My husband and I drove from Ft. Gaines, Ga. up to LaGrange to see a used Lincoln Town car Mike Patton Ford had in stock, but fell in love instead with a 2011 Taurus they had on the lot. The car had low mileage, was a one owner and was priced at a great price We ended up trading in our 1994 GMC van and a 23' Forest River travel trailer. (Who knew they would take travel trailers on trade? That's one reason I say they go the extra mile!) We dealt with Chris Pankey as our salesman and he was fantastic! He handled our every need like a true gentleman. Quentin Vorel was also a great person to deal with. We were happy with the trade deal he offered and he was very helpful in all our requests. We found that everyone at this dealership (including Mr. Gilmore, the Chief Operations Officer) truly showed the Christian example we had expected. We dealt with EVERY department they have (even had the oil changed in our truck while we were there) and we can rate this dealership NO LESS THAN A FIVE STAR! We learned about Patton Auto on cars.com looking for a Jeep Wrangler. We called the dealer and spoke with Marcus and he was a big help with answering all our questions. He even sent us pictures and a video via text before we drove two hours to meet with him. When we arrived at the dealership everything with the Jeep was as represented in their sales ad and per what Marcus told us on the phone. They also had everything ready for us and we probably didn't even spend an hour before we were done with the purchase. Love these guys and highly recommend them to all who are needing a vehicle.

I did not have the opportunity to work with this dealer. I found a very nice used truck on this website and called to make an appointment to come from Columbus to LaGrange that Friday night. I called on Wednesday but because of my work schedule could not get there until Friday night. Around 3:00 PM that Friday I received a phone call from a different person than who I had spoken to earlier that week. They said that the were following up on my interest in purchasing a car from them. I told the gentleman that I already had an appointment to see the truck and he said, "Oh, that truck has already been sold." He then said but we have other vehicles. I said I would not be interested in coming to a dealer who has already scheduled an appointment and did not call to ask me if I would still be interested in seeing the vehicle and give me that opportunity prior to just selling to someone else . Also when was the person that I had the appointment with going to let me know the truck was sold on Thursday, after I wasted my time and money to come all the way from Columbus to LaGrange. This type of behavior tells me a little about the way this dealership works and what type of service I might expect after a sale - POOR.

I've bought my share of used and new vehicles and I've been to my share of corporate and family owned dealerships. We even liked the Finance Manager, Quentin! And who really ever likes the Finance Manager? And I'm not talking just because we got a great finance deal.If you're committed to finding a great deal and you want to work with good people who take the time to explain everything to you with full transparency (I'm a numbers guy), then don't gamble and most likely waste time and money elsewhere. Give them a shot. We will be coming back and I never say that because normally it's just about the deal for me.What we liked:- The drive to Lagrange was easy city and surrounding area was beautiful- The staff and management are honest (I don't take honesty for granted - I validate it, and in this case the numbers don't lie) loads of explanation and transparency- The personalities of everyone was great, super friendly and real people instead of trying to 'play the game'- The facility was comfortable. Not something you think of until you're done looking at the vehicles and getting ready for paperwork.- They supported local charities (many of which we also support) and gave incentives to law enforcement, firemen, etc.- We got a great deal on a used Ram 1500 and they were more than fair on our trade-in.- Spencer, David, and Quentin.

In the process of looking for a new Mustang I visited Mike Patton Ford in Lagrange, Ga. I have been to 8 dealers all over North Georgia looking for a special car. Some dealers nobody would even speak to you, some would make you feel like you had just been interrogated and some sales people would not even get up to show you a car. Mike Smallwood was a breath of fresh air. No pressure, answered all questions in a timely manner and had a genuine concern to find you the right car. It would do the other dealers good to train at Mike Patton Ford to learn how to treat customers. I high recommend Mike Smallwood for your next car purchase. Last week, my husband and I were in LaGrange, Ga visiting my daughter. We stopped in at Mike Patton Ford Lincoln. We had been looking for a used truck that we could bring back to Ohio. Mike Duke met us at the door, spent some time with us to determine what exactly we were looking for, what kind of budget we were working with and how could he facilitate a sell. Unlike most dealerships, Mike took our want list and actually listened. When we said used truck, Mike showed us a used truck, he did NOT try to follow a preset agenda. We were shown a 2014 Ford F150 . This truck had everything we needed. We purchased the first and only truck we were shown. When your salesperson listens to what you say, the car buying experience becomes an enjoyable endeavor rather than a chore.

I test drove a mustang from a local dealer in Columbus who seemed very intent on having me purchase on the spot. Lots of pressure and lots of sales gimmicks. After heading home to think about it, I get a call from Chris Pankey at Mike Patton Ford. After initial discussion he asks me why I'm looking to purchase the previous year model. He then discloses the new production started in two months. Chris also covered the upgrades and new features in the new prediction model. Every other dealer spoke with was only interested in getting a vehicle out of their lot. Following Chris' advice I waited two months and placed my factory order. Yesterday I completed the purchase. From start to finish Chris and Mike Patton Ford have been honest and professional. No pressure, no gimmicks. They Put in a vehicle I wanted and loved, not a vehicle they needed to sell. On May 21st, 2015, I experienced a no start on my 2003 F250 Diesel, while camping at West Point Lake. The vehicle was towed to the service department at Mike Patton Ford in LaGrange, Ga. After seven working days in the shop, I was called and given a repair price and diagnosis of $3,100.00. I advised service rep to cease work, paid $688.73 for parts and mechanic labor, then I paid $270.00 to have my truck taken to my mechanic in Fayetteville, Ga.(June 2nd) The truck was repaired for $1,100.00, most of which was for re-diagnosis charges and for parts which were left off at the dealership service department. Service advisor, Jeff Hicks was helpful and attemted to keep me informed, but made numerous excuses as to why it took so long to find the start problem. The diesel mechanic, is incompetent and unknowledgeable of diesel engines. Beware... if diesel service is what is needed, take your precious Ford somewhere else.

We visited several dealerships looking for an vehicle that was easy for a senior citizen with limited mobility to be able to enter and exit. Our experience at Mike Patton was very good in that the sales person, Joy Tucker, was extremely considerate of our need to "try entering and exiting" a vehicle first before getting into the real issues of cost, horsepower, accessories, etc. Being able to find comfort was primary and was addressed first and then we discussed other features of the vehicle and test drove the vehicle. The Lincoln MKX was the vehicle that meet our needs. While the pricing was "somewhat" set, we were given information and offered all rebates available at the time further reducing the cost. At all times during the process, the personal comfort of our senior was taken into consideration. After purchase was made, Ms. Tucker was very thorough and willing to cover all the features of the vehicle. The finance officer clear and thorough when covering the necessary paperwork. In all, the purchase experience was made as pleasant as one can get when spending a lot of money to purchase a new vehicle.

After vacationing in Florida we lost a belt on our Sprinter van. With no Mercedes dealership in the area we went to Mike Pattons dealership. Eric in the service dept. was a great help. He located the parts a 100 miles away and had them the same afternoon. He then arranged to have Mr. Bass take me back to my motel in there courtesy van. Went in to get a few keys cut and programmed to my car. Service Consultant Jeff Hicks not only handled my service needs but made me feel welcome and was a pleasure to chat with as well. While I waited I wandered around a bit and everyone I spoke to was pleasant and friendly. The customer service rep made sure I was comfortable and satisfied, offering a beverage or snack. The receptionist was solicitous and checked back with me to be sure I had no further needs. On the whole, I found the visit to be productive and pleasant. The staff must have changed due to expectations not being met. We purchased a used vehicle March 3, 2014 and an alert on the vehicle came on shortly that night, which should have been checked before the vehicle left the lot. Also, the financial staff did a horrible job. It took entirely too long of a process to just print out paper work and none of the contract was explained like it should of. I felt as if I was in the finance department due to having to explain everything on the contract to the co-signer. Not only that, they never paid us back from our down payment. Before leaving, I asked for the spare key and was advised that there isn't none, which was false information due to them sending the key through mail weeks later. No later than a week and a half, we return back to Lagrange due to maintenance alert and the service staff treated me as if I'm mentally challenged, rushed us out and shortly after we left the light came right back on. Also, I talked to the finance staff while waiting on the vehicle because amounts on the contract was incorrect. All of this would have been avoided, if they were organized and knew what they were doing. I'm very disappointed within Mike Patton Auto.

We entered the dealership expecting to have the typical car sales day. I give you my price and they give me their price and a continued going back and forward to haggle on the price of a car. We were met by the salesman Ray Smith and from that moment he explained how the process would go and it would not be a lengthy deal with all the hassle you go through. He was right, in that during the working process all of the other people were involved at the same time which made it a smoother process. We got to meet a very good Christian man, who was out to help us get what we wanted and needed. He was honest and did not play games, I can say none of the people we met played games with us. It was straight to the point and we got the bottom line to make our decision. I will go back here for another car at any time, it was a very low stress day and a very much needed Christian atmosphere and that is why I will go back, when I ever need another car.

I had a wonderful experience I walked in and Mark Brady (a great sales consultant) helped me find a civic that I wanted. I told him I am a college student looking for a bargain and I gave him the cars I found online and I test drove and I wasn't pushed into buying. I came back the next day and he gave me a price that I could work with. I was very impressed with my car-buying experience at Mike Patton. I went in on Thursday not really expecting to come out of there with a car but they were so easy to work with. They were able to get me exactly what I wanted with the right payment and months of financing. Then 4 days later I went in again and they worked really hard to get my son into a truck. After a horrible trip to one of our other local dealerships ( will not name names) with much disappointment of how business was conducted. I decided to give Mike Patton a chance to see if they had anything on their lot that I would like. I have bought from them in the past and was very happy. I was greeted as soon as I arrived by a wonderful host. She asked if there was anything that she could help me with, I explained to her that I was looking for a SUV that got good gas mileage. Within a few mins, a wonderful sales rep. Mark Brady came out and greeted me. He asked was there anything in particular that I was interested in and wanted to look at. I told him no, just a SUV that got good gas mileage with a third row if possible. Within a few mins he had pulled the keys to about three different SUV's he had on the lot that fit what I wanted. NO QUESTIONS ASKED! The other place wouldn't even let me test drive the KIA sorento that they had on lot. Just kept pushing their 2014 outlander on me like I couldn't make a choice for myself. I was able to test drive the 2011 Rav 4 limited that I bought as many times as I wanted before deciding on what I liked the most. I was treated like a buyer that had all the power to make my decision on my own without being pushed into something they wanted to sell. Thank you Mike Patton! One for the respect you showed me as a person and consumer. Two for the way you handle business with me. I love the new car and the next time I need to buy a car or truck you will have my business first. Thank you Mark for the wonderful experience.

The night before driving to the dealership, my husband and I browsed their inventory online. From day one i felt that it was perfectly clear this was an above board deal. I was a hold out because i like to make well informed decisions and they were patient and not pushy. The Chrysler lot I would recommend. Brian was very helpful as well as knowledgable about the vehicle. It could go a little faster though. I already had my own financing and came with the check to pay in full. It still took quite a while before we were finally ready to go. Brian however, was very polite and actually came in on his day off to take care of the deal. I really appreciate that especially because the sales people do not receive commission.

My reason for visiting Mike Patton Auto Sales was to purchase a 2013 Lincoln MKX. This was the only dealership that was located within a 50 miles radius to Columbus. I was contacted by phone and email by sales associate Sherquera Davidson after posting my contact information on the website. She was pleasant, asked the right questions as to why I was purchasing a car, what were my needs and what features and accessories I wanted in the car. The visit to Mike Patton was second to none. Purchased a 2013 Honda Civic. Talked with a sales representative the day prior and he was very responsive, informative, not pushy, and extremely helpful. I received a very fair price for my trade as well as for the new vehicle. If you want to purchase a vehicle and don't go to Mike Patton Auto Family before making a final purchase decision you are doing yourself a disservice. If you want to save yourself a lot of difficulty you should just go there first. They are great and truly want to make you happy with your vehicle purchase. Kudos to Tony!

Would you take all your money in your wallet or purse and dump it in the river ?? Of course not ! But that is what you are doing when you deal with MIKE PATTON FORD in Lagrange Georgia. I had to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Bureau and Ford Motor Credit to get my payments and the APR for the loan reduced to a legal range. I was being GOUGED by the Finance Rep at Mike Patton Ford. Even FORD MOTOR CREDIT said the APR for my loan was way too high. They said they would not even accept that high of a rate on a loan they were purchasing. I have the Letter, from FORD Motor Credit, so I am telling you the truth. Stay away from that place. And you get to keep your money. MIKE PATTON FORD HOME OF THE SHARKS, ALLIGATORS, and Slick Willie .

My experience at Mike Patton Ford was great from beginning to end: a new car!! We were greeted politely as we entered the sales area, and shortly thereafter Sherquera came out to talk with us,. We told her what we were looking for and she showed us exactly what we wanted to see. Sherquera was knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle, friendly and helpful, making useful suggestions without pressure. She accommodated my timetable to observe, test drive and ultimately purchase my Ford Fiesta! Sherquera also helped me with setting up the new technological features of my vehicle in a very competent way! Each time I visited the dealership, Erica and Shequera were very welcoming and helpful, making buying my car a pleasant experience and I would recommend the dealership and the individuals who helped me purchase my vehicle to anyone interested in purchasing a new car. After going to about four other Dealerships with no luck in getting a good price or deal and sick and tired of hearing their Lies, I went to Mike Patton Ford in Lagrange. Yes, I expected the same experience from them too, But after talking to Mike Brown and Quientin Vorel, I knew that things were different at this Dealership. First, Mike Brown, made me feel like I was the only customer in that whole place. Along with Quientin Vorel, these two made sure that I knew every aspect of the vehicle I wanted, and then they made sure that I was aware of all the incentives offered for buying this vehicle. they walked me through the operation of the vehicle and finally made sure the vehicle was cleaned up and FULL of Gas before handing me the keys. Yes, they went totally beyond what their job called for .The icing on the cake is that this dealership is Christian oriented so I know that unlike other dealers who worship mammon, I can trust this dealership to place their Focus on the customer. Go today to Mike Patton. You will be glad you did.. Trust, Caring, & honesty.

Excellent service from the day we walked in. On our first visit to the dealership we were greeted, offered a drink, snack, etc. and then ask by salesman Mike Smallwood what vehicle we were interested in. Because of previous research, we already knew what car we were going to purchase, a Lincoln MKZ. We were there to look at it in person and get a price with all the options we wanted. Mike let us look at the showroom model which had a few of the options that we were interested in but not all. He then pulled a book out that had all options that were available and went into detail to explain them. At that point we went home to decide what we wanted in the car. On out next visit, we worked with Mike and Sales Manager Stacy Nerowski to find a car with all the options that we had decided on and get a ballpark price. Mike and Stacy found that there were none available. At that point we knew we would have to order one that met our specifications. Stacy then set up the order and explained that they would sell us the car for $50 above invoice which beat all other dealeship pricing we had found. After ordering the car we ask if we could take a MKZ home for a weekend test drive, which was approved. 7 weeks later our MKZ was delivered! We worked with Chuck Bolton to possibly secure financing from the dealership, but my credit union won out. Throughout our whole experience, everyone was courteous, friendly, and informed. I would recommend Mike Patton Lincoln.

Me, my husband and young daughter visited Mike Patton Ford Lincoln today in hopes of test driving and purchasing a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS that we saw on their website. The initial sales consultant that we were supposed to meet was not working, so we were referred to Ms. Sherquera Davidson. She greeted us with a smile and light conversation as we went over the paperwoirk to start the process of trading in our vehicle. Ms. Davidson explained EVERY single detail and answered EVERY question that we asked, and if she didn't know the answer, she asked. She was also great with our daughter! During the test drive, she was very knowledgeable and insisted that I look under the hood, try the windows, play with the radio and even adjust the net in the trunk. There was never any pressure to buy. Once the numbers were put in, the monthly payments were more than we had anticipated and after looking at two more vehicles, and not loving them, we actually had decided to leave. At this point there still was no pressure to buy, but Mr. Stacy Nerowski (Sales Manager) asked us to wait a couple minutes, which we did, and when he returned he had worked the numbers so that the monthly payments were manageable, there was no haggling at all. Just like Ms. Davidson, he was able to explain everything clearly. Finally we worked with Mr. Chris Bolton (Finance) and that was just to sign the final paperwork. He was very entertaining and thorough, going over every single paper before we signed, giving us the time to read over them if we liked. The entire process was so pain-less and we drove away with the car of our dreams. We HIGHLY recommend Mike Patton Auto Family, theres no harassing sales people waiting to dive on top of you when you set foot on the lot, no pressure to buy, they don't work based off of commission and everyone in the building makes you feel like your family. Thank you Ms. Sherquera Davidson, Mr. Stacy Nerowski and Mr. Chris Bolton.

We bought a new F150, which we really like, and our overall experience with the dealership was good. It was "Great" having the salesman that we had, Kunal Patel. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the vehicles. We were quite disappointed when we went back to finalize the transaction. Had a time of 2:00pm to get the paperwork completed, but had to wait till almost 5pm before that was done. While we waited, our truck was being cleaned, which was "not" satisfactory at all. I guess the man who did that, wasn't having a good day. Other than these two complaints, we had an overall good experience.Thank you Kunal, you made our wait quite bearable.V. Dyer

Internet ad was very helpful and led to our coming to the dealership. Price was competitive. Salesman K. Patel was a pleasure to work with and very straight forward. My only criticism is the phone system. The operator did not pick up on two occasions when I chose that option, and once when I tried to leave a message in reconditioning for Mr, Patton, my call rolled back to the main menu, where once again the operator did not answer.

This was an excellent buying experience. The car I wanted was a challenge to find but my sales person searched high and low and found one. He let me make my own decisions and provided me with support when I had inquiries.He did not try to change my mind as another dealership had done or try to coerce me to buy something from the lot. I really appreciated the frequent communication and use of email communication. As someone who works, this allowed me to review information and respond when convenient. The price was what I expected. I enjoyed not needing to haggle and appreciated the assistance in selecting the best finance option. Most of all I appreciated the time spent showing me how to work my new and very technological car. I am still learning about it as I drive, but the basics were covered and I appreciated that. Thank you! I will be back in the future and definitely recommend this dealership to others.

Keith was very friendly and genuinely interested in getting me the car and the deal I wanted. I drove 2 hours to see the car, and a final deal was put together over the phone. Because of the distance, they arranged to have the car and paperwork driven to my house. I had my new (used) car sitting in my driveway the next morning. The driver was very friendly and helpful. Overall, this was a great buying experience, and I would drive 4 hours to buy another car from them.

We received excellent service from Mike Patton Ford. It was a pleasure to work with Ross, our salesman. He was professional, patient, and answered all our questions. There was no pressure involved. Because there was not the vehicle I wanted on their lot, Ross ensured me that he would find one. He readily located the vehicle I wanted, and it was picked up. Even though it was close to New Year's, Ross and the service team got the car ready for me. Ross even remembered that I had inquired, "Will the car have a pinstripe on it?" The car did not have a pinstripe, but Ross had one put on for me. That is quality service that we truly appreciated. Ross explained all the necessities of operating our new Taurus. He even insisted that we call him on his cell anytime we had a question. That's what I call A+ exceptional service! Thank you!

I have been to many dealerships to buy automobiles since I bought my first car at the age of 18 but this one showed from the very first person I spoke with that they were interested in making a deal that was satisfactory to me as well as for them. Every person I met was very friendly and went out of their way to make me comfortable. They did everything they said they would do and followed up by phone to make sure I was satisfied. I had some minor work that had to be done on my Navigator and they brought a loaner car from LaGrange to Duluth (approximately 90 miles)for me to use. I needed a larger car and they made the trip again to make the swap. They are great, honest people and I would buy from them again and recommend my friends to use them.

In early October we bought a new 2012 Ford Fusion from Mike Smallwood and could not be happier with the whole process. Mike was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. We went into the dealership to test drive a Focus and a Fusion. Mike went over all the features of both cars with us. We took both for a test drive and decided on the Fusion. Mike and the staff worked very hard to find the car with the color and options we wanted. We spent the better part of a Saturday afternoon at the dealership between the test drives, checking out all the available options and then locating the car we wanted and never felt rushed. The entire process from picking the car (a RED FUSION) to going through the financing and selling our old car was handled very well by everyone we came into contact with. We never felt pressured to buy or make a decision on the spot. Everyone was very helpful and that really did take the stress out of buying a new car. I have already recommend Mike Smallwood and this dealership to a friend who is looking for a new car. We will definitely be back for my future car purchases. Thanks Mike - Debbie & Dick

Looking at a Dodge Journey. Found one in Stone Mountain for a very good price. I was talking to Tricia Askew and Donnie Hinkle on line about them matching the price because I'd rather deal locally. They said they couldn't move on their price. I asked how other dealers matched prices but they couldn't and Tricia told me that if I bring in a sales order signed by the sales manager from the other dealer saying that they would sell me that car for that price that Mike Patton would beat that price by the difference plus 10%. That's their "LOW PRICE GUARANTEE". I had the other dealer fax me the documentation. When I took it to Mike Patton they said that their car was identical to the car in Stone Mountain in every way but one- Mike Patton's had the u-connect system in it worth $395. So I figured they would give me the price plus $395 and I could stay local. They came back with a sales order that was $2300 above the sales order they were supposed to match. The sales manager Quentin said that the other deal was too good to be real and he didn't believe it was legit. I went to the other dealer in Stone Mountain and bought the vehicle for exactly the same price on the sales order. And they filled it up with gas. And we were in and out of their dealership in 35 minutes! The low price guarantee is completely false.

Test drove a Tahoe. Loved it. Called back a couple days later to inform them we were ready to buy. They had a no hassle price, which was fine. But they were asking top dollar for it. We agreed that it was still in our budget, but they informed of us of all the filing and documention fees at the last minute. Having those fees, on top of tag title and taxes put the car over two thousand dollars what it was even worth. We told them we still wanted the car but if they couldnt at least waive some of the fees they snuck on us then we would have to pass. They said they would make something happen and would call us right back and we would get squared away on the deal. Its been three days.. No call. Even called and left two messages...still no call! Wouldnt reccomend this dealership to anyone! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I told mike I needed a truck to tow a travel trailer he told me a eco boost f-150 would pull it with no trouble,but when he advised me it was a v-6 I though he was crazy, but he pulled up the tow rating and what mike had told me was on tow rating. With the deal on my trade in they give me I traded. A few days later I hooked the truck to a 35ft. trailer it weighed aprox. 7000 pounds. Well mike was right I pulled about fifteen miles And could not tell the truck was pulling any thing.I have delt with a lot of auto dealers over the years but Mike Smallwood all the other folks at Mike Patton are the best I have found to date.

Had a great experience with Mike Patton---I actually drove 3 hours on a Saturday to buy my new truck from this dealership. I could have saved time by going to a local dealership, but the folks at Mike Patton (Mike Smallwood at Ford, Tim Thomaston at Honda) helped me find the truck that I wanted and put a package together for me that I could afford. Very pleased with the service and follow up they have provided since I purchased the truck as well. Had a good experience. Very friendly although it seemed like it took forever but they were very thorough so that was a plus. Made some errors but recognized and fixed them. They took care of me and explained in good detail how to use all the technology my new Jeep. I would definitely come back again.

Thomas is a fantastic person to buy a car from. He genuinely cares about the customer and wants to make them happy, but also makes sure to stick to their budget constraints. He spent most of the day with me in order to help me make a decision because I did not know exactly what I wanted. He used a generic questionaire to find out more about me and my needs/wants in a car and showed me several suggestions before we test drove the Ford Fusion and Ford Focus. The test drives were lengthy and Thomas was able to share his knowledge about the cars on the drives. Thomas also explained the no-hassle pricing program as well, which is a GREAT idea! I laughed most of the day and did not have to wait very long for quotes or haggle the price because it was as low as it could be. It was a low stress situation through the whole process. Amazing program! Julius was fun to be around as well and allowed me to ride along for the test drive for my trade-in. He carefully inspected the vehicle and gave me the most value for my trade-in. George was great too! Although he talked a little bit fast, he slowed down to accomodate me and was patient when I was taking a little while to make a service contract decision. He also helped me with some calculating as well. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the dealership itself and would reccommend Thomas to anyone and everyone that comes to Mike Patton!

I recently purchased a Lincoln Navigator and my salesman was Thomas Pappas. He was very helpful and knowledgeable when asked questions about the vehicle. He provided all the assistance we needed. Thomas tried to keep the process moving, but unfortunately, there were other customers ahead of us and the process took much longer than we expected. We arrived around 6:30 pm after work on a Monday. Mike stayed late to talk to us and let us test drive a vehicle. The vehicle I liked was still being certified so Mike offered to drive the car to Columbus so I could test drive it the next day. I was skeptical (that he would do that) but the next day he did! I believe I got a very good deal on my vehicle and have really been enjoying it! This is my third purchase from Mike Patton Ford. My wife and I bought a brand new F-150 AND Escape April of last year. We love our escape but unfortunately had some issues with the truck. Nothing the manufacturer wouldn't cover but still wasn't as happy with it. I have just traded again with Mike Patton Ford on another Ford F-150 with ecoboost and am extremely extatic. On the sales end of it, let me tell you after being a salesman for years myself in the auto field and finally leaving the field due to high pressure constant pushiness and Dealers only caring about making money and not the customer, It was refreshing dealing with the sales crew at Patton auto group. No pushy salesman, no pressure on buying, salesman aren't attacking you as soon as you pull into the lot. In fact they send a greeter to ask if you need any assistance, and if you don't want any they don't bother you. Your free to shop the lot with no one stalikng you. And sales wise. no haggle pricing! They gave me more than anyone ever dreamed of giving me for my trades and gave me rock bottom pricing on all my new purchases. And they were extremely concerned about putting me in the right truck that fits all my needs. I will send all my friends and family to the Patton Auto group on all of our purchases from here on out. When Julius Nagy understood that we were headed to another dealership to inspect another vehicle before making a decision, he offered to us a loaner one of the two vehicles in which we had shown interest. This was very acceptable and allowed us to try it out on the Interstate. It drove so well that we never made it to the other dealership. We decided to simply turn around and buy that vehicle. The car sold itself. All three employees worked very quickly, had good attitudes and stayed well after closing time to assist us with the sale of both vehicles. Since the purchases on Saturday, we have already referenced two different families to location and experience had on that day. We hold the entire event in high regard.

My parents had bought an Explorer Trac truck from Mike Patton and my Dad died unexpectedly. My Mother could not drive a truck and needed to trade it back in and purchase another car she was comfortable with. It took us a couple of months to get the paperwork that was necessary to do this. George, one of the managers, was so gracious and understanding throughout this process. Mike Smallwood was our salesman and he was terrific! There was no pressure and he took a lot of time with us to ensure my Mother was comfortable with the Explorer Escape that she decided to purchase. I was in a tragic motercycle wreck and for it a grant foundation offered to buy me a car to help reinstitute my ability to provide for myself. i came to mike patton were a amanda hagood who is one of my favorite car salesman i ever had due to how sinscere and honest she came off, didnt have any gimmik or feeling that most car salesman give. She was able to help me find the vehichle i desired and ascertain all the stipulations posed by the foundation with the good work of george woodell and he held the car almost a month for me while the foundation slowly went as most goverment affiliated charitys do. First I have to say that I have all my service work performed here. The folks here do a great job and the wait is never as long as I thought it would be.Have walked in several times with an "obscure" problem that we could not replicate upon my arrival there, so they could not repair at that time.....even so Jerry Keith asked a mechanic to walk out and have a look each time. Finally got the truck to have the problem while I was there....they took the truck in immediately (no appointment) and got it back to me the next day repaired. Wouldn't take my truck anywhere else.

When my 2011 Ford Explorer would not start I called two other Ford Dealers near me before talking to Mike Patton in LaGrange Georgia. When talking to the Griffin Ford dealer about a loaner vehicle while my BRAND NEW Ford was in the shop, she said they just didn't do that. I then asked how I would get home and she said "oh, we have plenty of guys here that will take you home"I told her that I had to get to work the following day and I was beginning to get upset. Then she told me to "calm down". I cannot believe someone who is in customer service would actually tell a customer who was upset to calm down. She offered me NO solution to my issue with my new car other than to bring it in or have it towed and to calm down.. I was very offended by her behavior. The McDonough dealer told me that they didn't offer any kind of help w/ loaner vehicles unless i signed up for that program. THEN I called MIKE PATTON!!!!! Jerry Keith was the first person I spoke with. He asked me how many miles the vehicle had (17K) so he reminded me of Ford Roadside Service. He told me they may be a little farther from my home than the number of miles covered but I could request my vehicle to be sent there. When we arrived at the dealership, they were out of loaners but they went to a leasing service they do not normally use to provide a vehicle for me to use while mine was being repaird. They called me with daily updates every step of the way. MIKE PATTON FORD GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND! They care about their customers and set the standard of service. others could learn from them!!! and should!!!! signed your number one fan....

We saw a vehicle that we were interested in on Autotrader.com. I called late on Saturday afternoon to arrange a visit to see the car. They told me to come on and they would wait on us. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing time and they stayed 2 hours after closing time to work with us. We were contemplating trading two vehicles, one of which was at home. They gave us a trade in price for both of our vehicles and a final price for our transaction. We did not buy that night but they did not pressure us for a decision. They thanked us for coming and we left to return home to ponder our decision. Due to their shop being closed for their employees to have the opportunity to worship on Sundays, we were able to consider our decision until Monday. We called back Monday morning and set a time to close our deal and they told us that they had marked the car down an additional $500, making the deal even sweeter. Jason treated us as his only customer the entire time he worked with us. George entertained us through the paperwork and made it a painless process. The entire car buying process was the best I and my wife have ever experienced. My recommendation for the Mike Patton Family could not higher. I don't remember getting that kind of greetings anywhere else. They take good care of my vehicles and lets me know what they have done and any thing that maybe needed in the future. Usually when I go in for routine service the prices are posted so I know what to expect, however I recently had some major work done on the F150 and I feel I got as good of a price as possible.

We have bought several cars from Mike Patton and returned there because we love the haggle free pricing. They are a bunch of friendly, down to earth people and seemed genuinely interested in getting us the right car. When we ran into roadblocks (such as loving a vehicle but it not having all the options we wanted) they were quick to offer other options - other cars or even ialnstalling the option on the vehicle we liked. They worked with us in every way. Crystal was a really fun sales person. She was pleasant and had very nice manners. She asked good questions about what we were interested in and really listened. In fact, 3 days later when I returned to test drive some different cars, she repeated to me verbatim the things I told her I liked and disliked about the previous test drives. She was extremely personable...a people person! In addition to all those good things, she handled all my requests quickly and efficiently. And, when I had a minor problem with a company installing heated seats for me, she kept checking on it to be sure the work had been done and that I was satisfied. I really have nothing bad to say about her or the dealership.

I have had 4 occasions recently to take 3 different vehicles into the service department. It started when my husband had a wreck and we needed our extra vehicle fixed til we could replace the wrecked car. My husband thought he known what was wrong and we told Wes. Wes came back and said it was something else 1000.00 less. needless to say we were elated. So we brought our F150 to him to fix the antilocks brakes. Now the truck is a 2001 so Wes gave us a price for reconditioned parks that saved us a lot of money rather than new. My Expedition had one screw drop out of the steering column and Wes fixed it free. I had a sable towed to get it fixed and the towing co. hauled it wrong and messed up the suspension. Wes talked to my insurance, took pictures and worked with the towing co. It made a nightmare bareable. I highly recommend the service department at Mike Patton. I have dealt with ripoff dealers before while my husband who was in the Navy wasout to sea and chged parts on my car that were not needed to be changed so I am elated to find a honest service department.Thank you Wes and all your mechanics that made my life so much easier. We gave the ratings above for 3 reasons: 1. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, cordial - greeting us at the door and asking how they could be of service. When we told them we were looking at new trucks a salesman was sent to assist us immediately.2. The salesman asked what we were looking for specifically and found several F-150 trucks for us to check out including a used 2011 model as well as a new 2012 model and a new 2011 model We chose the new 2011 because it had all the options we were looking for and the price was good. (Jason even emailed us pictures and stock numbers of additional vehicles for us to consider.)3. All the personnel who worked with us were open and friendly. They explained everything to us from price to incentives and other buyer options including maintenance and gap plans. They seemed to want to make certain that we understood completely. There was no pressure at any time for us to buy anything. This was a very different but pleasant experience for us.

I purchased a used vehicle online from this dealer and the vehicle was delivered with 1 set of keys. This was after several discussins with DJ regarding the vehicle condition and items asscociated with the vehicle. I went back and forth with DJ for over a week and all I got was broken promises and excuses until the point where he finally just started to not respond to my messages.. Very dissapointing that a dealership wont take responsibility for a set of keys on an above market priced vehicle.

Danny and Jason both assisted in getting me into my new 2006 Chevy Equinox, and they both were nothing short of phenomenal!! These guys were friendly, down to earth guys that won't lie to you just to make a sale. In terms of customer service they couldn't have done a better job working with each other to keep me satisfied. I had an appointment with Jason and he informed me earlier that day that either himself or Danny would be helping me. Jason was with a customer when i arrived so he introduced me to Danny to assist me. One of them was with me the entire time I was at Mike Patton, either helping me out with the car, informing me of benefits from buying from them, or just hanging out and talking about non-business "stuff". I already had a car in mind when i got there, and they didn't try to push anything else on me. I was looking for a small-sized SUV with a reasonable amount of miles on it for a good price, and I found exactly what I wanted for the price I was expecting if not a bit lower than what I was looking for. Danny and Jason busted their tails getting me into this car, going above and beyond the call of duty to get me what i wanted. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the quality of these guys and represented Mike Patton very well. I was looking at a car for around 15,000 jason was so helpful i want to say that he is the nicest, honest salesman I have every dealt with he didnt try to push the car on me he like me look. He was very helpful I decided on a 2 door but after i got home me and my husband decided i really needed a 4 door so I went back the next day I explain to jason my husband wanted a 4 door and he wanted it to be a Honda Jason then took me over to Honda and introduced me to Danny because he was Honda certified I then test drove a 2012 honda civic and i was very happy so i decided to buy. I just want to say that I do financing and have dealt with a lot of car places that the sales people were nothing but liars and today I can say Mike Patton is the most honest car lot I have dealt with. I recently purchased a 2007 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Mike Patton Auto Family. The sales consultant who assisted me was Jason Gale. He was very knowledgable, and up front I could tell he was a really good guy who was trying to help me get the best deal. Like no other dealer before, I actually trusted him and what he was saying to me. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. When you first walk into the Mike Patton dealership you get a sense of comfort and honesty among the staff. Jason Gale's personality furthered those feelings in that he was very sincere, frank and friendly. A couple days after I bought my jeep I realized one of my parking lights and tail lights were out. Jason paved a way for me to arrive, get the lights fixed, and be on my way in no time at all. Also, the service department is great! I purchased a used 2006 VW Passat about a week and a half ago. Before visiting I did some online homework looking for a vehicle that was fairly equal to what I would get for the F150 I was trading in based on the autotrader.com quote I had received. Within a few hours of inputting my request to autotrader.com, the Mike Patton dealership had contacted me and set up an appointment for Wednesday. I was a few minutes late but the greeter at the door promptly got Jason Gale to come out. He was friendly and almost immediately sat us down to start his slide presentation. He stated that based on the information I relayed to him over the phone that he had a good place to start but we would get down to the details after the slide presentation. I felt that the 20 minutes or so for the slide presentation was a total waste of time. However, because on how friendly and personable Jason was I looked at it as a bump in the road. After the presentation, he started asking questions to fill out his questionnaire. I made this easy by handing him a list of the cars Mike Patton had that I was interested in. As a part of the test drive I was looking over the engine and it was clearly apparent that a cover to the air intake was missing. When I commented on it, Jason reassured me that it was not missing and that the hood when closed was made to seal the hole. In the end if you dont know or are not sure then say so. It was clear he didnt know what he was talking about (the missing part cost $14). After the test drives I decided that this was the vehicle that fit my budget and needs so I took it. Autotrader.com's quoted price for my F150 was around $10,500 but it stated that it could be more based on an inspection from the dealer on the repair work from an accident I had. The finance employee (I'm not sure of his name) ended up giving me about $15,000 for it so I was pleased. During the signing of the paper work the finance employee said that the computer was having problems and couldn't pull up the extended warranty information. I told him that I could come back on Friday to sit down with someone about it, get the car detailed, and pick up my check for the difference of the car and trade-in. When I returned I was met by a greeter who told me Jason was with a customer. I told her I was there to meet with a man named George who was the Business Manager (not sure of last name but not George Woodell) about extended warranties, to have my vehicle detailed, and pick up my check. George was not very personable or friendly at all. I got the minimum information he gave me and was going to research the rest on my own. After an hour of waiting, I noticed my car was parked out front. While talking to a greeter Jason finally showed up and it took them a while to find the keys. I then asked him about the check which he went to check on. When he returned he stated that Mary (the lady that writes the checks) was off for the day and they hadn't prepared it yet. I would have assumed that if they knew I was driving up from Columbus that in the two days between my appointments someone would have ensured that the check was ready. After researching the extended warranty information myself, I attempted to call George back on Saturday but only got his voice mail, so I left a message. I attempted again on Monday to contact George but again got his voice mail. So I contacted Jason who ensured me that George was running late but would be there. Based on that I decided to drive back up from Columbus to pick up the check and purchase an extended warranty. Upon arriving Jason said he would find Mary so she could get me the check. After 30 minutes or so Mary met me with the check. She was walking away when I told her that I was supposed to be meeting George so she looked puzzled and said she would find Jason. She and Jason had a conversation at which point Jason walked over and said that there was no one there that could help me with the extended warranty that day and we would have to go next door to the Mike Patton Honda dealership. Once next door I was walked to a waiting area where I waited for over an hour. I eventually went back up front and asked what was going on and was told that they had turned the information on the warranty over to Jason and he should have gotten back with me. When I said no they went ahead and sat down with me and finished the process. Jason came back over as we were finishing. I had scheduled a vehicle inspection a few days later with a VW dealership just to have it "once overed" by the manufacturer. They told me that there was a safety recall on it in addition to the front passenger axle boot being torn, leaking grease, and needing repair ($350). Jason called a few days later and I told him that I was at work and couldn't talk long. I informed him of the problems and he ensured me that they wouldn't have sold the car if there were safety problems like that. Within 2 minutes of our conversation ending he called back and stated that if I took it to Carl Gregory then I should take it somewhere else because they probably just said that because they were mad about Mike Patton taking their customers. I never told him where I took it until after he made that accusation. I told him that when they found the problem that had brought me out to see it for myself. It was clearly torn and leaking and had been for a while considering the amount of old grease built up that was splattered around. As I came on here to provide this review I read the internet managers (Donnie Hinkle) reply to a negative rating. If at the first sign of problems the dealership either talks down about the competition or makes unprofessional responds to a negative rating then this is probably not the dealership I would recommend to anyone else. After the sale was complete it appeared as I was no longer a priority customer. **UPDATE** 10/30/2011After numerous conversations with Jason Gale over several days of waiting, someone at a managerial level decided that Mike Patton Ford would cover all repairs immediately. The service department at Mike Patton Honda made me feel welcome and kept me up to date on the repairs. They could not explain how in the initial inspection of the vehicle how a torn CV boot was missed. Although it took an extra day beyond what they thought it would to fix the car, they provided a loner vehicle to compensate for it. All issues were corrected on the vehicle. In the four days after I picked up the vehicle I was contacted by Jason twice reminding me that I should edit my above review. This seemed quite pushy. I was also contacted by Brian Patton who never mentioned the review. He wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied, which I now am, and offered that if I had any other issues that I could contact him directly.

The price was superior to 5 other Ford dealers I priced south of Mike Patton. After the price was confirmed I came to the dealer to make the purchase. Once there I found out the car was not actually on the lot but would have to be brought in. This miscommunication made me have to make another trip to the dealer to pick it up. In addition the 5 digit code to open the dirive side door was not in the vehicle & I'll have to make another trip back to have it programmed. Overall price is the bottom line for me in an auto purchase.

Mike Anderson did not honor his word, when confronted about it he became hostile and demeaning. He would not return phone calls, closed his door and blinds/shades on a personal visit. in a nutshell, I was lied to, deceived, and then the attempt was made to place blame on me, despite the facts. I was not a satisfied customer. Chris Patton stepped up and took care of my issues and he did everything he could to make me happy. Jason Murphy went over and beyond what his job description is,I'm pretty sure. I was searching for one specific F250 and he found it. It took about three weeks of searching and finding several that were close just not what I was looking for. Even after pushing his buttons just to see how he would respond it was still quite friendly and professional. I will come back to Jason and give him a chance to keep my business on my next purchase. He also helped organize some off site work that turned out great and on site work on some scratches that didn't turn out so great but they are supposed to fix the problem again today. Hopefully the way it would come from the factory.

I came in to Mike Patton to have some service done to my 2007 Ford Edge and while I was there Dan asked would I like to look at some new vehicles and which kind would I be interested in if I traded. I told him only a new Edge because I love mine. They checked mine over and gave me a good price for mine. Dan worked very hard to find me an Edge that had everything on it that I wanted. He then worked hard to get my payments where I wanted them to be. This is the best experience I have ever had while buying a new car. The whole ordeal was top notch.

Kimberly Parker was upfront with me on the pricing of my new Ford Fusion and all this was over the phone. Jason Gail came into an already deal in progress, After being passed from one sales person to to another two times. I was extreamly satisfied with his level of professionalism, and his sense of urgency to get everything I wanted done in a courtious and timely manner. With that being said, though I think it was most unfortuniate and extreamlyy dissipointing that the other two sales people before him seem to lack all of his quailfcations, mostly a man by the name of Robert, whom I would not recomend to so much as wash my car! I am glad I had to go through them just to wind up meeting and working with Jason Gail. I was just getting ready to go some where else untill I met him and if he is there in the future I will most definately be dealing with him from this day foward. I am not the easiest person to satisfy but I am very pleased with the outcome. There are other dealerships that would have given up but Jason continue to pursue the request I asked. I went to purchase a Ford Explorer but it didn't meet our family needs in regards to space. After the first test drive of this car, I made Jason aware of what my needs were. On the day that I was going to tell him I will just wait and maybe look elsewhere, he had found the perfect car, Ford Flex, which met all of our needs and more. I would not go anywhere else! This is a rare dealership in that they are incredibly upfront and honest. George, Eddie, and Scott were welcoming and helpful from beginning to end. They patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything about the sale. They gave my vehicle a thorough inspection, and made sure it was in great condition. I was made aware of everything they found during the inspection. When it turned up in the inspection that two of the tires were getting to a point where they would need to be replaced soon, they arranged to replace them without any additional cost to me. I would have never known the tires needed to be changed from a visual inspection of my own. Most importantly, when I thought something was wrong with the car (nothing ended up being wrong - I just wasn't familiar with the model and could not figure out how to start it back up) their response was immediate and their concern was apparent. Before I figured out how to start the car, they had arranged for a tow truck to come get the car and were going to provide me with another car and then bring the original car to my home - 2 hours away from the dealership, after they repaired it. I ended up not needing any of that, since the car was totally fine once I figured out how to start it, but I think that is a true testament to how much they care about their customers and will back up their cars. Thanks again for a great experience - I will buy all of my future cars here!

I am not one to write reviews but the experience we had a Mike Patton Ford blew us away. My wife and I visited Mike Patton Ford looking for an newer model F250. We met with Jason Durrand and looked at two trucks. One of the options we had on our wishlist was a sunroof. The truck we wanted did not have a sunroof. Jason offered to either find one for us or have one installed in the truck we wanted to buy. I was nervous about having one installed so he spoke to Eddie Federmann, sales manager, and they contacted the sunroof vendor. I spent almost an hour talking with the vendor while Jason and Eddie waited patiently. After speaking to the vendor, my wife and I talked for a while deciding if we wanted to have the roof installed. I mean we took a lot of their time and they never made us feel like we held them up, wasted their time or kept them from other customers. The entire time we felt comfortable and welcome to take the time necessary to make our decision. At no time did we feel pressured. After agreeing to the sunroof they answered all of our questions about the vehicle and offered to deliver the vehicle to us in Alabama after the sunroof is installed. Let me say, my wife and I are very particular about our vehicles and have spent many hours looking for the right one. This truck was exactly what we were looking for and the price was unbeatable. The service was exceptional and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle, new or used. Great job Jason and Eddie, you have earned our loyality and future business. We left the dealership not only buying a great vehicle but felt like we made new friends.

For the most part, you don't know how good of a dealership you are working with until there is a problem. In our case, we were already very satisfied with our experience and purchase of a 2005 Honda Odyssey. From the moment we contacted Mike Patton auto our salesman, Jim Gaylor, was friendly to our whole family. He was never pushy instead very patient and answered the many questions and concerns we had in looking for a new (used) vehicle. As we soon learned everyone we dealt with during our visit was quite pleasant to deal with. We, being former Saturn owners, liked the no haggle pricing and from our research found the pricing to be quite fair. After a few days our van had problems starting up. As it turned out it was simply a weak battery but Jim, and the rest of the staff at Mike Patton Auto, went "that extra mile" you seldom find in many businesses these days, and handled the problem without inconvenience to us. While we were already happy with our buying experience this just reaffirmed to us that had chosen the right dealer to do business with. We have had many friends asking us about our new van and we have always made it a point to mention how happy we were with where we bought it. About 20 plus years ago, I needed a car and went to Mike Patton Mazda in LaGrange. A very nice gentleman named Billy Thompson helped me purchase a new car. It was a very pleasant experience. He had all the knowledge about the car and was very friendly, kind, and patient with a young person who did not know anything about cars PERIOD. I said all of this to said: We fast forward to December 17, 2009. On this day, my husband and I went to LaGrange to Mike Patton Ford to look for him a car. Wow, little did I know who NOW works there!! Billy Thompson's son, Brian Thompson!! I knew Billy had retired, but did not know the family tradition had continued with his son. Well, guess what? That same GOOD FEELING I had 20 plus years ago was still there at the Mike Patton Ford dealership in the form of George Woodell, Jr. George, to quote my husband, is the best car salesman he has ever encountered.The entire staff was very nice and wanted to help us in anyway they could. From the young lady greeting us (on crutches, bless her), to the person who drove our old car, the experience could not have been better. George is a perfect salesperson-friendly, helpful, knowledgable, not pushy, and very much a people person. I am a 2LT in the US Army. I bought at Mike Patton from Quinton Kelley just after I commissioned from OCS, and on my way to Ft. Gordon. I needed a car on short notice when the private purchase I was going to make turned out to be misrepresented. The car was quite nice (2008 Mustang, silver, V6), and had exceptionally low milage for below KBB price (about trade in price, from a dealer with a warrenty). Only issues: On the test drive Mr. Kelly kindof gunned it - IMO the dealer wants me to think of the car as mine already, and I personally would be mad if I let you drive my car and you were hot-roding it, but probably he was trying to show off its pony-car nature (it's a mustang after all); and the trunk light was burnt out (they replaced it before pickup). On the plus side, the service was great, friendly, and attentive. They let me test drive a car I was 99% not going to buy, listed to my preferences on style, color, etc and showed me cars based on that. Mr Kelly didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want, and this dealership makes a practice of offering the lowest price up front with no haggling - so no worries that I was getting a run-around because my negotiating skills weren't up to par (I wouldn't meet someone else with the same car from the same dealer for 2k less). Lastly, I was in uniform at the dealership, and they made a PA announcement about me (I had just commissioned and all that), and everyone came and shook my hand. People who live next to the military, expecially in the South and red states will do that - actually approve of and say thanks for putting it on the line for the USA. It was really cool, especially as I had just joined the Army a few months prior. I'm currently in Germany, so if I buy a car over here it'll probably be from the military sales (they can really hook it up, negating shipping costs and all that), but if I was in the region, I would go back to this dealership.

Quentin the sales guy went above and beyond the duty of a sales person to find me exactly what I was looking for and for the right price. He even worked on finding me my car on his day off. It was a pleasure working with him. He is a great sales person. John Moore did a fantasic job on working with Ford Motor Credit on getting me the 1.9% financing I was seeking. This is our 4th car in the past 3 years that we have purchased from Mike Patton even though we live on the northside of Atlanta. My husband and I own a business here in Atlanta but are Lagrange natives. We were able to do everything over the phone because we just don't have the time to sit in a car dealership for 4 hours. Mike Patton has always made our car buying experience very pleasurable all the way down to delivering the car and paperwork to our front door.(not very many people can sit down at their kitchen table and sign the paperwork) I don't know of any other dealer that would go out of their way to do that. We love the small town experience that you get from Mike Patton. They treat you like your family. A lot of people have made comments about why I went all the way to LaGrange to purchase my car (the car tag plate holder has Mike Patton LaGrange on it). The only problem was the dealership didn't have the vehicle I wanted on-site but George and Brian did everything in their power to get the vehicle I wanted. He had my car picked up in Columbus for detail work and personnally delivered it to me on his day off. Since my purchase in April, he has been providing me with Ford updates and has written me wanting to ensure that everything is going to our satisfaction. While traveling through LaGrange on a Friday evening about 8:30, the rear window/hatchback on my 2002 Explorer shattered as it was closed. Every square inch of glass was broken! I had noticed the Mike Patton Ford dealership on my way into town and drove back to see if they could help.I met Richard Hill and he immediately offered to help me. The service department was closed but Richard assured me that Mike Anderson, the General Manager, would figure something out. I explained to Mike that I needed to be in Valdosta early the next morning. Mike immediately offered to loan me a car off of the lot in spite of the fact that the dealership does not have a rental program. Mike knew that they would not be able to repair the window for at least several days, if at all, and only asked that I call and check back with them the following Monday.I drove to Valdosta and back home to Atlanta, approximately a 500 mile round trip. I was not able to pick up my Explorer until Wednesday. When I asked Mike how much I owed him for the use of his car, he said there were not any charges - NONE! Richard, Mike, and Mike Patton Ford helped me out because they are simply good people and cared about my problem. I look forward to doing business with these wonderful folks for a long, long, time!

Wednesday, April 1, 2009 I reviewed a Ford Edge in Columbus at Rivertown Ford and on the Internet. Mike Patton Ford and Lincoln had several listed at remarkable close out prices. I emailed an inquiry to confirm these prices to see if they were legitimate. I was contacted by Ray Deyo the very next morning.He assured me the prices was not false advertising and he gave me a detailed description of the exterior and interior colors. Ray scheduled me an appointment to review the vehicle in person, because I was coming from Columbus. On Friday, April 3, 2009 I visited Mike Patton Auto is LaGrange, GA. I was looking to purchase a 2009 or 2008 vehicle with low miles,(1000 or less), I was greeted by A Customer Service Representative and Sales Manager who were expecting my arrival. I was given the keys to test drive the vehicle, look over all the details, ask questions or voice concerns. Ray offered me a Coke and we conversed about the Ford Edge and life in general.I purchased the Ford Edge. The staff at Mike Patton Auto is excellent, they are engaging, personable, and honest, with their pricing. I received no pressure tactics and all of my questions or concerns were addressed by Ray Deyo. I'd spoken with a sales representative over the phone at Mike Patton about the type of car I was looking for. We visited the dealership on a Saturday, where we met Eric Talley. From the start, he was energetic and friendly, and I knew that the car-buying process would be a snap. Being the expert salesman that he is, Eric knew exactly what my wife and I were looking for in a car. We test drove two, and decided to purchase one. The price of the car was extremely competitive with others on the market. I was given a great price for my trade as well! The mechanical service performed on the car prior to sale was top notch. I would certainly recommend this dealership and salesman Eric Talley to anyone wanting excellent customer service, a friendly atmosphere, and first-rate automobiles, new and used!

This dealership services both our Ford vehicles, my wife's 07 Escape and my 03 Sport Trac. While I was in last week, I met Brian Thompson, the general Manager and mentioned that I was interested in a trading my Sports Trac for a used F-150. We discussed possible color choices and options, and 5 days later they called me into their showroom to check out a trade in. I loved the truck and both Brian and Eric bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied and give me the best deal they could. I purchased the truck that afternoon, we exchanged keys, paperwork, everything in a little over an hour! Remarkable when I look back at some of my haggling purchases where car dealers kept me there for hours. This is a really good sales and service department, and I would highly recommended them to anyone.

We will recommend Mike Patton Used Car SuperCenter to all of our friends and family. We have had so many bad experiences with car dealerships, our experience with this purchase was a "breath of fresh air." We were greeted immediately and a Sales Representative, Nathan Swanson, was assisting us within minutes. We were also greeted on the lot by Brian Thompson, whom we had dealt with on a previous purchase at Mike Patton. Everything related to our purchase was handled in an efficient, friendly and timely manner.We visited a local competitor 2 days prior and essentially told we would not find what we were looking for with the payment we were willing to take on. Mike Patton dealership has proved them wrong. As long as Nathan and Brian are working for Mike Patton, we will make all future purchases from this dealership.

Have been searching the Internet for a used , reasonable priced, roadster. Found a Mercedes SKL on EBAY for sell by Mike Patton, the price by Kelly Blue Book showed the value of the car listed quit a bit higher than was listed by Mike Patton. Set up an appointment and drove 130 miles to check out the car. It was clean, looked great and was at the right price. I already had been pre-approved by my Credit Union , but the credit manager came back with a lower rate than I had already set up. Eric Talley was very friendly and I liked the concept of a no hassle price and a Low Price guarantee.I would definitely recommend Mike Patton to others based on my experience.

We are giving the highest review scores to the Mike Patton dealership and especially to the Sales Representative, George Woodell, because he made this the most pleasant and positive car-buying experience we have had in the past ten years. At the time we contacted Mr. Woodell we were regrouping from an accident that left our previous Astro van totaled. We are retired on a small income and every cent matters so we felt blessed to find this low mileage Astro van and blessed again to find a sales rep. who worked with us so efficiently and kindly in our special circumstances. Mr. Woodell was always available to answer our questions and assist us in all aspects of the purchase. We would also lkie to compliment the dealership where we were greeted by a very pleasant person upon our arrival and directed immediately to Mr. Woodell. Everything related to our purchase of the van was handeled in an efficient, friendly and timely manner. We traveled from North Florida to purchase the van and would make that trip again in the future if the dealership had a vehicle that would meet our needs. Without hesitation, we would recommend the Mike Patton dealership and George Woodell to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle.

About two weeks ago I was shopping around for a used vehicle and I stopped by Mike Patton. I got out to look around and was immediately greeted by a nice young lady who just asked me a couple of simple questions, and then went in to get my salesman (this gives you time to run if you're not in the mood to buy right then.. Lol). My salesman, George Woodell, came out just a minute later and the ball got on the roll. I told him I had a trade-in that I was extremely upside-down in and that no other dealer I had been to was able to help me. To make a long story short, with the help of George, John Moore, and Chris Patton I was able to get outta my old car and into a 2009 Ford Fusion barely going up on my payments at all. Overall my experience at Mike Patton was better than any experience I've ever had with a car dealer. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Mike Patton.

When I made the decision to buy a car, I knew that I wanted to go to Mike Patton, because I had bought a car there previously. I had my eye on an Acura and sent an e-mail to the website. George Woodell called me back and we began working through all of the details. He explained that my credit was not perfect, it was actully rather bad. I had been in school for 4 years trying to earn a degree in Education so bills tended to get missed from time to time. He worked on it for a week or so and explained that I may not be able to get financed and even if I did, I would need to find a different car, but my heart was set on that one. For two weeks George worked diligently to make sure that I got in the car that I wanted and made sure to keep the payments at a good price for me. He will be my salesman any time in the future!

I visited Mike Patton about 6 weeks ago and I was first approached by a young lady asking for my name and information and I hadn't even seen a car yet. Then she goes on to tell me she's not even a salesman, so I waited for a salesman to come out which took about 10 minutes and Ben came out and started in after introducing himself wanting to tell me how mike patton works or some crap. I simply wanted the price of a vehicle and he wanted me to come inside. Come to find out the price I was asking for was right on the windshield, I have a calculator i can figure taxes on my own. I mentioned to him I might have a trade and he went straight in to giving me BS about how they handle trading a vehicle WAY differently than other dealerships. Well you're right they do, they offered me about 5 thousand less than anyone else I talked to and I just had to leave. I was now furious, they call themselves hassle free and the one price dealer and thats the truth but they can screw someone else because it's not happenin to this one. They will give you way less than value of your vehicle so they can sell it for about 5,000 dollars more! Then his manager came over and told me Ben would take care of me knowing that he was about to ram numbers down my throat. I will never be back there again, it was the most pressure I've dealt with in a while at a car dealership!
