He explains thoroughly what is involved in the service rendered, he documents it in the computer and gives you a copy he really has my interest at heart nothing wrong was found and documented that. most other dealerships would have found something to make more money. would definitely recommend miller bros chevrolet if nothing else for the service department

A senior friend had a tire blowout and had no AAA service, he called his cadillac dealership. They sent a tow truck and fetch him from the side of the road by the time I was able to be on the road. They towed his Cadillac & service handled his tire dilemma. They got it all done under warranty and/or road hazard warranty since it was still a new vehicle. I'm sure other places would have tried to sell the senior citizen and take advantage of them, but not here at Miller Brothers Cadillac! They took care of him and treated him very well. It was ready the next day promptly! I'm impressed. Awesome service, timely and compassionate.

I waited 5 months for my 2017 CT6 Platinum edition. Terrance called me periodically to update me on the status and projected assembly dates. When my car finally arrived, I made arrangements with Terrance to come in the following day. I then decided I couldn't wait to see it, and stopped by the dealer late that evening. Chris greeted me and, after hearing my explanation of simple impatience, then spent an hour with me showing me my car inside the garage (even though he knew this was Terrance's sale). He was as excited as I was to look over the car. The young man that worked the detailing was also great and assured me that he would have my car in top shape for my pick up. The next day, Terrance stayed late to complete my purchase. Again, he was as thrilled with my beautiful coach as I was! He zoomed through the paperwork to make it as painless as possible (it's never completely painless). My financing process was with Justin and he was super-professional. He also made it seem more like a friendly interaction than an expensive auto purchase. Terrance then took the time to demo and explain most of the car's tech, comms, and ONSTAR (that could have been a college course, but I was already familiar with some things since I had a premium XTS). Even after he had stayed late to ensure I was comfortable with the car, Terrance called me on the way home to ask what I thought about the car!! He said he was positive that I would love driving it. The next day, I came back to the dealer to turn in my stock wheels for my trade-in XTS and pick up my after-market rims. Bruce was expecting me and immediately took me over to service. They swapped out the wheels and loaded my wheels carefully back into my car. I was introduced to the service manager and escorted to the customer waiting area. I was in and out in less time than it took me to finish my Miller Brothers water bottle!!Overall, excellent experience, professional and friendly interactions, and I'd recommend Terrance Cox and Miller Brothers Cadillac to anyone that asked!!

I had an engine light on and took it to Miller Brother's. The service center was great in regards to accessibility and time on repair. My service rep, Isaiah, was the best I've had in all my time of owning a vehicle...and I've owned a lot. Ford, Chevy, GMC, Toyota, Honda. He is the reason I now return to Miller Brother's for all my repairs. He even personally drove me home and picked me up next day when my vehicle was finished. 5 stars all around for Isaiah and Miller Brother's!

Everything was great until I forgone and noticed multiple scratches on my truck. Definitely not from the drive home. Called my salesman and he recommended touch up paint and no dealership assistance. Also I noticed on my bill that they took the price of my trade off the final cost after taxes and not before like it is supposed to be. Very helpful dealership until I bought the truck then they washed their hands of it.

I have visited a few dealerships before choosing to do business with Miller Brothers. The guys there simply amazing and very very accommodating. We encountered some challenges at the beginning of the buying process and mostly due to me trying to decide which Platinum to go with. I must say I made a great decision going with White Platinum with Tuscon brown interior, that is money. My salesperson A.J was awesome, highly recommended, I am pretty sure I gave him few great hairs :) Justin and Bruce were great as well with working with me on getting the figures I wanted to pay and making it happen. There were few parts that needed replacing where cup holder is and this will be replaced with no charge. I also had a tiny scratch on the door still and though minor and not noticeable, Bruce had no problem replacing it on the spot. I am very happy with this dealership and lets not forget "Cadillac Joe" in detail department. He made the interior and exterior look amazing. I don't know when is the next time my wife will let me get another escalade, but when she does I will be seeing my guys at Miller Brothers.Vladimir

He was not trying to "sell" us rather he was sharing information with us. We felt like he was trying to hrlp us mske the right decision on a purchase by giving us information. Going to a car dealer is very uncomfortable and stressful (normally) but we will go back to Miller Bros again and highly recommend it to all! The finance tesm there was also outstanding!

Went to look a car, but it had already been sold. Zach Miller the salesmen helping me was great he found me a car with less milage and more options than the first car I looked at and still well within my price range. I contacted Zach Miller, tested drove a Chevy Silverado 1500 and within an hour an half, I completed all the paperwork and drove a brand new truck off the lot. I really did not think Zach could meet my price. 15 minutes after returning from the test drive, not only did he make me an offer but it was a $1000 below what I expect. Chuck the Finance Officer had all my paperwork ready to go and explained all the details in a very understanding way. No pressure, honest and a good sense of humor. Worst car dealership ever!!! I ordered a custom 2015 Stingray Corvette on January 31, 2015. I was told the car would take 8-10 weeks to be built. After about 12 weeks, I still didnt have my car. I go to the dealership to find out what's going on and Joe Wyatt, manager, tells me my car will not be built. If orders were stopped in April 2015, why wasn't my order taken when I ordered in January 2015. No one ever reached out and called me or informed me that my car would not be produced. If I had never went to inquire what the status of my car was, would they have ever called? Would I have ever got my deposit back? The service and professionalism was poor!!! I reached out to the General Manager at the dealership, Robert Palmer, and a representative from GM, Nicole Mitchell, no one could give me a reason why this happened and didn't offer a reasonable solution! This dealership wanted me to purchase a 2016 and pay the difference!!!! The people that run this dealership are incompetent. This dealership gives GM a bad rep!!!!

I'll keep this short. I called before showing up and still had to wait about 30 minutes before talking to a sales person. Once I had there attention the salesperson (Terrence Cox) tried, at every opportunity, to not allow me to test drive it. Once I insisted that I won't be spending that amount of money without a test drive he reluctantly took me on one. He wanted to know my time frame and because it wasn't that day he started to act as though I was as a waste of time. Very akward test drive with very little said, short almost annoyed responses to questions about the car. I asked what the MPG was and he snarked no one asks for the MPG on a car like this.Another note the price online was a bit higher than the online price. I asked about the car on the phone and they told me that some service items were taken care of recently by the past owner before the trade, so I thought great. When I came in the price was a bit higher and I asked the sales person and he said well its because we recently fixed a few items. The items were the ones the previous sales person told me were handled by the previous owner. So not sure if they're using the previous owners repairs as their own to hike up the price, but either way it seems a bit shady.Overall disappointed with the dealership and would not return or recommend it. I'll be shopping for the same vehicle at a dealership.

My second visit to Miller Brothers was to replace the part that was ordered during my first visit. It took about an hour for them to replace the sunglass compartment in my 2013 Chevy Malibu. Both of the representatives who assisted me, Bobby and Joe, were both friendly and efficient. I am unsettled about the flawed design feature of the part (two tiny little pieces that clasp it shut easily break means the sunglass compartment hangs open and blocks the rear view mirror and in order to replace the part they had to take out the whole upper console and rewire all the switches and lights, which just seems ridiculous in my view) but I am satisfied with the service at Miller Brothers.

the big screen HD tv was perfect to watch the oriole game that came on at 1230 the day i was there for my oil change and inspection. the complimentary snacks are also a nice touch. someone had left a half cup of hot chocolate on a table that drew some ants. one of the staff spotted it, attended to it and made note for corrective action. i was only there about an hour but was impressed with their facility in everything i saw.

Friendly service from beginning to end and I was remembered, even though I've only been in for oil changes in the 2 1/2 years since I bought my 2007 SRX (an experience I still look back upon positively). When I asked about detailing, was referred to an in-house expert and I plan to, at Melvin's sound recommendation, come in twice a year from now on. I had been looking for a full size SUV for a little over two months, visited Miller Brothers on 3 separate occasions to look at and or test drive vehicles as part of my search. There was never any pressure to buy or leave with a car that day, the sales team was very courteous and informative as we reviewed vehicles. We eventually decided on a 14 Suburban LTZ after a lengthy search and many test drives on all full size SUV makes and models. I then reviewed Miller Brothers inventory online, contacted the dealership to let them know we wanted to come in and drive a specific vehicle. Upon arrival, the SUV was gassed up and ready to go for a test drive. The purchase experience was very quick and painless as the deal they brought to us out of the gate was right in line with my expectations, and exceeded my estimate on my trade in value. Very good experience, but some frustration getting status of the service. Service Manager called me early in the day to let me know that the car had been received (I used night drop) and that requested work would proceed, I would be called to advise status and the car would be ready by my requested time of 5 pm. Frustration was that the I had to call the Service Manager to get status. I left a voice mail that was not returned within one hour and had to call back; was then on hold for approx. 5 minutes before the Service Manager could talk to me and provide me with the car's status.

Big kudos for doing the following so well: - Quick response when scheduling- Next day availability- Knowledgeable customer service- Dealt with 1 person all day (7am-5pm) (never had to get someone else up to speed)- Employee didn't try to up charge, wanted to save us moneyWe delayed some maintenance on our 2 vehicles and could've easily spent $4k to get our cars in good shape. Your staff just promised to take a good look and decide what to get done & how to get it the best price doing it. We just moved to the area. This type of service is making it a no-brainer to come here for years to come.

Dave Jacobs and Joe Wyatt were not only polite and courteous throughout the negotiation, they were also honest and fair. I was treated with respect at every turn of the process and they did everything possible to find a common ground for the vehicle I was looking for. As long as Miller Brothers Chevrolet continues to employ quality personnel such Dave and Joe, I will be a customer for life at their dealership. By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. The only reason I rated their Facility as "Average" is because they are undergoing extensive renovations, which made the environment a little less convenient for negotiations.

I had a new battery installed in May of 2013 and November 2013 I tried to start my car and the battery was dead. After receiving a jump start all was well but I wanted someone from Miller to check it out. I called service and Patrick said bring it in at my convenience and I asked if 45 minutes was ok and he said sure give me your name and I'll pull up your account. When I arrived Bobbie from service came outside and greeted me promptly. He pulled my car in, showed me to the waiting area and 45 minutes after running some tests, later he informed me that all was well with the battery and possibly I had left a light on inside the car. That was probably the case. He was so friendly, he walked me to the car and even showed and explained how to start my car from outside, which I had forgotten how to do. It was a great experience. Went to buy a used 2012 chrysler town and country, they sold it to me for a great price. Was supposed to come back the next day to finalize the deal and pick up the van. The salesman Zack Miller then called me right before I was to come get it and said that he had driven it to their lower lot (what he was doing joy riding around in my sold vehicle I have no clue?) to check something on another car when the car he was checking drifted forward and hit my van that shouldn't have been there in the first place! So he said it put a dent in the bottom of the door not a big deal, well I went to look at it and it was a very big deal and dent to boot, the whole passenger side sliding door was caved in to the point it marked up the plastic entry sill plate on the inside of the door. Then he says that they will take care of the repairs and it won't even have to get listed on the vehicles car fax report so it won't show that it has ever been in an accident (kinda shady I think). So I had them tear up my paper work on the sale. Now I'm back to having to car hunt again. Just an awful experience with this dealer. So buyers beware of the used 2012 Chrysler town and country on their lot VIN-2C4RC1BG7CR313295, it has been in an accident dispite what the car fax may or may not say.

I took my Chevrolet to the dealer because I received an error on my driver information center (DIC). I did some research and found that a recall had been ordered for my car, not certain that my car had this recall performed, I took the car to the dealer to check and fix my car. The dealership found that the recall had been performed at a previous visit. They then proceeded to run diagnostics to find and fix the problem. They were unable to locate the DIC code/problem. They called me to inform me that they found my battery was a little weak and suggested that I replace my battery. I asked will that solve the problem with my car. I asked if they'd stand behind their recommendation to replace the battery and that my error would not reappear. They told me they were not sure and it may fix the problem and it may not. I asked again - so you won't stand behind your diagnostic and recommendation, they said no. They tried to please me - and asked me what I would like - I said since you did not find the problem and you won't stand behind the findings in their diagnostics to not charge me for this test. They refused to do that. I told them that was unacceptable. To no avail. I reminded them that I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and if they are not willing to stand behind their analysis and work, that I'd take my business and future purchases elsewhere. They stood firm and I am as well. I will NOT return to that dealership for work or for future purchases.

This was possibly the worst experience that I have had at a car dealership in 35 years of buying many vehicles. The sales person was rude and arrogant and the sales manager that he reported to obviously has condoned his behavior since he still works there. When presented with a competitive deal from another Cadillac dealer, instead of trying in good faith to match it or beat it, the sales person chose rather to just run down the other dealership as being dis-honest and accused them of trying to steal "his" deal. (Even though the other dealership is a 5 out of 5 customer satisfaction rated and Miller Brothers is a 1.6 out of 5 rated.) Miller brothers quoted me a higher than average sale price for a Cadillac CTS-V, and tried to tell me that the price they gave me was invoice plus $500. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of Miller Brothers Cadillac in Ellicot City Maryland, you'll be glad that you did.

WOW, What a great car buying experience! I have bought 20+ cars over the years and have never been treated better than I was by Jay Coleman and Miller Cadillac. Every concern I had was met with great attention. Even though I walked in looking like I couldn afford lunch (I in the music business and looked like it), I was treated like royalty. I was made to feel that every question or request I had was valid and was addressed in the positive. I bought a car that was immaculate inside and out at a price that was unbelievable. The sales staff was great and made me feel at home. I told them how much of a great experience I was having and was told by more than one that uying a car shouldn be a hassle And it sure wasn. They live by those words. They knew I came from a distance and as I was leaving, I was told to call if I needed anything. I responded that I would gladly travel there again for this positive experience. I bought my first Cadillac from Miller Cadillac and will buy all future Caddy from them. I would never consider purchasing another car from Miller Brothers. I bought a used car from them in April 2011, and 4 months later, the entire engine failed (threw a piston rod). Repair cost for the engine was more than 50% the cost of the car - just 4 months earlier. They refused to provide any warranty or other financial consideration. In fact, they tried to sell me another car!They are totally untrustworthy!

Horrible service department for Cadillac. They don't stock most parts so you will have to visit twice to fix the car if you are lucky. It's rare they give you the loaner. I had to visit 7-8 times to their service department for two minor issues within 3 months. I will never buy from this dealer.
