Service advisor Mike Ferraro is the absolute best! Always accommodating, personable and professional. Cultivates customer loyalty. A real asset to the dealership. Managers take note! The loaner process has been DRAMATICALLY improved. The customer waiting area is spacious and comfortable.The ability to pay your bill with your service rep instead of the cashier is SO much better! This dealership has improved significantly over the past few years. However the service arrivals area, while improved, still needs tighter oversight and coordination. Drop off and loaner return is often not smooth. As you drive in, someone should be directing you where to park then approaching you right away to keep things organized and moving along. Tackle this last issue for a true 5 star rating.

As a new Mercedes-Benz customer, this would have been a better experience if more information was shared prior to my first scheduled 10K mile service; specifically an itemized list of work to be done and (estimated) cost. I would not normally expect to do this but when a service charge (A-Level) cost $600, I expect an itemized break-out and the opportunity to comparison shop. Also, finding out my next service (B-Level) is estimated at $1,100 dollars is something I will prepare for by requesting a quote up front and then comparison shopping. Buying/leasing a Mercedes-Benz has been a positive experience for us but, my first billable service experience left me with a less than positive impression. I do not mind paying for value and feel I am getting that in the cost of the vehicle but, after topping off my windshield washer fluid the day before service; then being charged what I consider an inflated rate for windshield washer fluid was too much to take. When I first questioned this the response was it was included in the service. My response was if listed as a separate charge, it was not included and I asked for the inflated amount to be refunded to my account which, it was and I thank you for that. My surprise and disappointment is Mercedes-Benz, with the reputation and quality of vehicle produced, does things like this to their customers. Please note that this is an test for Mercedes-Benz; I have no issue returning to a GM vehicle if the overall Mercedes-Benz experience does not measure up. You have built a very nice car but if I am subjected to the same events reflected herein with Mercedes-Benz that I am with a GM, Ford, Nissan, etc. I will return to these manufacturers with the perception Mercedes-Benz, and perhaps all "luxury" vehicles, are for people who just do not care what they get for their money. It was my first disappointment as a Mercedes-Benz owner; I hope it will be my last as we do like the quality of the car and pleasant driving experience we have had. May my next service be once consistent with how I view the Mercedes-Benz brand; still find this hard to believe what I experienced. I will add my service representative was excellent in conducting business with me. I am not an easy customer, just a farm boy and retired US Marine who expects to be treated as a valued customer and not a source of revenue.

We had a 5 star experience at this dealership. Ray was our salesperson. He was very professional as well as personable. He is definitely knowledgeable about the product he is selling. Great customer service. The team at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Lauderdale found solutions to every challenge. They showed that they really wanted to sell me a car, and made me feel appreciated as a customer. Alex communicated over the course of a couple days to find us the right vehicle. He went above and beyond to provide us the exact car we were looking for. Winston also did a great job going through the options and closing the deal for us at the price we wanted. We received much better customer service and appreciation here than at the BMW dealership down the street, and that is why they earned our business. Great service from all at MB of Fort Lauderdale.

Stopped by today during my lunch break because my tire pressure light came on. I drove into the service center and was greeted by Hector. He was extremely helpful. Not only did he fix my tire pressure, he also checked the engine fluids and sprayed disinfectant inside my car. An extremely nice surprise as I did not expect such exemplary customer service. Highly recommend. Ask for Hector in service department, very attentive.

I bought 2 cars here. Every time they need service I have an issue. They never did what they supposed to, never on time, never completed.The loan has a terrible smell, and the driver seat button was broken. Last service, not even the liquids were filled up (as is advertised in her ad as complimentary), that same day, after picked up, started to rain.....no windshield liquid! Very dissapointed! Service reps unprofessional and with a bad attitude! Will NEVER buy a car from there again! AWFUL SERVICE! Don't know how a Mercedes Dealer can hire people with NO professionalism and NO manners!

I took my car to be serviced. There was a loud sound from the engine. I'm not a mechanic I can't describe it 100% accurately. I got a run around for a week before the manager, John got involved. The loaner car had such a foul smell of cigarettes and men's cologne I wanted to throw up each time I got in it.

Service rep. Patricia R. was excellent, from the moment I walked in I was greeted courtesy. All my needs were met through a series of routine questions on my vehicle and what the best approach is in getting repairs done. Of course I had a few costly repairs that needed to be done but my advisor helped me narrow down what was most important, she set me up for a loaner and I was on my way. Once the job was done she contacted me and explained everything to me. I was satisfied with the work when I picked up my car and certainly will return for additional work needed on the vehicle.

Service was great! Even quick resolved situation with my appointment. Now cashier in parts department, that's different story. I must have interrupted his iPhone game concentration and cause him to lose by asking for touch up paint. Then a simple good morning from the next customer rubbed him the wrong way even further. Everyone at this dealership is really friendly not sure where this guy came from. I was completely shocked, first rude person there in the 5 years I've been taking a car there.

Tried to bill me for a Light, I have put less than 500 miles on the car since purchase, THANK GOD a lady named Nora got involved. She was wonderful, and one of the only reasons I would go back. Keep in mind this is a full factory warrantied car, !!!!!! without so much as a dust particle on it. 591.00 for a running light, then the GM wanted to split it with me, YEAH, It was an insult , Then Nora, got involved !!!!!! I received a call from my service advisor that the car was ready at 4:30 that same afternoon. When they tell you that you get a car to use during service they don't bother to mention that you'll have to book 2 to 3 weeks in advance. If you have a repair that is needed quickly you are out of luck for car to use. Also Promise was: a ride back home or to work. Again, my expectation is that there wouldn't have to be a 30 minute or more wait for someone to drive you. Finally repairs not done correctly first time, had to bring car back 4 days later for same problem. Could not find root cause of problem and simply put in batteries for keys with instructions to come back if they go dead again. If you have nothing better to do then spend time going to and from a dealership, while hoping they can repair your new car this is the place to go.

We traveled over 80 miles to Ft Lauderdale Mercedes. The dealers in our area are not as personable. We were looking for a used Mercedes and were lucky enough to get John Farrell as our salesperson. He spent half a day with us before we walked away and went other places to look at more Mercedes. What we found were somewhat better prices but not the same quality and not the same demeanor of people. I have never recommended a car salesperson or dealer before in my life, but I would highly recommend John Farrell as a salesperson and Ft Lauderdale Mercedes. John made us feel comfortable and confident about our purchase. He was also able to show us how to use a lot of the special features in the car which is not an easy task! One of the only dealers I could honestly say I would return to in the future.

Let me start by saying my numerous experiences over the years at this dealership have been positive. Unfortunately, my last visit June 22, 2015 was inexcusable. I have waited to write this review so as not to over react to my lone bad experience. My thoughts are that this might be an isolated incident, and I fell through the cracks. My long time service advisor unfortunately has had health issues and I would hate to assign blame there. In typical fashion, I received follow up questionnaires and surveys from the dealership requesting my feedback thinking this should resolve my issues. I responded negatively to my experience, yet never received any response from Ft. Lauderdale Mercedes Benz. Briefly, while my car was repaired as promised, it took more that two weeks to complete the repairs. These were not extensive repairs. While they provided a nice loaner vehicle during this time, it was still an inconvenience. When I brought the vehicle in it was perfectly clean, and recently detailed. Upon return, it was absolutely filthy, stained with what looked like weeks of lawn service debris. Inside the vehicle was left dirty and with several large black scuff marks that remain from a careless mechanics shoes, plus other minor issues not worth mentioning. Worse yet was the fact that numerous screws were left on the floor, trim parts, and ALL the clips holding the interior trunk together, were missing. One of the interior trim parts that was left on the floor, took me a while to figure out. When I discovered its place and attempted to replace it, I severely sliced my finger on it's razor sharp edges, bleeding profusely, leaving my finger permanently scared. The part was bent, and now fits poorly. This is not what should be on a very expensive car ! The fact I told my advisor of the missing clips, other missing parts, the inaction from the follow up survey and additional questionnaire, left me no option but to find a better alternative and write this negative review. I will be hard pressed to return here. My results from my internet search have saved me a lot on over priced repairs, with quicker, and better service. The the new facility gave me a detailed explanation and showed me the work done, showing me the replaced parts, something never done with my many visits to FORT LAUDERDALE Mercedes Benz. I'm sorry Fort Lauderdale Mercedes Benz, I've spent a small fortune on repairs in recent times, and expected better service and follow up. The public deserves better. SHAME ON YOU Fort Lauderdale Mercedes Benz!"

There were many cars to choose from in my price range. A Salesman by the name of John Farrell was assigned to me. Very organized company, was able to complete my sale over the phone and it only took 15-20 minutes to come up with an agreeable price. I had to fly in to complete the transaction but my flight was delayed, My sales rep picked me up at the airport in a nice CLS and they kept the dealership open just for me until 10:45 PM! I live in Western PA and Florida and I prefer to make all my MB purchases only at Auto Nation owned facilities since they are super organized, with an exceptional sales and finance team!

I was looking for a particular Mercedes in a new matte paint color. No other dealership within fifty miles had the car but Ft Lauderdale. My experience with Peter McInnis was extraordinary. He was professional, giving me sound advice on my vehicle purchase that did not include the salesman pushy mentality that one often finds with car salesman. I'm a mechanical engineer, and consequently ask many analytical questions that often frustrates people. Peter gave me the facts without annoyance. On top of that, I am disabled with a spinal cord injury. Consequently I have many needs that most people do not think about. Peter was considerate of my situation, and the entire dealership has gone above and beyond to aid my process of buying a car. For instance, he came to my house for my convenience to bring documents to sign. Then they had my car taken to be outfitted with hand controls by a 3rd party. When it was completed, Peter came and picked me up, took me to get the car, and made sure I was satisfied with the quality of craftsmanship. The dealership then reimbursed me $1000 toward the implementation of the hand controls. I feel that I've gained a friend along with an incredible company that is devoted to customer service. Meanwhile, I'm thoroughly enjoying my new GLA AMG Mercedez Benz. THANKS YALL! Keep up the good work!

If you want a hassle free, straight to the point experience, you need to go see Lance Noel. I know hassle-free and car dealerships do not belong in the same sentence, but with Lance, its inevitable. I came to see Lance in July since he came highly recommended from a close friend who has purchased several cars from him. So I gave him a try, and let's just say he was awesome. He was honest, he quick, he was personable, straight to the point, and most importantly made me feel comfortable and confident in my new Mercedes purchase. Since then I have been recommending Lance to everyone, that's how great it was. And to be honest, the great family feel did not end with Lance either. When I say their finance team is great, I mean it. They pulled teeth so I can get the best lease pricing, and I appreciated it so much. They were not the typical finance team that sat there and crunched numbers and unwilling to help you. They actually worked WITH me. I had a great experience, and I will definitely come back again.

My whole experience from customizing my car to having it delivered was a smooth process. My sales rep Jennifer was always available to answer my questions. My car had to be ordered, so I had to wait for about 2 months. She kept me up to date through out the process, and a couple of days before my car arrived we were able to take care of financing, insurance etc so when it came to picking up my car there were no surprises. Scott the finance manager was really helpful as well and did his best to get me a good interest rate. Overall I have no complaints, great customer service. Even after getting my car Jennifer checks up on me to see if everything is ok. Completely satisfied, will highly recommend this dealership

In June 2013 I purchased a supposedly "slightly" used Acura ZDX from these guys. A few months later I took it to the local Acura dealership for some basic service, in upstate NY. My dealer showed me that this car had been in an accident, and repaired. Surprise to me as I did not know that I was purchasing a car that had been in a wreck. These people made a dishonest deal with me. Do not trust them! Have any car that is not brand new inspected PRIOR to your purchase, by an independent 3rd party.

A.J. thought I might like the E350, so I took one on a short spin. He was right! I really love it. It's sporty, very comfortable, fun to drive, and I don't feel like a "soccer mom" anymore! My favorite auto dealer ever! We've bought a couple cars from these guys, but this time was the best experience. My wife was trading in her GL450 for the new model, I was able to email all of the information for the lease ahead of time so we wouldn't have to spend very much time at the dealer. My wife and I had a meeting about 2 miles away just prior to our appointment to pick up this car. Leaving that appointment, the battery in my Mercedes was dead, so we both got in her GL and left my car. When we got to MB of FLL, I told our sales guy what was going on, so he went and picked up my car and brought it to the service guys for me while I signed papers. I was able to get all the paperwork signed in less than 30 minutes AND THEN he lent me his own personal car to take back to work. He met me at work a couple of hours later and switched them out. LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP!

I was trying to buy a used E350 coupe, and I decided to go to this dealer because their car has the best price and condition. although I live in Columbus, OH, I still took a flight to Fort Lauderdale to see the car. When I went there, their internet sales manager who is Mr. Mclnnis has been very helpful. He is a very nice person and he has been working very hard, I can see that. In the end, I brought my 2010 E350 coupe there. I am very happy because the car does not have any problem and the price is very suitable. The most important thing is they have the greatest customer services. After I made the purchase, Mr. Mclnnis keeps sending me Email and text to make sure if I have any problem. He said if I have any question or Problem, He will help.

I have purchased numerous (6 or 7) Mercedes over the years as well as a Lexus, BMW, and Audi. This was my first experience with this dealership and it was a good one. We dealt with Mark Wells and he was great to do business with--went out of his way for us. In recent years, all the Luxury dealerships I have dealt with have been very good, and this one as well. Nice dealership, but with one caveat. Got a coupon for one free car wash. All the other luxury dealers gave free car washes for life. Though I would probably not use it, I would have expected no less from them. Regardless, I feel you can trust this dealer and will have a positive experience as I have.

I have not bought a car in years and the only thing I knew for sure is I was either going to buy a BMW or a Mercedes. When I walked into the Mercedes dealership and met the Manager who quickly turned me over to AJ, I knew immediately I was in good hands. No high pressure sales pitch. He was honest abut the best deal on the car I was interested in and encourage I take advantage of the low interest rate and finance more than I had planned. He even let me leave to check out the BMW I thought I might be interested in. A couple of things happened on the way to the BMW dealership and I ended back up at the Ft. Lauderdale dealership and bought the car that fit my needs. Everyone was very accommodating, friendly and most importantly not high pressure. I would and have already recommended friends interested in a car to visit the dealership and AJ.
