met sales rep Jed Hargett, he educated me about Benz brand, introduced different cars in detail and answered my numerous questions. He had 2015 and 2016 GLK and ML side by side to let me compare. After my first visit, I saw good comments about Jed from Internet, so I felt more comfortable to purchase my car from him. My purchase process was very smooth and quick, Jef had prepared everything may need and presented in an order and very nicely. Jed did all he could to make my purchase successfully and meet my expectation. One thing I would like to mention, Jed never pushed me to make decision. I went to get my car washed one day a few weeks ago and had the pleasure of meeting Melanie Parsons. I new my current car was at the end of my lease soon so I walked over to look at the new cars. I had done the same thing a couple times over the summer but when I talked with a previous sales person Zac Lutz I was never able to reach any type of deal and always left a bit frustrated. I found Melanie honest and very knowledgeable. I immediately felt comfortable talking with her and the numbers of a new lease purchase seemed comfortable and I was happy to purchase from her . While I was talking with her Zac even got in the car I was test driving that Melanie and I were talking about and it totally seemed uncomfortable that Zac did that. He wasn't in it for the big sale, but to make us happy customers. I visited 3 times, and he didn't once ask for my contact info. He didn't harass me or push me at all. I ended up buying from him because all of the other sales guys at Audi and BMW weren't exactly as "passive". Several years ago I met Jed Hargett when my usual salesperson was not available. I don't remember all the circumstances but I do remember that it was a pleasant and productive experience, so I went to Jed when my usual salesperson retired. Buying my new Mercedes GLK was actually fun and I love the vehicle! I am a very picky person. I had many questions, all of which Jed answered to my satisfaction. He even stood out in the rain to show me how the cell phone hookup works. It took me a few years to pull the trigger, but I finally purchased a new 2016 Mercedes-Benz GL 450 from Jed Hargett. The first time we met a few years ago, I drove up in a clunker. Yet he still treated me like a V.I.P. He offered me the first of a few test-drivesand each time we'd go out, he would take the time to explain every detail of the vehicle. Jed never gave me the uncomfortable, high-pressure sell. He paid attention to the details of the purchase, and followed through on everything he promised. Whenever I needed him, he was always accessible. If there was a paperwork error or a hiccup of any kind, he addressed it swiftly and double-checked with a follow-up. A car dealership is only as good as the people who represent it. So, if I don't trust the person I'm dealing with, I won't buy the car there. Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati earned my business. We were looking on the Mercedes website for an R-class both times and as luck would have it Mercedes Cincinnati had the car we were looking for, I sent Jed Hargett pictures of our trade each time we were able to arrive at a fair value for our trades.When we arrived from northern Illinois late morning Saturday we were warmly greeted and shown the car we had only seen pictures of and took it for a test drive. While we were doing that the used car manager did a final evaluation of our trade and the delivery process began. All totaled we were at the dealership less than two hours each time before we were headed back to Illinois with our new car.Great experience, Great Sales Associate. Jed Hargett helpful not pushy. Jim Rutter sales guy was fantastic. He was honest, polite and answered all of my questions. The only negative was the management. Jack Hoffman barely ackmloedged me and the sales manager spent most of his time pacing in front of the glass office. They sent me a generic email about my experience and I suggested that they should at least meet the customers who bought a car. Jack went on to say that he is too busy managing a sales staff of 12 but at 10a on Friday morning I was the only one in the dealership. no reply from the management??????

I stopped by the dealership on my way home from my office to see what inventory they currently had. It just so happened that they had the perfect CLS550 with the exact options I would have wanted and the perfect color combination. Chris Walker met me on the lot very quickly and let me take the vehicle out for a spin. We kept in touch over the next 2 days via email. We even negotiated the price and terms via email. Chris was very helpful with initiating the credit application and explaining the rate and terms that they could offer. The deal was negotiated quickly over the phone and via email. I already knew what to expect before heading back to the dealership to pick up my new car. When I got there, the car was already being detailed and the paperwork was ready to go. All-in-all, it took about 30 minutes to sign and drive off the lot. Chris was also very helpful with some follow up accessories that I decided to purchase even though it probably wasn't his department.

Anthony shows good interpersonal skills, good sales skills and exercised constraint in making the sale. We visited the dealership for something to do and to look at a GLA 250 which my wife thought were attractive. There was never any pressure to buy, never any pressure in recommending any particular car. Most of all, he did not ask the kiss of death question, "what would you like your payment to be". As you are well aware, people who buy high line cars, quite often pay cash. Anthony also paid good attention to my wife even though I was the ultimate decision maker and negotiator. We have had bad experience in all but 3 car dealerships over our 40 years of buying new and late model vehicles. These dealerships never earned a dime from us. In that, we visited your show room just on a whim with no real intention of buying a car, then bought a late model pre-owned car gives credence to his sales ability. And we are both happy with the transaction, with the car, the price and the service.

Buying this car from MB of Cincinnati has been the worst car buying experience that I've dealt with. Communication on when courtesy vehicles would show up was terrible and didn't keep me informed at all. I was lucky enough to be at work those days and not traveling. Service in the vehicle was beyond terrible. The car was delivered dirty and wasn't complete with the work that I was told would be done. I wish I could go take the car back and get my old one back because I don't even want to drive it after all the hassle. I will go out of my way to avoid this dealership and I will never buy a car from this dealer or any associated dealers ever again.

About a month ago, after previewing the SLK350 favorably at the Auto show down in Cincinnati , I decided to go look for a new car. I had previously had a less than pleasant experience at a different MB dealership a couple of years ago, and I was seriously considering buying a new or certified car from a MB outside of Cincinnati. I was in fact, in contact with a dealer in Louisville, negotiating a certified car , when I walked into the MB dealer in Kenwood and saw the brand new car I was ultimately to purchase. While I was there a pleasant guy came out of the showroom(Chris Dow), and from that point on he made the whole purchasing experience a really easy . process. I already knew the blue book trade in value for the car I had , and also had an idea of the invoice price on the new car I was interested in, which I had obtained from my credit union previously. During the first negotiation MB Kenwood offered me more than I was expecting for my car, and the price they quoted for the new car was less than I was expecting to pay and so I came away happy. Buying the car was a very pleasant experience , in large part because of the easy manner of Chris , who really knows his cars and seemed fair and honest in every way. BTW the car is GREAT too

If anyone told me 6 months ago I would own two Mercedes, let alone one, I would have told them they were crazy. The truth is, after my wife purchased a GLA a couple months ago, I found myself back talking to Anthony DeStefano about a GLK. We are not the type of couple that can just go buy whatever we want, but when you keep your cars as long as we do (typ 8 to 10 years) we want a vehicle that will last without worrying about long term maintenance expenses. I purchased a car from this dealership after finding it on cars.com. I contacted the dealership about the car I was interested in and we struck a deal via email that included my trade-in. I drove the 400+ miles to the dealership to inspect the car and take delivery. About half way back home, a message appears that the car is past due for service. They had assured me that the service had been completed but they had failed to reset all of the service reminders. The service isn't completed on these cars until these reminders have been reset. Also, since I had purchased the car from out of state, they were not able to complete the titling and transfer of my plates to the car. This required a temporary tag to be place on the back of the car where the license plate would normally be displayed. About 100 miles from home, someone passed me on the interstate motioning to the back of the car. I pulled over and the temporary tag was dangling from the last thread of the last of two screws that had been used to fasten it to the car. Not only that, when I went to install more screws, I discovered that the two remaining screws were still in the mount for the license plate. Instead of removing them and re-installing them correctly, they just installed the plate over the existing screws and the screws they had used to fasten the plate were too small for the mounting holes. How they installed the plate may have been adequate for a local sale but for someone about to drive over 400 miles to return home it was hardly enough. I sincerely hope that they treat their local customers better than they treat someone they will probably never see again.

When news of the upcoming new Mercedes C-class appeared in the press in January 2014, I spoke with Zach Glutz of Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati and asked him to put my name on the list of pre-orders. We specified the options in May or June with the benefit of Zach's thorough knowledge. Zach continued to follow-up during the summer to make sure that the car would be built as ordered, using his contacts at MBUSA to clarify issues. The new C400 arrived at the beginning of September and I took delivery on September 9. Financially, the deal was very fair and I received a good trade-in allowance for my 2008 BMW. Zach introduced the car very well to me at delivery and small issues with the car have been promptly taken care of. I am delighted with the C400 and with the purchase experience at Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati. This is the third car I have purchased from this dealership and the people there continue to impress me with their commitment to make the MB ownership experience second-to-none.

we were trading in one leased smart car for another lease smart car. we were under the impression we were getting the same package on the new one as was on the old. it was not made clear we were not getting power steering or back cover. the back cover is not a real concern but power steering was. we even took the new car back to dealership, which is a hour and half drive for us, because we thought there was something wrong with the steering too find out we didnt have power steering. that was an embarressing experience. talked to jordan and he then explained he was trying to keep our payment the same and that is why we didnt get the same package as on the old car. my concern is that jordan didnt make sure my husband understood what was going on. then when my husband got the car home we discover the antenae was missing, no front bracket for license plate and recently the bottom screw is missing that holds the chrome piece on the steering wheel.

I found our initial interactions with our primary sales person to be "good" although I confess that I generally dislike the car sales process (I am leaving him out of this as he was nothing but gracious to us throughout the process). However, "good" turned to uncomfortable when we were introduced to the sales manager Mr. Wilson. I dared to mention that I have been very pleased with our service level for our two Lexus vehicles and hoped that if my wife purchased a Mercedes that she would remain happy. He scoffed and said that Lexus is really just a souped up Toyota and that while hardly a real luxury car they have done fine, but now we would be dealing with Mercedes. A 30 second interaction confirmed why I had always avoided Mercedes before. I let it go as my wife really liked the car. After the one we wanted was sold, the primary sales person was kind enough to find a new one at another dealer, but neglected to get the odometer reading. The day before my wife was to pick it up he called to say it had 650 miles on it (knowing I had already been concerned by the 93 on the prior one). He apologized profusely. My wife wanted to know what sort of a deal they would make and again had to speak with Mr. Wilson. Uncomfortable deteriorated to arrogant priggishness. He refused to give much of a break and let her know that she was being ridiculous (not in those exact words of course). My wife saves lives for a living and was treated as if she were not worthy of a Mercedes. My wife informed the primary sales person that she would be buying a Mercedes but it would be elsewhere. She had a delightful experience 24 hours later buying a car at the Ft. Mitchell Mercedes dealer, Avoid this dealer and go to Ft. Mitchell. Friendlier, hipper, cheaper, and nice perks. My wife is ecstatic.

The purchuse of the car was great but after we got the car home and it sat for a few hours it smoked when first started. We didn't think much of it because it was covered by the factory warranty. We took it to a Kia dealership and they gave us the run around and said the engine was full of sludge and the warranty would not cover that so I brought it home and pulled a valve cover to check for myself. The engine was clean as a whistle. I took the car to a different Kia dealership and they have had the car for 7 weeks so far and told me the engine has bad piston rings the third day they had it. They are still waiting to see if the warranty is going to cover it or not. I have only had the car in my possession for a total of 2 weeks. After we talked to the mercedes dealership and told them what was going on they said they will do what ever they can to make sure our car gets fixed and they are going to make our payment for the time we dont have the car. This has not been a great experience with the car and the mechanical issues but mercedes is making the best of it for us.

It was recently my pleasure to purchase a low mileage 2013 Mercedes from Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati. My initial contact was by telephone with Jennifer Weibel who provided me with a complete package of information on the specific vehicle via email and then set up a mutually convenient time later that day to personally meet with Jed Hargett and view the vehicle. Jennifer was extremely courteous and helpful. She represents the Mercedes-Benz brand and the dealership very well.Upon my arrival that afternoon, the vehicle was parked front and center under cover just outside the new car showroom and Jed Hargett was waiting to greet me. As I got to know Jed over the next few hours including a thorough review and test drive of the vehicle during which Jed was meticulous in pointing out all the vehicle's features, it became quite evident that Jed is the consummate gentleman and professional. I might add that the vehicle's condition was indistinguishable from new, both inside and out. After the drive we settled on an equitable price and arranged for me to pick up the vehicle at my convenience a few days later. At the time of delivery the paperwork was quickly completed and then Jed spent nearly three hours reviewing all aspects of the vehicle's operation with an open offer for follow up should I later have further questions. Like I suspect most customers do these days, I located a pre-owned suv on cars.com. It was located at MB-Cincy, sent them an inquiry, heard back from Jennifer (internet sales) the next morning and got some additional info from her on the vehicle. I made an offer, she secured a counter offer and connected me with Anthony in sales, I drove from Louisville to pick it up and the deal went smooth, easily the smoothest car purchase I've had. One more thing, the car had what I thought were some pretty deep scratches down one side, looked like shopping cart disaster. Anthony sent it down to the shop where they worked some magic with a buffer and the scratches on this black sub vanished. The guys in the shop deserve kudos as well. I highly recommend this dealer.

After looking for months for a 2012 C300 in the darker grey exterior, I found a pre-leased just over in Cincy. Previous hits had located this combo as far away as CA or outside Chicago so I contacted the dealership immediately. When I arrived the next morning, the car was parked in front of the showroom and I was greeted immediately by the e-contact and the saleswoman. The transaction was made easily when the finance manager offered to run separate transactions for both financing or cash pending the clearing of my check. Driving back home in this gorgeous car was heavenly and I am daily looking for reasons to run errands just to drive it! Loved the experience at this dealership and would definitely return in the future!

An added touch, he provided the name of the Service Manger, along with his business card. Thad also reviewed the car's controls, safety features, and accessories with my Wife and I, the last piece in closing the deal, before we headed home. He was encouraging and informative. Every question was answered, every concern was addressed. I had not seriously considered purchasing a Mercedes-Benz. The trip to this dealership was fifth on my list: GMC, Toyota, Mazda, Chrysler and then Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati. Experiences varied. Surprisingly, at some of these dealerships it seemed to be an effort for any member of the staff to leave the sitting position! Seriously, I was quite surprised. Mr. Hargett convinced me by explaining in detail exactly why I should consider owning a Mercedes-Benz. I drove a car on several occasions, went over specifications, prices and operating instructions. I was introduced to and talked with other staff members, including Robert, Charlene, Brion and Jennifer. I asked to visit the service area. Seeing that area and talking with service staff is another opportunity to evaluate the dealership's competence. Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati easily passed that test. We reached a fair price and the rest should be an ongoing, enjoyable experience!

I contacted the dealership with a very specific used car in mind. My experience in buying that car has been very good. I have worked with Chris Walker and Robert Wilson although I actually closed the deal with another gentleman whose name escapes me. I did not really negotiate on price because I asked for the car to be cleaned up, body work done, and mechanically inspected so as to be as close to new as possible. Chris has been good to deal with and I am comfortable working with him moving forward.The two slightly less than great responses have to do with the work that I think still needs to be done to the car after taking delivery and the slightly awkward experience of coming in to make the actual purchase. If there was a category in between good and great, I would have picked that because I was just not quite ready to say "great" to those two answers. I do feel as if Chris is committed to make sure I am happy with the purchase.

I had researched several vehicles on-line and received quick and informative responses from Mike Hoppius when I had requested additional information via the internet. I have purchased other luxury vehicles in the past (not Mercedes Benz) and the sales staff was condescending and didn't take me seriously. Perhaps this was because I was a women looking to buy a car without my husband. But at Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati this wasn't the case. They let me look at my pace before I commited to buying a car. I was never pressured during the entire process. The entire operation is extremely friendly and professional. I know that going forward my experience will be as positive as my buying experience. The finance department had all the paperwork ready and it only took a couple of minutes to complete the transaction. The minute we walked in the show room, one of the team members stood up from the chair and greeted us with a smile and showed willingness to assist with any questions. He also asked if there was someone in particular we wanted to assist us. Carlos Tobar the person of interest was engaged with another customer at that time. The team member who welcomed us continued to make us feel comfortable while while offering himself to answer any questions. Without any Pressure, we looked around until Carols was available to help. The Manager repeatedly offered us something to drink while waiting. The whole experience made us feel like we were the most important people at the time which lacked at Kings mall Infinity and Columbia Acura. I'm located in the Kansas City area. I was looking for a nice used 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited on cars.com and found one listed which was located at Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati (MB of C). I contacted them and worked with salesman Thad Marck. He and I talked by phone, email and text. Thad was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. Within a day or two we had a deal worked out that I felt good about. He sold me the Avalon at a good price and gave me a good trade-in on my 2010 Lacrosse based on pictures I sent him. I had been looking at other Avalon's with identical features on the internet for a month and Thad's Avalon price and trade-in offer on my Lacrosse were good compared to other dealers I talked with. I hired a driver to drive my Lacrosse to MB of C, pick up my new Avalon and drive it back to KC. That driver was impressed by MB of C and Thad as well. The Avalon arrived in KC at my home and is all I was expecting, beautiful and in like-new condition. Thank you to Thad and to MB of C for a good buying experience and for this wonderful car!

My wife had been driving the X-3 BMW and it was time to replace it. We (I ) was interested in a Mercedes for her but needed to get her to the dealership for her to experience the quality of Mercedes. Initially, she could not make up her mind as the M series seemed oversized compared to the X3 that she had been driving. Anthony was very patient with us in suggesting that she drive the GLK. After driving the GLK, we were instantly sold. The vehicle is a perfect fit for her. We highly recommend Anthony for his level of service and attention to detail. In checking with other smart car owners - I realized that to have problems was NOT the rule. They offered a very fair price for GLK and Zach was very honest and helpful. The location is very close from where I live and I wish I could have done business with them. He knew his inventory like the back of his hand. He put things down in dollars and cents on paper, assisted me in determining what option was best for me, and I left very satisfied. I pick up my lease on Wednesday of this week and am very happy with my overall experience. I was not "talked into" anything, asked to spend more than I had planned to spend, or made promises that couldn't be kept. Very professional atmosphere and a good overall experience.

Anthony did an excellent job making sure that first we test drove the GLK that we were interesting in, then he found the GLK that had the exact features we were wanting and made sure it was made available for us. He worked with us on our financing and trade in and made sure we understood and were comfortable with the deal. When we went to pick up our vehicle it was ready and Anthony went over all the electronic features that were available in the vehicle. He even stayed after closing to make sure we understood all the features and could operate are vehicle with out any issues. I have come to deal with and feel very comfortable with Carlos Tobar in particular in the sales department. He seems to understand and know which C Class vehicle will best suit my personality and desires and is very knowledgeable about the details of the vehicles he sells. Also, I have had great dealings with the service department mainly for maintenance but also sometimes for repairs. The fact that Anthony did not immediately write me off due to my young age (early 20's) as did every other luxury car dealership speaks volumes about his and the dealership's integrity. Anthony gave me his undivided attention and went through a different few vehicles with me until helping me find the absolute perfect match, a 2013 GLK350. Anthony was extremely patient with my indecisiveness regarding the type of vehicle I was looking for and personally made sure that I was making the correct decision for my personal needs and wants. He went through every service that Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati has to offer and let me tell you, that degree of care cannot even be imitated elsewhere. For my next car(s), I will not have to waste a single moment searching for a dealership, as Mercedes vehicles are far superior in performance, luxury, comfort and certainly customer care than any other make. It has always been a pleasure to work with Sales Representative Thad Marck for both the E350 we purchased last year, plus, the ML350 we purchased this year. HIs knowledge concerning the technicalities of both cars is remarkable with the variances in the applications of 'how to do' various tasks within the car. Couple that with pre-learned processes from other makes of vehicles such that Mr. Marck makes the transition quite easy with his tutorial manner of explaining the intricacies of a well thought out Mercedes operation. Sometimes the Bluetooth operation within the vehicle and the garage door opener can be quite frustrating. Mr. Marck provided a printout of an easier procedure that should make the pairing much easier. This was just one example of how he makes the purchaser of a new car feel at home.All in all, Mr. Marck makes the car purchase experience one of "tolerable enjoyment". Maybe considered an oxymoron, just let me say that both my wife and I felt very comfortable with the information, personality, and knowledge that Mr. Marck displayed during our new car purchasing experience. I'll return to him when the next new car bug bites, again - for a third time!

I think they are about to close but Anthony opens the door and ask me if he can help me.. I said I would like to buy a 2014 CLA.. and he walk with me through his desk to give me more information about the car. I didn't know that dealership is already close but he still entertained me. When I went to my country for business, I emailed him about my 2014 Mercedes Benz CLA to get some updates. He reply to all of my email. I am just convinced that he will help me to purchase my new Mercedes Benz. So when I returned, I asked for a CLA Edition 1. He said that they don't have one yet. I asked the other dealer for Mercedes Benz CLA Edition 1 and they said its hard to get one and I can just pick from the CLA they currently have. But Anthony call me and he said I got good news for you, I got ur CLA Edition 1. I was shocked, Anthony comb heaven and earth to find me a CLA Edition 1. My experience is one of complete satisfaction with the purchase of a 2001 Chrysler 300M car with under 17,000 miles on it. When my daughter and I walked through the door we were greeted by a very outgoing and friendly receptionist. We told her who we were there to see and for what car and in my opinion, couldn't have been treated better. We had to turn in our rental car across the road and Thad told me he would take it to the gas station and fill it up before it was turned in, I wouldn't do that as the dealership wasn't responsible for the rental. I was very impressed that they were willing to do that though. The car we bought is incredible, and if you didn't know better, would think it was a new car. The whole shopping experience was second to none, Thank you to Mike Hoppius, Thad, Brion, and the receptionist who I'm sorry to say, I didn't ask her name, but a big Thank you to her as well. Shane helped us and when we returned from the test drive, he talked about how the dealership works very hard to develop customer loyalty. We really liked the car, and called Shane the next morning to schedule our second test drive of the same car for the evening of July 16th, knowing that we would likely purchase it after that drive; Shane even asked us to bring in our old car so he could estimate the trade-in value and he knew our bank had preapproved our financing. On our way to the dealership that evening (which is an hour's drive for us), Shane called and told us the car was sold. He gave us no heads-up, no phone call to say that someone else was interested, no nothing. We then asked him if he could find any similar vehicles at other dealerships, and he said that he would. We never heard back. So much for developing customer loyalty. I would never shop at this dealership, and I will tell all my friends and colleagues not to shop at this dealership. Thankfully I am now the happy owner of a BMW M3 from a dealer who has gone over and above on the customer service front.

I bought a 2005 VW phaeton site unseen from Shane Miller. I live in Colorado and had to trust Shane and his professional opinion. Shane sent about 50 photos in less than an hour. He also arranged for the car to be inspected by Fairfield VW. Needless to say there were some hiccups and Shane was always quick to overcome them! We met Shane when we first started test driving GL's, among other brand vehicles. Shane was friendly, convincing without being pushy, informative, and a great adviser, rather than a sales person. After settling on the exact type of vehicle, we decided to work with another MB dealership, simply because they are close to our home. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare and will be the subject of another dealership review. Since this vehicle is a company car, we worked with our fleet management company who, by pure coincidence called Shane to work through the purchase. Shane, in short order found the exact vehicle we wanted and had it delivered in a few days. The purchase process was about as easy and as pleasant as it could ever be.During the delivery of the car, Shane took about 1 1/2 hours to explain every detail of the car's operation, introduced us to the service department and made us feel incredibly welcome.There is no doubt in my mind that we will have this car serviced at MB of Cincinnati (switching from MB West Chester), purchase our next vehicle from MB of Cincinnati, and place our first call to Shane when it is time to do so.

Charlene always gives the impression that your problem or service issue is the most important task she has that day. Most recent experience was September 6 when my wife's E350 would not start and Charlene expedited the bureaucratic process of my phoning in the problem to a number in New Jersey. I went to the dealership to report the problem and Charlene hooked me up with the service man who immediately drove me to the disabled car to start it.

We have been buying cars from Bruce since 2006, we bought cars with him even before he moved to Mercedes and we keep going back to him for his outstanding customer service. I would say that Bruce has a broad knowledge about the cars he sells and his assessment is always accurate. One thing we appreciate a lot is his listening skills, he puts the interest of his customers first and takes the time to listen before making any recommendations. In this business, and when buying these type of cars, it is always akward to have a conversation about how much money one is willing to spend, nevertheless, Bruce makes the conversation very comfortable and we have been extremely satisfied. He spends time with customers even when he knows we are not ready to buy within a month or so, we like to shop around and he knows that so, he is never pushy and never starts throwing dead lines about sales or offers just to complete the sale. He is all about customer satisfaction and takes a lot of pride on the brand he works for. My wife and my two teenagers love to buy from Bruce because he also pays attention to their needs and understands them. He is very friendly and very respectful. I have recommended Bruce to some of my co-wrokers who already bought cars from him and were extremely satisfied.

My experience was let's just say unique. The car originally advertised and sold to me did not have the options it was supposed to have due to the wrong sticker being on the car. I didn't realize this until I got home with the car. After discussing what I thought were substandard fixes to the problem, the only resolution given to me at the end by the dealership was to bring the car back and my money would be refunded. What kind of resolution is that? I still didn't have the car I thought I bought at the price I bought it at. I didn't actually get the car I wanted until I called my attorney and even then I had to bring additional dollars to the deal to get the car with the right options because the car I thought I bought originally was not available. I think that stinks! I don't believe I should have had to bring in any additional money, as it was not my error, but I did, as the car I received was newer and included a few additional options the original car did not have. I'm not an unreasonable person or looking for anything for free, but I really don't think I was treated fairly considering the circumstances. What should have been one of the best and most enjoyable purchases I ever made turned into a battle and a nightmare. I haven't heard from the dealership since other than the mailings to buy accessories. I know I will buy another Mercedes, as so far I do love the car, where that will be or where I go for service remains a question at this point. In 35 years of buying cars, I thought I'd seen it all. I was so wrong.

I love dealing with MB of Cinn. There is never any pressure during the sales process. My wife is pretty hard to deal with when buying a new car and Zach was great and was very patient working with her. Having an assigned service tech is great. Charlene keeps both our Mercedes in top working order. After a long day flying from San Francisco to Cincinnati with connections, I raced up to the Mercedes dealership. I arrived with my family 1/2 hour before closing time on a Friday and fortunately met Zach Glutz as things were going to get a bit challenging before the day was over. Regardless of the time, Zach was patient in showing us the E-350 we were interested in and took us on a test drive. When we were about to leave the dealership the battery in my 09 Saab decided to find an inopportune time to go dead - no prior warning. Well, by this time the dealerhip and all employees had left, except Zach. Zach tried to locate a battery jump devise or cables to no avail. I was about to call a cab to take me to an auto parts store to buy a battery and some tools when Zach offered to take me there. Keep in mind that Zach had a dog at home that needed to be let out.....and he was starting his vacation. We arrived back at my disabled vehicle an hour after the dealership had closed and Zach even gave me a pair of gloves to install the battery with as I was still in work cloths. I installed the battery and my family was on our way. We owe a debt of gratitude to Zach for his compassion and extreme example of customer service. With gratitude, Joe Sullivan and family

I have been buying cars at this dealership for 25 years. I have had service handled by Charlene Salyers for most of that time and I have purchased the last 3 cars from Chris Walker. Both are great to work with. Charlene is very quick to get me in and out when I drop off my car, keeps me informed of what is going on during the process and has the car ready when it's supposed to be. If there is a change due to unforseen circumstances, she also calls right away to let me know so I can plan the rest of the day.Chris Walker has been great to work with also. The second car I bought from him was an especially good experience. I was looking for a particular car and as soon as one came up that met the criteria, he called and gave me a VERY attractive price. The 3rd car became very complicated because of the nature of the trade in and instead of giving up, he managed to come up with a creative idea that made the deal possible. He always went above and beyond and although I knoiw the dealership has to make money, he always worked on my behalf to get the best deal possible. I am very happy with their service and would continue to buy cars at this dealership just due to both Chris and Charlene. I recommend them very highly!

I started the buying process online. My debate was between Cadillac, Infiniti and the C Class or the E Class. I built my choices at the various websites and then went to dealership websites to see what they had available. Shane answered a couple of questions for me online and then we had a phone conversation. After that he responded with a quote that, by all my research, was very good right out of the gate. I was offered a chance to compare the two cars which I did. I also went to the other dealerships to test drive cars. I found the experiace at Mercedes of Cinci to be the best and Shane was, by far, the best salesperson I dealt with. All of my questions and needs were met in a timely and professional manner. This was the best experience I have had buying a car. Period.

Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati reneged on a deal we struck for a used car because they felt like they could squeeze me out of another couple hundred bucks. How slimy do you have to be to be to screw somebody over $200 when you already agreed to pay $50k? Then they acted like reneging on the deal was commonplace - no big deal for them. This was not a case of a hidden fee popping up that they claim is mandatory. The salesman and I agreed on price and terms, he took my SS# to title the car and then changed his mind. Unbelievable. Management is aware of this situation and supportive of this poor behavior.

I've had two bad experiences with the workmanship of their customer service dept. My Service advisor is a great guy and he's the only thing their service dept. has going for them. I had my car in getting aftermarket shocks and springs installed on my SLK, they returned the car to me after the install - I immediately noticed a rattle from the right rear wheel area... took it back to the dealership, demanded they put it on a lift so i can see it.... turns out the technician left the top half of the spring compressor on the right rear spring.... shoddy work. Experience 2: took the car in for some minor warranty work - they fixed most of the problems (except 1 minor rattle) and returned the car to me. On the way home, on the highway, I notice what looks like cowl shake - something I have looked for and absolutely never noticed on my car. I pull off the exit and check the hood - not latched - NO JOKE. Now, when raising the hood so I can close it again, I notice something else scary... they were replacing the oil filler neck and had to remove the airbox - they forgot to reattach the intake runner tube to the airbox, it was just sitting in the engine bay unattached. It really makes me wonder - I'm not so comfortable having them do work on my cars anymore.
