Had a performance decrease and check engine light on our 2019 Sprinter during a cross country trip in late August. Towed from Montana to Spokane. The service team at the Spokane Mercedes are experts in sprinters and helped get us back on the road for the remainder of our trip. They fit us in a very busy schedule and were polite, courteous and extremely helpful. Cannot say enough good things about the service team. Nice work!!

The whole process only took 90 minutes from start to finish. We had a minor issue with the vehicle after the sale, and they fixed it and stood behind their vehicle. A repair to replace the rubber mounting for the control wiring entering the 'under hood' 'area from the front passenger door, that would have required considerable labor expense was modified by heating the mount, re-inserting & gluing the rubber mounting in place.

Wow, great service and attentive associates at this dealership. Being a Bellevue, Washington resident and having used Mercedes Bellevue for years, I'll bring my cars to Mercedes Spokane from now on. I had an issue driving to Spokane and had to tow in our car on Thursday night. We had the car towed and dropped at Mercedes and they had my problem fixed and also completed an A Scheduled service service by 10:30am the next day.

My only negative experienced at the Dealership was it does not have an Idaho tax number and I am an Idaho buyer. When I went to Idaho DMV I was told there were 2 such dealers in the Spokane area and without a number I have to wait as long as 30 days for the title to clear. That necessitates 2 visits to the DMV with substantial wait times plus 2 separate fees. Seems a high end dealer near state line would want to be more accommodating to Idaho buyers.

Car was accurately diagnosed and repaired. No more check engine light! One thing that was a little disappointing is that I wasn't given a diagnostic report. The service advisor let me know there were a few additional issues that should be addressed but after spending $500 on diagnosis and repairs I decided to take of them later. Unfortunately I don't see a list of issues on the paper work and without a diagnostic report I don't know what else they found in the inspection.

I have been completely satisfied with Mercedes-Benz of Spokane since buying my first MB in 2005. Sales representative Frederick Carbonne is THE best person I have every bought a vehicle from and I have bought many over my lifetime. Amber and Tim in the service department are top-notch. You can tell about a business by how long their employees remain and Mercedes must be doing something right to keep such good help. Mercedes makes the best vehicles out there on the market. The workmanship is the best I have ever seen. My C240 has 60,000 miles on it and it still seems like a new car.

I called the Service Department the day before and they were booked with appointments the next day. I was told to bring in my car the next morning early and they would fit me in. Coming from north of Athol, ID, I was there the next morning 10 minutes before the doors open. They opened their doors before 7:30 and fitted me in immediately. Within 2 1/2 hours my car was taken care of. We were very satisfied with their service. Thank you!

Buyer beware Mercedes made a sales deal Saturday. Drove 6 hours for them to pull a bait and switch on Tuesday night. Sales manager said he would make the deal if I would purchase the extended warranty. Very upset and disappointed. Never been treated so poorly. Will never do business with Spokane Mercedes. Sad to see that Mercedes would allow this type of business practice.

I live in the area of this dealer and after my experience with the GM I will not buy from them. He is a hot head and when I was discussing an issue with him he was the farthest from customer service. I was warned about him but I have seen it for myself. The salesperson even appologized for the GMs behaviour. With all options to buy online or quick trip to Seattle or Portland I would not go here. Totally unprofessional.

wish I could give this dealership more than one star. I contacted this dealership on August 7, 2015 regarding a 2002 BMW M5 they received in on trade. At that time there were no pictures, info or mileage on the car. I worked with another sales advisor. I told them I was interested in the vehicle contingent upon more details. I was told I would hear back within 24 hours. On Monday I did not hear back and I called back and spoke with someone named Frederick Carbone. Frederick told me he was the one who took the vehicle in on trade. We talked and I asked if he can send me more photos of the vehicle. He advised that the vehicle was at an independent shop waiting on repairs but advised I would have first rights of buying the car once it is back as they cannot sell a car or accept a deposit if the car is no in their possession. Within that same day I called around looking for a reputable shop to perform a PPI on the car and actually found the shop where the car was at. Spoke with the owner of the shop regarding the car and he advised me his thoughts on it.I stayed in touch with Frederick and the owner of the shop gave me updates here and there. I advised Frederick that I wanted to do the deal prior to Wednesday of that week as I am leaving to Monterey for Monterey Car Week and he said that the car needed to be back. When I spoke to Frederick on Thursday and was told the car was sold by another representative. Frederick gave me a few very rude remarks and when I asked to speak to a manager he told me that the "Manager does not have time to speak with you and your concerns and hung up."I called back and spoke with Justin Robidoux the general manager of this dealership. Justin was actually quite helpful. He documented what happened and actually gave me a call back the next day regarding the situation. Overall if you do need to deal with this dealer do yourself a favor and pick another representative other than Frederick.

I waited for the service to be done. The service was completed in a hour and a half. The entire Mercedes-Benz staff was extremely friendly and helpful while I waited for my car to be serviced. The work was excellent but the thing I appreciated most was the pride and care the Service staff exhibited while working on my car and readying the car for pickup. Bought a new gl 550 from Steve in sales and Blake the manager of the shop. I could not be more pleased with the professional service and willing to understand my situation. They were willing to work within my budget and timeframe which was outstanding. I did not feel that I was being "taken" or given a bad deal. They both were respectful of very hard earned money and worked out a fair deal . My recommendation would be to venture out of the bellevue/ Lynwood dealerships and give these guys a call. Go stay at the Davenport for a night and pick up a great deal on a new mercedes . You defiantly will feel that you got an honest and transparent deal with these guys!!

We dropped off both my daughters E320 for a front end alignment and my E350 to have some warranty work done on a Saturday. We had full intentions of waiting for the E320, but to my surprise, Tim took the liberty of arranging a loaner vehicle for me to use. Made my day. You drove 100 milesTo get here we will get it done ! This is the second time we've used Devan Baskerville to purchase a new Mercedes-Benz from Mercedes-Benz of Spokane. Please bear in mind that we live in Montana and travel 235 miles each way because Devan is so much more customer oriented than the salespeople at our local dealership. Devan is very knowledgable about the operating systems, especially the sometimes complex electronic aystems, on all models we looked at. He also continues to take our calls and will patiently, without making us feel technologically challenged, walk us through things like pairing Bluetooth phones and programming and resetting our navigation system when we navigate our poor GPS to a point where we feel totally lost and can't "unstick" it. He also has helped us understand the ins and outs of mechanical questions we pose to him over the phone.Also, we have been extremely pleased with the dealership's referrals for aftermarket accessories like the Clear Bra. The attention to detail and workmanship has been exceptional.The dealership is to be commended for its excellent service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I have wanted a Mini Cooper for many many years! Kim has made the purchase and delivery of our mini an incredible memory. The car was in Portland and we had a lot of questions about it as we were purchasing it sight unseen. She had them all answered for us. Per my my husbands request she arranged to have the car delivered to our home so that I would be SURPRISED upon our arrival back from a vacation. She worked an acceptable trade for our prior car which was also purchased at her dealership. We will be telling anyone that will listen what a fabulous this experience has been.

Mr. Brekke was a pleasure to work with and did not pressure us during the decision process. The price given for a trade-in was fair and the price quoted for a new vehicle was competitive. Keep in mind this dealership is NOT in Spokane, it's in Liberty Lake which is 15 miles away. I made a Saturday appointment to get my snow tires changed....maybe a half hour job. First, Tim tried to tell me I had made a mistake and my appointment was really on Friday. He did this because he had forgotten to schedule my appointment. I was on time for the Saturday appointment I had actually made, which was 8:30 AM. I ended up waiting until 3PM! I was told they do this to everyone, but I know differently. I have my friend's husband (who is well known to them, and a man besides) take my car out now, and they don't jerk his chain at all! I've been to Mercedes dealerships in four states, and this is the worst! Mercedes should be ashamed to be associated with this dealership.

This is the third time I have had my ML serviced at this dealership. Each time I have been treated respectfully and honestly. They performed the scheduled maintenance and also took care of some warranty issues on time as promised. I purchase a new GL 550 from this dealership in April 2011. My sales person David Barton agreed not only in writing but also verbally that my title would be overnighted directly to me within 7 days. This did not happen. I am now over 90 days out and still have not received a title on my vehicle. Mr. Barton was a repesentative of their business and his promises that were made both verbally and in writing are legal and binding contracts. This dealership has failed to recognize this. They have ignored my repeated request for them to honor what they contractually owe me. I have even offered to send the vehicle back but they must pay for shipping. They do not want to resolve this matter. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!

We purchased a New GL550 from this business. Here we are over 2 months later and we can't even tag ,reg our truck. Our sales person put in writing that we would have our title within 5 days of us sending the bank wire that we would have our title fedexed to our address. We needed it for our state compliance and now will have to pay a ridiculious sum of $$ to even reg our SUV. I have paid atty fees and am still without title. We paid on 4/22/11 and today is 6/25/11 still no title. The GM (CHIP MILLER) HAS REFUSED to overnight our title. There is no lienholder on our SUV.. Hopefully everyone will steer clear of this Dealership.We are now in communications with filing a complaint with their STATE Attorney General to see if we can ever get our title. So no matter what our sales person (Blake Becker ) gave us in writing and also verbally told us we are still without title....

I made an appointment to have my car serviced. I arrived on time and we agreed as to what should be done. Told them I was going to lunch and would be back in 1.5 hours. I came back 2 hours later and they had not even started working on the car because a drive up person came in and was going to wait. I had to drive over 90 miles each way and they wasted a total of 5 hours of my time. NO way to treat a customer. They suck. I later found out that the place is not locally owned and the owner is in Medford, OR of all places. I left him 2 messages and no response. They are all talk and no walk. Avoid them at all costs.
