I was interested in a vehicle and asked many questions. I lived 2.5 hours away so wanted to be sure to get all the answers prior to traveling with my husband/newborn baby. I asked to put a deposit down to hold the car until we got there but they said it wasn't their policy. So we packed up our things the following morning (Sunday). The night prior the vehicle was still available, but had not gotten a response to my answers and had no responses for several hours until mid day Sunday that it was gone. Also received canned template emails from the manager with offers to have the vehicle delivered for test drives ... But no actual answers. Again no response in 2 days. Frustrating experience with no answers to questions asked and waste of time for our family.

I am a single woman and I really dislike buying a car. When I first stopped at the dealership with my boyfriend, it was during the evening shortly before closing time. The salesman Emmitt greeted both of us not knowing who the buyer really was. I did not know what automobile I wanted, just that I had to buy a new vehicle. He answered our questions about various automobiles and was never pushy. When I said I did not want to keep him there all night as it was near closing time, he said no problem and he was happy to stay as long as I needed him too. He was very polite and knew his inventory. After a couple of days and looking around at other dealerships, I came back to this one and made my purchase. The entire staff was pleasant to work with and made my buying experience a pleasure. This is my 3rd vehicle I have come back to them to purchase.

The appointment was for an oil change, but I reported low tire pressure in the rear(driver side) tire. The Service Tech said that would be no problem to examine and evaluate and besides the tires were to be rotated and balanced anyway. The mechanics discovered a bad valve stem and quickly replaced the defective unit. I was in and out in a reasonable period of time with no concerns about the safety of my tires.

All prior arrangements with loaner car went smoothly and my vehicle was ready the same day. It was a pleasant surprise to have repairs correctly done the first time. I took my leased 2012 SRX to be serviced. I explained that I was considering purchasing the car. The service manager came to discuss that leasing a new car would be less expensive than buying the 2012. He showed me stats for each vehicle. The process seemed logical and I decided to lease a ne 2015 SRX. I was treated very well.

Enjoyed the buying experience at Mike Erdman Cadillac. Harry Moore was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selecting my SRX. In addition, the sales manager Greg Kyzer was very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that neither Harry nor Greg were high pressure which made for a comfortable buying experience. They go the extra mile to provide service after the sale as well. Harry stopped by to go over all the vehicle features a few days after the sell just to make sure I had everything setup the way I wanted and that I was comfortable in knowing how to use all the new features/function of the vehicle. Their response to my dilemma (seat belt problem) was overwhelming. They gave me a loaner, told me that I couldn't drive MY car until fixed because of a possible $10K fine if stopped by a policeman, kept me informed of the progress of getting the replacement part, and finally washed my car before letting me take it home! Found a BMW online on cars.com that was at their dealership. I live over an hour away but was able to negotiate a good deal over the phone with the salesman and sales manager. When I went to see the car I was met by Carlton, a friendly guy who did not try to push the deal. The car was better than I expected. It had been detailed better than any used car I had ever seen. The paperwork was already done and and they were able to apply for new NY tags for me. It was a smooth deal all the way around and made what is normally a stressful situation a piece of cake.

I brought my 2007 CTS in for an oil change. I was told it would be ready in 2 hours. I returned 6 hours later to be told it was in the bay getting the oil change. Funny because I saw my car still in the parking lot where I left it. When I asked then why they said it was in the shop getting the oil change when it was still in the parking lot where I left it their response was "we are busy" I took my car keys and left and will NEVER return. I now take my car to Murphy Cadillac in Melbourne. Their service department and staff give 100% and treat me with respect. I will NEVER recommend Erdman to anyone. Terrible service & customer service!!!!!

Drove 400 miles to buy a Jeep only seen in photos, the Jeep was as advertised, got a good deal, they registered and tagged it right there on Sunday! There was only one key and no owner's manual, Emmit, our salesman promised to send them, as they had to just order a manual from Chrysler. The Jeep is a limited edition #246 of 1000 but was missing the spare tire cover that came with it, I asked Emmit about it and shortly thereafter I recieved the key, manual and the tire cover in great condition. These folks go the extra mile!

This is the last time I will have my vehicle serviced at Mike Erdman's. I brought in a coupon that discounted my cost for an oil change by $19.00. After the discount I paid $35.80 for an oil change and tire rotation. This is a total of $54.80 for a tire rotation and oil change. This is an outrageous cost and the last time you will receive business from me.

When I came in later that day to have the key coded and pick up my mats the service man checked the box to make sure the mats were the right brand and color. To my surprise, I had real Nissan mats for my car. My first set didn't and it was a new car. Yes, I was a regular customer at one time when I had bought your FIRST aurora off the show room floor. The salesman said it had been there for only 15 minutes. My husband fell in love with that car and just had to buy it for me. I felt so lucky and proud. We drove that car for 10 years and it never went out of style. It was a classic in its own way. We put 110,000 miles on the car and eventually traded it in. It wasn't that something was wrong with the car. But my husband had become gravely ill and I needed a mini van . Since then my husband Rick, who had also frequented your place, passed on. After his passing, I bought this 2006 Nissan Altima back in 2007. This was my first experience buying a car on my own and I was treated very kindly, respectfully as a female coming in on her own to buy a car. Rick had taught me one thing. He said that if you treat this car as your best friend, change the oil, rotate the tires, drive it carefully and just maintain it, it will last you a long time. He had bought years ago a Toyota 4 Runner and it had over 200,000 miles on it before he had bought a black pick up truck from you. So you see, we have been customers for some time. Rick and I used to have a mechanic that always kept our cars in good health. The only time we didn't use him was when I had the aurora and I had bought a maintenance agreement. I still use the same mechani >20 years. Vickie Finder paid me such a nice compliment. When the key was being coded, apparently they were checking out my car since it hadn't been brought into your place for servicing. When they had completed, she said I have a compliment for you. Her comment was "I don't know who has been maintaining your car, but they have been doing a good job because we can't find anything wrong with it". What a warm compliment to make to someone that had not been using your service for maintenance. Vickie was polite and professional. I have seen her there for years now. She has always been that way.. Sometimes, I didn't shine with professionalism, but even during those times, your service people did. Kudo's to you Mike Erdman for hiring quality staff who feel that the customer is valued. Believe it or not, I have thought about trading my car in for a newer car, but I don't know if it is really needed. Other then the dings on my car, that thanks to people who park next to you and do not care, my car is running very good. No real need to change, I just like the looks of the newer car. But then I am a woman that likes to know that her car is going to get her from point A to point B without difficulty and without roadside repairs. Being single now isn't easy and it's hard to trust but I do like your cars and I have appreciated your professional service when I have come in there. There just is not to many times in these days when you can sense somebody is genuinely happy to help you with anything & everything that may be on your mind all the while when they are working out in the heat, with loud noises from other vehicles and all the craziness that is a service department. I did not purchase my cube from Mike Erdman Nissan, however, I did take it there for service. I was met by Jerry Glotz who immediately began the checking in process. Although I was there due to a bad motor in the driver's side window and a steering column issue, Jerry explained that there had been some recalls and thoroughly followed up to see if any pertained to mine while he had it at the service center. Parts for every bit of work had to be ordered, but Jerry kept me well informed during the entire process, including offering a loaner to me while they took care of the repairs on my cube. Being in a customer service environment myself, this is what customer service is really all about. Going the extra mile! Outstanding!

If I could give them no stars I would. I brought my Nissan here for a possible Freon leak. Our symptoms were low Freon and I wanted it check to see what is going on. The service manager brought the tech to me telling me that I needed a new compressor, and gave me a price of $1,010.00. I called my husband who came to the dealership and spoke with the tech. They did recharge the a/c but said that the compressor is bad. My husband called Air Mobil of Brevard in Melbourne and told the guy on the phone what the car was doing and what Mike Erdman Nissan said. Spencer from Air Mobil said that they are trying to sell you a compressor and he has been doing a/c for over 20 years and that is not a compressor problem. I took my car to Spencer and the entire problem was that it needed a Freon charge. Spencer only charged me $28 to look at the car where Nissan charged $115. The tech at Nissan also got oil on my seat and left a dirty oily rag in the car and did not even use a floor cover. Do not bring your car here for service unless you like wasting money.

We went into Mike Erdman Just to look at used trucks. We found one we liked but,the salesaman told us we could do better by buying a new truck with all the extra discounts. Boy, he was right! we got a new truck with O miles cheaper than a used one! we love it! Our salesman was Paul Arnold he was Great! No pressure at all a great experience in every way. ans the truck payment was even lower than we had planned on. The only dowside was The dealership needs some work the show room and offices are very dated other than that a perfect experience.

Billy Stevens is the only reason that I have my automobile serviced at Mike Erdman. I have a confidence in this consultant that is unmatched to date. I've never felt like I have been misled regarding repairs or service. I have always been treated fairly with respect to pricing of service and I have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for service. Billy goes out of his way if necessary to make sure that my experience at Mike Erdman is simple and convenient. I have never felt that I was overcharged or had unnecessary service done. If it were not for Billy, I would be taking my care to C&C Automotive.

I had to get my trucks passenger airbag fixed and Roy Swinson helped me. He is very pleasant and had me out of there faster than I expected. The waiting room is very nice and comfortable too. Couches so you can nap and free Wi-fi!! 2 thumbs up!

I didn't have any business to do there except with the body shop, but Cindy was exceptionally friendly and had a "I'd be more than glad to help you" type of attitude the WHOLE time. The guys in there were on their stuff too, nice guys, you've got an awesome body shop service over there!
