Alan was patient and helpful as I began my journey with MB of SCS. Even though I wasn't initially ready to purchase/lease a car the first time I went to the dealership, Alan spent a lot of time with me talking through my different options and cars that would fit my needs. He was very responsive throughout the process before and after I ordered my car and took delivery of it, answering questions and walking me through the process. Mike, the product concierge was also very helpful when I arrived to pick up my car. He spent over a half hour walking me through all the options my car came with and instructing me how to use them, as well as customizing some options on the car for me, like the keyless entry.

I placed my car in the care of St clair shores dealership only for them to BLOW my Intake manifold (worth $1400) & have no claim on excepting the blame. I also paid for a diagnosis & new key only to be re diagnosed at another Mercedes dealership & did not EVEN NEED Part NOR key that they diagnosed me with! When I called into talk to Idris S. he was no help what so ever nor did he try to get to the bottom of the problem or provide any customer service in trying to pin point this Major issue!

Being new to the area, MBoSCS was my closest dealership. After two visits to have a repair remedied, I got my R Class back with filthy seats from accessing the battery, after two visits, the problem I experienced was actually worse following their shoddy workmanship. The radio was blaring music from some unknown station when I started the car. Idiots! Sales and Service people scamper away when you arrive. A woman in line in front of me spoke of waiting 20 minutes for a Service Advisor to appear..................I now drive considerably farther, to Bloomfield Hills Benz. Bloomfield Hills is excellent in all regards. I wouldn't have MBoSCS clean my windshield in the future. Stay away!

I contacted this dealer about a car they had listed on Cars.com. It took 4 or 5 days for them to respond and when they did, as it turns out, they did not have the car that had been listed. The dealer said they would get back to me with other cars but never did. As a result of this I did not do business with them.

my sprinter Van was dropped of for check engine light they ended up hitting it after I dropped it off in the back the made a dent and damaged the brake light they replaced the light and left the dent and the scratch they just used some paint didn't math the Van has Been there almost two weeks and it's still not finished every day they say it's gone be ready tomorrow nothing yet.

From start to finish, purchasing my car from Mercedes Benz (St. Clair Shores) was a very exciting and professional experience. Upon arrival of picking up my car, I was greeted with 1 dozen of red roses, my car was covered in a red velvet draping for the "BIG Reveal", all while on a red carpet. The staff and my sales associate "Dewey Sims" were all very friendly. Dewey took the time to demonstrate how to operate all of the electronic devices, gave me a tour of the facility, explained how to manage my finance account, payment options, etc. He even took the time to preset my favorite radio channels!! I have had my Mercedes in for service twice in the last year and both times customer service has been poor. I previously owned a Jaguar and had sevice with a smile and very good service follow up. My representative would call me with updates: 1. What repairs were needed 2. When it the car would be ready. My car was brought in to the Mecedes dealership at 8 Am and I had to call for an update at 5:45 because I had not heard from them. I talked to the sevice manager who apologized and said they were very busy. He could not give me any update on the car but he did know it was looked at and I would not be getting it back that evening. The same thing happened the first time I had taken the car in for maintenence. I think this is poor customer service follow up and I am ready to go back to Jaguar.

Dewey was able to get us the exact car we wanted with more features at the lowest price. Bought an SL550 from Mercedes Benz of St Clair Shores having seen it advertised on Auto Trader. Since I was out of state and was not going to be able to view the car before purchase I was nervous. Started of with looking for a new vehicle for my father and decided to check out the inventory at the Saint Clair Shores Mercedes Benz used car dealership after dealing with multiple dealers within our city of Farmington Hills. Met a sharp salesman with the name of Dan Mickhail which really helped us norrow down what we had in mind and for the right price we were seeking. I recomend this salesman to anyone who is looking for a used vehicle. My dad picked out the 2010 S500 that same day and we were so pleased with the experience I ended up trading in my car for the right price to get a used 2009 C300 as well. Its been over 4 months now and we could'nt be happier with our selections. Came to look at the GLK and left with a lease in motion. Dewey took the time to explain the features and benefits of not only this model but of the entire experience. Having been a former MB owner I was never treated with such sincerity and warmth. However when I took delivery of the vehicle the satellite radio wasn't working and thought it was just a bad area -- no sound but showed a connection. I took the car back the very next day after taking delivery and now in a loaner vehicle. How disappointing! Why? The car was driven here from Toledo and you can't tell me if the car was prepped right that no one caught the fact the radio would cut out on acceleration and produce static on the AM/FM stations along with the satellite radio not working. If I wasn't so accommodating I wouldn't have taken delivery until it was prepped right! Disappointed on what I thought was a fabulous experience. I left a Cadillac dealership with service cutting corners I hope I don't have this experience again!

I chose this dealership for multiple reasons. The main one being the persistence given by my salesperson Dan McHail. He made follow up calls for months on in trying to find me the car of my dreams and he delivered. It took about a year in the making before finding the perfect car. He was patient and understanding of my needs and delivered all the way. I had three requests for my vehicle. It needed to be white, have beige interior and wood grain on the steering wheel. He called me on march 20th 2013 to tell me he got a lease turn in with those specifications. I called my credit union and the rest is history. The friendliness, cleanliness and overall experience at benz of st clair shores was amazing. I would definitely recomend this dealership and Dan to anyone looking for a new or used car. He is the man!!

Dewey Sims of mercedes benz st clair shore mi was my mother's salesman, she was so impressed with him that I decided to give him a call. Mr Sims was every thing my mother said. Very friendly, professional, and ploite. He promised to give me a return call after I gave him my requirements which he did promptly. He was honest about what I could get for a trade in and thought that selling the car myself would give me more money. I purchased my last two Mercedes from a different local dealership, however, I never knew I had certain features on my car until Dewey took the time to explain all of the various different features I had in my old vehicle and still have. Dewey took the time to point out the differences between my 2011 Mercedes and my new 2012 vehicle. I am totally satisfied with the level of customer service I received and will recommend Mercedes Benz of Saint Clair Shores to all of my friends and family members who express an interest in purchasing a Mercedes. Dewey also offered to pick my car up for the maintenances if I could not bring it in myself. Now where else could I ever get that level of excellent customer service! I will ONLY purchase my future Mercedes at the St. Clair Shores dealership and would not dream of ever going any place else.

We were extremely happy with the service of this dealer and Dan with whom we were negotiating the deal. He provided us with excellent quality of work from the beginning until the finalizing the deal and getting the car. We received all the information and help we needed. We were looking to buy a car and surprise our daughter for her birthday. Dan made our dream come true. When we arrived, we came from IL, and our daughter did not suspect anything, the car was hidden. Dan took us to the car, it was beautifully decorated with balloons, flowers and a sign with a personalized Happy Birthday greeting. We were pleasantly surprised, it was awesome. I have a great experience with Dewey and this dealership. I was shopping for a Benz for the first time and went to the Bloomfield Hills dealership first. After some questionable firgures that couldn't be explained I contacted the St. Clair Shores dealership and spoke with Dewey. He was very friendly, knowlegeable and easy to talk to. He saved me a ton of money compared to the "other place" for the same car. So I am a happy owner of a new E350. I would highly recommend this dealership. Everyone is so accomodating and helpful.

I had a company car for many years and wanted a reliable vehicle. I was unsure and hesitant about buying any vehicle and I had a lot of questions and reservations. Since my previous cars have all been company cars, I didnt know what I really wanted to buy. However, I shopped around at several Mercedes dealerships {Bloomfield Hills, Rochester Hills, & St. Clair Shores}. By far, Mercedes Benz of St. Clair Shores was hands down, the best Mercedes dealership out of the three. They are courteous, knowledgeable, & patient when it comes to customers like me. They made me feel comfortable buying a pre-owned certified Mercedes and they put my mind at ease during the entire sales process. The entire used car staff was helpful and not pushy. After a lengthy search for a Mercedez-Benz Convertible I found only one in Michigan. I called on New Years eve and Dan called me back that very evening with all the details I requested. Having purchased a MB at another dealer in the past I was not certain I wished to travel to St. Clair Shores but pleased that I did. I received great information, they did extra work on the car to provide us with a beautiful MB Convertible. My husband is very much a detail man and every question asked was researched and answered. Well, I got a good vehicle at a good price. Dan explained to me about the salvaged title, that it was due to the water damage that the previous owner wanted to total the vehicle. Stated that the whole car had been rewired. So I knew what, if anything was wrong with the car before I bought it. It had the enginge and airbag service lights on. Dan had service work on the engine light and got down to the problem with the vehicle and resolved it. Stated that the airbag problem would be a few days because they needed to get the part. I took it down to get services a week later. Placed me in a 2009 M-B C350 as a dealer rental. Very nice doing business with this salesman and dealership. And everyone seems happy to do business with me. I definitely would recommend this dealer to others.

I went on a spree the last couple of days calling and visiting many dealerships around Detroit for Audi, BMW, GMC, Chevy, Cadillac, Lincoln, and Volvo. The MB dealership was sort of a last ditch stop to just see what they had. I was not really considering a Benz. Let me just say that my visit to this dealership was super positive. Bernard Shackleford was my sales associate, and he took care of me from the minute I walked in the door. He gave me the complete low-down on the vehicles that were in my price range, and took me for a test drive. His demeanor was nothing but professional and he was one of the friendliest people I've ever met. Not only that, but he ended up getting me a very, very good deal on a ML350 -- a car that I had not considered before. He also hooked me up with some extras, and took care of all the paperwork in record time. Long story short, I drove my new car home that day, and it has been rare that I have had such a great experience at a car dealership. I highly recommend this dealer and Bernard in particular. I'll definitely be back, and will recommend this dealer to all my friends / family.

dealership is so unprofessional it is insane, the manager, lou, has no idea what he is doing and how to talk to people, and steve knows nothing about the cars or the financing- he had to ask his associate how to do everything. I would rather drive a ford than buy from this dealership
