I did not think that anyone would be able to help me get out of my almost 16 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee and into a newer, more reliable car with payments I could afford. M? dad and I came to see the car and the sale man there, Joe, didn't really want to talk to us or to explain the detail about car. I showed him the car I checked on autotrader.com that has lower price than the one he just pulled out from the inventory and he didn't even look at my phone. Then, what he said is he will help us to find a new vehicle that I'm looking for but I need to deposit $500.00 non-refundable. Like, really? I can do that myself. Before I come to their dealership, I also contacted with the online sale service and they called me to follow up. I told them that I want to know the detailed info of that vehicle and the drive out deal that they can give me. However, I've been waiting for 1 week but I don't see anything from them. I will never stop by or even check out this dealership again!!!!

My wife & I visited Milton Martin Honda 10/04/16. I drove from Atlanta with the intentions of buying a used Honda CR-V and was disappointed. The salesman, Isaac Hernandez sent me a price quote for a 2013 Honda CR-V stock # P2325 list price $16,856. The value price he emailed me was $16,065 + $1,244.25 TAVT tax + $599 Admin Fee, and $119 state fee totaling $18,027.25. I'm not sure what vehicle he showed me but it reeks of smoke, with cigarette burns in the seat. He had another 2013 Honda CR-V EX listed at a similar price (maybe $100 difference) but he refused to give me the same deal. Instead he offered (out the door price) $18,999. Approx. $1,000 more. I offered a compromise which I thought was a fair price of $18,500 but he refused to meet me half way. I don't understand. I thought Milton Martin was in the business to sell car. I guess I was wrong.

Customer Service at its FINEST!I want to offer a HUGE thank-you to General Manager/ Butch Miller, Service Director Curt Sloyer, and Service Manager Tot Ingram at Milton Martin Honda for going WAY above and beyond the call of duty to help me out.Last year, my daughter and I both bought used Honda Civics. They were in great shape mechanically, but small areas of fading and chipping paint on the roof and trunk lid began to get worse. A few months ago I found out from a local body shop that it was a manufacturers defect in the paint process, and there was an extended warranty on the repair. I went to the local Honda dealer about getting it fixed, but they said that I was outside of the warranty period by a few months, and there was nothing they could do. I called American Honda, and got the same story.I mentioned this in a conversation with Bruce Thompson, and he suggested I call Butch Miller, the General Manager at Milton Martin Honda. After explaining my dilemma, Butch had me send him an email with the details, and some pictures of the damaged paint. He put Curt Sloyer on the job, and after about six weeks of wrangling with American Honda, he called me and told me that Honda was going to cover the cost.My daughter and I drove all the way out to Gainesville to drop the car off, and a couple of weeks later Curt called and told me my car was ready. There was only one problemI was leaving the next day with a crew from church to go to Baton Rouge to help with the clean-up after the flooding, so it would be almost a week before I could go retrieve my car and drop off my daughters.Showing their unbelievable dedication to customer service, Curt sent a driver to drop my car off at my house and pick up my daughters car to get painteda drive of nearly TWO HOURS EACH WAY!Last Saturday we drove back up to pick up her car, and were greeted by Tot Ingram, who helped us with all the final paperwork and offered any additional help he could provide. The paint job on both cars was fantastic.As a small business owner, I learned long ago that success in business is not about profit margins, cost efficiencies, and revenue growth, though those things are all important. The MOST important thing is the relationships that you build - with customers, vendors, employees, etc. and the trust that comes with a reputation for honesty and integrity.The last several cars Ive bought have all been private sale, mainly because of the high-pressure sales tactics, poor service, and exorbitant prices of the other dealerships Id been to in recent years.I can tell you one thing thoughthe next time I get ready to buy a car (and we are an all-Honda family now), it will be WELL worth the scenic, two-hour drive to visit the good folks at Milton Martin Honda!

We made an appointment at 9:00 AM to have an oil change and tire rotation. There was no wait when we arrived and we fixed ourselves coffee and walked around the lot. Our car was ready 30 minutes later and there were no charges as we were using a maintenance certificate. The work was done right, no dirt, oil or grime left anywhere.

My service advisor,Tot, listened to my concerns,I took a test ride with a very polite technician and they found the cause of my problem. Tot consulted with me and kept me updated during each procedure. He took it upon himself to check if I had an extended warranty when he found out that I needed struts. There was no pressure at all. I've always come to MM for my service and will continue to do so. They are great.

Milton Martin Honda is the only place that I take my 2012 Accord for service. We are a one car family and it has 95k miles. It still drives like it is brand new because we have taken it in for every service. The advisors are exactly that. They advise me what is due on the next service and does not try to oversell. I even have friends that live near Atlanta that has all of their service done just because of the service and attention to details that MM Honda gives. They make every customer feel like they are special. That's rare these days!

I came to have my 30,000 mile service done on my Honda Civic. Matt had told me to allow 3 hours, just in case. Personnel from the Honda Dealership came through the waiting area and asked at least 4-5 times if anyone needed anything. Matt came and got me in less than 2 hours and I was on my way. My air conditioner stopped working in 90 degree weather. I stopped at the dealership for help. My vehicle was evaluated while I sat in a comfortable air conditioned waiting room with a cold Coke given to me by an employee. When it was learned that it would take four to five hours to repair, I was given a loaner vehicle to drive home and back the next day to pick up my repaired vehicle. That is what I call five star service.

Had to wait in line for a bit until the area was clear to drive my car up and someone behind me got out of their car jumped in front of me to get a salesperson to help them, and I was waiting in my car but that salesperson proceeded to go past my car even though my window was down and didn't help me until I drove up under the area.

Air conditioner not blowing cold air... it's 100+ degrees outside. I assume the worst... that the A/C is dead and it's going to cost $$$. Instead its a relay, $75. Service department was honest about the problem and didn't fake sell something that wasn't broken. Bought my Honda CRV from MMH in 2009. Never have taken it for service anywhere else. I get Acura service for my little CRV.

I told Matt that I was there for an oil change and to have the air pressure checked in my tires. He also checked about any recalls to my car. We bought our 2012 Odesey Van new at Milton Martin. It has never run as good as our 2006 van. There have been several attempts to find the problem, but no success. Shannon ask many questions to try to determine the source of the problem. The light bulb went off and he said "you know it might be" and he was correct. What ever he did corrected the problem. From the first email to driving off the lot, this was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Brittany and Jameson (my initial contacts) were very helpful via email and over the phone. The online credit application process was so short, I thought I had missed something. Our sales person -- Steve Shelton is a great guy! The car had not been detailed and he initially told us it would probably be late in the afternoon before it would be ready. He offered to have the car delivered to us or at least meet us halfway (we live in Norcross -- about 45 minutes south). After we finished all the paperwork, we were invited to share lunch (another local business had sandwiches delivered to the staff). During lunch, Steve checked with the service staff and was told the car would be ready in about an hour and -- several hours before the original estimate!! We decided to just hang around Gainesville and walk our lunch off at the local mall. Within the hour, I got a call and text from Steve, letting us know we were all set to go. A BIG THANK YOU to Steve, Brittany, Jameson and all the employees at Milton Martin Honda who made this car buying experience such a positive one. The next time we need a car - new or used, we will be back!!

I will admit, I get a little nervous at the thought of visiting the service department with my son. He has special needs and requires a wheelchair when we venture out. He can get antsy in the waiting room, and I worry about how others may respond. However, my recent visit to the Milton Martin Honda service department was far from a stressful experience. The employee who worked with us was very polite. He greeted us with a warm smile and even offered to help me remove the wheelchair from the back of my CR-V. He listened carefully as I expressed my concerns about the car's battery, and assured me they would get everything looked at. The wait was comfortable. My son was content as he enjoyed a snack they had available while we waited. The wait time was minimal, and it was a very nice experience. Many thanks to the employee who worked with us. He was excellent!

He spoke with us right at and after the dealer had closed on a week day night and didn't rush us off even though it was quitting time. He was low pressure and really told us what we needed to know. He gave us a great price on a new Odyssey and didn't rush the process. I went to another dealer on a Saturday and they wouldn't even give me an appraisal on my trade because I wasn't committed to buying that same day. Brad was very helpful and did a great job of talking us through the features after the sale I also got a follow up call from Brad the next day to see how everything was going with the new vehicle. I was searching online for a specific used car, in a specific color, with specific options and found the one I wanted in a trade in they had on the lot.They advertised it to be a one owner, garage kept and pampered and it was not an overstatement. I drove 56 miles to see it and was not disappointed. Everything they advertised was as stated. This was the best purchase-trade experience I have ever had. I am 69 years old so I have had my share of dealer experiences. Chris Skillman, our sales consultant, was personable, knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy. He actually helped us decide initially whether we wanted another Odyssey or a newly redesigned Pilot. We enjoyed his company during our test drives, negotiating and final purchase. Although we had to wait a month for our choice of Pilot to arrive, it was worth it. Chris kept us informed of its status during the wait. The signing process also flowed smoothly with Tim and we were very comfortable with our final deal. There was no pressure placed on us during the entire experience. Thank you Milton Martin Honda. We just love our new Honda Pilot Touring and are grateful that Chris helped become familiar with it. I had a flawless experience with Milton Martin Honda. I bought my first car from them when I was 16, but at the time my parents handled everything. Two days ago that same car finally gave out on me and I was forced into looking for a car when I was not financially prepared. After looking around a few dealerships in Atlanta and getting a generally bad vibe, I gave Milton Martin Honda a call. I spoke with John Moore and told him my situation. He was genuinely concerned about my situation, and didn't seem to view it as an opportunity to make a sale like the other salesmen I had spoken to. He offered to arrange a tow truck for my car in Atlanta and when bad weather hit later that day, volunteered to send someone to pick me up to bring me to the dealership the next day. As promised, the next morning at 10:30 he came to pick me up himself and took me straight to test drive two cars I had picked out online from their used selection. The prices didn't magically change from what they had been advertised as online, and no one hassled me about extras or tried to trick me into over-dedicating on what I couldn't afford for my monthly payment (although I had to insist on taking off a maintenance coverage charge and gap insurance because I decided to go with my own insurance company, but they weren't difficult about it). I would absolutely recommend this dealership and John Moore to anyone looking for a car in the Atlanta area. I went by myself and had a completely painless experience and left with the monthly payments, loan, and car I wanted. Five stars!

One reservation -- on my first visit to MM about a week before, another salesman waited on us. He happened to call me on my cell phone the very day that I bought a Honda from Carl. My question is how did he get my cell number? I never gave out my number at all at that time. I wasn't there long enough to remember the name of this salesman, but his calling me made me wonder if my telephone number was showed around to all the other sales persons? I don't particularly like that practice! Especially when I was literally sitting down at a table with Carl when this other salesman called. My two grown sons were with me during that first visit and none of us liked the attitude of that first salesman. It was only because of the Honda name that we returned to your dealership, and luckily, connected with Carl, whom we liked very, very much.

After a totally lousy experience at a previously thought to be reputable dealer in the Atlanta area, we decided to drive to Gainsville to look at a vehicle. The person we had the appointment with was busy and that turned out to be a good thing for us because we were hooked up with Jeremy who did an outstanding job. Since we had made prior contact with the dealership we already had a file. He looked it up and got the ball rolling for the specific vehicle we were interested in. Audra took over at finance time and explained what she had done to get us top dollar for our trade and also the lowest interest rate she could. Although we didn't get the monthly payment we wanted we did get everything else we wanted and left with the vehicle sought. We did not feel cheated or abused like we did with our previous experience. No one likes to go car shopping but I recommend Milton Martin and especially Jeremy and Audra. Fantastic job!

From the get go, he was very easy to work with and answered all and every question we had about the cars, the buying process and the financing process. There was another salesman involved so Chris didn't get credit for both cars but he should have. The other sales rep, who shall name remain less, was very VERY pushy and he didn't even do any of the work. Aside from that, this was a very pleasant and smooth buying experience.

Then searched online for the best price and, even though Milton Martin Honda was an hour away, they had the best price that I could find. Spoke with Gary Smith, their Internet salesman, and set up an appointment.Upon arrival the 2012 Civic we chose was ready to test drive. Gary Smith was full of information, but not overbearing and no pressure. After the test drive my wife mentioned she'd really like a sun roof and whaddya know, they had one.They quickly got it ready and it drove even better.The entire process took maybe 1 and 1/2 hours, they had to stay after closing to get us processed, and never mentioned that it was a bother to them. In fact, they made us feel great about all they had to go through to get us the car we wanted.I wish I was a bit closer so I could take advantage of their service because I assume it is as good as their sales.I highly recommend Milton Martin.

I read all of the wonderful reviews that MMH received. I was really looking forward to the same experience. My husband and I were met at the car by Steve Sweeney. He said that he would help us and after 4 hours we finally reached an agreement. The dealership was closed by the time we signed papers. I was asked to bring back in on the following Mon for it to get detailed. I brought it in around 2:45 on Mon. Steve ignored me for 10 mins. When he finally came over, he explained he was in the middle of a sale. He would get my car cleaned and let me know when it was ready. I explained that the van was making a noise. He said he would look at it later. At 5:30, I still had not been given my van back. I walked outside and it was sitting outside. I waited till 6:00 and asked what was going on. Steve said it would be a few more minutes. He had already moved on to his next sale and couldn't be bothered. Around 6:30/7:00 he came to me and said that there was not an extra key or a vehicle manual for my van. I let him know that he had said there was one. He got snippy and said it did not and I had misunderstood. My van is a certified used Honda, so I looked up the requirements for this and went to the sales manager. He said that I was mistaken. It was not certified. I was very upset and explained that I had paid extra because it was certified. I also said that I had been sitting there since 2:45 while Steve kept selling cars and ignoring me. I then noticed Steve outside again showing cars. I was so upset, that I went outside and demanded that I get everything I needed to be able to get out of this awful dealership! The service manager came out and brought me the keys and book that miraculously appeared. He also drove my van and found that there was a sound that was worrisome. He was the only nice person that I met all day. Finally, at 8:15 I was able to leave. 5 1/2 hours to have a car detailed! Just how I wanted to spend my day!

After getting laid off from work I found myself in need to replace my 2002 Truck with something that would be better on fuel as well as working features that had stopped in my truck... my A/C didn't work and its the summer time. Well I went on line to search and found Milton Martin Honda as the place to start. Made an appointment with Joey Bruce the salesman from there and he was great to help my wife and I select the best choice for us and myself in this situation. Joey was great to take the time with us even though the dealership was closing at 7:00pm and I had arrived at 5:45pm to start the process. With great cars and options their the selection didn't take long. Dan the financial man in charge also processed it all at a smooth pace. We never felt rushed or pressured at all. We left that night with a terrific 2012 Honda Civic and still had change to get a soda...LOL. I would recommend looking at Milton Martin Honda and seeing Joey Bruce for your next vehicle, I know we will if it were a need when my wife's vehicle reaches it's end. I have a speech problem and Bill said his parents was deaf. He is fluent in sign language for the deaf. He was caring and patient. We saw Bill two times. He spent 2 hours each time with us. He revealed all the costs of the truck. My husband is a Marine Corps veteran. Bill is Air Force veteran. He talked with my husband about the military. We got to know him, and he got to know us. We consider Bill a new friend. I take my Honda Pilot (which I bought new from Milton Martin) for service to Milton Martin Honda--47 miles away from our home. Emailed Dealer, Gary Smith called to make sure of the vehicle we were looking for. Later he emailed best price, which happened to be the best price offered from TN to South FL. After negotiating price of vehicle also provided the best finance rate. Pick up experience. Had driver pick us up at Atlanta airport on time on Saturday. I bought a used 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid from Bill Boudreau who met me as I drove into the lot and allowed me to take the car and drive it as long as I wished so that I could become accustomed to it. Upon returning, and making my decision to purchase the car, Bill expedited the process for me since I had to get back to Cumming before 5:00. Wanting to have an XM radio installed, he took me to the parts department and got that ordered before I left. In addition, everyone else who was part of the sale worked diligently to finalize the sale so I was not late getting back. Also, I felt really comfortable in this dealership because of his kindness. Actually, my girlfriend needed training time to learn the U.S traffic system because she was not familiar with the system. We are a working family with a very active schedule. We needed a new car but none of the hassle and run-around that is so common to the car buying experience. Earlier this month I contacted Milton Martin Honda of Gainesville and had the pleasure and luck of getting Bill Boudreaux as my point of contact. Bill genuinely listened to what we needed, wanted and was direct and honest in his responses of what he could offer. We went up late afternoon and he had the vehicle waiting in the lot. We were shocked when he handed us the keys and said "Take it for 15 minutes, take it for an hour, if you want to take it for the weekend, I can arrange that! I will ride with you if you want me to but I understand this a big decision and you as a family need to be able to discuss it privately!" Bill related to us personally and that made all the difference in our car buying experience. We did buy the Honda Accord and we love it! The finance manager, Dan was outstanding as well. We closed the dealership down with them that night due to our late arrival but they NEVER rushed us! The entire team was outstanding - helpful, insightful, knowledgeable but most importantly, HONEST and PERSONABLE! Bill went above and beyond answering our questions and educating us on the "Certified Used Car" standard. Took a CRV in for a simple oil change and so far so good. That is until a week later when I wanted to add some washer fluid. The hood release mechanism was broken. Took it back and they charged over $400.00 to fix it and would take absolutely no responsibility. I plan to have the damaged part looked at by a reputable repair facility. Never will I go there again.

I contacted 3 dealers and none could provide finance to purchase a vehicle for a new graduate with no credit history. My colleague recommended this dealer to me when I shared with her that I wanted to replace my car. So I just submitted the finance application through email and phone calls. It was not easy, but Gary was really there to help me. So I got approved 1 week later. Then I visited the place. It was a great deal, with good price and good APR for me. I had the best internet buying experience for my 2013 Accord EX, which is solely because of Gary Smith at Milton Martin Honda (MMH). Following are my experience of the entire process. [[**INITIAL**]] When I decided to buy my new Honda, I decided to go with internet buying. I e-mailed most of the Honda dealers in Georgia. There were a few replies which gave all the information I asked for along with the quotes. Even though I requested for the final out-the-door price, most of the better quotes had dealer add-ons which were not included. I came to know about it the hard way after visiting the dealership multiple times and felt cheated, betrayed and manipulated. The only reason why I chose internet buying was because I wanted a smooth and transparent process. I wanted to avoid visiting the dealership multiple times to make a decision on the price, when I know which vehicle I want. While I was gaining experience on the tricks that the dealers play to make you visit their dealership, I was very happy with my communication with Gary Smith, the internet sales person at MMH. Since Gary is about 50 miles away from my location, I did not want to visit Gainesville and return with the same experience I had in town. So I asked everything I could think of for buying my new car. To my surprise Gary was different from the others. He took great care in explaining all the questions I had over the internet and over phone. After a few communications I knew I was going to have a wonderful buying experience. My wife was very happy with the clarity and transparency showed by Gary, and within a matter of a week or so we decided to go with MMH for our new Accord. [[**FINANCING**]] After we decided on the price (which finally came out to be the best offer), Gary and Tim Autry were proactive in explaining the finance options. In order to save my time and multiple trips to Gainesville, they asked me if I wanted to do the financing paperwork through Honda prior to the date of purchase. Of course I was delighted to have that option and went for it. After sending the required documents, they had my approval for Honda Financing done on the same day. I did not have to wait at all for financing on the day of the purchase. I had to sign a few papers and Tim explained the contents of each one briefly. So I had a nice experience with the finance department. [[**DELIVERY**]] On the day of the delivery, Gary took interest and informed us that the car was ready (with the color we wanted). Since it was a working day, I was shooting for a meeting time of 6:30 PM, while the dealership was supposed to close at 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, due to bad weather I was stuck in the traffic and did not make it to the dealership till 7:00 PM. Gary and Tim waited for me and made us feel comfortable after we reached the dealership. Gary took time to explain me the features and controls starting from opening the door with the smart key to checking the tire pressure automatically. We also loved the tradition at Milton Martin Honda of taking picture of the buyers & having it on display to show that they care. We left the dealership happily around 8:30 PM. [[**FOLLOWUP**]] I am also thankful to Gary for following up with us multiple times to make sure everything is going great with the vehicle. Based on my experience, I can reiterate that the people at MMH really treat their customer as family. [[**OVERALL**]] I did not believe the internet buying experience for a vehicle can be so much better. I went more than 50 miles to buy my car only because of the care, and transparency showed by Gary & his team. Gary made sure I go there once to get the vehicle. Overall, my satisfaction level for the entire process was extremely high because Gary understands the need of a customer. Even though it is just a car for the dealership, Gary showed the passion to sell us a car for our lifetime. I highly recommend Gary & his team at MMH and wish everyone has the same experience as me. **Thank you very much

I use the internet when I shop for autos. I know what I want and the options I would like. I also research the price using a consumer web site. I contacted most of the Honda dealers in Metro Atlanta including Snellville, Conyers and Athens. Gary Smith, the internet manager, replied promptly with a good offer. In fact he beat all the other dealers on their initial offer. I counter offered and he accepted. We set up delivery and a week later I drove off with a new 2013 Civic LX in less than an hour. I saved more than a few hundred dollars on the closing price over the other dealers initial price. Most of the dealers called me and balked over my offer. Most did not even go with a counter offer but wanted to tell me why I could not buy a car at my price with their dealership of any dealer. I do not like being talked down to by a salesman who tells me their price has my best interests at heart. Right! Well dealing with Gary Smith was a breeze. He was polite, straightforward and professional. I would recommend dealing with him. I plan to contact him next time I am in the market for a Honda.

When buying a new car, you come accustomed to some kind of battle. I did most of my pre-buying on the internet because the dealer was far from my home. I told them what I wanted and the selling price came right back from my salesman, Gary Smith. The price was just what I was hoping for. I set a date to go to the dealer and when I got there a clean shinning new car was waiting for me and my test drive. Gary explained every thing about the car and even set up my cell phone with the Bluetooth connection. We went inside signed some papers, wrote my check and I was on my way. Received a couple of follow up calls to see how everything was going with our new car. I plan on getting my car serviced there too, so I can see how well the service team preforms. This was my easiest new car buying experience I ever experienced.

I am looking at helping my daughter find her first car. I went to dealer around Mall of GA and found a CRV. Thought about MM Honda so went home. They had listed a CRV but not the price when I called they said that they were having a sale and wanted us to come in to the dealership with no obligation but would not give me a price? Why am I going to drive somewhere if I don't have any idea what they are looking to get? Gas at $3.59 a gallon I've heard good things about MM but this definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and I wont go and I will let others know as well.

I am looking at helping my daughter buy her first car. Looked at Milton Martin Honda website but there were no prices. I called the dealership to get a price but the sales person says they would be happy to show me that car with no obligation to buy but would not give me a price. Why would a buyer go to a dealership without any idea what the price is? With gas at $3.59 a gallon not very good business practice "you got that right"

August 2013-We decided to look for a pre-owned Honda Civic. We called Milton Martin Honda and Bill Boudreau told us he would be glad to help us. We told him what we were looking for and the price range we wanted to stay in. He was very knowledgeable about all features of the vehicle. He provided the car fax to show the previous maintenance performed on the vehicle. We drove it home (which we had never heard of) and decided to purchase the vehicle. Our mechanic found one minor issue and Bill took us to their service dept to have it checked out. It was such a pleasant experience to deal with someone who doesn't pressure you or put you in a vehicle they think you should have. Bill was patient, didn't rush us, and made sure to meet all of our needs. Their service dept, finance manager, and sales team are top notch. We had previously been to a different dealership and found out quickly that all other dealerships are NOT like Milton Martin Honda. I was going in to Milton Martin to but my first car. I had been to a few other dealerships, and they were all yanking me around, trying to get me emotionally invested in a car so that I would overpay for it. I came into Milton Martin, told them what I was looking for and what I could afford, and they helped me find exactly the right car. The salesman did everything he could to make sure I got the best car for my money. They didn't put any pressure on me to buy more than I could afford, their main goal was to get me into a car that was right for me, which i really appreciated. I hate the feeling of being pressured by a salesman that I felt at other dealerships. At Milton Martin, I felt like Steve (my salesman) was really there to get me the best car for the best price. The car I bought had a few scratches on the interior and the dealership fixed them for me the next day -- for free! Milton Martin really cares about their customers.

Do not buy from this place. We were told many different things and were given to a different person once we got there .the sales person told us THERE was NO way he could get us a van with the payments we were looking for. We asked what or interest rate would be several times but GOT NO answer.we finally LEFT feeling VERY bad at what we WENT thru .WE went to another dealership and bought a van with LOWER payments than she was looking for.this dealership WENT out of there way to HELP US. My wife and I went to Milton Martin Honda to look for a new car to replace her 2002 Honda Civic Coupe. She was interested in a new coupe, so Carl Whitworth showed us both the Civic and Accord coupe model. After multiple visits, and several test drives, my wife kind of fell in love with the Accord, but still wasn't ready to pull the trigger on the deal. (Mainly she couldn't settle on a color.) In the meantime, Carl showed me the new 2013 CR-V EXL and took us out on a test drive, as I was considering replacing my 2008 Ford Escape. Well, the car was great, and was even the right color! Carl and I sat down to do a little haggling, and in the end, he quoted me a very fair price for the CR-V, and gave me what I was looking for out of my Ford Escape. We signed papers that day, and I took delivery that weekend after they installed a couple of little extra's I was looking for. Jonathan McKay, one of the sales managers, helped roll things along, and even gave me a very good quote for the Accord EXL Coupe for when my wife is ultimately ready to go. Tim Autry., the business manager, got us through the paperwork painlessly, and I think we might have even gotten in a few grins and giggles in there along the way. All and all it was a great experience, and as soon as my wife is ready to pull the trigger on her new coupe, (hopefully in the next week or so), well be in to give Milton Martin our business again. There are some real good hometown folks there at Milton Martin, and I'm looking forward to doing business with them in both the near and distant future.

I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. The salesman was nice but could not deliver through on a previously discussed price. We spoke with a manager that was arrogant and made every effort to show how right he was. When asked about a flaw on one of the certified vehicles his response was "well it is a used car" in a condescending tone to my wife, which really got discussions off on the right foot. After offering a price on our trade in that was half the trade in value, he made the comment that we were just trying to get pay off, which was not the case. We were just trying not to get taken and expected a reasonable offer. This was a terrible experience and a perfect example of horrible customer service. I can't imagine how they would have treated my wife in my absence considering the rude attitude in my presence.

That was the place I should have gone to first because from the time I first had contact with Frank on the phone about a price, then actually going and test driving a vehicle, he never gave up on me and my situation. He worked and worked until he finally got me in a 2009 Nissan Xterra and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! Even if you aren't in the Gainesville area, Milton Martin Honda is worth the drive. You will be especially happy if you work with Gary Smith. I have had the pleasure of working with Gary twice, and have recommended him to many friends and coworkers. While the car buying/leasing process can be an incredibly stressful experience, I found the entire process at MMH to be relatively stress-free. Gary was genuine and honest with me both times and never applied any high-pressure sales techniques. Again, if you ever find yourself at MMH with Gary Smith, I believe you will not be disappointed.

After dealing with Bill Boudreau I was left feeling worthless and dumb. I am a divorced mother of 2. My son will be attending college in the fall and we really need something that would be affordable and great on gas. We once owned a 1999 Honda Accord and we loved it. So after seeing the 2000 Honda Accord on the internet and speaking with several friends, my children and I made the trip to Milton Martin Honda in Gainesville,Ga. Only to find that it is not a good idea for a woman to try to do anything on her own. Bill tried so hard to get over on me. I tried to warn him, but he just kept on trying. After getting my credit report and work history Bill decided I qualified for much more then what I was actually looking for. (Thank God) The weather was bad, it was getting late and my children were ready to get home. Bill and someone from the finance department decided I should look at a couple of 2009 Honda Accords (not what I wanted, but sounds good). So I agreed to come back at a later date to look at the cars and test drive them. So I went home and I begin to pray, and seek God for guidance. So a couple of days had gone by and they were still calling, but because I had no peace I went back to Milton Martin to see Bill and to let him know I was sticking to my plan, and I would like to puchase the 2000 Honda Accord. Bill was not trying to hear that. He continued to pressure me into getting something with a very high interest rate and payments out of this world. I tried to get him to understand, I would like to make a smaller purchase to continue to build my credit and come back at a later date to make another purchase with a better interest rate. So after Bill insisted I look at a few cars (I knew in my heart I didn't want). I went for a test drive. Loved it, but it wasn't what I came for. I was just getting off work, I had been there for almost 2 hours and I was tired. So because Bill refused to sale me what I wanted, while he was getting me another car to test drive I wrote him a little note letting him know I had to go, and politely tip toed out of the side door.

My wife and I were very blessed this past weekend (11/17/12) at Milton Martin Honda. We heard about Milton Martin Honda on 104.7 The Fish and we decided to check them out and I am so thankful we did! We had the extreme pleasure of meeting one of the most sincere salesman you will ever meet at a car dealership. Bill Boudreau worked with us like nobody ever has before. I was very skeptical about trading in our 2007 Nissan Quest SE for a used 2011 Honda Pilot due to the negative equity we had in our van. I fiqured nobody could help us and we are wasting our time and the dealerships time, again, I was wrong! Bill took this as a challenge because he saw how much my wife wanted to get rid of the van and once she came back from the test drive of the 2011 Honda Pilot she fell in love with it and Bill made it his personnal mission to get my wife in that Pilot no matter what. We sat with Bill for over 6 hours on Saturday (11/17/12) and we still couldn't make the numbers work out right, but Bill and Tim (Finance Manager) didn't give up and they were able to pull a rabbit out of their hat. On Tuesday (11/20/12) morning Bill called me with the great news. Bill & Tim were able to get us a loan that consumed the negative equity in the van into the loan and was still able to make the payments affordable for us for the Pilot that we wanted. We were so happy I couldn't believe it and we immediatley thanked Bill and his team and gave praise to God for making all this happen. I highly recommend Bill and the Milton Martin Honda team to anyone who is looking at getting a new or used vehicle. I cannot say enough about my terrific experience with Milton Martin Honda. My 15 year old Honda CRV finally gave up the ghost and I had to make an immediate purchase. Was unhappy with a visit to Mall of GA Honda so I went home and following an on-line search for new and used CRVs and Pilots we found a good sized inventory at Milton Martin Honda. Filled in the email notification and we were contacted first thing the next morning. Bill Boudreaux was friendly, not pushy on any level, and provided information on the vehicle we inquired about. My first response was "I don't wanna drive to Gainesville" to look at any vehicles, but my honey said let's go for the drive. If I don't like what I see we could return to Duluth, GA and visit the larger Honda locations. It pays to listen to your honey and I am so glad that we went to Milton Martin. There is an honest friendliness from the entire staff and Bill provided a list of vehicles to look at and test drive. I found a Pilot that fit my needs and we moved on to the final price and car payment. Tim Autry, Business Manager, successfully worked to meet my car payment levels and arranged to pickup my dead CRV. Both my husband and I agree that this was the most efficient and most pleasant vehicle purchase we have ever experienced in over 35 years of purchasing vehicles. A lot of dealerships like to say they are a "hometown" business, but at Milton Martin Honda, it is truly a hometown business that makes it their business to ensure that your entire car buying experience is a good one. My advice for those looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, make the drive to Milton Martin Honda as your first stop. It is worth the drive. Thank you Bill and Terry.

I had always heard Taylor talk about Milton Martin Honda on 104.7 the Fish so I decided to check them out. I had been to several different dealerships but there really is something different about the employees at Milton Martin. Bill Boudreau came out to talk to us as soon as we started looking but he was just being friendly and asking what I was interested in. He was never pushy which really impressed me. I told him what I was looking for and my price range. They had a large variety to choose from so Bill took us on the golf cart and had the information about each car readily available.I love my new SUV and I loved the experience that I had at Milton Martin. I tell everyone about them and how pleasant it was buying a vehicle there. Bill introduced us to other employees there (Dave, Jeremy, Tim, Heidi) and they were all very friendly. From pulling into the parking lot to driving my SUV home I had a great experience which I appreciate because I was really dreading the whole process of looking for a new vehicle. They really do stand behind their promise of treating their customers right.

My wife and I have 2 teenagers who are as active in sports, school functions and church as their mom and dad are with their jobs and day-to-day life. With all that busyness comes spending way to many hours on the road running from here to there and back again. And with the economy in the state that it's in, along with gas prices...we soon realized that we were spending more than just a chunk of time on the roads, we were spending a chunk of money as well! My wife was driving V8 Toyota Sequoia and I was driving a 6 Cylinder Jeep Wrangler and between the two of us we were spending well over $1000 a month on gas. Her Toyota was averaging 14-15 mpg and my Jeep was getting a little less than that. We were in "DOUBLE TROUBLE". Not only was the gas mileage breaking our bank, but we discovered that we were "upside down" in our Toyota! I knew it was time to do something about our problem, but the agony of car shopping excited me about as much as having a root canal! I began searching vehicles that would be compatible to what our worlds would demand. We needed something that was decent in the area of gas mileage, spacious enough to transport my 2 girls and their friends and it had to be something reliable and dependable. (and hey, a little sporty wouldn't hurt!) After searching online for a couple of days, my eyes kept seeing Honda automobiles at the top of these various "Consumer Reports" that really spoke to me. I informed my wife about this discovery and she mentioned to me that she had a client come into their office from Milton Martin Toyota so we decided that would be the first place to drop in on as we were launching this shopping campaign. It was the first stop and the last stop! After arriving at the dealership, Bill Boudreau began, almost immediately, to prove to us why at Milton Martin Honda is one of the best Automobile Dealerships in the region! The dread of car shopping was quickly alleviated from the time we began our conversation with Bill Boudreau. He wasn't pushy. He didn't seem like a "starving salesman" at all. Bill represented himself as well as Milton Martin Honda with excellence. He continually promoted Honda (which was expected, they pay his bills!), his fellow co-workers, the service department, etc... But he went on and on about how Milton Martin Honda had welcomed him to their team and how very excited he was to be working with them. Long story short, Bill Boudreau not only sold us a Honda CRV to replace my wifes gas-guzzler and double her gas mileage, but he put me in a Honda FIT and almost tripled my gas mileage from my Jeep! And on top of that, we got 2 "newer" vehicles with brand new tires on each, a full tank of gas in each, they "Certified" one of the vehicles for us and left us with a double blessing! Instead of being able to trade just 1 vehicle in and be able to afford it...Bill helped us get out of the 2 previous vehicles and get us into something affordable, reliable and sporty at the same time. OUR ENTIRE FAMILY LOVED THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE! WE MAY NEVER DRIVE ANYTHING BUT HONDA AGAIN! WHY WOULD WE? Thanks Bill! #hondaforlife

Recently a friend of mine had bought an SUV from Milton Martin and told me about the great service she had recieved from Bill Boudreau and Audra, she then gave me a business card in which in turn My boyfriend called Bill and set up an appointment with him. I have been to places in the past where most of the sales people want to just push the issue in selling you a car. Bill did not do that at all he spent several hours with us to make sure we were going to be happy with our purchase, it was comforting to work with someone who was personable and treated us with the utmost respect. at the end of the day we drove off the lot in a 2007 Honda Ridgeline which we are very happy with. Audra She is just a sweetheart and also very personable she too wanted to make sure we were happy with our choice and worked hard to make sure we were happy. I'm a busy, working mom of 2 active toddlers and was in the market for a used Honda Odyssey. I'd been looking for a few weeks when I got the idea to call several Honda dealers and let them do the searching for me. I spoke with many different sales people, from many different dealers, but Bill Boudreau ((248) 850-0325) at Milton Martin Honda stood out among all the rest. Bill seemed to understand my needs and really listened when I told him what I wanted and he didn't try to sell me on anything other than what a busy mom of 2 really wanted... an odyssey. Because I lived a good bit away from where Bill was located and I couldn't drive up to him and drive to baseball practice, gymnastics and teakwondo all in the same day, I asked him to "pre-flight" the van for me while he talked me through every inch and detail of the van. Bill was awesome. He walked the whole van and told me the absolute TRUTH about everything. He knew I didn't have a lot of spare time, but he also knew that this van was going to be the perfect van for me. So Bill did something I have never heard of in car sales...he offered to let me bring the car home for 24 hours and see if it really fit our family! He wanted me to take it to baseball practice, sit in the carpool line at school and do everything that a crazy mom does shuttling kids everyday. So I did something I wouldn't normally do...I drove out of my way, up to Milton Martin Honda, passing two other Honda dealers on the way, just to take Bill up on his offer and see if this really was the perfect van. When I got there, Bill was even more energetic in person than he was over the phone. He carried my car seat from my car to the new van so I could test drive with an actual kid in the backseat to get a true experience. It was lunch time when I pulled up and being a parent of a toddler himself he knew the importance of the food/nap and demeanor relationship, so he let me take the car (by myself) to get me and my kid fed. I was very impressed with the Odyssey, but let's face it, if you've ever owned a Honda you know that all their vehicles are impressive with outstanding safety ratings. What stood out more than anything was the level of service I received from Bill. He treated me with courtesy, kindness and respect. He even allowed my toddler to draw all over his dry erase board while he and I talked! That may sound crazy to some of you, but if you're a busy, working parent, that 5 minutes to have a real, uninterrupted, adult conversation was amazing and it didn't go unappreciated. Bill introduced me to several of his co-workers and managers and everyone of them stopped to actually talk to me, not just say hello and then move on. Everyone in parts and finance was so personable. And Dan in finance drew up all my paperwork while I was talking to the guys in parts and service... fastest and most enjoyable way to buy a car... EVER! Bill and everyone at Milton Martin Honda made the car buying experience enjoyable and pleasant. I'm so glad I drove just a little bit further because I got a great deal and I got to meet Bill.

Dear Milton Martin Honda, My family and I have been customers of your dealership for about 14 years now. And I think we have purchased close to 10 cars now over that time. We have never once been dissatisfied with what Honda has had to offer. It has always been my parents buying the cars until last week when I got to purchase my first car in 10 years all by myself. Finally at 31, I can handle the deal myself. Haha. Chris Browning has always been our car salesman. I called him and told him that I needed a car because I finally drove the very first Honda we bought from Milton Martin in 8 till it couldn go anymore. The Hondarosa (that her nickname) was such a great car!!! Chris told me about a 6 Civic that was just brought to the lot. Ie always wanted a Civic. In less than oh 5 hours, he had the car sold to me. And I hadn even taken it for a test drive. I hadn even seen it in person. The reason I made this deal without even seeing the car is because I know the quality product that Milton Martin has. I knew that I would be in great hands with Chris because he is a great representation of what Customer Service should be like. Between Chris, Don Foster and Dan Waltz , buying this car was the easiest thing Ie ever done. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. Had papers signed and car delivered to me within the hour. Due to this experience and every other experience Ie had there, this is the reason that I will ALWAYS drive a Honda and I will only buy it from Milton Martin Honda. There is just nothing like one. Gary Smith gave me the best price that nobody can match. Gary was not able to be there when I came. His partner, Tim Pledge was excellent, he is very patient with every request we made. Time we spent in Finance was about 10 min. The whole trip in and out the dealership was 90min. We are happy with the new Honda Accord. When we first came to Milton Martin Honda, we were looking at cars and Joe Whatley helped us out. I told him going in that we weren't looking to purchase that day and only wanted to see the deals and what type of financing rate we could get... After the credit app he kept on and on pressuring us asking what could he do for us to drive off the lot TODAY with a new car. Of course my husband and I are young (22) and we got all excited about it. We were coming up with a price and I said something about if he could get the payments at a certain price then we would get it that day. Joe never could get to that price, but he was about $14 a month over what we wanted to do. He said well what if I get him to go down to $10 more a month? I said "that would be better". NEVER agreeing with it. So Joe comes back and shakes our hands like we've got a deal. Feeling embarrassed we went along with it... We signed the contract and everything. When we got home we put our sons carseat in the car, it was too small in the back. We cannot even put our son IN the carseat, he has to crawl into it because it's such a tight fit towards the ceiling. AND we were lied to about the special deal going on. Our salesman said that it ended THAT DAY and the end of their month was on that day, I found out later that the special went on for another whole week and the end of the month was the next day!!! There was also a mix up in the down payment... Instead of working with my husband and I through this, Mark Boggs basically (not his words) said tough luck, deal with it!!! NOT good customer service AT ALL! I will NEVER go to Milton Martin Honda again. We've always done service with Milton Martin Toyota and should have stuck with them!!! WAY better customer service!

Just want to give this great guy his due.I was contacted by 5 surrounding dealerships about my possible purchase of a 2012 Civic Si.Gary called me first.I briefly stopped by another dealership about 2 months prior looking around at either a civic,accord or the crz.Because of a prior experience I witnessed while shopping with my younger brother a couple of years back,I knew I wasnt going to buy there.His credit wasnt the greatest ,but not the worst by any means.But they tried the old gang up high pressure approach trying to get him to sign a contract at a rediculas interest rate(17.9 I believe).He ended uo going to a chevy dealer and buying a Cobalt nicely loaded at a good price at 9.9%.Im in a better position than he was and Gary Smith treated me extremely well and professional.I told him what I wanted,Black with minor accessories and I was looking for a fair price and low financing options.I ended up with just that.The financing was quick,there was no pressure to upsell at any level.Dan Waltz was very professional and once again no pressure.The dealership was very comfortable and well set-up.At delivery Gary spent a long period of time going through the many set-ups on my car,even the blue tooth with my Iphone.He was in no hurry even though he obviously had a very busy day ahead of him.This was very impressive.The best decision I made was coming to this dealership.This is my fifth honda,and wont be my last.Im hoping to send him business in the future.He is what car buying should be about! We have used Milton Martin for many years to have our honda serviced and have always been highly satisfied with the service. This was our first time buying a car from them and we were very dissatisfied with our experience. We bought the car the week before Memorial Day so they had some travelling salesmen working there....this was very obvious as we knew more about the car than he did. He gave us incorrect mpg info and couldn't answer simple questions we had. We didn't see a Milton Martin sales person until the sale was about to fall apart. We probably will buy here again but we will not deal with any of their travelling salesman.

The salesman was more interested in buying his new home. I was left sitting in the lobby waiting for the finance guy with an occassional walk by of the salesman asking if I was alright. If he had not taken the keys of my trade in I would have left. I had second thoughts about the sale and called the next morning wanting to return and get my Accord back. The Civic had 6k miles on it and is in need of new windshield wipers. I was told the paperwork had already been expressed out and could not back out. I think what really happend was the salesman had a buyer for my car before I left the lot. I am stuck now but I will let everyone I know to stay away from any of your dealerships.

Because the sales man was the rudest person I ever felt with in my life. We live pay check to pay check and walked in there w $4000 cash and and a trade-in to buy a used car and not to finance a new car. He totally ignores my wife when she try's to tell him we want to buy a car but we want to look at all our options at all dealerships in the area and he kept pushing us to finance a new car and when I told him we can't afford to make payments he jus kept tell me that I need to finance a car. So when I finally got him to listen and explained for a third time I can afford payments on a car and that if we couldn't find anything we liked elsewhere we would return and talk about maybe finance the used CR-V he was pushing on us. But before I could finish telling him that he jus got up and walked away in mid conversation and ignored me and my wife. At that point I was mad. I tried to talk to him and ask him why he was so rude when I did nothin wrong but want to look at all my option before i say yes to him and he kept walking away for me and treated me like I didnt matter cause I did have money to finance a car and he wasn't gonna make his commission of me. So when leaving I told three customers looking to buy new Hondas not to talk to him cause he was rude and only cared about his commission not helping them.

The sales crew were o.k., but once the used car sales manager approached us the cheese factor set in. We checked out a web site that tells you the usually crap that a sales person will say....they used the same wording ver batum....basically...."well at this price I might as well be throwing money out the window!" "If I sell you this car, at that price, we won't be making any money...AND MY FAVORITE "We spend 5k a month on Auto trader.com, we spend 3k a month on other web sites to advertise...if I sell this car to you at that price...it is like burning the money right here in my hand!"I DON'T CARE HOW MUCH MONEY YOU SPEND ON ADVERTISING!!!! THAT ISN'T MY PROBLEM!!!Most of the sales men are older, which isn't usually a bad thing...unless they are stuck in the "old ways" of selling a car....which most at Milton Martin are...I really really wanted to purchase a car there, but seriously, they have to revamp their selling approach....

I had never purchased a new car through the Internet but this was much easier than the "old" way of dealing with a salesman who had to take the offers to his manager, back and forth several times with a 15 minute wait time in between! We agreed on a price on what I wanted over the Internet but they did not have the exact color. They called back the next day and said they had found one the next state over. They got it to the dealership and we went to inspect and closed the deal in and out in less than an hour.

Milton Martin Honda was by far the worst car shopping experience I have ever had. I was lied to, manipulated, gamed, pressured and oh the cheesy sales tactics, completely unprofessional. I am very surprised Honda allows these guys to operate like this. Your first clue will be when you walk up to the front door, look to your left, all the sales guys will be piled into a van, engine running, air conditioning on. As you approach the front entrance, the van door will slide open and your salesperson (in the loosest form of the word) will appear. No telling what your guy will say, but what he will mean is, how can I at#$%$ you today.
