“ Highly Recommend! ” Highly recommend! Mario Rodriguez went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly! Car is amazing! This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying. I didn't feel like Mario was trying to "sell" me on anything making me very comfortable. He was upfront and honest.

It was relatively pain free as far as a car deal goes! No more than 2 hours to get all the paper work done! Bismark was very competent and knew his job well! As far as the dealership it was clean and well organized! All in all a very pleasant experience! I would recommend them to any one.

What an awesome and great experience dealing with Christian. He was nothing less than great communication wise, professionalism, and most off friendly. Had my first oil change and was it a breeze setting it up with Christian. It was like if I was in and out! I’ll be return soon for my next oil change and other services to be done. Good job to Miami Lakes Auto Mall on adding Christian to your staff. I hope to see him become a service advisor in the near future.

I'm so glad I decided to order my vehicle parts from Miami Lakes Automall, Marlin Guzman has gone above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. I needed a part that was hard to find and visited another dealer in the area that wanted to charge me double for the part. She was extremely polite and professional. Super sweet and friendly young lady. She told to sit tight and she'll see what she can do for me. After a couple of minutes she was done. She found the part in their inventory and charge me a reasonable price. I expected to be hit for a lot more. I love honest people. I was super lucky to find Marlin. Excellent Customer Service. I'm very satisfied with the customer service I received here at Miami lakes auto mall. The team(Mr. Steven and Mr. Kerby)( Mr. Mike and Mr. Danny) worked effortlessly to assist me with my situation. I brought my Jeep renegade for a transmission issue which cost 7000 for repairs. For the safety of my family and peace of mind we left with new reliable brand new car .
