Was helping my mother find a NEW car. Inquired online and setup and appointment to look at a specific vehicle that was on the lot. Once we arrived we were advised that vehicle was no longer there because the sales manager took the vehicle home for the holiday weekend. We looked at another vehicle they had marked as NEW and noticed it had 5400 miles. When we asked we were advised this was a loaner car for customers. When we expressed concern over the mileage we were told they could extend the warranty at a cost. How can that be sold as a new vehicle and not used?? After all that my mother decided she didn’t like the interior of the vehicle and the sales guy told us to go to Walmart and buy seat covers….. There is no way I would help my mother to buy a new car and put seat covers on it. For those of you that had good dealings with this dealership congrats. For us this was not the first bad experience but will be our last. Felt very deceived.

Big shout out to the staff at this dealership!! Car trouble while traveling on I95 Saturday. They got us right in and scheduled repair for 1st thing Monday AM. Even gave us a loaner car to use for the weekend!! Excellent customer service!!! Thank you!

They give good service .the issue comes in when the problem is on them then they want to go back book on there mistakes. Then they make you wait for weeks for a call back

Ordered a new vehicle and was given written price with taxes, dealer fees and tags. The order was placed and accepted with my deposit. Vehicle was delayed due to covid and computer chip shortage. When vehicle arrived, I was told by the sales manager the same person that had given me the price when vehicle was ordered that he would not honor the original price. He then told me that I would need to eat some of difference increased cost. Basically reneging on a written agreement in my assessment. Once a agreement on price is reached and order is accepted with a deposit, to me that is a contract. The GM did override the sales managers decision and sold the vehicle at original price. Very dissatisfied with this experience.

Incredible experience for my first time purchasing a car! WE DROVE TWO HOURS! I’ve driven the same SUV that my parents purchased for me in high school for the past 12 years and was very anxious about purchasing a new car! Diego, Phillip, and Frank were wonderful to work with! I prayed for the right vehicle and that God would provide me with an honest, kind, and caring salesperson and He provided me with three! Stephanie also promptly helped me with questions on their website on Christmas Eve of all times! Diego answered questions throughout the week and texted me all of the pictures I requested! Phillip was extremely patient with me with my first car purchase and Frank helped me over the phone before we made the two hour drive! Highly recommend!
