Professional, pleasant staff. I told them I didn't want to negotiate over: asking price, trade in value, nitrogen in the tires, staff trips to the the DMV, admin fees, cost of the bottle of water drank... I said "let's just discuss a single price that I pay for driving out of the dealership with the car with a three year warranty." And that is what they did. During the negotiation there were a I few standard feints by them explaining how "remarkable" the new car was and some somewhat disparaging comments about my trade in -- but otherwise a good discussion. We quickly reached a reasonable range. And when I mentioned my willingness drive up to Phoenix to check out their competitors inventory, they made the final adjustment to the price and I happily signed a check.I was pleased with the price, pleased with the car and pleased with the entire process.

AC unit in my 240 stopped working on Saturday, called Rich Van Sickle on Monday dropped the vehicle off on Wednesday. Rich kept me advised of status and the repairs were completed ahead of schedule and below the estimate. I have no complaints and will continue to bring the car to MB of Tucson for repairs and maintenance.

Mark Schofield is a fantastic service advisor and went way above and beyond in helping me out. It was late in the day and I got a call from my wife about a flat tire. I called Mark to get advice and guidance for roadside assistance. Since I did not have a spare, they recommended I actually take it to the dealer. I called back and talked to Mark and he agreed to wait for me so he could take a look. He not only waited himself, but also asked a technician to stay around in case he had a replacement tire available. Unfortunately he did not, but then he went the extra step and got me set up with a loaner car to last through the night and next day. Mark showed excellent customer service by simply helping me out with repairing a flat tire. He then went WAY above and beyond by taking care of every single issue this whole ordeal caused. To top it off, this was my first time in for any service at all! Mark took perfect care of me the whole time, just like I was an old friend. He had me back up and running within the time frame he estimated. You cannot go wrong by asking Mark to take care of you and I cannot thank him enough!!

I am a long standing customer of Mercedes-Benz of Tucson with 2 Mercedes in my garage... I needed a quick service immediately following a long holiday road trip and took it in without a call or an appointment. My normal Service POC, Steve Shumaker was on vacation so I was a bit concerned that I might not get the great customer service I usually get. Allen Pollack (Sales) and Mark Schofield (Service) really took care of me! In fact I was so impressed with the way I was treated that I'm going back this afternoon to look a another new car. This is the way customer service is supposed to be!!! FIVE STARS OVERALL!!!

Brought my vehicle in for repairs on 11Nov15 (Veterans Day). Awesome service by Mr Shumaker and VanSickle, and couldn't ask any more. They went up and beyond what I expected and did a great job of getting my vehicle repaired and returned to me in an expedited matter. Mr. Shumaker was who I first talked to problems with my vehicle and Mr VanSickle is the one I picked my vehicle up from. The travel to this dealership to purchase our new vehicle was well worth the trip. We were pleasantly satisfied with each employee we encountered. The dealership exceeded our expectations of buying a new car. Jesse was very informative and patient; he even answered my questions when he was not at work. He mentioned, "welcome to the family" when we purchased the car; I definitely felt the kinship. Greg was very pleasant and hospitable. I had my E500 in for an oil change and ended up needing a gas tank, for most that would sound like a bad day but not really. The warranty was extended to 15 years so it's covered and they have me in a loaner at no cost. Having had the car for 9 years I am always amazed at the quality of service I have received nationwide. I just relocated to Tucson, they don't know me there however, they have treated me as a valued guest and gone above and beyond. The gas tank took 6 weeks to receive from Germany and I was updated regularly on the progress and provided the loaner the entire time. When I got my car back there was a minor issue with the ashtray door sticking, not sure how it even happened, they repaired it no charge and without making me feel uncomfortable for having brought it to their attention.I am a loyal Mercedes fan not only because of the quality of the product they provide but also because of the culture of customer service that they have created. This holds true here in Tucson with Rich, Jill, James and the many others I have had contact with at the dealership, they strive to exceed rather than meet a customer's needs, Thank you!

I am amazed the difference between customer treatment at different MB dealerships. You can throw all the lattes and Danishes at me you want but as a MB owner, I assumed the first priority would be excellent customer attention -not so. However, Rich Van Sickle at MB of Tucson provided just that kind of personal attention. Rich returned all my calls promptly and made sure that all my technical questions were answered. His follow-up is great-something we always hope is compatible with the high-end product we're bringing in for service. The customer service at MB-Tucson was one of the best I have experienced. Max, who worked with me is an amazing guy. Helped me get all the information I needed and arranged to experience the car before I decided. The experience was different from normal stores in the sense the people at MB-Tucson were there to help me get what I want instead of getting the sale. Max and Greg helped me get what I want and gave good advice too. Greg Hart (finance) was so kind in tailoring our financing to exactly what we needed/wanted. Lastly, our concierge, Kristin Jones was awesome in showing us how to enjoy every thing our SUV offers - which is jaw dropping. I have never felt welcome in an auto dealership before but this team really did make us feel like we had just joined a very nice club (which I guess we have). These people are passionate about cars and are die-hard Maercedes-Benz affectionados. I love my GLK350 and actually look forward to going back there for maintenance!

I just moved to Tucson from NY, where there were 6 dealers within 25 miles of my house (Mercedes of Tucson is about 35 miles from my new home in Saddlebrooke). Since they don't have local competition I was a bit worried about what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised. They were competitive and my salesperson Natasha was knowledgeable. She was not only well informed about the vehicle we wanted but the history of Mercedes Benz. The equipment we wanted on the GLK was hard to find (my NY dealers weren't able to) but she did and ordered it for us based on phone calls from NY before she met me or got a deposit. The rest of the staff was also very helpful. Kristen who delivered the car spent over an hour going over the fine points of the the vehicle and Greg Hart was a pleasure to work with, which I don't usually say about the finance guy. We love Mercedes automobiles and hope this will be the beginning of a long term relate ship.

Something special happened this past Monday. I own a 2007 RED Mercedes SL-550. My dream car. I named her Ruby Red and I really take care of her. Last week I realized that my retractable hard top would not retract. "Ruby Red" couldn't "let her hair down". I called Chapman Mercedes on Saturday and they promptly scheduled me in for service first thing Monday morning. I arrived and the car was in a service bay before I could brew my coffee. I noticed through the observation windows into the shop that the tech working on the car was the same one who worked on my service the previous week. In a short time, the auto top was working, the car was washed and ready to go. I took the time to introduce myself to the tech and thank him for who he was. 30 minutes later, at a local Starbucks, I decided to "let Ruby Red's" hair down and the retractable top stopped and jammed half-way down. No up, no down. I quickly called my Service Advisor and he quickly got Aaron on the phone. Aaron asked several questions of me and Evan dispatched Aaron to the rescue. 40 minutes later, Ruby Red was on her way home ... fixed good as new. What was special was Aaron and how he handled the delicate situation. I am retired from management with a major airline. If Aaron was not so happy with his job and highly skilled in his trade, I would have persuaded him to shift careers ON THE SPOT. I hope Chapman realizes what a total positive asset that they have hidden in their "back room". This man is worth his weight in gold to your organization. Thank you Aaron. I salute you. You turned a sour situation into an absolutely positive experience. "Way to go, young man!"

Always pleasant, professional, and ready to assist, Natasha makes it easy to decide where I will buy my next Mercedes and to whom I will recommend friends and acquaintances by their vehicle from. Steve has been a service champion for both my Mercedes vehicles over the past year and a primary reason why I now believe the extended vehicle and wheel/tire warranties are a much better investment than I originally thought. Everything written suggests that they aren't a good value, but I disagree wholeheartedly. Each time I bring my vehicle in for service, Steve assesses, documents, and then makes sure all my vehicles needs are addressed before I drive off the premises.

I purchased a used S500 from MB of Tucson in November 2014. It carried a warranty but I was a little worried as I live outside of Denver and was not sure how a dealer warranty would be handled out of state should something go wrong. well, I soon found out as the car suffered an air conditioner failure on the trip back to Denver. I contacted MB of Tucson and they said to take it to the local dealer and they would take care of the charges. I did and they did but beyond that, the dealer in Westminster Colorado did not fix the entire problem but MB of Tucson again stepped up and took care of it by reimbursing me for the final repair carried out by an independent shop here in the Denver area. I would be happy to purchase another car from this dealer and would highly recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a new or used quality car.

I contacted MB of Tucson and they said to take it to the local dealer and they would take care of the charges. I did and they did but beyond that, the dealer in Westminster Colorado did not fix the entire problem but MB of Tucson again stepped up and took care of it by reimbursing me for the final repair carried out by an independent shop here in the Denver area. I would be happy to purchase another car from this dealer and would highly recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a new or used quality car.

I bought my CPO 2012 C250 at a dealer in Texas. I needed services done on my car, so I took it to Mercedes of Tucson. I live in sierra vista, and I needed a loaner. I call on a Monday, and told me to bring it up the next day. With my old BMW it took a week to get an appointment, and they would not give me a loaner since I did not buy new form them. I brought it up the next day, and they were out of service loaners, but they had a Dodge Challenger from enterprise waiting for me at no cost. I had that for 3 days, and I got a call form them that they had a loner to put me in now. So even if they are out of loaners they put me in a car at their cost. Mark my service adviser was great, and about 6 days later I had 3 things or warantee and my Service B done. The only reason it took so long was the fact that the parts were coming in from the east cost and it was shut down due to a blizzard on the entire eastern seaboard.Not only that but they DETAILED AND WAXED my car for only $75, that is unheard of.

After tolling 118,000 miles on her 2005 E-320, my wife decided to spring or a new 2015 C Class. Her salesman, Tom Chance, was extremely helpful, very professional, and went above and beyond to secure the right vehicle for her. He personally came to the house to set the garage door opener and has followed up by telephone to see how she is taking to the new car and if any additional "tutorial" is needed or wanted. I found them on Tues. and by Thurs. I still couldn't get answers. So that's your first HINT!They have a 2013 Mini Cooper Countryman that fit most of all my needs. I spoke with Max at Noon and still couldn't get answers by Thurs. Gave 1 Star because u have to give something!!Its a long story but the short of it is that I live in FL and they are in AZ. And yes I was hesitant about purchasing a car across the US but the reviews say they are 4 1/2 Stars. So I did research and was told by Max that they also have a MINI dealership, so I felt much better. They also told me that the owner was on the board of Mercedez Benz for the USA 1 of only 8!As of 36 hrs later I still couldn't get answer to my questions. Todd the manager heard me on the speaker phone upset so called me and all he wanted to do was "MOVE ON" Major thing was they wouldn't give me a price out the door then when they did they added taxes. But out of state delivery/sale has NO taxes. When I called him on it he said he said they would absorb it I said he wanted to BS me not absorb as we contacted the state and city of Tuson AZ and they said we are exempt even gave us a number to call if there was issues. Watch out of state delivery for 2% City TaxAsked me to give him 45 minutes and he would call me back ----Never Happened

This dealership used to be one of the best anywhere. Over the past year, the service department has become one of the worst. It isn't enough that they don't "have time" to help anyone, but some of the new service advisors are very untrustworthy. They tack on needless repairs that cost too much. It may be a reflection of the times, but this is ridiculous. They have turned a respected brand into a nightmare by providing awful service.I will think twice before buying a Mercedes Benz, only because I live in Tucson. They are the only dealer in the city, and the service is beyond reproach.

Recently my husband contacted a sales person by the name of tom chance to make a trade from a 2014 glk to a 2015 glk with a set price to trade tom told my husband he had to be there before closing that day or there was no deal (we live in phx) it was 4:30 and he told my husband to be there by 6:00 so my husband dropped everything to make the 100 and some odd mile drive down to Tucson during the corse of paper work the price was upped by $2000 which was probably planned all along due to the fact that there was no obvious reason as to why the price was $2000 more and also because during the drive my husband spoke over the phone 3 different time to tom and the price did not change so my husband made the 2 hr drive for tom to laugh in his face when he questioned the reason for raising the price I am convinced it was done as a cruel joke and I would advice anyone going to buy a mercedes to go to a diffrent dealership or ask for a diffrent salesperson TOM CHANCE defiantly gives car sales people a very bad name he is untrustworthy and a liar I can't express to people reading this review enough my husband drove 120miles for tom and his friend to have a laugh at his expense I'll never forgive or forget this affront

Tom realized I made a mistake in leasing a new C250 - For 10 years I drove a ML350 SUV and was not use to a sedan. I tried driving and adjusting the seat to no avail. I told Tom of my problem and Management went so far to put seat covers. I loved the GLK SUV and Tom and personnel allowed me to trade in the C250 and found a lovely GLK350. Greg Ash handled all the financial end and Tom made me a very happy Mercedes owner. After 35 years owning a Mercedes I knew they would help me. The Tucson facility is beautiful, and the service is excellent. It is like visiting family. They even have soft drinks, pastries, and very lovely personnel. Thank you Tom. You are my hero.

We are single owners of a 1984 Mercedes 300 SD purchased new. Gets 32 mpg city/highway even though it weighs like a tank. Chapman Motors does all servicing after moving to Arizona owing to management of Chapman Motors and most importantly service advisor Ev Stark and chief master mechanic Ken Tolzman !!!! On a scale of 1-10 they are a 12 UNTOUCHABLE !!! We had the steering lock froze in Green Valley recently. Called Mercedes for Life free towing, they picked up the car, brought to Chapman on Grant after hours. Next morning Ev called and discuss procedures to repair. They expedited repairs, serviced car, found diesel leak and repaired and advised tires checking badly because of age and leaking fuel damaged right motor mount. Tires are ordered and will schedule motor mount replacement. Drive car to N.C. annually after Ken checks it out. Ken, Ev and car have never failed us. Such service and personnel spells MERCEDES (the best). This car will easily go another 30 years. It is truly a lifetime car purchased new in 1984 and will be a lifetime car for our children. Thank you for the privilege of providing this review !!!!

Scott Perkins has been the service manager in Tucson since about the time I moved from Salt Lake City to Tucson. He manages a superior department. The service group at Ken Garff, Salt Lake City Mercedes Benz, had frequent management turnover, poor leadership, and the technicians, that serviced my Benz for about 10 years, did not respect their supervision/leadership.This group is top notch. Ken Tolzman has looked after my S500 for 8 years and has been excellent in every respect.

Steve Schmacher is a new advisor for me, if he is as thorough and follows through asl my previous advisor (Jason Cowdry) did I will be satisfied. Over all very statisfied with MB of Tucson!Only issue with Mercedes Benz dealer service is cost is certainly not on the low or average side - one pet peever - everytime you want to update your Navigation data base the ONLY OPTION is to purchase a new CD for $250.00 which is of no value once you install it - absurd when Mercedes could easily contract to have it done for much less and/or sell an update when in for service at a much lesser amount - also, I purchased one last year and it did not even have MB of Tucson new location on it - NOR did a brand new courtesy loaner I used yesterday - still has the old address - you would think Mercedes could do better.

Jason Cowdry is the first Service Advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Tucson that I have found to be professional and communicative. As well, the Service Technician, Franco Macias, who has serviced my car on previous visits, has always been attentive, professional, and communicative. After previous service experiences at MB Tucson, the lack of good communication between Service Advisors and me, the return visits and errors on quotes, I'd decided it would be better for me to drive to Chandler for MB Service, where I was acquainted with the manager. Distance was a deterring factor, and so I decided to give MB of Tucson one more chance. This time I selected my own Service advisor, rather than be assigned one as in the past. I request Jason Cowdry as advisor, and then asked him if either Franco Macias or Mark Holz were available for servicing my car. It was the best service experience ever, and that included my Mercedes being washed and delivered to the front driveway as beautiful as new. I drove off happy and pleased that I had given MB of Tucson another chance.

It is a pleasure visiting the dealership.My only constructive comment might be that when a customer brings in his or her Mercedes for service and you have a courtesy car of equal or better class and you are interested in the customer thinking about buying new or upgrading, you might give them a courtesy car that would entice them to step up. Just a thought.

An unexpected blowout required immediate service. The Mercedes Service Department was there when I arrived unannounced. They understood the problem. Determined that two tires needed to be changed. They found the tires in 24 hours (my tires are a unique size). The tires were ordered after obtaining my approval. They were mounted, balanced and the car was ready a few days later. They provided me a loaner care throughout the repair period. The service representative, Steve, and each employee encountered were pleasant, friendly and helpful. I don't think I could have had a better service experience, anywhere!

I purchased a used SLK350 in October 2011 from Marc Narosny. During the negotiation, he agreed to have the service department go through the car and tighten up any rattles, however once the deal was done, the Service Manager decided it was not necessary and would not be done since I was purchasing an "Internet Special" and they were not making enough money on it. The dealership also, unknown to me, only decided to give me a 6 month registration on the vehicle, instead of the standard and customary one year. When Mr. DeCook, the Sales Manager, heard of my experience, he apologized profusely and offered a complementary top notch detail job next time I brought the car in. Well, I just got back from bringing it in for service. I reminded about and requested the promised detail job when I made the appointment and again to my service adviser, Tina Griffith, when I brought it. Well, when I got it back, they had simply washed the outside. When I asked Ms. Griffith about it, she said she forgot to tell them to do the detail job. My only offered option was to simply wait another hour and have them do it then.Very disappointing for a high end, supposedly customer service oriented dealership. Love the car, extremely disappointed in the dealer.

purchased a CPO vehicle with brand new tires on it, put on by the dealership before it was purchased by me. had a flat yesterday, but no warranty on the tire.it was my understanding that the manufacture of the tire, in this case, the continental tire should have provided warranty. just because it was cut on the shoulder, telling me that it has to be replaced at close to $450 was not very pleasant. FYI, i had the vehicle for only 17 days.in addtion, a local tire store could have done the job at less than $300.although the service is to die for, but i thought this was a little bit out of line since the owning of the vehicle was less than 30 days.please send me an reply...i appreciate your time.

I had taken my car to be serviced in Los Angeles on Monday, February 27, 2012 (they resealed the oil gasket as there was a small oil leak). The next day I was driving from Los Angeles, California to El Paso, Texas on my way to my uncles funeral and during my drive the oil level light had come on. I called back to Los Angeles and explained to them what had occurred at which point they explained that everything was ok, that I should stop by a Mercedes Dealership and explain to them what work they had done and that it was probably the Oil Level Sensor that need to be replaced of the electrical wire need to be checked. Since I was on the road had idea where the closest Mercedes Benz dealership was, they gave me the name of the closest Mercedes Benz dealership which was Mercedes Benz of Tucson as well as the address. I arrived at Mercedes Benz of Tucson and pulled up to the service department area and waited as every other Mercedes Benz dealership I have been to the service team would come out and meet you. No one came out so I proceeded inside to speak to someone. I stopped a gentleman that was walking by and explaind to him that I needed my car serviced at which he directed me to a desk where Mrs. Tanya Griffith, service advisor was sitting. I explained to her what had occurred and explained to her what had been explained to me about the oil level sensor. She stated that they could look at my car at which point I gave her my infomation, she went outside got the mileage information. She showed me the waiting area and said she would let technician know the information that I had explained in reference to the oil level sensor. About an hour later she came back and stated the technician said it was a leak in the cam and that it was not the sensor. I explained to her that whatever needed to be done I wanted to make sure it was taken care of since I still have a six hour drive and I did not want anymore lights coming on. She stated it would be taken care of. Once my car was ready I paid and upon my walking out with Mrs. Griffith I stated everything is taken care of and no oil level light will be coming on and she stated yes. With that I set forth on my journey and everything was going great about an hour out of Tucson, the oil level light came on again. I immediately called Mrs. Griffith back and told her what had happened, she said let me talk to the technician and I will call you back. I continued driving she called me back about 30 minutes later and explained that she had talked to the techinician and he stated that it probably the oil level sensor of which I was very upset. I explained to Mrs. Griffith that what she just told me is exactly what I first told her when I had arrived and that she and the technician said no it was something else. I explained that I was driving and now I have this light on again, which is exactly what I had stopped by Mercedes Benz of Tucson. She knew I was upset and apologized saying that at this point she was sorry that she failed me and that she was going to speak to the Service Manager Scott. By this time I was in Lordsburg, NM, I recieved a call back from Mrs. Griffith at which point she asked if I would like to speak to the Service Manager at which point I spoke to Scott. Being in management myself I got the usual we care but then he goes into this tangen about how the technician went by process of elimination. I explained to Scott that I had specifically told Tanya Griffith upon my arrival what the techinician in California had explained about the oil level sensor that was disregarded instead I was told it was something else and here we were with the same problem. He then started trying to say something about the work I had done in California at which point I explaind to Scott, regardless of what had or had not been done, my oil level light came on, I stopped at Mercedes Benz of Tucson to have that taken care of, I was assured it had been taken care of and obviously it had not since it was on again. He asked when I could go back to Tucson from El Paso, Texas. He said he would get this taken care of and explained what needed to be done. Which is the OIL LEVEL sensor. He stated he would get this taken care of then I get a price quote for $320.00 additional dollars to get this taken care of on top of driving 6 hours. This is ridiculous, being a Manager myself in a service industry never in a million years would I allow anyone of my staff members to provide the level of customer service that I recieved from Mercedes Benz of Tucson, I am going to do everything in my power to make sure that people are aware of the incompetence and lack of customer service I recieved at Mercedes Benz of Tucson. You all should be ashamed!!!!

Our experience with MB of Tucson has been nothing but outstanding. We recently purchased an SLK 300. Our sales consultant was John Scott. We had been looking for a new car and were considering Volvo, BMW & Mercedes. I had been to several dealerships in Tucson & scheduled a full day with my wife for car looking. I was interested in looking at a beautiful SLK 300 I had found on line at the dealership Web site but did not really think it was in our price range. John called me back promptly and we scheduled an appointment late that afternoon. We looked & drove a number of different cars that day with this SLK being the last. John was great , easy to talk to , knowledgeable & gave us any information we wanted without being intrusive or pushy. As he said later after the deal " I think the car sells itself ". My wife drove it & fell in love with it as did I. Her last words before she had to run off for an appointment was " make it happen ". John made us a fair offer on our trade & the price on the SLK was reduced so we could make the deal on our dream car. We purchased the car the next day with the sales & financing process going very smoothly. Greg Hart is the finance manager & he went through all the paperwork with me & very effectively answered all my questions. I have had a few questions since & John has always quickly gotten back to me & seen to it that I was taken care of quickly & efficiently. Hi, After noticing my ML350 was displaying a -600 along with a wrench I took it to the dealer to make sure everything was ok. My service advisor explained to me it need maintenance and recommended a variety of things needed to be done. I immediately noticed some that we could pass on due to recent service or the wipers for instance functioning well which could lower the cost without compromising the cars optimal performance. This conversation took place right in front of the office, he invited me to go inside and check what types of service has been done and proceeded to mention them... meanwhile I was lost and just agreed.(I would have felt more comfortable leaving my car if I had understood) When it comes to my vehicle I want to make sure I keep up with all the needed maintenance to ensure I have a reliable and well maintain vehicle for years to come, I was advised about some upcoming maintenance and I truly appreciated that. I think that my advisor is professional not very much of a friendly individual. I also think I feel more comfortable with him now than when he was first assign to us.I would love to have been advised in detail everything that was done to my car, from the type of oil used to what the outcome would have been if we wouldn't have had it replaced, I honestly feel a little rushed never the less I love that I'm provided with a loaner while my car is been serviced and I can continue my daily routine without any mayor interference!Thank you Mercedes Benz of Tucson!

I had an urgent situation with a power window that failed and was stuck open. So I called Steve S. in Sevice early Friday afternoon and Steve was able to get me in and the repair was completed promptly while I waited. It was a great convenience that I was able to get it taken care of right away and I did appreciate Steve's efforts. My only concern was the cost, which at $405 seemed a little high for replacing a window regulator. I have had similar repairs on other cars at a cost of about $275 or less. I don't understand why the cost is that high, but overall I was satisfied with the service.

I was driving home form an appointment and the ESP warning came on. I went directly to the Dealership, described the problem to Jason and he immediately got my car into the sevice dept. Then he set me up with another vehicle and I was oon my way home within 15 minutes max. He called me a short time later, described the problem with the cost to repair. I expected the expensive regular "oil + service" but the highly advised trans flush was a shock since i just bought the car CPO less than a year ago. All wtty items (Oxy sensor, auto hatch sensor, broken window switch, and seatbelt latch) were fixed perfectly.... and even the minor wtty quibbles like the loose passenger window weather stripping and drooping driver side visor were fully addressed.... all is well! And the loaner car made it essentially painless. thx Bill

We had a tire giving us issues (nail), we went to Discount Tire and they said a previous repair was done wrong and the tire needed replacing. We took the car to Chapman Mercedes and talked to Jeremy. After they looked at it they called and said there was no previous repair done on the tire. Jeremy had the flat fixed for free and replaced a burnt out brake light at no charge. Jeremy was over the top friendly and said it was the second tire that day that Discount Tire had said needed replacing. Seems that Discount was drumming up business. I love how Mercedes Treated me. I really appreciated being able to call with a problem Friday evening and getting in for service Monday. I drove up and was greeted by multiple people and was given a free loaner. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. I couldn't come back easily that night when my car was ready for pick up and it was no problem to bring it back the next day. Again I was greeted by multiple people and my car was immediately brought around. There was no line at the cashier and my paperwork was ready. This urgent service went as smoothly as possible. I was also pleased at the low cost. I also recently had two burned out tail lights and dropped in to have them replace. They were replaced immediately at no charge and this was really nice.

Rich was handled my service very professionally. I appreciated getting the loaner while they worked on my car. It took a little longer than I expected or was told (2.5 hrs versus 1.5 hrs). I was told at 11:45 that they were washing my car and it would be ready soon. After inquiring a few more times it was finally ready at 12:30. He implied that there must have been sand all over the floor but I had the car detailed a month earlier and it was pretty clean inside and out. Overall, I was satisfied with the service.

Svc on 1/25 - 1/27. My main complaint is that the odometer reading was reported incorrectly, adding 20,000 miles. This shows as major discrepancy on Carfax. Everything was great except on thing. I called 1 week ahead of time to ensure that I would have a loaner ready and I asked for a Mercedes because I had errands to run and did not want to wait around. When I arrived at the dealership, there were not any Mercedes cars available, nor for that matter, any loaners available. I had to wait about 20-30 minutes for a car. I had thought that calling one week ahead of time will ensure that a Mercedes was "put aside" for me knowing that I had requested one. My last visit I was told that it was on a first come first serve basis as far as the Mercedes cars were concerned, that's exactly why I called and made my appt. with plenty of time to ensure getting a Mercedes. Other than that, everything was okay.

Both Carlos and Dale were exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They were patient and assisted with any questions. Going above and beyond, Dale was kind enough to leave his own car at the dealership and personally deliver the vehicle to my residence. He then proceeded to offer his services if I needed assistance with programing the garage door opener in the vehicle.

Service has always been great at this dealership. Rich Van Sickle should be commended. He always takes my car in for minor services even when I don't have an appointment. Everybody is very friendly and pleasant. From the time I bought my vehicle from Renee, going through several maintanence appointments and now to the present I have nothing but good things to say about Mercedes Benz of Tucson. The only con that I have is the extremely high prices for regular maintanence. To me, it seems like price gouging for some routine services. Combined with the lack of free regular maintanence up to 50,000 miles it becomes a expensive venture to maintain a Mercedes. If Mercedes brought free maintanence back I would have absolutely no negative criticism to give. Overall, excellent dealership.

Jason is alway great, very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. Everyone is always offering me water or coffee and is very friendly.I think it was Priscilla the cashier who is funny and friendly and provides your organization with fabulous customer service. Everyone from the greeters to the service people, sales guys wandering around and cashier area are always just so pleasant and really make me feel welcome as a customer.

Rich is always pleasant, helpful, and friendly and makes me feel at home when I take my car in for service. He always makes sure that I will have a loaner if the job is expected to be 2 hours or more, and is usually very accurate in estimating the amount of time a visit will take. He is also always sure that I leave with a clean vehicle. With the outstanding waiting area, with freshly ground coffee and baked items if you are hungry, widescreen TV, and daily newspapers, it is a pleasant place to spend up to 2 hours, and you don't mind the wait.All of the employees I have encountered, from the cashier to the loaner vehicle attendants, have been very friendly.

Location is VERY inconvenient as I live in North Oro Valley.Justin is "excellent" Handles problem and communicates well with customers.Car has been to dealership 3 times for the "check engine" light. So far, have spent over $300 to solve a problem relating to the emmisions!2005 SLK with 8000 miles!!!

The service took about 10 days but I was provided a loaner vehicle & I was kept up to date as the service and parts ordering progressed by Jason. I was pleased with the work that was done.My car was clean when I picked it and the check out process was quick.

For the first 10 years or so my S500 was service at Ken Garff MB in Salt Lake City, where I purchased it. There was quite a bit of turnover in the service group during that time-particularly the service manager position. The technicians grumbled to me about it quite a bit and their quality of talent was quite variable, too. The really good techs like Lonnie Birkenfeld left the dealership because of the issue with poor mangers and turnover.Scott Perkins has been at Chapman in the 5 years I have had the car serviced there and he is very keen with a stable group of talented guys. Little turnover that I can see and NO GRUMBLING about him whatsoever.

Have always been satisfied with the service at Mercedes of Tucson. This visit was for a tire rotation. We also had our E350 detailed at that time. This gave us the opportunity to take out one of the SUVs to test drive before we move forward with a purchase.

It was very easy for me to get appointment after calling Rich by phone. Rich Van Sickle always treated me very well and I always been very happy with his services. This Mercedes dealership is not aggressive to try to sell me something I do not need. In addition to my yearly service I asked for information on how to interface my Blackberry with my E320 Bluetec. Rich explained what is required to enable this function, including the costs. When I express my interest, Rich added installation of a Bluetooth puck to my current appointment and by the end of the day it was sucesfully completed. The service technician also paired my phone with the new car Bluetooth, while I was watching to learn it for the future.

I wanted to buy a car --BUT-- they lowballed my trade, lower than KBB, NADA, etc., over priced their car, and tried to bully and intimidate me. These folks do not want to sell cars at all. The salesman was nice, but the sales manager is rude and tries to cover his inappropriate pricing with loud bullying. I would never buy a car from Mercedes of Tucson! I'll go to Phoenix to buy my Mercedes.

And here is the final installment, I picked up the car and gingerly drove it to a locally owned mechanic shop. After four weeks I finally got it back fixed. It cost another $1800. But it now works. The mechanic replaced the shifter frame assembly and the shift rod. The shifter frame assembly comes with the cable so now I have an extra. These are completely mechanical pieces. Mechanical pieces dont just suddenly break. The Mercedes dealership has not tried in any way to take responsibility. I will not go back and recommend others buy and service their vehicles elsewhere.

Overpriced....they work very hard to not sell you a car. They go through great lengths to lowball you on your trade, regardless of what KBB, EDMUNDS, or NADA prices your vehicle at. Being from Tucson, I would go to another dealer in the state because you'll make up the increase in tax rate with the price savings. I will never buy from them again.

I have to agree with the other poster. Attentiveness can be a little slow. I have to go looking for help as often as not. <br><br>My rating is no reflection on Dale, but the dealer he is trapped in. I like Dale. I think he is a good salesman and the only reason I even bother to step on to the lot. Several times I've tried to get a Benz. But they ask WAY too much for their cars. We came close once on an SLK, but the timing was wrong to push it. <br><br>Dale - keep up the good work. Beaudry - get a clue. <br><br>Hey Daimler if you're reading this - be smart. Do what Jag did. Give your dealer to Royal where they know how to do business. <br><br>
