I went to Miller Ford to get an F-150 after using another local Ford Dealer for my prior Ford. I absoletly will be coming back to Miller again. I dealt with Lee Goldinger who was honest, personalable, and straight with you. Lee talks to you not like your just some customer he wants to get credit for selling a car, he talks to you a friend. His honest opinions and hard work for you are why I'm coming back! I've already had three friends come and visit him for their cars also!

Have brought my Lincoln in for Saturday services this year and the last three times was turned away. They are constantly making their potential customers feel awkward in asking for services when they are busy. (How about no eye contact for over 5 minutes)! Rudeness is paramount, a parts desk that will not answer their Saturday calls live, and service advisors who should be on a Saturday Night Live act.Truly a bad experience for simple oil changes when the sales department is pretty good. Sorry Miller Group, you should consider getting your act together in Lumberton. ( I really want you to better yourself there). It usually can be corrected with great leadership reassigned to your shop. I have migrated back to Holman Enterprises since they are spectacular for service.

Keith is the BEST to work with when buying a car. I had just flown back from overseas and decided to buy a vehicle. I live out of state and my knowledge on vehicles in general is minimal. Keith took great care in the entire process. He made sure I understood every step and gave me the pros and cons to weigh out every vehicle I was interested in. He didn't try to cheat me or force any decision. I've never met a salesman so patient! Keith waited on the phone for almost 2 HOURS with me and USAA to make sure I got what I wanted. I had a great experience at this dealership after fearing the trip to buy a car and having to face high pressure tactics knowing that all I wanted to do was drive and request details about the car including cost and financing, then exit gracefully. I was shocked that the salesman, C, most pleasantly, allowed me my wish and answered all my questions with thorough knowledge of the car, a Lincoln MKX. He wished me a good day and I left easily on my terms. After visiting another non-Lincoln dealership about another car, I couldn't get away fast enough from the "zoo-like" atmosphere. Suffice it to say, I bought the Lincoln at Miller Ford Lincoln.

I started the buying process by checking out the Ford Fusion through Consumer Reports. That led me to True Car Pricing which showed the discounts I could qualify for. When I arrived at the dealership, I asked for Jordan who came out immediately to greet us. Jordan introduced me to Carlos who would be our sales associate. Carlos was very knowledgeable and professional, making us feel welcome and at ease. Jordan, as promised, had the vehicle we were interested in waiting for us under cover (it was snowing), which was an appreciated touch. Carlos thoroughly explained the cars features and answered my endless questions and seemed to enjoy doing so. We decided to get some numbers going; that process was a bit slow, but not unbearable. Once we settled on a price, Don took over. He found us an additional discount that of course made us feel better about the deal. We finished the paperwork and Carlos again went over the interior features to make sure we had a good grasp. We took the car home and are very pleased with the entire experience. My wife and I would do business with Miller Ford in the future.

I can't say enough about Miller Ford! I purchased a vehicle five years ago and just returned to purchase another . It is not your typical dealership. You do not have to go back-and-forth over price or feel uneasy or pressured. They are a family run dealership and I truly could write for days and not sing their praises enough! It's speaks volumes that you see the same faces when you return five years later. Their own employees enjoy working there so much they don't leave. I had the same salesman I had all those years prior. If you're in need of a vehicle, look no further. Save yourself the stress and hassle of driving to dealer after dealer. They are kid friendly and even gave my three little ones posters for their rooms. We all left with smiles from ear to ear! There's a play area loaded with toys which keeps the kids busy while you need to do the business end of the transaction. Keith Randall and Michael( manager) were amazing. Melissa Miller has a heart of gold! Even their finance manager was so friendly and genuine.I truly can't say enough about them. They stand behind their vehicles and even on the service end of the dealership, they always see you through! Look no further and i'm sure you'll be singing their praises and they'll make a believer out of you too!

We had our eye on a new Ford Explorer, and a friend recommended Miller Ford and specifically Frank Nash, and we could not have been happier with our choice. Frank was incredibly knowledgeable about the Explorer, and went over all the options with no pressure to upgrade our choices. They did not have the vehicle we wanted on the lot, but he spent a lot of time looking for it, but in the end we had to order it. He kept us informed on the delivery status, and when it arrived he went over every system with us to make sure we knew how to properly operate it. No sales pressure, expert advice, and a great staff at Miller guarantees we will be back and will recommend Miller and Frank to anyone who is looking for a great car buying experience.

I donated blood at Miller's in early February and decided to look for a replacement for my 2001 Saturn. I was shown a Tarus by Mike Glestein and was impressed with the vehicle. It did not have all the features I was looking for and was a little out of my price range. When Mike followed up with me I told him the payment I could afford and the features I desired. He found a Fusion and we set up a test drive. It is exactly what I was looking for and we closed the deal. Everyone at Miller was friendly and very professional.

Once I came into the dealership I was turned over to Carlos Otero's very capable hands. He spent all the time that I needed while making my decision on which SUV was going to fit all of my needs. We had a good time checking out all of the options in the cars. If you're shopping for a new car with all the bells and whistles and you're feeling intimidated by it all, GO SEE Carlos! He explained how everything worked so I can get the most enjoyment from my new Escape. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I've never had the experience with a finance manager like I did with Michael. It was like taking a step back in time when businesses truly appreciated their customers and made them feel appreciated. I'll be back to see my team!

Having purchased many new cars over the years, I was expecting the usual hassles and headaches of buying a new car. NOT AT MILLER LINCOLN IN LUMBERTON! To sum up, our experience with purchasing my 2015 MKZ was perfect. From the Internet Sales Rep, Josh Kolodziej, who quoted us a price and the price was honored at the dealership right from the getgo. He was very helpful and got back to my multiple times over the internet to tell me when the car arrived at the dealership. When we got there we met with C. Chauhan, the sales representative, who was so knowledgeable and helpful in regards the new features in the car. He was patient and respectful. Then we met Michael Simon, the Sales Manager who closed the deal at the price agreed to. We were never in and out of a dealership as timely as here. We also got some special gifts from Lincoln and the dealership. Can't say enough about this dealership and its employees. Would highly recommend. Felt great driving off in our new car.

Went there to look at 2007 Ford F-150 advertised as CERTIFIED on there website on 08-05-14.Went I get there and ask I,m told that was a mistake made and the truck is not CERTIFIED.There is also a mileage MISTAKE listed on the car fax.On 06-22-11 the dealership has the mileage listed as 53,360.On 07-31-14 the car fax report has the mileage listed at 50,852.

I never write reviews on anything but just felt compelled to let prospective buyers know about what a great experience I had at Miller Lincoln. After scouring the internets my wife and I had decided we wanted to replace my 2011 Subaru WRX with a CUV. We browsed for what we wanted and decided to shop around for best price and overall vehicle. We made Miller our first stop since it was close by and they had the 2015 MKC available to look at unlike most dealer in the area. After emailing Jordan of their internet team we set up a date and time for a test drive. We were greeted by Chuck Harmon from sales who assured us he would take care of us and he certainly did. He showed us the vehicle, then found us another one which we liked even more, got our trade in valued, and get us a great price all within a hour. There was zero pressure and Chuck even took time out of his day to show us some less expensive Subaru vehicles at their sister dealership. The whole car buying experience was quick with zero haggling or pressure and the final price was superior to both truecar and usaa car buying service. When our vehicle was ready next day Chuck took the time to help us install our daughters car seat and sit with us for a our going over all of our new vehicles features and technology. All in all a great experience and an excellent price. Miller Lincoln and their entire team were friendly and committed to customer service and satisfaction.

A bought a Mercury Mariner at Burlington Lincoln Mercury in 2008. Keith was a big help in getting financing for me. When they went out of business and sent me a letter saying they merged with Miller Ford I was not sure I wanted to take my car there. I decided to try there service department and was pleasantly surprised. When it came time to buy a new car I started to look at the Lincoln MKX. We knew Keith was working there and after doing my research I went to see him. He showed me what I thought I wanted, then showed me options. He was not condescending and very patient with me. Frank did some homework and came up with the perfect car, at a great price! So good, I didn't even feel the need to haggle. We recently bought a 2014 Ford Flex from Miller Ford. We shopped the vehicle hard - multiple quotes from multiple dealers, and we had some bait-and-switch happen to us. Fortunately, I connected with Ryan in their internet sales department, and he found the *exact* vehicle we were looking for in the area and arranged for a transfer.Miller's price was by far the most competitive we found. And what was I most happy about? When I arrived at the dealership, there were NO shenanigan. Chirag ("C" for short) delivered the car and finished the sale. Rose in F&I was most courteous and got us a good rate on gap insurance (which we had decided on purchasing ahead of time). Extended warranty and purchase protections were presented in a professional, respectful manner - and if we said 'no' to a sales item, they accepted a 'no' with no funny business.Honest deals, professional conduct, and a friendly family atmosphere (they have a play area for the kids while you are working with the sales staff!) easily puts Miller Ford at the top of the of the list of the multiple dealerships I dealt with in shopping for my recent car purchase. I went in to drive the 2014 Ford Focus SE. Drive experience went well, but dealership and sales person seemedunwilling to honor Truecar prices. There was a always a reason why the price on this site was too high. There seemed to be a stipulation on price based on whether I wanted to finance or not. A higher price was later talked about afterI mentioned no financing option, then a lower price if I would finance with them? Why say you are a truecar dealershipif you only want to make the terms to favor you?Sales person left for a least 5 minutes to talk to someone in the parking lot after I already sat down to discuss the vehicle.A low attention to detail was given to me as a prospective customer and as a result no sale was attained. I will not return to thisplace to buy a car again...

We drove two hours from Jim Thorpe, PA to look at a Ford Ranger we had seen on their internet site. When we called about the truck, Ryan was very helpful and friendly. He arranged for us to look at the vehicle the next morning and it was out and waiting for us when we arrived. Kevin was very friendly and personable. He wasn't pushy and didn't make us feel less important because we were interested in a used vehicle - as we have had this experience at dealerships in the past. Kevin allowed us to take the truck on a test drive on our own, which allowed us to feel more comfortable checking out the truck without pressure. Joe gave us a great deal and we were able to take the truck home the same day. Everyone was professional and friendly and we love the truck. We would definitely drive two hours again to purchase a vehicle from the Miller dealership and have already shared our experience with friends and family.

We walked into Miller Ford with the intention of looking at new Fords but immediately ran into Mr. Mark Miller. He extended to us a very warm welcome and asked what we wanted in a car and how much we were willing to spend. We talked over our options then proceeded to show us a Ford Edge. He then showed us a new 2012 Lincoln MKX that was not much more than the Edge. From there Mr. Bobby Hall helped us with the purchase. He stayed with us through the whole process and could not have been more helpful, informative and friendly. He even helped us set up the car's phone sync and other options. Filling out the paper work for the loan was tedious but Mrs. Principato was more than helpful, explained everything and put us at ease. At the age of 62, I have purchased many cars but never have I had a more pleasant experience. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. Looking to purchase a truck next year, my first visit will be Miller Ford. I highly recommend Miller Ford and will tell my friends.

Buying experience was good, atmosphere casual and relaxed. Dealer provided keys for a "your-on-your-own" test drive which allowed time for a thorough evaluation. Settled on price with salesmen directly without a lot of hassle. Price drop of $700 on $13K list. However, car "detailing" consisted of little more than a wash and vac. Dealer also changed oil. After driving car (2010 Escape) for 24 hours would not start and required tow to dealership. Battery leaked and destroyed positive side clamp and wiring harness. Dealer covered all expenses: towing, parts, new battery, and labor within 2-days. No extended warranty had been purchased but repair was covered. Overall experience at Miller was good but felt car was inadequately inspected and prepared for sale.

We found James Dunn, our Sales Consultant, and John McDonald, the General Manager, very helpful and patient. They were eager to earn our business and made that clear to us. James answered all our questions and knew his vehicles well, and went so far as to answer follow-up questions via phone and email. John remembered us from a previous sales experience, over 10 years ago, and again, this helped us feel at ease and trusting in our dealings with them. It is worth noting that Chip Miller helped us with a warranty issue with our first Windstar van, which resulted in that earlier (2002) Miller purchase, when the dealer from which we had purchased the original 1996 Windstar was unwilling to go to work with us. Add to this, the fact that we learned that James Dunn and our sons had some mutual friends, and James had actually played college football against one of our sons, and it just made everything that much more comfortable and trustworthy. Rose (last name?) in financing was also very helpful and patient in explaining the lease/financing the night we completed the deal. Very down-to-earth. The year-end incentives are very competitive right now, and I would thus recommend Miller Ford and their staff to anyone who is looking at this time. For all these reasons, I would recommend Miller Ford and its staff unequivocally.

But from the time I walked in the door I felt comfortable, respected, and like they genuinely appreciated my business at Miller Ford.The sales people I worked with were C Chauhan and John McDonald and they were both extremely helpful, insightful, attentive, and just overall nice people to go through the whole car purchasing process with. Both John and C listened and then steered me in the right direction with everything I was looking for in a car. Before I even got to the dealership I had it set in my mind that the best car for me was a used Ford Fusion; but after talking with them and telling them what I needed from my car, they got me an even better deal on a brand new Ford Focus. They didn't try to oversell me on anything or force cars out of my price range down my throat and it felt like they really appreciated my business even though I wasn't spending a fortune with them.The icing on the cake was working with Rose Principato. Rose helped with signing the legal papers, going over the finances, and discussing warranties as well as additional available packages and things. She was beyond helpful in clearly explaining all the financing mumbo-jumbo and what warranty was the best option for both a first time car buyer and a young man on a budget. Miller Ford not only thoroughly impressed me with their friendliness and great customer service, they were respectful, helpful, and most important upfront and honest. I felt and still feel good about my whole experience with them and LOVE my new car. They have definitely made a return customer out of me and recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car.

I have been going to Miller Ford for the past 4 months for service and repairs in my 2002 Ford Explorer. Bacause of its mileage and life on the road my vehicle was already showing signs of more problems to come, that's when I decided to talk to a representative in the Sales Department about 2 months ago. At this time I was very disappointed with the response I received from this sales representative because once he found I was in a debt consolidation program he showed little interest and did little effort to work with me toward a new Ford Explorer, which is the vehicle I wanted, instead he told me over and over I might only qualify for a Ford Focus.I went to my bank and got an estimate of how much I could get approved for a car loan, and then called Miller's Sales Department, this is when I got in touch with Kevin Bachelor.I explained my scenario to Kevin and he invited me to stop by the dealer next day, to sit with me and review all options available for me to get a new vehicle. The next day I spent 4 and a half hours in the dealer with Kevin but it was time well spent. Kevin took me for a test drive of a new 2013 Ford Explorer and worked in all avaialbale options to find out which one worked best for financing a vehicle for me. Throughout the whole process Kevin kept me informed and took the time to explain to me what worked or didn't worked and the reasons why.In the end my credit score wasn't that bad at all, and Kevin found the best option for me through Ford Motor Credit, a 3-year lease option, and also took the time to explain to me all protection/coverage packages available to me on this lease option.That day I left the dealer with a new 2013 Ford Explorer, and very happy as a customer because of all the effort and work of Kevin and how he treated me as a customer.

May 9, 2013I am writing this letter to tell you about a few of the amazing people that you have working at Miller Ford. I first came into the dealership on Sat 4/6/13 to possibly buy a new car. I meet James Dunn and began working with him. I test drove a 2013 Ford Fusion and fell in love with the car. It turns out that I was not able to get the car that day, but was told to come back on Monday. I called on Monday morning and found out that I would need to possibly look at a Used car, to which I agreed. James Dunn and Preston Schrader worked tirelessly all day long to get me into the car that I had discussed with James and that was exactly what they did !! I went from a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe to a 2012 Ford Focus SEL. To my pleasant surprise, the payment was just $9 more than what I was already paying. And with the changes to my car insurance, I ended up SAVING $30 a month !! Of all the car dealerships that I have dealt with in the past (and I have even worked for one), this by FAR was one of the best experiences that I have ever had buying a car. James was very patient with me and answered every question that I could possibly think of. He spent a great deal of time working on this with me and I can not say enough kind things about him as a salesman.Today (5/9/13) I came in and spoke to Joe Gallagher, the Sales Manager about a small concern I had regarding my car and the tires. Joe was amazing !! He sat there and listened to what I had to say and the concerns that I had. Because of the concern that I had regarding my tires, without even blinking an eye, Joe told me that he would take care of it. I can't tell you the amount of relief that I felt from just those few words. Even though doing this for me was going to cost him some money, he was more concerned about me being happy with my car. That is the type of Customer Service and decency that you just don't find at a lot of places any more. I honestly thought that I would have to "fight" for this, but I didn't.. This was my first transaction with Miller Ford to buy a 2013 Fusion Hybrid. I had the pleasure to meet with Kevin Souder as the sales advisor who gave me all the time and attention I needed to place an order the car. I approached the dealership with pricing from an on-line car pricing service which they honored. Kevin did the research so that he could present any qualifying Ford discounts and even corporate discounts that I was eligible for. After three visits to the dealership and two test drives, I finalized the order. It took 3 months for the Fusion to arrive at Miller Ford but Kevin kept me updated on the status of the order from date of assembly to expected delivery date. At the closing of the sale, the finance manager offered extended warranty protection but no hard sell tactics. Kevin spent as much time as we needed to become familiar with the Fusion's electronic navigation / entertainment / environmental features. Overall, the experience with Miller Ford exceeded my expectations.

We pretty much had done allof our "homework" but I have to say this is the best exexperience I have had at any FORD dealership. I would recommend Lee to anyone. Infact, I have.. already. I do not tend to recommend people unless they really "wow" me but I have to say this was the perfect sale. Even the sales manager Joe Gallagher came out to talk with us and again when we stopped back up the following day. This ford dealership really has it together and that coupled with great communication and customer service has made me recommend them to others already!

They are both terrific people, and are easy to get straight answers from. Kevin goes far beyond what a average salesman does in order to keep the customer happy. My past experiences at other dealerships, or just buying a car, have always been unpleasant and aggravating. However, my visit to Miller Ford went smooth and was painless. My sales women, Colleen David, was great, very personable and friendly. She showed me the Ford F150 that I was interested in and had considerable knowledge about the vehicle. On March 10th, 2013 my 2007 Lincoln Town Car was deemed non-repairable as the result of a car accident. I researched the Internet extensively for a replacement. The best deal for the money that I could find was a 2010 Lincoln Town Car resting at this dealers location in Lumberton, NJ. I called on the 19th and spoke with Ryan and asked if he could hold it for me til the next day. He said he would and he did. On the 20th I drove 50 minutes from Media, Pa. to Miller Ford and met with Ryan who in turn introduced me to Joe Dibona and we went for a test ride. I think Joe knew I really liked the car but he didn't play hardball with me as we negotiated the price. He introduced me to Joe Gallagher to finalize the price and before long we had a deal which I could not close til Friday the 22nd. I felt so good about the experience and by the way, I just turned 58 and made many deals which made me feel like I was in a 10 round bout, that I stopped at a local bakery to bring with me a dozen donuts. I never did that before. I showed up earlier then expected and explained that I had to be out of there in an hour. Preston took me into his office and we were finished within 30 minutes. Preston said if I can think of anything else after I leave that Miller Ford might owe me in the deal just call. I've never heard that from any other dealer. Joe Dibona said my car was ready and waiting. It was meticulously detailed beyond my expectation. I left with a big smile on my face. Sure, all dealers act professional and courteous but I don't think they were acting. I can't think of anything they owe me but I can't recall if I said thank you, so THANKYOU MILLER FORD LINCOLN.

At first over the phone the experience was good for the most part, they worked with me on the price, but Kelly neglected to return phone calls when she told me she would. But I still wanted the vehicle anyway. Then we reached a deal on the truck, Drove two hours to get the truck and they didn't even want to fill up the gas tank for us. Then, about a week after the purchase of the car, I get NO call as to whether the experience was good or if im happy with the purchase. No Follow up at all. Also I've called Joe 4 times about 2 weeks after, to see what the time frame on the registration was, and He answered the first time, said he would give me a call back and let me know, But still haven't heard from him yet. Granted, the truck i bought is very nice and I like it, but Miller Fords' customer service after the sale is the worst Ive ever witnessed. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

The bottom line for us was the sales staff at Miller Ford was there to help but did not use any pressure to make the sale! The salesman gave us time to discuss the vehicle and wasn't afraid to let us talk without him around for a few minutes. He even asked the right questions and went through the trouble to locate other ideal vehicles, elsewhere just to give us options on getting the right one. This is what sold us on their dealership as they were willing to sell us what we were looking for not what was only on their lot. At no point in the process was there pressure to do anything, I've purchased vehicles before where they try to push financing from one source or another or extended warranties. None of that was done at Miller they took the time to show us the various options and inform us of what was available to us. They then let us decide what was best, we had visited a few other dealers and this one has their act together. The Vehicle was ready when they said it would be and it was perfect. I would gladly recommend them to others.

This was a very pleasant new car purchasing experience. It was pleasant because when I first called and spoke with Dick Korbin, he was very attentive and seemed eager to listen to my needs. He was willing to meet my expectations, as well as work with me in what I specifically wanted. I was disappointed to find out that he was no longer a part of the Miller Ford team, but the Miller experience led me to Keith Randall. Although Keith was absent when I arrived to view the car, Jim Carty and Marc Kweeder joined forces to make my visit a pleasant one. The experience led my wife and I to the purchase of a new 2013 Ford Mustang GT. I was assured that all of the sales team would benefit from this sale. I would highly recommend this dealer.My individual experience: After Kelly Simon and Dick Kobrin found several models that fit what I was looking for, they gave me an offer that was beating the competition by a few hundred. About a week later they got a model that fit exactly what I was looking for and they they gave me an even better deal that was lower than the first. To put it in perspective, when I told another Ford dealer that my Miller Ford sales price quote was they literally responded with "We are unable to do that because of the quote you got from them is wrong". Joe Gallagher (and a man who went by Si) was FANTASTIC and either knew the answers to my questions or got me the answer on the various truck amenities. Bobby Hall was unable to answer any of my questions about trucks in general. We did not care for him in our 2010 purchase and were hoping to get another sales representative but were advised that we had to use him because he previously sold us a car. Next time we come in to buy a car, if we are told Bobby must be our sales representative we will walk out. The customer should not be mandated to work with the same sales representative. We should be able to decide if we want to keep the same sales representative. Joe and Si are true assets to Miller Ford. This was our sixth Ford/Mercury purchase (3 cars and 3 trucks) in 30 years.

When I arrived, Ryan was prepared for our appointment and referred me to Lee Goldinger. Lee has a great sense of humor and is the opposite of the stereotypical car salesman. He has extensive product knowledge and showed me every trim level and feature I wanted to see. The negotiation process was painless and I left knowing I got the best deal. It has been a week since I have had my new Escape and couldn't be happier! First off, I want to thank FORD for giving me the chance I so desperately needed to start my good credit standing. Travis and Melissa Miller worked very hard with FORD to get me the credit terms I really needed. I really appreciate them going to bat for me and placing me in a brand new "2013" Ford Focus. I LOVE IT! Also, being a single mom and working two jobs I have piece of mind being on the road at night in a safe vehicle. The comfortable and style of the vehicle is terrific! I really liked doing business with Miller Ford because it was a totally different experience than any other. Their "no pressure, no hassle policy" and family-oriented attitude made me feel extremely comfortable. I also enjoyed working with Preston, "the numbers guy" he explained all of my financial responsibilities and answered any and all questions that I had regarding the financial end of my auto agreement, when I placed my signature on the documents I really understood what I was signing. The salesman,Steve Wall complete gentleman, not to mention he gave me and my children three additional hours over and above his work schedule - that's right he met me and delivered my automobile when it was convenient for me and it did not interfere with my work schedule. I am not a very "technical" person, and after trading in a 1999 auto a 2013 was certainly going high tech according to my standards; however, Steve hooked up my bluetooth and showed me every gadget in great detail about my 2013 FORD FOCUS! Again, I would like to thank FORD Credit, Travis, Melissa, Preston and Steve for all their help! I received special pricing online through Progressive Insurance's car buying service. The pricing that I received from the dealership was even slightly lower than what Progressive had quoted! The pricing was very fair and completely no haggle or hassle; thank God there were no high pressure sales gimmicks! I've had very bad experiences with certain dealerships in the Cherry Hill area and experienced no problems at all with Miller Ford; they offered great, friendly and fair service. Even the trade-in value for my car was spot on with my estimates. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership. The entire process was pleasant from start to finish; no pressure to buy either the car or any add on services. I got the car that I wanted at a really fair price and left very happy and satisfied with my purchase and the overall experience.

It's embarrassing to talk about among my friends, and it's a difficult fact of my life. I never thought I'd be able to get financing for a new car, so imagine how incredibly happy I am in my brand new 2013 Ford Focus!First of all, the car is gorgeous. I love the "Race Red" color, the MyFord system (the dual screens are super cool, and the car talks to me!), the bluetooth integration with my iPhone, and the amazing gas mileage (went from 15 MPG average in my '05 Buick Terraza to roughly 30 in the new Focus).It's truly a thrilling feeling to have leased a brand new car. Miller gave me a fair value for my trade, and they truly worked hard to get me financed. A lot of people worked together to make sure I left with a car: Ryan Plotcher is the gentleman who called me on the phone after I requested a quote online. He was knowledgeable, polite, and his sense of humor made me feel a little better about potentially risking the embarrassment of going into the dealership only to be denied financing. I'm not sure anyone else could've eased that initial fear better than he did, and he's ultimately the reason I swallowed my fear and made it into the dealership.I spoke with Travis King briefly when I walked into the dealership, and he immediately assured me we'd get a deal done. More positive reinforcement, yes! If you do get a chance to meet Travis, I promise you you'll laugh. The guy is hilarious, and helped ease the initial nervousness I felt when I first got there.My girlfriend and I had a seat at one of the tables and began to settle in. As soon as Bobby Hall, the man with the awesome Jamaican accent, started talking to me, I felt really good about the situation I was in. Bobby and Ryan had lined up two cars for me to test drive: A 2011 Ford Fusion and a 2012 Ford Focus. They were both Certified Pre-Owned, which was originally what I was looking for. After the test drive, my girlfriend and I both agreed we liked the Fusion the best, and filled out the application for financing. I started to get a little nervous again during this time, but Bobby Hall offered us some coffee and sat with us the entire time. Bobby, my girlfriend, and I started joking around and telling stories, I explained my situation to Bobby and surprise! They've seen plenty of folks in my position. Joe Gallagher, the man who had been working to get us financing while we hung out with Bobby, sat down with us after a few minutes to explain the situation:Since it was later at night, Joe couldn't get a human being on the phone, and was only able to get one bank to approve me at a rather outrageous rate of 22%. Bobby and Joe agreed that this was unacceptable and that given my situation, I shouldn't be penalized for financial issues that were beyond my control. Joe assured me that if I gave him one day so that he could actually speak to a real person on the phone, he'd get me done. Despite initially being disheartened given that I have no co-signer (and wouldn't ask someone to do that for me even if I did), Joe has this way about him that is completely reassuring, so yet again, I felt better about my situation. I went to bed that night believing that I was going to be able to get out of my gas-guzzling van, and into something better. I could barely sleep imagining my self in a new car that night! (Thank you for that early Christmas feeling Joe!)The next day I had a phone call from Ryan Plotcher informing me that Joe had gotten me approved for tier 1 financing (the best that Ford Motor Credit offers), an incredible rate (1.5%), and even got me $2,000 cash back on my trade! This was the absolute best case scenario, as I truly needed the extra money back. The best part? They got me financed for a brand new car as opposed to the two used ones I'd test driven! About a half hour after sitting down with Rose, the woman who finalized the sale with us, I was the owner of a 2013 Ford Focus SE. She was amazing just like the others! My girlfriend had been looking for her own reassurance that this lease was the right move for me coming in. Well, Rose was the sign she was looking for: As soon as we sat down, we immediately struck up a friendship with her because the wallpaper on her computer desktop is a photo of an alpaca. My girlfriend immediately noticed it and asked her why she had it there, because she loves alpacas! Rose is about to own her own alpaca farm! As you can imagine, those two got along really great during the signing process, and we had a really amazing time. I've never felt more at home in a sales situation than I did with Rose.If you're starting to notice a pattern, good, because that's the point: Every single time there was any doubt or nervousness in my girlfriend's mind or mine, one of the members of the team at Miller Ford made us feel better. They continuously reassured us, and they followed through on every word they said! They're all just regular folks like you and I, and aside from the obvious financial motivations, I truly believe that they just want to help the folks that walk through their doors leave in a different, better car than the one they drove up in. I'll never do business with anyone else ever again, because you can't improve upon perfection. Bottom line: I love my car, I love Miller Ford, and if you've gotten this far in the review, please take my word for it when I say I know these people will not let you down. My two-year lease is incredible for several reasons, not the least of which is that I'm in a really amazing new car, but more importantly: Ford Motor Credit is really giving me a shot to prove myself and improve my credit. At the end of the lease, I'll have an opportunity to buy my car at a really great price, and with all of the Ford Loyalty program incentives, I'll be in position to do so for the first time in my life! Also, this opportunity will REALLY help me build my credit overall. My girlfriend and I are looking to buy our own house in the next few years, and with poor credit, I've been scared that I'll be more of a burden than anything. I just don't feel that way anymore now. Miller Ford empowered me in more ways than one, so if you're looking for a comfortable, incredible experience buying a car, do yourself a favor: BUY. MILLER. FORD. James was a very caring person in helping me decide on my vehicle. He was patient and very understanding. One of the main reasons that I chose to buy my vehicle here versus a dealer closer to home was that he was not pushy and let me know he was there to help. The other dealer never contacted me after my visits. James also worked with me in figuring out how to handle my car since I would not be trading it in. Everyone I talked to there were very nice and made me feel welcomed. James was also very helpful in making sure that I could parrellel park by letting me do this on the lot. If I could not verify my ability to do this i would not have bought the vehicle. This was my first SUV and I was a little apprehensive. It was also nice to receive a note of thanks for my business after we left. It has made me feel like a valued customer. After finding out that it was possible to create a Mustang to my liking/specifications, I decided to lease a 2013 Mustang from Miller Ford in Mt. Holly, NJ that had to be built in Michigan. After being assured numerous times it would only be 6 weeks (8 weeks at the very most direct from the sales manager), the 6 weeks came and went and never received a call from the dealer. I called and was told it would take 2 more weeks with no explanation.After two more weeks I received no call and had to call myself again. I took multiple days to receive a call back and was finally told that my car would arrive on August 21. So, on August 21 I was expecting a call from the dealer and never got one. After calling the dealer I was then told that there was a "parts shortage" and my vehicle wouldn't be ready until September 11. On September 11 I received no call once again and had to call the dealership to find out where my car was. Once again I was told it would be here at some point later in the week.I finally ended up receiving a call in the middle of the 12th week from the dealership that my car had arrived. I picked it up that night and the car itself was exactly what I wanted, but was missing the $85 all weather floor mats that I had ordered. I still have yet to get these after having the vehicle for one week.Overall, I felt like I was mislead by the dealer into making this purchase as one of the main factors I ordered the vehicle was the fact that the sales manager told me it would take 6 weeks and 8 weeks at the very most. Honestly, who wants to wait 3 months for a car?The car itself is great, but the most troubling part about this dealership is that 1. I was originally mislead on the time it would take to get in and 2. No one even had the common decency to at least keep me updated on my situation. All I got was excuse after excuse why no one called me, but the fact is there is more than ONE person who works at this dealership, and if they had something going on someone else should've been appointed to keep me updated.

I strongly recommend this dealership, as it was a very positive and hassle-free experience. I initially ran a Consumer Reports "New Car Report," and it recommended Miller Ford, in addition to 2 other dealerships in the area. Miller Ford returned an internet quote within an hour, based on the car I had "built," and it was a very good quote. When I went to the dealership a couple days later, I was greeted by Sean Rafter, who was very friendly, non-pushy and extremely well-versed in the 2013 Escape that I was interested in. We went for a test drive, and I was very impressed with the way the car handled. Though the dealership didn't have the exact vehicle I wanted, Sean ran a report to see if they would be receiving a car that contained everything I wanted and in the color I wanted (Platinum White), but they didn't have such an SEL on this list. Sean introduced me to the Sales Manager, who suggested that if I wanted to purchase a 2013 Escape in that color and with every option, Miller Ford would special order it. We discussed the exact car I wanted, options and price and the trade in value for my 2007 Volvo S40. In a very short period of time, I was offered a fabulous deal - far better than Consumer Report's "great deal" - for the exact Escape I wanted, and also got exactly what I wanted for my trade in. There was absolutlely no reason to shop anywhere else, which saved me a lot of time and haggling. The Sales Manager learned that I was an ADP employee and gave me an ADP employee discount, on top of the great price I was already offered, and also promised that when the car was delivered, I'd be eligible for additional discounts if any were being offered. My car arrived earlier over two weeks earlier than expected, and I took delivery on Tuesday, 9/6. However, Miller Ford back dated the delivery to 8/31, so I could take advantage of another $750 discount that expired on that day. On top of the very personable and great service I received, the business manager obtained an excellent finance package for me, at only 3.9%. I'm extremely happy with my beautiful Escape and will be servicing it exclusively at Miller Ford, as their service department is "certified" by Ford. I was happy to do business with a dealership that I trusted and with likeable individuals who went above and beyond to earn my business.

Steve was extremely friendly. He did not pressure the sale. Allowed my wife and I to test drive the car and then discuss it. We ended up leaving the dealer as i was not sure I wanted the car. During that time, Steve did follow up with a phone call. Still no pressure. Offereed to search for the car I had in mind. After thinking about the car, my wife and I returned to purchase the car. Still no pressure from Steve or the Finance Manager. They gave me my number on my trade and an excelent price on the new car. The thing I liked the most was there was no running back and forth trying to come to an agreement. They came out of the gate with a deal I was happy with and was within my predetermined comfort zone. Steve had the car cleaned and prepped and we took the car that night in less than 3 hours from the time I entered the dealership, looked over the car, came to an agreement on price, and signed all the paperwork. Based on previous car purchases, this was extremely fast. I would buy from Steve again and recommend him to others. My entire experience was excellent and would definitely return to Miller Ford when it comes time to purchase again.

From the first time we walked in the door we were treated very well by all the Miller representatives. We new exactly what we wanted and the dealer had that car on order so all we needed was a price. The price we were given was a very competitive price and we didn't have to listen to any run arounds from the salesman. We made up our mind to purchase from this dealer and salesman almost immediately even though the car we picked was not our fasvorite color. Working with this dealer was a breath of fresh air as they were always prepared with whatever information or documents we needed to sign. Miller Ford has our highest recommendation. We purchased a new 2012 F150 XLT. We had been considering buying a new truck to replace our 1991 F150 for six months. Spent hours on the Ford website researching options and MSRP. Submitted the model with options we wanted thru Pen Fed online car buying service. Miller Ford came up as a Pen Fed approved dealer. Next morning received an email from Travis King acknowledging Miller Ford was Pen Fed approved and they would honor the target price. Went to the dealership the next day and met with Lee Goldinger. Lee was very welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. He went thru and explained all the option with us. Because of the options selected the truck would have to be a factory order. Lee introduced us to his manager, Marc Kweeder who verified our selection and said we would get the incentive offers locked in. While meeting with Marc, Lee came back with paper work informing us we were eligible for an additional $750 Ford incentive for a questionnaire my wife filled out at the January Philadelphia auto show. The total incentives we receive was $3,250. We had a great experience purchasing this truck from Miller. When we started the research on our new car purchase, we contacted three dealers. Out of those three, Miller Ford was the only dealer that followed up with us via email. When we arrived at the dealership to look at what was available, Lee Goldinger assisted us. Lee was very patient with us as we werent sure which SUV we wanted. After we drove four different vehicles, Lee sat down with us and went over options, price etc. Once we decided on which SUV and which options were most important to us, Lee started the search. Within a few days, Lee found our Expedition. There were no high pressure selling tactics at Miller Ford. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. Lee is very personable, easy to deal with and has a great sense of humor. He spent the time to find us the perfect vehicle. I would highly recommend Miller Ford and all of their staff. From the salespeople (Lee in particular) to the finance staff. Next time we are in the market for a new vehicle, we will start with Miller Ford. I would highly recommend them for any purchasing a new or used vehicle.

Since my wife and I have been considering a Ford F-150 for some time, we went to Miller Ford last Saturday with the intention of comparative shopping and to gather information. Three hours into our visit, we drove away in a brand new F-150 off the lot. The truck continues to exceed our expectations and is a pure joy to drive.All of this was made possible by Steve Wall's easy demeanor with none of the sales pressure that is often directed at the consumer. We were able to come to a quick agreement concerning the trade-in value for our old car and the rebates reduced the overall price of the truck to a reasonable monthly payment that was within our target range. And to top it off, the truck has more options than we thought were possible. If I had to custom-purchase a truck, this is exactly what I would have wanted.I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Wall and the sales team at Miller Ford to anyone who is shopping for a new vehicle.

This was by far the most payless sales experience I've ever had. Steve was very knowledgeable of the cars seen and helpful in helping us choose the right car for us. There was no pressure, no secrets and all in all a great sales experience. Also, Bob in finance (with whom I signed all the paperwork) really took the time to explain the details of the lease arrangements and where savings could be found downstream. My wife and I picked a lease and calculated the lowest down payment needed to fit into the best monthly payment without "over-paying" for the car over the term of the lease.I will definitely come back to Miller Ford when its time for my next car and will recommend them to my friends when looking for a new car. I had a list of criteria that I was looking for in my new vehicle and only stopped at Miller when the local Dodge, Chevy, Jeep and Subaru dealerships failed to meet my needs.I was amazed at the selection and knowledge of my agent, Lee Goldinger. The Explorer was a perfect fit and I am thoroughly satisfied. I love my new truck!The paperwork was quick and painless and the whole process was explained concisely by Rose Principato. Even the GM, John, surprised me by stopping by to welcome me to the Ford family.I've since contacted Lee to order a couple things for my new truck. I recently purchased a Nissan Frontier from Miller Ford. I had been in the market for sometime searching the internet and local dealerships when I happened to see the Frontier posted on the internet by Miller Ford. The truck appeared to be in very good condition so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Travis King their internet sales manager. I told Travis I was interested in the truck and from out of state and would be traveling some distance to the dealership, would he be willing to give me their best cash price over the phone which many dealerships seem reluctant to due, in addition to an honest assessment as to the overall condition of the truck. The price I was quoted was by far the best deal from any dealership and Travis personally looked over the vehicle for me. The truck was held for me until I could make arrangements to come see it. Upon arrival I met Lee Goldinger my sales consultant. The condition of the truck was just as described by Travis and far exceeded my expectations. Lee gave me the keys and told me to take it for as long as a test drive as I liked, there was no pressure to purchase the vehicle. Lee was an absolute pleasure to deal with friendly and helpful just like everyone at Miller Ford. I also appreciated that Lee came in on his day off to show me the truck and handle the sale. Miller Ford was the best dealership I have ever dealt with in the purchase of a vehicle, their customer service is outstanding and would highly recommend them to anyone. Keith always goes the "extra mile". He is personable, knowledgeable, and a true professional. Keith and the Miller team make my new lease car experience painless everytime. Keith always insures that the process is expedited so I do not have to wait unnecessarily; i.e., the paperwork is prepared ahead of my arriving. This time Keith realized that I had a scheduling conflict, so he and Dennis Zawalich drove to my home and brought my 2011 MKZ back to the dealership. My wife and I recently purchased a new Ford Escape from Miller Ford and the experience could not have been better. Initially, we were shopping for a four-door sedan so we looked at several different brands (Honda, Subaru, Chevy and Kia) and we were not all that impressed with what they had to offer. We then test drove several Ford models and like all of them. But we kept looking at the Escape XLT and our salesman set us up for a test drive - we loved everything about it. The ride was smooth and quiet and the interior amenities were well-thought-out and convenient. Suffice to say, the product sold itself. But equally important was the actual transaction - which in our opinion is usually the most painful and stressful part of the process when purchasing a new vehicle. Not at Miller! Or salesman (Keith Miller) and the Sales Manager (John McDonald) were amazing. They answered all our questions, guided us on rebates, financing, extended warranty options, and reviewed Miller's comprehensive service program. It was the easiest part of the process. From start to finish we were in and out of the dealership with our new Escape in less than three hours including all the test drives we took. Lastly, once we left the dealership that was not the end of Miller. The dealership stays in close touch via email to ensure everything was (and is) to our complete satisfaction and they even provide FREE training during the day and evening for those who want to learn how to use all the features of Ford's amazing SYNC system. We HIGHLY recommend Miller Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle. The vehicles are top-notch, the service is excellent, the price is fair, and there's no pressure from their sales team.

I had a great experience buying a used car and trading in my old car. I felt like the trade in price was fair and I was happy with the price of the car that I bought. I had a few concerns with the car that I bought and Bobby Hall took car of them and made me feel very comfortable. Bobby Hall was great and was not pushy like other car salesman. I rated my overall experience a 4 out of 5 because I was disappointed with the amount of time it took to do all of the paperwork. I was there over three hours and I also did not like the time that was wasted on a warranty I told them I didn't want. Overall, it was a great experience and I would buy a car there again and I would use Bobby Hall as my salesman again.

After discussing for days with my salesman about a new car, I went in and was advised by my sales person of the deal I was getting (he then went on vacation and was not at the dealership after I signed the contract), I signed all the paperwork and then was called back 2 days later to be told that they gave me the wrong deal. I was never previously advised of anything different and told them that I signed an agreement as I understood it and was advised by the salesperson and thought that them making a mistake was not me at fault but their financial person who made the error. (I was advised by my sales person that I would receive a $1,000.00 discount due to military status and buyers incentive) I had to go back to the dealer because they only gave me 1 key for my car not the 2 keys they said I would get. When I got there they told me to see the financial person and I was berated by her and told that I needed to sign a new contract because of HER error. After I left the dealership I felt like all the excitement that I had for my brand new car was demolished by the way they handled the whole situation and they made me feel horrible. I then removed the deposit my husband and I left on the 2nd Ford Focus we were ready to buy only days later. As far as my dealings with the service department, that has always been stellar. I will continue to have my car serviced there, but I will not be purchasing my second Ford Focus from this dealership due to the way that they handled the issue as I mentioned above. I never received a call from my salesman which I thought was unprofessional.

Our sales person, Bobby Hall, was fantastic to work with - in fact our family purchased two cars in one week (my husband and my son) and we will most definitely return when I am ready to purchase my own new car! This dealership was very friendly and did not pressure me into buying anything i was not comfortable with. However the other dealerships in the local area were extremely pushy toward my family. The salesman Robert Nestor was very knowledgeable of the product and answered all my questions. He was very patient. It did take about a week to make a final selection. The price was fair.

My Wife and I pulled onto Millers Lot just to look around at the Escapes. Bobby came out and asked if we had any questions, and if so to come and find him. It was great looking around with no pressure. Other dealerships, we have been at, the salesmen follow you around the lot. Not at Miller, after looking at a few Escapes, we found Bobby and test drove three or four Escapes. We found the one we liked and purchased it. The staff was great, Bobby and another salesman stayed well after the dealership closed to make sure my wife's phone was hooked up to the Sync system and she understood how to use it. This was our second purchase at Miller and would definitely return for a third.

I just purchased a ford F-150 Raptor from this dealer. Everyone was very nice. Considering I drove from New York (2 hours away), I would not only go back again I've already recommended them to my sister for a new vehicle. Everyone was very accommodating. They answered all my questions about my new car to help me understand how the car runs, etc. They also called my insurance company to set up my new insurance, they had the car ready when promised, and they offered to help me change the tags if I wanted to keep the same tags. I found the buying experience through them very positive. I gave this company very high ratings, because I believe they deserve it.

This was my first time at Miller. It won't be my last. My purchase of my 2011 Lincoln MKS was a very enjoyable experience. Keith was couldn't have been more helpful. I am currently with child and have been looking to purchase a new vehicle with four doors. I have been in touch with my salesperson online and through phone before arriving to make the final decision. This gentleman was able to provide me with a "out the door" price and with a window sticker which included all the information on the vehicle I was looking to buy. When I arrived at the Ford dealership, I was greeted by another salesperson who proceeded to assist my mom with an interest she had in a vehicle. He showed us around the lot and even allowed us to take a test drive while we waited for Chirag Chauhan to arrive at the said dealership. When Mr. Chauhan arrived we got right down to business. He was able to give us a very reasonable price for the vehicle I purchased. Also, as Mr. Chauhan was dealing with me, he learned of my mother's interest in a new vehicle and simultaneously dealt with us both. Mr. Chauhan actually allowed me to drive my new vehicle off the lot and to the bank to pick up the check for the purchase before actually purchasing the vehicle. I was very glad that he allowed us to drive the vehicle because we hadn't previously been able to drive that particular one. Mr. Chauhan called my insurance company and switched everything over for me. He also assisted me with syncing my phone with my newly purchased vehicle, transferred my tags from my Cobalt immediately to the Fiesta and helped make sure nothing was left in my Cobalt before I left the lot. I felt truly appreciated at this dealership by all that I had met and dealt with. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. Thanks Ford!

Great first time car purchase! Bobby was incredibly helpful with choosing a car that fit both my height and my price range. We test drove a few cars but I really like took a liking to the Focus SES (Red). Bobby made the pricing and payment plans very simple to understand (Other dealers were throwing numbers everywhere). He called the day after to check up on the purchase and to answer any questions we had about the car or payment. Buying a car is not high on my list of "things I like to do". Dalia not only made the experience painless for me and my husband. It was actually quite enjoyable. We looked at the Ford F150. Then we left and checked out a Chevy and a Dodge in the same class. We also checked out some used trucks. Dalia was very quick about getting pricing for us and so we were able to compare the trucks. After test driving the Chevy, we came back to test drive the Ford. There really was no comparison. The Ford was exactly what we were looking for. We left that night and discussed the our options. The next day I called Dalia and asked her to get everything ready so that all we had to do was sign the papers. She did exactly that. We came in that night with our trade. We only spend about a half hour there. We got a great truck, a great price, and great financing thanks to Dalia.

Do not buy a car until you visit the folks at Miller Ford. There is a reason why they have a 5 star rating. Our family bought two vehicles, a 2010 Ford Mustang in Jan. and a 2010 Ford Edge in Feb. Our salesman for both was Frank Nash he was helpful and reassuring throughout the process. Made us feel like he was there to help,not pushy or high pressure, he spent time trying to locate an Edge in our area equipped with the options and color we were looking for in our price range. He informed us of all the rebates and incentives from Ford including one for $750.00 that we were unaware of. Sales Mgr. John McDonald, worked with us and gave us a good price for our trade he was equally helpful and courteous. Business Mgr. Rose Principato in the finance part of the process was great,saving us money and explaining everything available to us for example we could buy an extended warranty for 5 yr./100,000 miles for a very small amount more than the standard 5 yr./50,000 mile warranty that better suited our driving habits. So go check them out for yourself,they can make buying a new car just as it should be FUN ! P.S. I also own a 1995 Ford F-150 that I purchased new from Miller Ford. Tony Oliveri the service department Mgr. is great. It's obvious these people really care about their customers and want them to have a satisfying ,friendly and successful visit to Miller Ford.

I have delt with many dealers in the past. I have had the BEST experience with Miller Ford, Lincoln, Mercury. Not only did Keith Randall go above and beyond to make sure we had the best deal for my family and myself, he continued to follow up with current markets to ensure we were obtaining the best deal. We worked with Keith for approximately 3 weeks, prior to buying our vehicle. I cannot express our satisfaction enough. No matter what representative we passed inside the showroom, each one of them stopped multiple times and asked if we were okay, or if we needed anything. We have a small child and everyone was very sympathetic and always wanting to help. Lastly, the finance represenative, Ms Miller, was fantastic. She took her time to ensure we understood every last part of the contract prior to signing. She even went the extra distance to put on a video from her personal DVD player so our daughter could be entertained while we went over the purchase documents. I could go on forever about the remarkable experience we had at Miller Ford, Lincoln, Mercury. This business is well above the rest and it is obvious why they are still in business. Thank you to all of them for their professionalism. The best part about buying a vehicle from them is not the unbeatable pricing, it is the feeling that they want to help the buyer and not their bank accounts.

In researching cars and dealerships this website sparked my interest. For New Jersey I was drawn to Miller Ford in Lumberton, NJ. This about an hour from our house but I thought, as you probably would agree, that it would be worth the drive to use a dealership that was recommended. My dad and I were interested in test driving 3 cars. Joel Freyer was our sales person and did an excellent job introducing us to the three different cars (Edge, Sport Trac, Escape). He allowed us to test drive each one and answered our questions. He gave us room to explore and discuss alone. No pressure, flexible, and professional are what come to mind. This was by far the best car buying expeerience that I have ever had! I shopped at Cherry Hill Subaru and Martin Subaru prior to shopping at Miller and was blown away with the awesome experience that I had at Miller. The sales staff at Miller is both knowledgable and professional and never made me feel pressured to buy. The fact that their service department is open on Saturdays is a great plus, as well as the fact that Miller has its own shuttle service to take you places while your car is in service.
