Dana Whitaker met us when we drove up and was very helpful in guiding us through the process of looking at and deciding which car we purchased. He even had to run around in the rain with the wind blowing pretty hard, plus worked with us an hour after closing time on a Friday night. We were very pleased with his help.

Went to 5 dealerships in Shreveport and bought a vehicle from Mike Morgan Hyundai was the best dealership, salesman and vehicle we saw. Some of the other dealerships were pushy, rude, one even said, "I don't care if you buy a vehicle from me or not I have another income." Sal at Mike Morgan Hyundai was very professional, not pushy, showed us everything about the vehicle.

So many standard features like the rear view camera, great sound system with 90 day SiriusXM, split folding rear seats are great for a person who loves to travel. I explained what I wanted in a car and the salesman presented me with cars that fit my wants and were in my price range. I didn't feel pressured and I didn't feel like my time was being wasted. This was literally the best car-buying experience I've ever had, About the car: the Sonata is beautiful and has all the fancy features I've wanted in a car (heated leather seats, large display, satellite radio-ready [no more external radios taped to my dash], bluetooth, power everything). It handles so well!

Would not work with Marcus Greggs going forward. He is the ONLY reason ratings overall were not excellent. Everyone else we worked with were great. Marcus was pleasant but he mentioned he forgot to wear his contacts that day. Possibly hindered his performance.

This 2017 Sonata is my 8th Hyundai. I've purchased all but one from Tom Wallace. I consider Tom a friend and trust him explicitly! I would not deal with anyone else on an automobile! I am also well acquainted with the service department and have complete confidence in them. They are all very courteous and make me feel special every time I contact them!

Everyone in the dealership was very friendly. I worked with Sal Younus, Sales Consultant. He was very patient while I was deciding which vehicle I wanted and answered all the questions I had. The Credit Manager was very helpful while we were filling out the paperwork. Sal took me to meet Mr. Grahamin the Service Dept. to set up my first oil change. Then Sal took care of dunking my phone. He also showed me other things in the vehicle. It was a very good experience.

I was in an accident, not my fault, in which my car was totaled. The last thing I wanted to do was buy a car, because I was most satisfied with my 2009 Elantra. Mike was very patient, while asking me questions and dealing with my lack of interest and indecisiveness. He showed me one car after another even when it rained. Tom, the manager stopped by while we were looking again for the second day to be sure we were being treated right, which we were. John, the financial person carefully explained all the paperwork, the warranties, and set up our insurance. I drove my new car home and went out of town. Mike assured me that when I returned they would detail my car which they have and whatever I needed help with they would be there for me. Mike helped get my seat and steering wheel adjusted after I had gotten it all out of whack. Bambi helped me set up my Bluetooth with my phone and Johnny got my Sirrus and music. I know that they will be there to help any time that I need them. How wonderful is that!!

I recently started having issues with the car I had since 2001. I started looking for a good deal and a great car so I decided to give Hyundai a chance. I wanted the Genesis Coupe, but I decided on the Veloster since I like front wheel drive cars. As soon as I pulled up and got out of the car, Marcus came out to meet me and we struck up a conversation. He was incredibly pleasant and professional and one test drive later, I was pretty much set on the Veloster. While I was there his Team Lead Tyrone swung over and all three of us hit it off. They were an amazing sales tag team who never pulled the used car salesman tactics on me. Even though I waited a few days to buy the car, they still kept in touch with me and it didn't seem forced or pushy. After buying the car, I stopped by the dealership to drop off my old title and they came out to greet me and hook me up with a quick detailing since I had bought the car after the shop guys had gone home. I cannot say enough about these two guys and how well I was treated when I bought my first new car in 15 years.

I had been seriously researching various makes & models for several months and happened upon the Mike Morgan, Shreveport, LA, dealership web site. They had two certified vehicles that interested me, so I made an appointment for a visit. When we arrived, the sales agent, Felicia Dupree, warmly greeted us like we were old friends instead of commission sources. She showed us the two vehicles I was considering, allowed us a test drive, explained all the features, answered all my questions and assisted my negotiation for a sale price that was acceptable to both the dealership and to me. Her professionalism is the reason my wife now drives a 2012 certified pre-owned Genisis. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike Morgan Hundai Dealership in general, and Felicia Dupree, specifically, to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used automobile.

Me and my wife live over a hundred miles away. we visited one week before buying our santa fe. When we were ready to buy we called to ask for our best price and got just what we wanted, They even offered to deliver it to us. When we arrived to get the vehicle it was prepped and ready to go. When we signed the papers the price was as promised. Everyone there was friendly to us. Nice to do business with a dealership with honest and friendly service.
