Just purchased my second Merc this year from MB Melbourne. Truly an exceptional experience compared to other car dealerships I have dealt with in the past (in the US and UK). No pressure, no hassle whatsover - these guys will try their best to get you the deal you want on the car you want; if its not possible they will tell you - no 'haggling' - just good, straightforward, honest dealing, and they will go out of their way to find the right car at the right price for you.On both my purchases the salesman I have dealt with is Josh Boudreau. A pleasure to deal with, Josh is highly professional, courteous and focused on making the buyer happy. The whole MB Melbourne team are great to work with - Charles, Andy (the 'deal' guys), Michael (the 'paperwork' guy), Sheryl in customer service, the service guys - indeed the whole team in general. And the facility, and the level of customer care, is second to none in my opinion. Of course, Mercs will never be the cheapest cars anyone will buy, but if you are looking for a quality luxury car at a reasonable price, and an EXCEPTIONAL buying experience, do not look past MB Melbourne.

Leasing the vehicle was a rewarding experience. My wife and I were just visiting the dealership, thinking we would stay with BMW. But, Ryan and Charles were courteous, knowledgeable and offered us a great deal. When we said that we were going to go back to compare the deal with BMW, Charles said "what can I do to keep you from going back", and the deal got better and done. Charles just got the deal concluded, not being pushy but making a good deal.Ryan and Dave conducted the tutorial. Both were very good. There seemed to be nothing about the car that Dave didn't know. He was very patient and knowledgeable and so was Ryan.In the finance department, Jared was thorough, as well, and courteous.So, in the end, BMW lost a customer because they didn't seem as interested in keeping a long time customer as they should have been and Mercedes was willing to make the deal to keep us there without being pushy. Great job.

I saw one of their C250 on the website and contacted them. I experienced the best follow up among so many dealerships. On July 7, 2016, I was back at the dealership to lease the all new E300. I again had another excellent experience from my first pleasant greeting from Rita, the receptionist who is extremely friendly and professional, to my meetings with Sales Specialists Karl Logan and Randy Weber, Sales Manager Chris Ferrell, Pre-Owned Director Charles Kleinschnitz, Business Manager Simon Irinarren and Customer Relations Manager Cheryl Swist. Each of them played a part in making this another excellent process. Replacing a lost Key Fob is a really big deal since the car will do nothing without it. While on travel (and away from my spare key) my key was lost. They not only got me a new keyfob and got it programmed in time for my return home, but also arranged for a pickup of my family and I who were stranded some 40 miles away. Before purchasing my latest Mercedes I had the opportunity to meet John DePalma and Josh McFadden--two extraordinary sales executives. I also had a positive experience with Gus, the dealer's senior contracts manager. Yesterday I spent two quality hours with Zach who visited our home to go over how everything operates on my new car. While there he synched my new car with our garage door and then was nice enough to do it for my wife's Mercedes as well. Everyone at this dealership can never do enough for you. Even though you walk away knowing you've spent a lot of money on a new car, you don't feel bad about that because you know you are driving a quality product and will be backed up by a fantastic service operation for as long as you own your car.

The dealership offers a great selection, a top notch facility and a friendly and courteous staff. From my initial phone call to the dealership, Rita set a great tone of what was to follow. I had a few questions so she put me in contact with Internet Sales Manager Andrea who answered them and convinced me even more that this was this was the place to get my next vehicle. Once I arrived at the dealership, Randy Weber was the Mercedes-Benz Brand Specialist who assisted me. Randy was the complete opposite of the stereotypical "car salesman," as he was sincere, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely interested in helping me find the right Mercedes to fit my needs. He was helpful during and remains the same after the sale. During this no pressure and welcomed process,(can't always say that), I had the pleasure to meet with General Sales Manager Gus, Sales Manager Chris, Pre-Owned Director Charles, Finance Manager Moe, Sales Professional Karl, and Service Manager Adam. Each was helpful, informative and friendly. Lastly, I've been contacted by Customer Relations Manager Sheryl who called the next day and a few weeks later to determine if I was pleased with my new Mercedes and the entire experience to which I could easily reply, yes. Picked up a new E400 cabriolet a couple of weeks ago from Mercedes of Melbourne and the entire process of looking at, test driving, and pricing this vehicle was hassle-free. New salesperson (but experienced) Karl Logan and Sales Mgr. Chris Ferrell were each a pleasure to deal with. There was never any pressure to make a deal, and lots of patience was displayed on their part by answering all of my questions, and test driving the different models I was interested in. This is a first class dealership and I will recommend it to anyone interested in their vehicles.

This was a routine "A" service visit. We purchased the vehicle at the same dealership. We have not had a bad experience yet. This time we were handled by Adam. Very professional without being stuffy. In fact, everyone we have dealt with has been a pleasure to work with. Kristopher Reid is our favorite, but he was evidently enjoying a well deserved day off. This was our third service and all have been uneventful. We asked for and received a loaner. It was a new E350. The only negative comment about the loaner was it had been driven by a smoker at some point. The dealership is very clean. We try to schedule our services for Saturday due to our work schedule. It's very quiet. We would definitely recommend this dealer for both purchase and subsequent servicing needs.

Time for Service A. Quick response for getting in shop to have the service preformed. Shop took care of fixing a ding from a shopping cart. This dealership parks it's brand new $100,000+ cars right up beside a busy railroad tracks, which causes a lot of paint damage to their cars. When confronted with the problem of all of the tiny scratches (the dealer calls it "cob webs"), I was told "No problem, we will buff them out", which only made matters worse. Now I had a car with scratches AND swirl marks all over it. This was a brand new Mercedes that was a day old and certainly did not come from Germany with damaged paint. I took the car back a total of 4 times and each time they would tell me something like "let's try clay barring it". The clay barring and buffing was removing a lot of the factory clear coat, so I took the car to an independent "detailer" who specialized in antique, collector & custom cars. He put on a pair of dentist goggles and looked at the paint and determined that there were little tiny flakes of ferris metal imbedded in the clear coat and that the dealers efforts had only made matters worse by grinding the metal deeper into the paint. After talking to an employee of the dealership who asked to remain anonymous I was told that this was a frequent complaint and that the trains speeding by the dealership at 60 miles per hour throw off a dust ploom of powdered ferris metal shavings. The dealer offered no solution other than "Don't buy a black car next time"? Unbelievable.

Owned several Mercedes over the years, and bought last one (GLK) from MBZ of Melbourne. Have always brought the car here for service and they are tops! Easy to make appointments, work always done on time and the shop is always clean. Service advisors always willing to help. Typically you are assigned to one advisor, but if they are not available anyone can and will help with a smile! They genuinely seem interested in making sure your care is serviced correctly, on time and with no surprises.

If you are the market for a Mercedes or Audi I recommend you take a drive to another dealer. This dealer will tack on all kinds of extras and push them with a hard sell. When you follow up after a purchase with questions they seem to have no answers. The sales manager was very rude, I guess they got their commision and the nicities are over.

What a bad experience when dealing with mercedes staff . I had purchase a new sprinter and had set to ship. In between had the van tinted and lettered. When I was instructed that I would need to apply for personal plate was not a issue. They sent me a week later the plate and because they picked the standard could not read. When I called the sales lead started into a mental meltdown on the phone. Yelling and explaining he was make no commission they don't pay him enough and he went out of his way. I explained he was very unprofessional and to relax before he has a heart attack. Called back asked for Shay the top guy still a year no call back. The van did not know needs the blue additive when filled ran all over driveway, the air went out and the wax inside the panels dripped down the rocker panels. Still trying to sort out also the sliding door arm rusted did not replace just scrubbed with scotchbrite and because the hitch electrical hookup is welded in too close to the receiver you cannot install a locking pin. Called the corporate number and you cannot get nothing more than a nice blowoff. I will be buying the ford next as it is less the fit and finish is better and my experience with customer service is better when they go above polite I'm sorry and acual lay move to correct and justified concerns. To get a true feel of what customer service shoul not be speak to Mark Racano ,he will remember his words and there's always two sides to every story but I emailed all the way through so that there was a clear communication of what was going on. As I have bought peter list ,internationals and many servive vehicles am familiar with the way they are to conduct themselves and perform their service. If their. Commission is not acceptable I don't want to hear it that's a in house issue which the customer has no interest in. Suggest because of that location and that after several calls to GM Shay and corporate not moving to correct best to now go ford that entered this market in a big way,these sprinters also harder to rack ,badly placed hold owns and grips. No covers for floor hooks so when rubber mat floor you have little potholes. I have been limiting the milage so I can trade in next year and build fleet with fords- you only make a mistake like this once- hope it helps someone on the fence

No body act like they wanted to talk to us,so korly was the only one , that ask us do we need help.He was very kind and he took us on a test drive.i will be back and he will be the one i will be looking up. you all need to stop judging peoples you don't know what people got.i had a friend of mind ,came back a few years ago and was going to get a new one and the young saleman keep trying to sell her a use one.and she went down to another dealer and brought a new car. ok God Bless Ms Raynor. p.s you don't half to keep calling me ,when i am ready Korley will know.

Dear Mr. Rowe, This past Sunday around noon, my Audi wagon died on US 1 in Sebastian. Within a few minutes, your service advisor, Roger Gulliver, pulled up to my car. He was passing in the opposite direction, his wife was in the car and he was on his way to meet friends for lunch, but he turned around and came back to help.He called the dealership to arrange for a loaner car and tried to arrange towing.. He offered to wait for AAA to come and tow the car. I insisted that he continue on to lunch. I had a friend with me and was in a safe spot. He called several times from the restaurant for updates and when the tow truck arrived he met me at the dealership My husband and I are good customers, having purchased two Audis from your dealership, but Mr Gulliver did not know that when he turned around. We have always received great service from your dealership but this was above and beyond. Mr Gulliver could have continued on US1 that Sunday afternoon and no one would have been the wiser. He did not. I'm sure you hear plenty when things go wrong. Mr Gulliver made an inconvenient situation easier to handle. I thank him.

i cannot begin to explain my experience with buying a car from this dealership,my sales man clint was wonderful and beyond helpful ,still is 4 month after i have the car ,wants to make sure i'm still happy. this dealership offers a place of comfort while you may need work done on your car ,it doesn't want you to have to waste your time while waiting,eat ,work on a computer or just relax ,get a message and take this hard to call what this time is but i call it me time !!!! they are all so nice from clint to mr mercedes man himself (sorry his name just left my brain ) i was told i am now in this family and they are right .it's my new family in melbourne ..even if i don't need work on my car i'm welcome to the upstairs lounge and all it offers ,so why wouldn't i visit melbourne (btw i live in titusville 45 minutes away ) more often ,truth is i do ! i am looking foward with regret in a way to trading in my beautiful new 2006 clk 320 but i WILL never not but a car but from them .i am a mercedes ownwer FOREVER !!!! I have had my Mercedes E350 in for service to this dealership 3 times in the past 4 months. Every time it comes back with a new problem in which they have some sort of excuse for. The first time it can back with dents in the door and oil on the passenger seat. The second time they didn't make the proper repairs and on top of that the a/c was no longer working correctly and the third time they brought the car back with scratches all over the hood and gouges in the center console. My recommendation - DON'T GO WITHIN 100 MILES OF THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT - THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!

We were in the market for a new Mercedes E350 Cabriolet as a 60th B-day gift for my wife and myself to each other. We shopped the local market (3 dealers within 30 miles) and felt like the dealers were doing us a favor vs. attempting to meet with our needs. The vehicle had to be ordered direct from Germany. They were attempting to encourage us to purchase a vehicle they had on the lot/showroom floor and with NO room for negotiating price. Mercedes of Melbourne (80 miles away) was very receptive and attentive as well as willing to meet a price I had with an out of State dealer. We ordered the car with the equipment we desired. We were willing to wait the 3 months to do business with a dealer who really wanted to and did earn our business. The vehicle arrived with an issue from the factory whereby the emissions had to be re-certified (a soft recall) prior to taking delivery. The dealer offered and provided a free loaner until such time that our new vehicle was 100% and ready to be delivered. They went above and beyond the call of duty and I look forward to a sustainable relationship with them. Just wish they were located closer to home.
