The experience with the manager was another story, he was rude and threat me poorly, he basically look me down and left without talking to me about options. We went into the service part to have our pickup looked at. When we described the problem, the technician said that it was a normal thing for the vehicle to do, even though the problem just started. On top of that, it would be have been an hour and a half wait for repair. Instead we went to O'Reilly's, got a new alternator and were back on the road with much less hassle.

We feel the valuation Miller placed on our trade was not reasonable. The reason we were given for the low valuation of our trade was Miller Chev. is taking a loss on the new vehicle with all of the discounts that are included. It is our understanding that GM is offering the discounts, and as a result, Miller is still guaranteed a fair price for the vehicle that was purchased, so the explanation did not leave us feeling as though we were getting a fair deal on our trade.We ultimately came to an agreement, but we prefer candid responses.The reason we did not give an "Excellent" score is the amount of time it took to get us from the bargaining table after we struck an agreement into the financing office took nearly an hour. The sales person we dealt with was terrific. He was fully knowledgable about the vehicle, and was able to answer all of our questions quickly and accurately.

I thought Aaron and Brett (web) did a great job of providing me information. It started with Brett Corbin feeding me information via the web so I could learn more about the vehicle I was interested in. Aaron did a nice job of closing the sale quickly so I could make my 3 hour journey back north. Tommy Miller in accessories answered my questions and got me scheduled to install those on my time-line. Everyone worked together to make it a good experience.Suggestion for dealership: When sales person has more than one customer one of those other people could try to help. (Teamwork during the sale)HATED: The fact I had to take a loan to get the rebate. Just not right in my book!

Perfect! I found a vehicle online and drove in to test drive it. When I arrived a person asked if there was anyone he could help me find. I thought that was a great way to approach someone. I didn't feel any pressure or like I found a lost dog who was going to follow me everywhere looking for hand-outs. The rest of my experience was just as comfortable as walking in the door. Low pressure, friendly atmosphere. I received a little more for my trade in at this dealer than a couple others I stopped in at. Not much more but more. I thought I was going to get less since their online prices were so good. This all made the decision very easy to purchase out new car from Miller.

The service was great at Miller Chev in Rogers as long as you are purchasing a vehicle but the minute you drive it off the lot that's where the service goes very bad. I asked for a second key for my new vehicle and have gotten nothing but a run around. After days of trying to get a second key they told me to just go buy another one for $75. They also claimed to detail the car but when I got it home I noticed a smell from the backseat where I found old chicken nuggets and curly fries way under the seat. I feel I would not recommend their service to anyone!

We were absolutely shocked that the dealership would sell an unsafe car. We purchased vehicle with the understanding that we would take care of a few items as purchase tires. We only made it to our driveway and the emergency brakes locked up and while having these fixed by a different certified dealer, also discovered that the head gasket leaked. Salesman had said it was a good car and that we would not need a warranty. In contacting the dealership, they would not work with us on any type of repair or replacement and said it was our problem that we did not have an extended warranty.

Had to take car in twice. Even the mechanic rode with me to hear the grinding noise. Of course, it didn't make noise when he was with me. I had enough when I thought I couldn't turn onto a street safely. But just as i was about to say Keep the dang car, Miller's found it was a loose ABS cable and got it fixed. Your service department is friendly and professional, they wanted my car repaired too. Only complaint is the rental car I was given to use. It was dirty inside (even grass clippings all over) and out (black grease?).

The salesman knew I was coming. the price was confirmed over the phone and was ready to buy. It took .5 hours to get the paperwork started, lot's of disruptions and a total of 1.5 hours to get the final price. I had asked for the final total 3 times and insisted I was not leaving with out it ( I was planning on coming back the following week with check and pick up the truck.) -Just seemd long time. Same thing at closing. I had set the exact time and was expecting to walk in, review the paperwork, write check and go. Finance officer kept going off on tangents and kept trying to get us to buy extended warranty when we told salesman up front we did not want it. Also seemed that the closing manager was trying to get us to put less down so our interest payment would be higher.

Not only was the facility great and the prices competitive but the staff was great as well. Andrew was the sales representative I worked with. He did a very good job explaining all the features of the vehicle and did go to bat for me on the trade. Chris in the accessories area was also great to work with as well. He was very knowledgeable on all the options and gave a very honest opinion on his recommendations. The financing went smooth and quick as well. I took my car in for an oil change. When I got to the person to take the car for the change I couldn't understand anything he was saying because he would just mumble. He told me it'd be an hour and a half wait so I went in the lounge area to wait. By an hour and a half there were already customers that came in after me whose cars were done. I waited for 2 hours and a half until I finally went to the cashier. I asked politely why my car wasn't ready and that it should have been ready an hour ago. She called the mechanic only to find out that they were done with it. I got no apologies and no explanation. I felt like I was just someone wasting their time. I even politely said thank you and all I got was a snobbish your welcome from the cashier lady. I'm never going back.

Everything about our experience was excellent. We talked to Ryan ahead of time about what we were interested in looking at. We showed up with vehicle running and ready for a test drive. We had questions about leasing as we had never done this before. Everybody was helpful and very informative. We left dealship well informed but wanted to think about it. No pressure at all. The next day a friendly email asking if we had any questions on the vehicle. We went back 4 days later to lease vehicle. It was efficient and smooth making the deal for a new SUV, and I enjoyed the overall experience. We called ahead and he had the cars we were interested in at the front, heated up (it was cold out) and ready for a test drive. Only complaint, I wish the car came with a spare key and key fob. We drove all the way from the Iron Range to look at and buy a Chevy Cruz diesel from Nick Belford. The experience was great and we were able to negotiate a great price on the car we wanted. Nick handled everything very well and I highly recommend working with him if you want to buy a car. I was given a better rate on the loan than at my own bank and since they wanted to make sure everything was perfect with the vehicle before I took it home, I was given a loaner to use. I've taken the Cruz on a couple of highway trips already and am enjoying the high mpg!! I'm getting better than the 46mpg when I'm on county roads doing 55 to 60mph, like over 50mpg! At 70mph I can still get the 46-47 mpg. That's awesome. The car has quite a lot of power too for a diesel. It's got plenty of passing power and acceleration. This is NOT your grandpa's diesel! Love it....

Dealer had a lot of vehicles available and Kevin did a great job helping me chose the one that fit my needs. All in all, a stress free experience. Brandon Powell almost lost you a sale. He was very dismissive, didn't return calls when promised, and claimed everyone was "too busy" to help us. After several calls to him with no help we were ready to look elsewhere. We decided to give it one last shot. We called back and asked to speak to someone else. We were then transfered to JD Vit, who was more than happy to help us, answer any questions we had, and call us back with more information when needed. He is the reason we drove an hour to go to Miller to look for a new vehicle. When we got to the dealership we were greeted by Kevin Emerson. It was an absolute pleasure working with him! My wife and I had been searching for a vehicle for some time now close to going on a month and we found the car we wanted I live in Shakopee MN and the dealer in Hudson MN a Luther dealership and I would have to say it was the worst experience of my life. They sold they car we wanted after we were qualified through them and then after that I had to call them to get things rolling on other vehicles I was interested in. They even said it would be easier for me to call around to there other dealers to see if cars were available so they can try to get it to the dealer in Hudson. It didn't end with that but I'll stop there. Let's just say Miller Chevrolet in Roger exceeded my expectations got me in the vehicle I wanted at a great price and made the time there easy. I have two kids which never makes being there easy but Brett Relander made the day great for them and us. Even offered to order pizza for us even though there was hotdogs and all kids of good stuff their. I'll be going back for sure. Can't leave out the finance group.. They made everything possible. We were looking for a car for my son and found one through cars.com from Miller Motors. I sent a request for more information on Sunday and got the email on Monday morning. I then phoned the dealership with a few additional questions. We then decided to make the trip to Miller from our home some 3 hrs away. The only thing that we found wrong from the internet add to the in person visit as the fact the car was listed as a 2012 and in fact was a 2011. The condition of the car and everything else was exactly as advertised. The sales staff at Miller was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Our salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car and all of the features and options available on the car. In the end we bought the car and had a wonderful experience at Miller and would highly recommend them to anyone that is the market for a new or a used vehicle. Looking over the lot they also have a large inventory with many cars and trucks to choose from.

My experience was phenomenal. When I checked in Wade was very professional and was concerned about my wait time so offered a rental. I explained that I had plans to stay out of town overnight and he said fine, they would take of repairs and let me know when done. I was able to continue with my travel plans. Tom called me the next morning and said the repairs (air conditioner did not work)were not finished, and explained that he had called General Motors and they agreed to pick up all but ooo$100.00 of the total repair cost of $1200.00. My warranty was recently expired so I really appreciated the understanding and cooperation by both General Motors and Miller Chev.. I can not thank Tom and Wade enough for their outstanding service.

Bright in traverse for the recall. Wade had a rental car for me while they worked on it which was great. But they were so good they finished in two hours so I didn't need the loaner that long at all. I HATE car dealers and dealerships, Promise you anything to get you in there and then it's all a lie. This place was totally different. Nick our salesperson was up front and honest from the start. Usually you spend hours in a dealership getting approved and then waiting around for more. When I asked if it could all be done quickly, Nick took every bit of information needed and everything was ready set go when we arrived. I think we were there for maybe a half hour at the most. I recently had my car break down on two seperate occasions about a month apart. Both times my car was in for extended repairs. Your staff was very accomadating. I drove from a long way away only to find out that the prices i was given over e-mail were over a $1,000 cheaper, then when i asked for a broken down price sheet they just kept pressuring me to ofcorse come in so they can give you the whole used car salesman slick talk. then when i told them i wasnt happy with the way they went about everything he gives me the sad story about how the owner has to pay interest on all the cars in his lot and etc... there was many other issues with my experience but the bottom line is i wont be back after dealing with the typical slick car salesman way of going about things.

Being in Customer Service for over 30 years, you see companies try to generate a catch fraze, for their employee's to embrace but many times fall short. I have witnessed this is not the case at Miller Chev, they embrace their motto and demonstrate in the way they conduct their business. I just purchased a new 2014 Silverado from Miller and it has gone down as one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences yet. I am glad the days of having to negotiate with the "Secret Vehicle God from the secret room" as one customer referred to it as to get your drivers license back after taking a test drive, is over. The experience from the start of contacting Miller Chevrolet via the GM Supplier Discount Program through Aaron Stolp, sales process with Mike "Lewy" Lewandowski, Chris Ritter, custom sales to Wayne Breum Finance, has to be commended. Miller prices their vehicles so you know what you will be paying for it, leaving out the frustration of having to negotiate for best price.With the new technology built into the 2014 Silverado, Lewy knew for my wife and I to leave as SATISFIED customers, we would need to understand the options. I hope I don't need to contact Lewy, but he left us with 3 Business Cards, a light on our key chains, and a coffee mug all with his contact information and a plea to call him at any time with any question. I left the process knowing he would take my call while on the middle of the lake on his pontoon at "Lewy's Lake Place" enjoying some well deserved time off. So don't just take my word for it, but use it for motivation to get to Miller Chevrolet to experience how the Vehicle Purchase Process should work, be completely SATISFIED and better yet a Customer For Life.

There was a little hiccup in the fact that the service order didn't state that the oil change was part of the maintenance plan that came with the vehicle, but it was handled very well at checkout.

First, I want to preface this by saying I am critical of any purchase that involves a large monthly payment over several years. Second I come from a Ford family - buying a Chevy truck has not been well received!! I purchased a 2014 Silverado. I "found" the vehicle during an internet search. The internet showed $10,000 in discounts, without any disclaimers. I was dissapointed that there were several disclaimers once I arrived at the dealership. I recieved just over $8000 in discounts. Apparantly they liked me so much 5 minutes after meeting me that they were willing to "hook me up." Simply stated I would have liked to recieved what was advertised. I am very confident that overall I got extremely good deal for the vehicle. I am also very satisfied with the experience. I am always stressed when making a large purchase. Brett was professional, humerous at times, and very easy to work with. Given the circumstances, this was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I've had in a long time. I will purchase from this dealership again.

I found myself unexpectedly in the market and ended up purchasing a 2014 Silverado Demo model. Overall it was a good experience beginning from the test drive to the final signing of the documents. The process was quick, painless and each step was thoroughly explained. The facilities were clean and I was even able to watch the Wild hockey game while waiting for the documents to be prepared. I was disappointed that there were not a lot of new trucks to choose from within my price range. Even the used trucks, with high mileage, were priced higher than I anticipated. I was also disappointed with the organization of the lot. Many used vehicles were unmarked and scattered throughout the lot. However, the overall experience far outweighs these issues. All of the salespeople were polite and professional, I never felt pressured, even when I met with the "accessories Salesperson." I would definitely purchase from this dealership again - although I hope that wont be for awhile.

Bought my Silverado new from Miller in August 2010 and was very satisfied with the process. It was the third vehicle I have ever bought new and feel they were the most comfortable to deal with - no pressures, problems, or bait & switches that can be common and frustrating. My truck has problems with active fuel mgmt. fouling plugs, using oil and idling rough. There is a recall for this which came out after I experienced problems. I live an hour away and dealt with this four times to the dealer. Each time Wade Hanson, was extremely accommodating having a loaner for me each time on my schedule not only for picking up but for dropping off (again, an hour away). Coming back for the same problem was frustrating but the fourth time was the charm (so far) after doing the updates on trip three and still not working, trip fourth involved new pistons and rings. The truck has run perfectly for 2,000 miles and I am confident it will be good from here forward. When the time comes, odds are extremely good I will go out of my way to purchase at Miller Chev again.

Overall a good experience from start to finish at Miller. I worked with Mike Lewandoski from start to finish on the purchase of my 2014 Silverado and he did a fantastic job from start to finish explaining the different options and packages and advantages and disadvantages of different options. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone at Miller to purchase or to purchase more than we wanted. Mike took the time to find the truck I was looking for and then worked a deal with the other dealer to get it there. They gave me a great trade on my old vehicle and a really solid price on the truck. Mike even called the morning after we took delivery of the new vehicle to tell me that Chevrolet added an additional rebate and they had stopped the paperwork so that we could take advantage of that rebate. And to top it off, I love the truck (even though it's only been a week).

After searching for a new vehicle, I spoke with Adam explaining the U of M was getting most my monthly income so there was not a lot of cash for a down payment (kids). Adam returned my text quickly stating that I got you approved with zero down. My experience in the past was there some sort of catch or this will consume my entire day. I was wrong in and out about an hour and that was having great conversations with the staff, buying the actual car took five minutes. WOW BEST CAR EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD ! I was looking for a gmc sierra for a couple of months and couldn't find the truck i wanted at a price i wanted to pay . I came across there website and found a 2007 sierra with everything I wanted. Sent them a Email request for a test drive and got it set up very quickly. When I got to the dealership Kevin Emerson had the truck in front waiting for me. Kevin told me it was a red tag sale which means its sold as is. So I checked it out as good as I could. I really liked what I saw and it drove very nice. We worked out a deal and Kevin was awesome.The next day I drove it to work and noticed the air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air. I went back to the dealership and told Kevin who referred me to Bryan Skochenski and I explained the situation and he said he would take a look at it. I was really bummin because I knew the deal was as is. So I waited for the impending doom !!! They serve lunch to there customers but I was to nervous to eat but it looked good. Bryan came out and told me they found a pinhole leak in a hose and they would replace it at NO CHARGE ! I thanked him (repeatedly) and he said that they wanted me to be a customer for life but if I wanted to thank anyone, thank Todd Kunkel,he made the decision. I didn't know who Todd was but I found him and thanked him and he told me they wanted me to be a customer for life. They must mean it because it worked on me. I have to replace my wifes car in a year or two and i'm going to Miller Chevrolet!!!!

Wheeler GM, in Marshfield, WI found me a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Extended Cab Long Bed 4x4. I told them I wanted that vehicle, but Miller wasn't able to do a dealer trade. Mike Kelnhofer at Wheeler was nice enough to give me the name of Miller Chevrolet, and said they might sell the truck to me. I called and Mike Lewandowski said the truck was for sale. Then I had a dilemma. Trust Miller to give me a fair trade, and drive 4 hours to get there at 8pm, or just forget the deal. I wanted the truck really bad as the rebates and discounts were crazy,($12k), and this is the last year they will make an Extended Cab/Long Bed 1500. My wife jumped into marriage with me, so she is used to my crazy dealings, so she said go for it. I drove my 2003 Silverado 1500 W/T to Rogers, MN. The whole time I was apprehensive that this would be a big waste of time and gas.When I got there at 8 P.M. an hour before closing Mike got Chris to talk to me about accessories and Wayne to arrange the financing. Everything went smoothly. They gave me a fair trade. MIke gave me a tour of most of the features and at 9:30 P.M. I was driving back home. I survived the Minneapolis drivers, Wisconsin deer and fatigue and had my new truck in the driveway at 2:30 A.M.Thank you Mikes

Since 2005 I've purchased a '05 Chevy Crew Cab 4X4, '04 Tahoe, '04 GMC Sierra, '08 Tahoe LTZ, '10 Silverado, '08 Ram and now finally my 2012 Silverado. Every single purchase was from Mike Bestgen! You can't beat this place for quality or price. One of the biggest reasons I shop here is I don't have to deal with the "car god". Meaning the running back and forth to some secret office to get a price. I already know what I want to pay and I don't want to play games. Another reason I shop here is there is no circus. When I picked up a new Tahoe, Mike L spent at least 30 minutes describing functions and setting the vehicle defaults and on-star. Financing was easy and a very quick, seamless process. Todd offered a great loan rate that I couldn't find anywhere; even through my credit union. Facilities look great and kept very clean. I have been bringing my Jeep and other cars to Miller for a few years, now for service. Yes, I know my Jeep is NOT a GM car. However, the service area is always neat and clean and the service is fairly quick.I don't mind if it takes a little while to change my oil and stuff. The customer waiting area with WiFi allows me to do my work. It is also nice to have a cup of coffee and watch the multiple TV shows that are on.Quick, clean, friendly, what more do you need?

I have been in the Market for a New Suburban or one with under 30k miles and decided to stop in to Miller on my way home to see what they had. Mike "Lewy" Lewandowski happily greeted me and walked me thru their inventory showing me all the features and answering all my questions. I called him Memorial day and told him what time my wife and myself were going to be there and he was waiting for us when we arrived, again we test drove a few vehicles and found the one we wanted and got the price we were happy with. We were approved for financing thru the credit union and Todd in finance was actually able to beat the credit union! They got the vehicle ready, Mike took care of getting the kids some sodas and muffins, Todd got us financed and took care of the paperwork including calling our insurance agent and actually made the finance process fun. Because it was a holiday the dealership closed at 4pm, Mike stayed past the closing to walk us thru the vehicle, he was very detailed and was not trying to rush the process, he explained all the features, set up our cell phones, set up on star, programed the settings to our liking and made sure we were 100% satisfied, he also has encouraged us to keep a list of questions and call him or stop in for him to get them answered.

My husband and I drove from Texas to Minnesota in our GMC truck, hauling a HUGE trailer full of stuff, and the topper loaded to the max. We were 3.5 hours from home when our truck broke down. Thankfully we just got through the Cities and was able to make it to Rodgers where Miller Chevrolet is located. The service department had just closed and since it was a Saturday, they would not be back til Monday morning. We left our truck there and they had given us a brand new truck to haul our trailer, drive home and use until our truck got fixed. They were having a HUGE sale that day, but they still took time out to help us. They refused to leave us stranded and for that I am very appreciative. I truly believe there was an angel looking out for us, as we did not get stranded in the middle of Kansas or Oklahoma, which would have been BAD! My husband went back the following Saturday (one week later) to pick up his truck. They fixed his truck and didn't charge a cent for the use of their truck. Thank you Miller Chevrolet and all your staff for being there for us! I don't know what we would have done if not for you.

I have bought two vehicles at Miller Chevrolet in the past 3 years and the sales team (Aaron Hagen) was great to work with. The service department on the other hand is well below par with our dealers in the area. Their hours are very limited and the waits are long for things as simple as an oil change. They are only open til six on the weekdays and until 2 on the weekends which leads to having to time time off from work to even get in for an regular maintenance job. I have been forced to wait 2 to 3 and half hours for oil changes several times even with taking an afternoons off during the week to drive up to the Rogers location. I had a problem under warranty that needed to be fixed quickly and went to another dealer that was open later than six to get that completed and found out a recall that was quite old had never been completed on my vehicle in the several trips I had made for regular servicing. I would definitely give a 5 rating to their sales team and a overall rating of 2 to their servicing area.

I purchased our Chevy Silverado back in 2009 from Miller. I was really very pleased with the whole purchase experiance but just as important has been our on going experiance with them on serivce. From the great deals we get on our oil changes to the new tires we recently purchase (and I shopped 5 tire retailers for the best deal) and just last week we had some problems with our electronic doors and the power steering (thank God I bought the extended warranty they told me about) and we were so pleased our warranty covered $800 worth of service. Mike and Todd made my very first new car experience amazing. I called with the car I was interested in. They had the right color and 3 different models waiting for me, when I showed up. No walking around and waiting to go for a test drive.wow.. I like all three, but got the one felt best for my family. l did add the cruise control, that I really wanted. Todd made it happen and got me a fair trade for my truck. Todd also help me stay at the payment I wanted to be at. I was so happy. Mike man he knows his stuff on details on car info and how it can be usefull. Test drove with him, he explained all differences in models and never at all pushy. The dealership had food and drinks for people there great for my 4 year old daughter . They even had a area in the dealership just for kids to keep them entertain while waiting. Which the waiting was like nothing. Just to get my new car another was and full tank of gas. Nice! Mike made sure I could get a hold of him with any questions, if I had any to call him and he would help. Nice guy. He even called said he was mailing out my plates which came in fast. One week later I got my cruise control in. I was able to get a loaner car at no charge while they put it in...sweet... And Todd was in that day and still came said hi to us. He really cared even after the sale. We love the 50s theme there too, so fun. We found our dealership. Thank you Mike and Todd and we love our new white Cruz.

Earlier this week my wife and I stopped in at Miller Chev to look at a used Pacifica that we had seen online. We were greeted by Adam Notsch in the lot. He was very friendly and allowed us to both test drive the vehicle as we had our to little children with us. My 2002 Saturn ended up being a total loss from a rear-end accident. I then started looking for "new" cars. I had no idea what I wanted because all I had owned was Saturn. I went to Miller and was very impressed with their customer service and hospitality. They just wanted what was best for me. Being a woman, it is hard to find a good guy in the auto business who you feel like you can trust and truely listens to what your concerns are.While my car was being fixed, he would call me and provide updates as to what they found with my "hot rod". I drove two hours to get to this dealership not knowing what to expect. I got there and immediatly I was welcomed and asked if I needed assistance. The dealership is very professional and organized. Everything went very smooth. They were very fair on the trade in price and the price for the vehicle I bought was very reasonable. I could not believe the customer waiting area was equippedwith a child play area, coffee, and popcorn and more goodies all for free. We even had burgers for lunch!! I was very happy with how friendly everbody was there. They didn't act like a bunch of snobby money hungry salesmen they were straight forward and fair, made me feel like I was welcome and important. We had our 2007 Chev Silverado serviced on Jan 25 2012 to have a few things that were found in our oil changes that we did, found out that 2 of the problems was covered under warrenty then a 3rd problem which was the Tranny cooler line was not.After hearing about how much it was going to cost we just couldnt do it at that time and it wasnt a problem to where we had to get the problem fixed asap.Wade had told me that my husband could come and look at it himself so he did the next morning. At that time was when he told them no not to fix it,so has he is getting ready to leave he runs into Sean whom had sold us the truck in Oct of 2011.Sean asked how the truck was running etc.. Dave tells him its torn apart in the shop as we speak he asked what was wrong Dave proceeded to tell him,Sean said let me see what I can do,so Dave leaves as on his way home Wade calls him and said he had good news,he had told us that Sean talked to Larry I beleive was his name and Larry came up to him and told him that they were taking care of the Tranny cooler line, it was on them.My husband did NOT beleive him of course cuz we never get good news like that!! When my husband told me I couldnt believe it, cuz we would have NEVER got that from any other dealership!!! The customer service that Sean our Sales guy provided was Excellent. He was very Patient with us... especially the wife who had 1000+ questions and concerns regarding buying a new vehicle. From the saftey features and reliability on the chevy cruze to the low car payments we NEEDED. We needed a dependable reliable car with great gas mileage and we needed to save money. We got what we needed plus even few extra bells and whistles. We also received a good Trade in allowance from our truck. My husband and I came in to pick up our Aveo from service that we had been having alot of issues with so My son Chris Hartfiel told us to talk to Mike up front and see what he could do for us as far as a trade and purchase a new used vehicle. However, I have been a very satisfied customer who received exceptional and thorough service before, during, and after my vehicle purchase and appreciate Mike Bestgens exceptional service! All the staff at Miller Chev were very nice to me. I started out online and they responded to me immediately. Purchased 2nd truck form Miller. Mickey located the truck thru dealer locate. The only possible issue would be picking up after dark. The lighting outside made it hard to check the exterior of the truck. (Note: They are putting in new lights throughout the exterior of the building hopefully the delivery area.) There were no problems although thought maybe they should have a spot in service to check vehicle .Thanks

Charlie was great to work with, as well as the entire dealership. I was completely satisfied and more importantly impressed. They really did make it easier to do business. Everyone I worked with was professional, NOT PUSHY, and made it as easy as possible. Charlie was very friendly and helpful in finding us the perfect car for our needs. 2011 Mailibu LT, black which is our favorite color. It gets great gas mileage, looks sporty, and we got a very fair price. The service at Miller is 2nd to none. They went out of there way to make sure we were satisfied even after the sale. I like the way they keeep track and notify us when scheduled maintanence is due on our car. They even gave us a very nice loaner car, at no charge, when we had maintance done there on our older car. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new or used car or needing service on their exsisting car.

I was in for routine service of my truck. While i waited in the large room with a cup of free coffee and bar, i did some paper work for my business. I needed a copy made of a form i filled out for a product that did not perform as stated. I asked Luke if i could get a copy made and he politely directed me to the copy machine and even volunteered to mail the form off for me. This is pretty typical of what i see since taking vehicles to Miller for service. Other dealerships could take a lesson from you guys!

This was my first time at Miller Chev. All my questions were answered by Mike and if he didn't have an answer, he found someone who did. I have not had a new car for over ten years and I was very nervous about trading my truck for a small car. Mike was very patient with me and let me leave the car there instead of taking it home right away. I had some extras added and didn't want to take it until those were completed. When I did pick it up, Mike spent lots of time with me showing how everything worked. That was so nice, thanks Mike you were great! I know I can call him with any questions and he made me feel very comfortable doing so. So far my experience with Miller Chev has been great, and I feel this is the place to refer my whole family to go when they have car needs.

Sales staff was excellent. The initial greeting and walk through was professional. I knew what I was looking for, not much work on their part required, but every question posed was answered, even if it required some research. Purchased my first truck 30 yrs ago from the owner when he had his business in St. Cloud.Bought a used truck - as is - (remember this note) - had crawled through, under/around the truck. All mechanical items appeared solid and good. New tires, brakes and rotors had been installed by dealer.Few surprises - blower motor failed after 1 week (easy fix - resistor)- Over Drive button did not work (missed that one) - but a little effort and was able to replace failed wire- Real "Gotcha's 1" - Truck had less then 1/4 fuel when purchased - after purchasing truck and filling tank, I discovered it had a leak. Truck was dry on initial inspection. This I could fix - required dropping the tank though to get at the problem.- Real "Gotcha's 2" - Transmission fluid drip noticed after driving for 1 week. This appears to be part of known bolt problem with the Allison tranny - will fix in the spring - drip is far from excessive - just there.Remember - bought "as is" but appears to be some dishonesty in presentation - all seemed nice and dry when I inspected the undercarriage and such.Overall, Miller still has some good efforts toward providing a good purchase - I still think the two folks I worked with in Sales were in exceptional. Mechanically the vehicle has been a solid work-horse performer for the past, several months.I would fire - completely replace - the vehicle preparation team - what a bunch of slobs. Loose paper, dirt, glasses, pens, coins, food items found under the seats. And then they sprayed everything with this fine oil (think - armor-all-type-oil) on both the engine compartment and hard surfaces in the interior - took hours to clean the interior - Slobs!! This vehicle was suppose have been "prepped" twice - once for the Sales lot and once for pickup after purchase. A simple running of a vacuum under the seats would have gathered most trash - a lot of folks looking for work - I am sure Miller could find solid replacements.

Both my wife and I feel Mike treated us with GREAT respect, he was caring, he found what we wanted and then some. He was not pushy, however opened the door many times to telling us "just one more thing" that might be of interest. After the sale, he was VERY informative in explaining the features of the vaehicle we purchased and made sure we knew he's available any time we have questions. We've bought many new vehicles over the years and this is the third one from Miller Chevrolet, but I think this experience was one of the best - BTW-Chad was also very helpful and a person we also purchased from too. Granted, we knew what we wanted...just not sure of all the features, but we met Mike at 9:30am and left at 11:45 with our new vehicle and my wife is HAPPY, therefore I am too!Thanks,Mike & Jodean

I had a surprisingly positive experience with both Chris Dellwo (the salesperson I worked with) and Wayne Breum (the finance person)- surprising because I have never enjoyed the process of car buying (particularly used car buying). They both were wonderfully courteous and informative; the process was as free from pressure as it could be. I would absolutely recommend the dealership (and these two gentlemen) and would also make a point of checking their used car inventory when next in the market for a used car before I checked anywhere else.

When we bought our car there we worked with Todd and another salesman. They really treated us well and we went back to buy our second vehicle there, and would have except they just didn't have what we were looking for. GREAT customer service, awesome waiting area and a pretty expansive selection. They really helped us understand the buying process, the finance process, and any additional purchases such as warranties and what those entailed. The only bad experience we have ever had there is we went to use the free oil change card that was given to us when purchasing our first vehicle. The wait was 2 1/2 hours long to have our oil changed. It is a dealership and not necessarily the best place to get your oil changed but 2 1/2 hours is a little excessive. I would like to hope it was a fluke and even though we waited that long, they had plenty of TV's to watch, free WiFi, Burgers and pop machines with credit card readers (Because really, who carries cash anymore?!)All and all, great place to buy a car. The staff is friendly and they seem to have a very low turnover rate which is important to my wife and I.

Bought my car here and sales person was nice, finance guy was nice. No problems buying it. Had to bring it in for service, though, and the guys there act like you are bothering them. Asked them to look into a check engine light and a shuddering problem I was having when the SUV was backing up. Got the car back a day later and they said they fixed it both things with one replacement part. Car still shuddered when backed up. Took it back a few weeks later for the same problem and another warranty issue, they needed it again for a day. Again, head service guy was very arrogant, acted like I was bugging him. Got the car back, the shuddering still wasn't fixed. AFter several months I noticed that in the winter that only the back tires were moving when the SUV was on a slippery surface. Decided against taking it to Miller chev again; instead took it to Village Chev in Wayzata. Guys there were extremely nice. Gave me a nice new rental car (Traverse) for the day. Fixed problem with AWD not working and also fixed shuddering problem. Miller Chev's service department has a lot to learn from Village Chev about customer service.

We were very impressed with Miller Chevrolet and with our salespeople. Mickee and Ian were both so helpful and explained everything on the car, and believe me we had lots of questions on each gadget. Mickee was very patient and helped set up bluetooth and made sure we knew how to program everything. We had to call him back with a question and he was very helpful. Ian was very helpful when Mickee was off the night we came in also. We have bought cars with Miller before and were always satisfied with the service and experience. I hate care shopping and they actually made it a pleasant experience. I would definately recommend Miller to our family and friends. Thank you.

As the other review states, service gives you the feeling that they don't really care that you're there. The salesman I worked with was friendly, though the finance person was much more helpful.I doubt they thoroughly look over their used inventory as I've had multiple issues with the vehicle I purchased, one of which they refused to work on until -I- replace something. I refuse to go there at all for new, used, or service in the future, and have steered friends and family away.BEWARE.

I've been into this dealership a few times for service on my vehicle. Everytime I go in I feel like they don't really care if I'm there or not. They seem to have the attitude that I need them more than they need me. They don't return phone calls in a timely manner, if at all. They are also very expensive. I've often gotten quotes from them that they want to charge me for an hours labor on something that takes ten minutes to do. I've at times taken the parts home and replaced them myself and it doesn't take me an hour....
