It appears that the maintenance department used some cleaner that left spots on the piece glass that displays the temperature. I tried swiping it sway with a damp washcloth without resolve. After going online was I able to determine it was likely a cleaner like armor all or something similar. I also noticed after the purchase pieces of film to protect the car was still in random places. For example between the seats and the sun visor mirrors. The car overall is great I just don't know if I'll purchase from the same dealer in the future.

My wife and I have had several Hyundais: A 2004 Sonata, a 2009 Sonata Limited, a 2011 Santa Fe Limited 2WD, a 2012 Sonata Sport 2WD, a 2013 Santa Fe Sport AWD and this 2016 Tucson Limited 2WD. All have been excellent cars with no major warranty issues. The only problem we have had is that we replaced the 2012 Sonata Sport (with the 2013 Santa Fe Sport) because my height-challenged wife could not see out the Sonata passenger window. The stylish high waist-line, along with a non-elevating 2-way power seat for the passenger was unacceptable to us. The 2016 Tucson Limited came with a 3-way power passenger seat, or we would not have bought it. We have mentioned this issue in the past to our dealer and directly to Hyundai. Thank you for correcting this flaw in otherwise excellent vehicles. Hopefully you did it for all 2016 models.

Great "no hassle" dealership. I did our family four most recent car purchases there and was very pleased. Of course, Hyundai is no BMW, at least not yet, but my cars run great for more than ten years each until the time we were ready to make an upgrade. Service department is pleasant to work with. They are very accommodating to one's busy schedule and any last minute changes of plans. They also have fast free WiFi and great gourmet coffee in the waiting area.

Over the course of 6 months we checked out multiple hyundai dealers from Iowa and Illinois. Mike Miller Hyundai was far and away the best of the bunch. They sold us a 2012 sonata se over the phone. My wife and I were interested in a SUV to replace our 11 year old Oldsmobile Alero. As I waited in the car for her to come back I noticed the 2011 Kia Optima in front of me. The more I looked at it, the more I thought "What about that instead of a SUV"? When my wife finally came back, she opened the car door and said "What do you think of the Optima"? So we test drove both a Sportage and the Optima. After driving both, it was clear which product fit our needs better, and that was the Optima. Great looks, handles well, lots of power and smooth shifting. Great gas mileage as well. After going home to discuss it more and do some reseach about the brand and model (we've always bought domestic brands of vehicles), we came back into the dealership the next weekend and picked the EX version that was on the showroom floor. As we worked with the salesman (Geoff), he shared his great knowledge of the car and brand with us. We let him know we were looking at a Chevy Malibu 2LT as well but frankly after driving it, the only thing I could think of was "This is just an adequate car" compared to the Optima. He got down to negotiating about the price on the Optima, and this was really one of the first times that I felt a salesman was trying to work with me on getting a good price. None of this "I have to go talk to the sales manager" and then coming back to squeeze you for a few more dollars. Long story short, we made a deal for the car. I literally could have saved $4000 if I had bought the Malibu (with incentives, rebates and such), but just felt that all along I would be missing the Optima. We even had the owner, Mike Miller, come over and visit with us on two occasions during our time at the dealership. It was refreshing to have the chance to talk to the "head guy" and came away feeling that he really was interested in our opinions of the service and experiences we were having, and that he was not just 'making an appearance'. All in all, we certainly can and do recommend that interested people take a serious look at the Kia Optima and check out Mike Miller Auto Park the next time you are looking for a vehicle.

Came in initially to check out the Genesis.While I was impressed with the car, it was a bit more car than we really needed.Kept in touch with the salesman, and when Hyundai introduced the Sonata 2.0t, I returned to give it a try. Very impressed. Worked with Mr. Anthony to find the right combination of options and price point, and drove one home.Overall a very good experience.

I have owned Lexus 3 cars and 2 BMW's and I traded my BMW in for the Gensis and my experience from a sales and service standpoint has been exceptional. Not only was my sales experience excellent the service experience and customer relations has rated higher than any dealer experience in my adult life. I have told all my friends about my experience and 2 of thim have rrecently purchase vehicles because of that. (1-Gensis and 1 Sonata) They are experiencing a high level of satisfaction also and for the first time are happy with a dealership. If Mike Miller say's it or one of his reps you can be asured it will be done.

I am a senior citizen, shopping for a car for the first time in my adult life by myself. With great trepidation I went to several car dealers looking for a car. One salesman actually told me "Well Lady we have to make a profit"when he low balled the trade in value of my car. I decided to try Mike Miller Auto Park expecting to be treated the same. What a pleasant suprise I had in store.Rodney Rodgers became my salesman and took the time to find out what I really wanted and explained things that I did not know. He suggested cars that he thought met my needs. I bought a Kia Soul and have not had a single regret in buying it. Rod made my buying experience so pleasant and was very honest with me. The sales associates at Mike Miller were awesome. They really worked with me as I was a inexperienced car buyer. They took the time to go through every aspect of buying my car. They even took the time to talk with me a few days later when I had questions. I purchased a Hyundai Elantra and love it. I would definitely recommend this car dealership if you are looking for a safe reliable car and sales associates who are willing to take the time for you to be comfortable with your purchase.

My friend recently bought a Hyundai Genesis from Mike Miller Auto Park and was completely satisfied with the sales, service, and warranty of his new car. I visited Mike Miller looking for a Sonata and drove away equally as satisfied in all three areas. Since the purchase, the service department has been wonderful scheduling me for routine maintenance and in solving one problem--mice in the heating and cooling system. Service personnel are unfailingly friendly and accommodating and never keep me waiting more than an hour. They always wash and vacuum the car as well. I am so impressed by the quality of the car's workmanship and its styling. I will gladly return to Mike Miller for my next Hyundai, especially since I greatly admire the 2011 Sonata (and wish I had waited a year to make my purchase). Keep up the good work!

Extremely professional salesman, willing to work with me to give me a very competitive deal on the Hyundai Genesis.
