We are beyond disappointed with the false advertising for over a week of this Hyundai dealership. We looked for awhile at vehicles and decided to call the Michigan City dealership as they had the best price. After calling on Wednesday and talking with a young lady, we sent pictures to get numbers on our vehicle. Still talking one great price of the vehicle. Then Thursday had some confusion on our time of a test drive and getting numbers with another young lady. We understood and rearranged our schedule to make something else work. So received numbers late Thursday night and headed out for the hour drive with 4 kids Friday morning. Still with the mindset of the best price listed for our family. We get there and test drive only to find out the price online and what I was told twice on the phone is $5000 under what they are selling it for on the lot. That is wrong!! No one was truly sorry or willing to make it right. This is false advertising and morally wrong. We don’t buy online, we may shop online, but we like the face to face and building a relationship buy. We always have. This was not the way to get a lifelong customer or treat someone.

Hannah was very knowledgeable about the features in the vehicles and was excellent about letting us look and ask questions and when we wanted to just discuss things amongst ourselves she let us be until we were ready to ask more questions. It was her not bugging us that ultimately led me to stay there and purchase my new vehicle. I loved that she didn't rush or push us into something we didn't want. Would highly recommend talking with her!

Fair pricing, Good Customer service. Salesman John Wayne and sales manager were kind and knowledgeable. Sales Manager was at another dealership when we bought a car 7 years ago and he was fair and nice then, so felt comfortable buying here.

Truly felt welcomed, almost didn’t want to leave. Who would’ve thought the experience of buying a car could feel rejuvenating and not because of the car itself but because of the people there walk with you through that journey and bringing a calm in what some may seem, me included, could be a terrifying experience? I believe a major part of that is it all depends on where you go and the people you deal with. I was very fortunate to find this place and these people. When you go, tell them Qwan sent you! 😉

This place has come through time and again for me. High quality service. Prompt and polite and super accommodating! Nikki in service is amazing. Sheila, before she left, was also awesome. These ladies go above and beyond in making sure everything is taken care of and, when things don't go as planned, you can count on them to make it right any way they can. Only place I go for service and will be buying from them again when it's new car time.
