I went to Miles for an oil change and had been thinking about trading my 2013 Cruze for something a little bigger and better equipped for winter in the country! This company did a really nice job of contacting me and following through when I asked for more information about a car. The salesman even told me up front that the car I was interested in did not have A/C so that I did not waste a trip. The sales manager and another employee followed up with me looking for any other cars that they could show me. They were consistent without being pushy.

My husband and I went out just to look and get an idea of what miles had for used cars. We found the traverse and looked and came back and looked again. We tried to find something else to compare with year,features, price. I was really amazed that there was no pressure. They let us talk to them. Not them talking to us, with pressure . We did decide on the traverse and we left that day with it.

I went to the Dealership for a recall issue. Which i had an appointment. When I first get there, I was treated so nicely and was told that the service would only take 1 hour and a half. I noticed people coming in after me getting things done and leaving before me. I guess because they were paying customers they should go before me. After the time had passed, I went to inquire, I was told that they were finishing up it would be 10 minutes and then 45 minutes later here comes my car. I feel everyone should be treated the same whether you are paying or not.

It's hard for me to fully trust the repair/maintenance part. We had an experience with them before when they said they done something but didn't. I would like to be able to watch them add additives to the oil, transmission type stuff. They charge an outrageous price, but how do you know they really done it. If they lie once about a minor thing....hard to believe they wouldn't lie about a major thing also. The person was suppose to have been talked to, but hard to trust this now

Recently had an issue with the oil pump on my 2015 Silverado. Even though it was a Fri night and I was 40 miles away the dealership had a tow truck and a loaner truck there within an hour and a half. After owning the same vehicle for 12 years, the process of purchasing a new vehicle seemed rather daunting. Troy at Miles made us feel welcome and comfortable with the process. His knowledge of the product was excellent. He was truly concerned with what we were looking for, both in the type of vehicle and the price range. Best of all, he wasn't pushy. He was patient and make us feel like he had as much time as we needed but gave my wife and I time and space to talk if we asked. When I e-mailed a list of questions, he was prompt in responding and answered all my questions.We feel Miles worked with us to get the best possible deal. They worked with us on a Friday night until 45 minutes after close to get to what we felt was a fair price with no pressure to close the deal.Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. We were shopping mostly at night and on the weekend. When I had a question/concern, I asked to have the service manager call me. He called me at work the next morning and patiently answered all my questions.Tony in the business office did a great job of explaining all of the documentation we had to sign.With Miles' indoor facilities, buying a vehicle in February was no different than buying in warm weather months. The facilities were clean and comfortable.Overall, this was a positive experience. I would definitely recommend buying from Miles. We purchased a 2016 Equinox and have been very pleased with the vehicle.

I have had a few small issues with my 2015 Chevy Colorado rear door switches not adjusted correctly, bad stereo speaker, AC coming on when wanting heat and transmission shifting issues we are still working on. While I am not happy about these issues, the dealership has been very professional and helpful in taking care of them. Even when you buy a new vehicle problems can arise. [ it's not a perfect world] Even though I'm not happy with the product I am very happy with the service I have received from the dealership.

Cody was great, and I tried to even get the 2013 Silverado a.k.a. "Balls" a home! It sold!!!!! Cody was great, knowledgeable of the vehicles we were looking at, and even contacted us when our price range was workable on a new truck! He worked for our needs in regards to getting the max trade in value! I told many of my friends to see Cody Mayberry at Miles! I did post the new truck and the positive experience we had!!!!

Haven't been able to put the top down on my convertible as of yet but I have no doubt that the job was done right and if not they make it right in short order. Overall I was very pleased. After the purchase we met the service manager as well. This was a nice touch.I liked all the personnel we dealt with. Gary Hosier and Tom Cox, but I want to say Mike "Rudy" Slade our sales guy really did a great job. He answered all my questions and really made us feel like we were his number one focus.Because of this I can say this has by far been the best vehicle buying experience I have had. my wife & I stopped in to see our service rep, ed, & make an appointment for service on our 2007 corvette, which we had purchased at miles in sept. of 2008. Later I called ed back & asked him to schedule detailing since I had recently had knee surgery. When we brought the car in everything was scheduled. ed also made sure that we had the courtesy van to take us home rather than the small car since with my knee brace I have limited mobility. later the van picked my wife up at our home so she could bring the car home. When ed saw that she had come alone, he asked if I was ok. she told him I was fine but resting. knowing your customer & having an interaction is what service is about. thanks, ed & jan

The overall experience was very good. My Saturn Sky was one of the vehicle recalled for the faulty ingnition switch. Miles performed the recall service and was very friendly and happily provided a loaner vehicle so I could drive back to work.Miles reminded me of how Service at a Saturn Dealership used to be before General Motors orphaned all Saturn Owners.
