I was fortunate enough to purchase my first Mini a few weeks ago. My husband and I were so thankful for the exceptional service we received while discovering my new vehicle. Lauren was an angel! She was very patient, extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic about her job. We never felt pressured or rushed while making our decision. My husband fell in love with my car after driving it home. We returned to Mini of Allentown a week later and purchased another Mini for him! We couldn't be happier with our choices! My husband and I have purchased over 40 cars in our 40 year marriage. Mini of Allentown, PA was absolutely hands down the best experience we have ever had. We drove approximately 9 1/2 hours to get the Mini I wanted. A sale could not be done with our local dealer Dreyer & Reinbold (and those of you from Indiana know what I'm talking about). Also after driving 1 1/2 to Cincinnati Mini only for them to back out of that arrangement, I was more than willing to drive as far as I had to, to get the car I wanted. Mini of Allentown was more than competitive on the price of the car and I received exceptional customer service by both my Sales Advisor, Matt Murphy and Joe Grazer, the Sales Manager. These individuals and this Dealership, went above and beyond what is usually done to get the "deal sealed". I only wish I had know ahead of time and I could have saved myself almost six weeks of headaches with the local dealer. Save yourself the time and trouble and shop at Mini of Allentown first!!!

Don't go to any other car dealer....Lauren makes the whole experience totally stress free...takes the time to explain different aspects of buying the MINI and doesn't mind going over it more than once! If every car salesperson was like Lauren the world would be a better place and car buying would be too....but why would you want a CAR when you can have a MINI!!! After the sale, service with Luis is just a breeze. The two L's at MINI of Allentown are by far the BEST around the Valley!

Walking into MINI of Allentown you immediately feel at ease with the friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We were greeted by Lauren who then proceeded to be both informative and very patient while we agonized over the multitude of options. We ended up custom ordering a MINI Clubman, but the range of cars on the lot was impressive and covered all options from base spec to loaded which certainly helped with the decisions. When the car arrived the paperwork was a breeze and Lauren was very thorough an patient giving the tour of the car and the features. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are considering a MINI Cooper.

Over the next few visits, I refined my choices and we started building the final car online. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this dealer and I have to say probably the best dealer we have ever been to. We took our old mini there and were welcomed as one of the family even though we did not purchase our mini there. Jolene was our saleswoman and she assisted us when we decided to purchase a new Mini. She was so kind and helpful. She didn't try to oversell anything and really listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Between her and Rich who was the sales manager, they really made us feel like one of the 'Mini family'. They took care of most of the paperwork without us even having to be there which was very stress relieving. Overall, I loved this place and can't say enough good things about it. Lauren knew I was in the market for another MINI to replace my 2009 MCS. She occasionally called me with pre-owned MINI's that were available as initially that was what I was shopping for. As time passed I just couldn't find a pre owned MINI that looked and had exactly what I wanted. So I got online and created my dream car. As soon as I was done creating exactly what I wanted, I sent Lauren the PDF and made an appointment with her. With her help I was able to fine tune my choices and "Vader" was born! A black MCS with red stripes and a little bit of pizzazz! He went into production in Oxford, England on November 20 and was at MINI of Allentown and ready for pick up on December 28th. On December 30th I picked him up. After a half hour of pre arranged paper work and sometime going over some of the in's and out's of the vehicle with Lauren I was on my way home. It was a wonderful 2+ hour drive home! Lauren has been very responsive to any questions I have had and I look forward to future dealings with her and the MINI of Allentown team.

Matt was very professional. My entire deal was done over the phone. This is my second Mini from this dealership and I have dealt with them for the past 5 years. Service has always been excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. I was in the car business in this area for 20 years. This dealership is part of the Daniel's group and they have always had a great reputation in the area. Never actually saw the car in person before I bought it. Called on a Monday night... Got there Tuesday about 2pm ..all the paperwork was ready..everything went exactly like planned. Matt was great!

Just bought our first Mini from Eric and we are extremely pleased with our experience. He was very patient as we debated between buying used or new, and we never felt pressured into buying one over the other. He thoroughly explained all the options and differences. I loved that they weren't at all pushy, if they had been I'd have walked out to go back and think it over. Instead we purchased right then and there. From my personal dealings with the service department, I believe that Luis Rodriguez and Ryan Gavazzoni are doing a great job in the service department at Mini of Allentown. Everytime I need repairs to my mini they are there to help get the needed repairs done and get me back on the road as fast as they and my Technician (Ryan Wiegand) can. These guys are always friendly and respectful to me and my needs. I know when the time comes to buy I new car I will be back ay Mini of Allentown simply because of the Great Service I have ALWAYS received there. Service after the sale means Everything to me. So thanks again Luis and Ryan and Ryan for everything you do to keep my mini and myself happy. You guys are the best!, Second to NONE!

We stopped by to look at the new 2015 Mini Cooper Leases. While there we went through the lot looking at all the new and used Minis. Much to our surprise Lauren showed us a Certified 2015 Mini S only 3 months old with all the bells and whistles. A better deal for us with the added warranty and lower price . Needless to say that baby came home with me, thanks to a great husband!Our sales person Lauren was knowledgable with a love and compassion of the Minis. She allowed us to decide on the purchase and not be a pushy salesperson like most dealerships . That day we entered into the life of the Mini ;)

The process of buying a new car can be daunting, but MINI of Allentown made it such a pleasant experience! It is a no pressure atmosphere, and they make sure the customer is happy with the car they select. We dealt with Jolene and Rich. The integrity of MINI of Allentown is something not found in most car dealerships these days. My car was a 2014 demo car. They made sure the car was looked over by their mechanic and detailed. The process took a week which I appreciated. They did not rush the process, which most dealers would do so they could quickly close the sale. MINI of Allentown has set the bar as to how a car dealership should operate! I wish everyone could buy a MINI Cooper from this dealership!

I have no local MINI dealer, so I went to MINI of Allentown since it was the closest option. Very glad that I did! I've had two experiences at this service department and both have been unprofessional and extremely unpleasant. The service department manager Luis is extremely unprofessional. When I gave him my warranty he literally rolled his eyes. He couldn't have been more dismissive or ride. The first time I paid out of pocket. I had to make 10 phone calls in which NONE were returned.. I would avoid this place like the plague. Morristown mini has been professional and helpful. Drive there if you can.

We bought a pre-owned car at mini- with my kids along- and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Jolene was very friendly and accommodating with the kids. She gave them lots of goodies to play with and talked with them like they were family! It was truly a great experience.. in and out in no time. I also felt I got an excellent deal for the car. They quickly secured the car we wanted that was currently en route to the U.S. We love our new 2015 Valencia Orange X1 xDrive28i SAV. I feel like I am driving a race car. Warning! If you are someone that values your personal space; beware, they like to hug! My second visit was this week and we went for a test drive. We have been with Mini of Allentown since the start. They have been so dependable and helpful so when we decided to get our third Mini there was no question were. Matt has been waiting so patiently for this day. We ordered our current 2010 Mini Hardtop at the opening of the dealership. We took so much time to decide what we wanted and the order was made. The car is just perfect. This time we decided to see what was available without ordering and there were a few to choose from. We found a 2014 Mini Countryman S that was just what we needed. Matt worked closely with Rich to be able to get us the deal we wanted. Rich was there for the delivery of our 2010 Mini Hardtop and of course was there again for us. When you find a dealer that will be there year after year you have to keep coming back.

Matt was great at every point in the sale. He was very low key during the negotiation, and he didn't apply any of the usual salesperson pressure you expect when buying a car. Our sales rep, Lauren, was absolutely FABULOUS! She is a wealth of knowledge and a true gem. She made the purchase of my 2013 MINI Paceman S a dream come true. Steve did a great job getting me into the Mini that I came in too look at. He took me on a test drive that demonstrated well what the small, sporty car is capable of. His knowledge of the car and it's features was adequate, and he was even able to tell me several things I did not know about these cars. I'm a longtime Mini owner who was replacing an older '03 model with a new '14. So, I had pretty deep knowledge of the car, its history, features, and the new models. I'm also a bit of a gearhead, as I do most of my own work on my car. I was expecting the friendly service that is endemic to Mini dealers, but Lauren far surpassed that with a thorough knowledge of the brand, the technical details, and a true passion for these cars. I don't expect sales folk to know the answer to every question, but when I threw a few curveballs to Lauren, she did absolutely the right thing - said she'd get back to me, got the information from the manufacturer or her service folks, and got back to me promptly. Can't ask for more than that!In short, Lauren is a real pro and a pleasure to purchase a car from. She'll give you everything you need to know up front, will communicate with you promptly and effectively, will give you a great tutorial when you get your car, and doesn't laugh too much when you spill coffee on your new car in the showroom before you've even driven it. :-o

She was very patient with us throughout the year long process checking in on us here and there as we were deciding when it would be the right time for us to trade in our car and lease our Mini. Had been deciding for almost 6 months on upgrading my current vehicle of 6 yrs,, other SUV vehicles were considered but never pursued, I've always liked a MINI cooper(from the Italian Job movie watched it over and over again),then remembered, seeing that there was a SUV type of MINI. Checked out the MINI site, customized one that I wanted, didn't get to sleep being that excited, the next day, contacted MINI of allentown, spoke with Matt Murphy, drove down after work for 1.5 hrs to get to dealer, couldn't let it pass for another day or else sleepless nights would be creeping from the excitement. Goal for that test drive, was just to feel how the Countryman ride is, just to check if it is what I really wanted and if it would suit me. Matt was very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable on the vehicle details. Test drove it,,loved it,,,couldn't stop from smiling..and then that was history,,I ordered my MINI countryman that night,, still up to this date, felt so unreal/shocking that at that night, I decided to purchase my first MINI. So my wife and I had always wanted a MINI, but already have two SUV's which are necessary since we have a 5 month old baby. MINI's aren't great for carting around big strollers and stuff, but we started considering one as a third "fun" car. My wife contacted Mini of Allentown via their website and quickly got a response from Mike Aumann. He was extraordinarily responsive and very courteous and gave my wife plenty of useful information via email. We decided to visit the dealership on a Saturday and take a test drive, and despite all the snow we had in the Lehigh Valley, they had no issue with letting us drive a car....we actually had to go out for two separate drives, as one of us had to stay with our daughter, but Mike was very patient and didn't rush us at all. He even understood at the time that we were just considering this as an extra car, but didn't really NEED it. Many dealers would not have taken us seriously at this point, but Mike didn't seem to mind. Mini of Allentown actually didn't have any cars in stock that completely met our needs as far as options and colors, but Mike found us one at another dealership relatively close by. When we decided go go ahead with the purchase on Friday, they had the car in Allentown by Monday! Their pricing was extremely transparent....no "i have to go talk to my manager" nonsense that you experience with many car dealers, and the price was very fair. MINI was also offering 0% financing which made it even more attractive. When I went to pick the vehicle up this past Saturday, it was sitting in the showroom perfectly detailed with a fresh coat of wax. I was almost sorry to take it outside and get it dirty. It was actually one of the most comprehensive deliveries I've been through, and I've owned many cars over the past 18 years or so. Mike went over literally every option and feature the car had and made sure our phones were set up with bluetooth and that we understood how to use everything in the vehicle. He even offered to have the dealership teach my wife how to drive a stick, since this will be her first manual transmission vehicle.Oh...and one more thing....I forgot to mention that Mike was extremely knowledgable about all things MINI. He had accurate answers to all of my technical questions about the car, which is also a rarity at car dealers these days.I would HIGHLY recommend Mini of Allentown to anybody in the market for a MINI. After several bad experiences with other car dealerships over the years, it was refreshing to have a painless and friendly car buying experience!

Somehow I ended up on the mailing list of this dealership even though I have never owned or particularly wanted a MINI. Recently my interest was stirred by an advertisement mailed to me on multiple occasions promising a lease of a MINI Cooper Hardtop for payments of $229.00/month for 36 months with 0 due at signing plus a number of dealer credits and incentives. It sounded too good to be true and was!!! Upon contacting MINI of Allentown I was informed that they have no such car on their lot for that price. So why advertise relentlessly with that promise? And when I asked about the possibility of something near that price they laughed and said they couldn't do it. The small print in their own advertisement said that the #229 per month rate was based on a $21,000 model. In looking at their inventory they had a number of cars in this approximate price range. No deals on those? So why send out all these lies in the name of advertising? This isn't the first stealership I've dealt with making the same false promises but now at least I have a forum to vent my frustration. Consumer advocates should be all over these misleading business practices.

I visited MINI of Allentown for service for the first time today, and my experience was fabulous.Although Ive owned a 2005 MINI Cooper for years, Ive always had my local mechanic work on it, because its more convenient for me.Last week, I made an appointment because my power steering was kaput months ago, I had received a letter from MINI explaining that they had extended my warranty coverage for that system, and I decided to bring it in to them.I spent only 1.5 hours in their funky lounge (complete with coffee, biscotti, stereo, TV, leather sofas and dog treats), while Luis took great care of me ultimately presenting me with a $0 bill (the work was covered under warranty) and a sparkly car that had just been cleaned! He was cheerful, efficient and pleasant and deserves kudos for taking such good care of customers.I will be back, thats for sure. They have a loyal customer now. I spent a good bit of my time in the lounge, drinking coffee and picking my next MINIs paint colors.

It was definitely the best experience buying a car i ever had. my schedule kept changing to come test drive a car and Lauren made every attempt to accommodate me. she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and to be honest, it was her laid back approach that made me feel comfortable. i think everyone thinks they're going to be bombarded by sales people when looking at a car, and i wasn't! then, i changed the date to purchase the car and once again, she rearranged her schedule so i could do so. she knew the car inside and out, the paperwork was painless and next thing i knew, i was on the road in my brand new mini! of course i would recommend the dealership and Lauren to everyone i can.Thanks again, Lauren!

Just bought my forth Mini from Mini of Allentown. All my others were bought in lets say another state. Since I always had my service done at this dealership, I gave them a try. What a great experience I had with them and Lauren, my Motoring Advisor she was awesome. Nice to deal with a "sales person" that's real. She not only sells Mini's, she love's Mini's and when your buying your forth Mini it's a breath of fresh air. Usually a car buying experience is exciting but stressful as most dealers seem to employ the usual sales strategy to get you to buy what they want you to buy. Our experience at Mini of Allentown was different in that it was all exciting with none of the stress, games or high pressure sales. My wife has long wanted a Mini and our time and interaction with the people we dealt with at Mini of Allentown made the experience quite enjoyable. From the moment we first stopped at the dealership to "browse" to the point my wife drove away with her new Mini, we felt our business was important to Mini of Allentown as everyone with whom we interacted was pleasant and informative and didn't try to rush the buying experience. Our primary "Motoring Advisor" was Mike Aumann but everyone we spoke with was there to answer our questions. Mike worked closely to find the car my wife wanted and did not push or try to talk her into something that didn't quite meet her desired configuration just because it was sitting on the lot. His no-pressure approach and friendly style was key in our eventual purchase of a new Mini. The price was also very fair and negotiation of the price was also not an unpleasant process. While Mike was our primary contact and worked with us from start to finish we also found Lauren Leabman a great help in answering questions about the car. Her own experience and excitement of owning a Mini went a long way in addressing any questions and calming any concerns my wife had regarding moving into the world of Mini. Even the financial "close" with Elyse Greim was pleasant as there was no strong push to sell us on the add-ons - again, informative and pleasant with no hard sell. It concluded an overall great buying experience. My wife loves her new car and her enjoyment was never brought down by anyone in the dealership. We would and will buy again without hesitation from Mike if and when the time comes around to buy a new Mini.

I have purchased several cars over the years and Mike Aumann was the best salesman ever!! He explained all the extra features that were available and facilitated the factory order/purchase. He kept me updated on the progress of the car as it was manufactured and shipped. Once the car arrived in the United States, he somehow managed to arrange for me to take ownership of it in less than 48 hours. The day I picked up the car, he seemed genuinely almost as excited as I was. Extremely great sales team. Lauren being the popular salesperson she is, she referred me to Gail to help start the process while she was busy with a couple of deliveries. I recently bought a new MINI at MINI of Allentown. Motoring Advisor, Mike Aumann, was great to work with. He was friendly, thoroughly professional, and best of all, not a bit pushy. He explained the features and options of the various models, he went on several test drives with me, and he helped me to make the selection that was right for me. Finance Associate, Elyse Greim, walked me through all of the paperwork efficiently but with a very upbeat and fun attitude. Based on my experiences with Mike and Elyse, I highly recommend MINI of Allentown to anyone who is interested in buying a new car.

We had gone to mini of morristown to purchase my mini. They were not helpful at all. When we went to Mini of Allentown we were met with a world of difference. Mike had spoken to my husband over the phone and was sure they could get us a deal with my trade in and a new mini. We visited the showroom and was helped by Matt who was very warm friendly and helpful. To our surprise Elyse came over and assured us we could definitely get a deal with one of their several financing options. She sat with us and made it a pleasant experience. Before we left all three came over and congratulated us! We were pleasantly surprised that they offered us a terrific deal the next day and I am VERY happy to say I am now driving my second Mini! Thanks to Lauren and the sales team for making the car buying experience easy and pleasant. There are several reasons we love Minis, including how simple it is to get into an AWESOME car. This is our FOURTH, and we've "motored up" from hardtops to a Clubman and now a Countryman (our cars are growing along with our family!!) From the day we test drove (several cars!) to the day we picked up our new Mini, Lauren was patient and understood our questions and addressed our concerns. The finance process was quick and simple, we were able to order the exact car we wanted. Delivery was faster than expected, and the updates along the way are great--emails and text messages, plus the Owner's Lounge all helped us stay on top of the production and delivery process. We are loving all the bells and whistles. And the four doors!! See ya in three years when it's time for a new one (maybe by then you'll have some third row jump available??) Motor On!!

I always wanted a Mini Cooper, and with a new job, I was eager to get one! A friend from another dealer sent me to Mini of Allentown to Mike and he was GREAT. He was able to show me multiple options on cars that fit my taste and really took into account my finances. He kept his professionalism but came off so friendly as if I had known him for years! He brought down the price of my Mini to a very reasonable price and worked past dealer hours to make my car ready for the big drive to its new home! Even after my purchase, he followed up on me and is always available for questions. While I was waiting for all of my finances and car to be ready for driving, I met other members of the MINI staff and it was the most friendliest place I have ever been to! So many fabulous employees there who just love what they do. Elyse, the financial advisor, had such a bright personality as she congratulated me on my first purchase (since I never bought a car on my own) and made my entire stay there feel comfortable and like "home". I have received many compliments on my purchase and I highly recommend not only Mike, but Mini of Allentown to anyone who wants a Mini!!!!

Trading and purchasing a new vehicle is always stressful for most people. We always start so far apart in negotiations and hopefully end up some where in the middle. Lauren and Gail made this experience much more enjoyable than usual. It was a pleasure to be with them, and I ended up with pretty close to the deal I was after. I first went to Mini of Allentown last year to get an idea about the car- a convertible, no question there. I met with Lauren and we "built" a car. This time, I was ready to buy. I met with Mike Aumann . We discussed a possible trade -in of my 2003 Corolla, which eventually happened and I am very satisfied and happy with the deal we made. Happy, happy, happy.Mike is a true professional. He answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction No pressure, just lots of good info which helped me decide.Lauren explained the myriad details of how things work in the Mini. Lots of info- really too much to remember right then and there but I've plenty of time to learn the intricacies of working the radio- and actually setup my stations today.Elyse is a terrific financial consultant. Tons of paper work made easy. She even told me an easy way to remember her name- to quote "I'm Elyse, not a rental". Car sales people generally have a reputation- not necessarly a good one.But, Mike, Lauren and Elyse definitely do not fall into that category.Buying my RED Mini Cooper convertible with BLACK sport stripes was really an enjoyable experience. AND yesterday was a sunny day, so, of course I drove home with the top DOWN.

Mike listened carefully to my vehicle and price requirements, and immediately followed up with me via e-mail and then over the phone, and we quickly settled on very fair deal. Just leased our 2nd mini in just under a year. The experience with Lauren was so great the first time I had to go back to her again. Once you find the car you like, it's like all the pressure is off of you. Even if finding the car you want takes a going over a few different models/features etc. She was just as pleasant and fun to be around when first meeting me, and equally as pleasant after 2 hours of me changing my mind, and getting her stuck there late (again!). I would highly recommend her for all of your mini needs. She is fun, knowledgeable, helpful and certainly helps to make the buying process even more exciting than it already is. I think she gets just as much excitement getting customers into minis as they get buying them. We went there once, we went back a second time, and in 2 AND 3 years, we'll be there again!

She offered to have our car washed while we were waiting for paperwork! Buying a new car is not an experience that I typically enjoy - I find it very stressful. Lauren made this a pleasant experience for me. She also knows every inch of the vehicles inside and out and the differences between the models. If I know of anyone looking to buy a mini I would not only send them to Allentown Mini, but I would tell them to ask for Lauren.

Lauren was great to work with, unfortunately my Mother in law was sick in the hospital and not expected to make it. This was in between purchasing our Countryman All4 on the 8th and picking it up on the 10th of December, she passed away on the 16th . I know that Lauren would have loved to give us the entire Mini delivery complete with demonstrating features, but she help speed the delivery process for us.She understood that we were in a difficult time, and made the whole experience of buying a car better for us during it. I recently bought a MINI in October 2012 and have been enjoying it ever since. I was in the market for a new car due to the arrival of a new baby expected in December 2012. I was trading in my previous two seat sports car and was not originally looking forward to the process of purchasing a new car. Until...I met Lauren and her team at MINI of Allentown. I worked directly with Lauren from day one. She was impeccably enthusiastic, kind, and listened to the needs of our evolving family. She made a wonderful first impression and I knew from the start that she was going to be great to work with; so much so she probably earned my business within the first 5 minutes of meeting her. She was not in the least bit pushy and understood that making a decision on a car for me was personal and one that I needed to make jointly with my wife. As the process continued she took the time to answer all of our questions, followed up to see how we were doing, took us on a test drive, and showed us all the options that are possible with a MINI. She is extremely knowledge about the car and an enthusiast herself. Buying from Lauren allowed me to be confident in my decision as she left no stone unturned. When it came time to work on the price and trade in value I believe Lauren was extremely fair. On the day of the pick-up she also spent about an hour going over every feature of the car, activated my Sirius radio service, and answered any last minute questions we had on anything. She even will throw in a complimentary hug prior to driving your new MINI off the lot.Overall buying a MINI from Lauren was a joy. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Even if you are not interested in a MINI at first, I would encourage you to speak with Lauren, as her passion for the MINI is genuinely contagious! Prior to scheduling a test drive my mother had recently purchased a Mini Coupe from Mini of Allentown. When she arrived home I was so jealous because I had always wanted a Mini, but didn't think I would ever be able to afford one. I had asked her what she paid for her car and then told her I paid more for my used Honda Accord that had 40,000 miles on it. I realized at that point my dreams of owning a Mini could come true.The day my husband and I walked in to just take a test drive Lauren was the associate who was there to help. She was very knowledgeable and her personality was great. As much as I wanted to leave in a Mini that day we were in the process of buying a home and were advised to not make any major purchases. Lauren kept in contact with me for the 4 months following until we were finally able to order our Mini Countryman. She was very helpful with finding out what our needs were and what features would be best for us. I received a call from Lauren on a Saturday letting me know our Mini just arrived on the lot and we made an appointment to pick him up the following Saturday (we live 3 hours away).The day we arrived to pick up our Mini I think Lauren was as excited for us as we were to finally be taking him home. After noticing a picture on Lauren's desktop of an older Mini and a newer Mini side by side I asked if they were both hers. She then proceeded to tell us they were and she told us their names. We thought that was awesome because we had already picked out a name for ours, Otto, most people thought we were crazy because we name our cars, but we got that from my mother who had named hers Midnight Molli (with an I).Before we were sent on our way to enjoy Otto Lauren had given us both hugs and let us know if there was anything at all we needed to just give her a call. It was at this point we knew we made the best decision by purchasing our Mini from Allentown and working with Lauren through the whole process and becoming part of the Mini family!

My experience with this dealer was beyond great. The associate Lauren was so warm and inviting I felt like I had known her forever. She was so professional and most of all extremely friendly. It was easy to buy at this dealership. There was no pressure to buy like some other places that almost breathe down your neck to the point of running a customer off, there was none of that, instead there was the freeness to look around. That was so nice. I did not feel ignored nor did I feel pressure. The customer service was unlike any dealship I've ever visited. This young woman could sell anything. Mini of Allentown has a helpful and friendly staff. They were very attentive to all our needs, as well as the needs of our two daughters while we filled out paperwork, took two test drives and looked at numerous models both inside the dealership and outside in the lot. Financing and all the paperwork was handled courteously and very quickly. Mike was very knowledgeable as well, especially as we were purchasing a pre-owned car that was three years old. I would highly recommend both A Mini as a car, and Mini of Allentown as the place to get it.

Any question I had she would get right back to me right away. When our financing fell apart at the last minute she and Elyse made every effort to work things out. This dealership breaks the mold from what most people would expect from a car dealership. My sales rep Lauren was super friendly from the start, and had the answers to everything in a very low pressure environment. I used to sell new and pre owned Acura's and I remember the business very well. I had car shopped quite a bit, and after having visited a few other dealers the decision was easy. I knew absolutely nothing about Mini's until I walked on the lot a few weeks ago. Elyse was also great with paperwork (which I normally hate) very efficient, and again, low pressure for a car dealer. Mike was very helpful during time we worked with him. My daughter has been pining for a MINI since she was 13 and the time had come for her to have her own car for her summer internship and nothing would do but a MINI. She and my husband visited the Mike Aumann at the dealership over the Christmas college break and talked about the car she would like. She corresponded by email with Mike over the next couple of months to decide on the car and when she was ready to order Mike hade a car on the lot that fit her criteria. Mike suggested my husband and I visit the dealership to ok the car which we did and then picked it up a couple of weeks later to be tucked away in our garage awaiting our daughter's return. She is very excited. The car is beautiful and I had the fun of driving it back home. Mike was very helpful showing us all about the car and has offered to show Allison again when she returns. We couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you.

These guys FREAKING ROCK! My husband and I purchased our first Mini 8 months ago from Matt, and had to come back and get another one! We absolutely love this dealership and the people who work there! I was really interested in a Mini. Went to dealership and walked around for 25 minutes. No one said anything to me. No one else was in showroom. I finally walked to Mary Smith's office and asked for a manager. She told me she was and was there a problem. Yes I said. Are you interested in taking care of a potential new customer. She went and located Lauren to handle my questions and take me on a test drive. Very knowledgeable sales person. Nice ride. Probably would have needed to order a new one for me. I was willing to wait. Came back 5 days later with my wife and my trade. Lauren took my wife for a ride. My wife was impressed. Suggested they look to possibly locate one close to my needs. She said she would on Monday (it was Saturday) and the showroom again was empty of potential customers. I said did they want to look at my trade in since I had it with me. Lauren said no, not until I was ready to place an order. Well, it WAS my 2nd visit. My wife was with me a liked the car too. But Lauren appeared not to be ready to "sell" me a car nor look for one for me. On Monday she never called with what was in inventory, if any. On Tuesday I called for Lauren only to be told she was on her day off. I later spoke with another sales person and suggested that someone needed to get back to me by 2PM and this is what I was thinking about as far as a discount and trade in value. No one called me back. Later, after 2PM I again called and spoke to the other salesperson and he was surprised that no one called me. I agreed to show up the next day with my trade again. But the next morning before I left my house Lauren called to tell me that they were no where near the amount I was looking for my trade in (which they never looked at) and no where near the discount I was asking for. In fact since the day before when I spoke in the afternoon with the other sales person and told him what another car dealer was offering me for my trade he suggested I "sell the car to that dealer and bring the money to the table." So I was ready to buy, they were not ready to consider any form of deal. Almost like the expression, "You don't want to buy a car do you!" (statement, not a question) Be prepared to pay list price and a low trade if you go.

From first contact on my initial call Mike was responsive and accomodating. Mike took all the time that was needed to let us compare the 2 models we were interested in,and gave complete demo drives our first and second visits to the dealership.At delivery, we were introduced to the General Manager, Bill Stoeckel, and he graciously thanked us for our vote of confidence in the Dealership by purchasing a vehicle from them. My only regret is that the survey would not allow me to vote with a 10.

The process of buying a new vehicle is, for me anyway, a slow and torturous one, filled with some shady salespeople and then some good ones too. Lauren Leabman, my Motoring Advisor at MINI of Allentown, falls into a third category which is exceptional! Lauren was super friendly and very enthusiastic! You can tell she loves her job. Lauren was never pushy she just let me be wowed by this superb vehicle ( a MINI hardtop S ). We discussed the available stock and I decided to custom order my vehicle, not a problem! Lauren guided me through this process and kept in touch as my car was being assembled, through ocean transport and up to dealer delivery. Lauren was always available to answer questions and help me in any way possible, even after the sale! Price negotiations went very smoothly and I felt that I got a good deal. When it came time to pony up the dough, Elyse Greim, MINI's Finance Coordinator, was wonderful to work with! She shares Lauren's enthusiasm and made the whole transaction, well gosh darn it, FUN!! I must also mention Rob Migliaccio, MINI's Service Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was in tip top shape! Financing was handled seamlessly through MINI Financing and I received a very competitive interest rate. Matt is a great person. He is very caring, sincere, thougthful, honest and sooo patient. I would recommend everyone I know to go see him. Even if they live far. He is well worth the long ride. My husband and I test drove several vechicals that day and made our decsion to go with the Mini Countryman. We are crazy about this car. We are having way to much fun with it. And what you can do to it, dress it up and order new items and what it has to offer for that reasonable price. I wish I would have did this sooner. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with our experience at MINI of Allentown, from my first contact through email with Mike and dotting the I's and T's with Elyse for purchase of the vehicle.We were looking for a specific type of vehicle, price range, year, and milage which we found at MINI of Allentown. After an hour trip to get there we found the vehicle an exceptional one, much better than our expectations and very well detailed . I don't know how Mike did it, but we got the car at OUR Price and Mike even went another step beyond getting us a better loan rate then the pre-approved rate we already had. Mike Aumann was very patient as I test drove several vehicles and tried to decide which one would be the best fit for me. Mini of Allentown is top notch. Lauren Leabman is a very knowledgeable salesperson with a vast knowledge of the MINI car line. She knows who the customer is. I was treated with respect and courtesy. I felt that my deal was very fair, and that my trade in value given to me was also reasonable. There was no "Hard Sell" whatsoever. I will do business with this dealership again, and refer them to friends and family. Lauren won the praises of some close friends of ours who also bought from her. I looked for her when I first entered the dealership, and told her I was referred. I am glad I did!!The service manager Rob Migliaccio also made a point to come over to me, introduce himself, and asked if I had any questions about the car early in the buying process. He was also very knowledgeable and could answer all of my warrantee and service related questions. I feel that if you buy a car from a dealership, your happiness moving forward after the sale will only exist if your service is done right. I am a car guy, and I felt that Rob cared about his "returning cars" and their owners happiness as well.

Funny thing happened. I was looking at used clubmans and stopped at the dealer on a whim. I quickly saw that used prices were such that it was smarter to go new. Met with Lauren. Both my wife and I were so impressed with her complete knowledge and real love for her product. Se was so sincere. Over a week I bombarded her with emails and phone calls of questions. She was always glad to answer. When I picked up the car she went over every detail; even setting up my blue tooth when I was dooming paperwork. None is the one to see for sure.

I'm in NEPA and had the choice of going with Mini of Morristown, NJ or Mini of Allentown, PA and Lauren Leabman made it an easy choice. She not only has great energy, but she really wants to give her customers a great experience. She is very knowledgeable about the MINI line and they were able to give me a great price, options and all (when it's financed at 1.9% you can't not go with the leather seats!)! When there was possibly an issue with my satellite radio upon pickup, the service dept. offered to pick up the car and return it same day so that I wouldn't be inconvenienced (120 miles roundtrip). Haven't had to go that route but nice to know they would do that for their customers. Awesome experience and love my Countryman!!!

It was the same price as on the website. No high pressure, no pressure concerning purchasing extended warranties, etc... One of the best car buying experiences of my life. AAAAAA++++++++

This was our first experience with Mini of Allentown and our only experience with a Mini dealer. After meeting with Lauren the first time and test driving my first Mini Cooper S that was it I was hooked. It took me a week to decide to go for it. Needless to say the whole experience was very exciting and Lauren was great. Never any pressure. I originally choose Mini of Allentown due to the location and familiarity of Allentown for me, even though it was twice the distance from Otto's. I do not regret it in the slightest, and had a wonderful time dealing with them. Everyone was helpful. Lauren was unlike any car dealer I have ever dealt with, and made me feel like Mini is much more of a closer community than any other car community. I would recommend Mini of Allentown, and Lauren to anyone that would think about buying a Mini, even if there is a closer dealership!

This was my first car-buying experience with any MINI dealership and I am extremely satisfied. Mike, my Motoring Advisor, has been available both before and after the sale. I rated this dealership only a "4" for "Quality of Work" as the chrome scoop had to be reseated. I also rated them a "4" for price, which is really reflective of the manufacturer's cost of the vehicle, not the dealership itself. Once you start playing with the options, these cars can become expensive little buggers! However, the staff I dealt with were all phenomenal, the car itself is amazing, and I know when the time comes again for me to purchase a vehicle, MINI of Allentown will without a doubt be my very first stop.

The absolute best car buying experience I've had in 40 years of buying/leasing cars. The sales staff are very versed in their product. My salesman listened to all my needs in a car and showed me the packages available that met those needs. The MINI online design tool is invaluable when it come to designing a car. Once I was up to speed on the website and understood how Mini builds their cars, I could go home and try out all the variations available and see what the final MSRP is on each change. I could then sit down and negotiate the final pricing with all the cost factors in hand.The sales staff and especially Mike Aumann are very professional and everyone was willing to answer my questions even if was not their direct customer. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. When my car was delivered everything was perfect and the saleman took all the time I needed to understand all the electronics and settings. He followed up several times afterward to make sure I was still okay with all the workings of the car.The dealership was very clean and everyone prided themselves on their facility. They went out of their way to make sure all my needs were met and my questions answered without being pushy. This is a fantastic place to do business.

Lauren's attention to detail was spot on. She made buying a car easy from checking insurance, running different payment options to the final sale. She was extremely patient while we fired many questions at her at the same time. Lauren always has a smile on her face and lots of hugs to give. My wife and I bought 2 cars from her within 24 hours of each other, which was not in our original plans. We came in to test drive the new Mini Coupe and ended up with a Countryman and a Coupe! Drove 1 hour to stop in to get the wheels taken off my car after I lost the wheel lock key at an autocross. It took 45 minutes for service to tell me they didn't have a key, even though the wheel locks are from MINI. Drove to a local BMW Dealer who searched for, but didn't have the key. Within 5 minutes they offered to blast the locks off, order a key, and ship it to me while I was away on business. That's how to do costumer service.Response to Mini Dealer- The Dealer attempted to contact through website, was away on business so was unable to respond.No offer was made to break off the wheel locks-I was only told sorry, and I would have to order a new set and wait, even though I was assured over the phone they had the key master in stock. However, while I was waiting, I did repeatedly hear the tech complaining to the BMW side of the dealership over the phone that they were taking away all his help. I finally had the situation resolved at a Mini dealer in Virginia, which while extremely busy, took the time to have one of their techs remove the bolts within 1/2 hour of my arrival.Final Update- Spoke with the GM on the phone-was very apologetic, and had looked into the situation above. Appreciative of his efforts.

We had a problem with our Mini on the second day we owned it and Mini of Allentown not only fixed the car, but also Towed the car back to our house on Monday, it had been towed to Allentown on Sunday evening. Great experience overall. From selecting the car and options to teaching me how to drive a manual transmission car the staff was phenomenal. Plus, I show up to pickup my new 2012 mini cooper S and sign the paperwork and what do they tell me they are honoring a new promotion giving me an extra $250 off. They could have let me sign the paper and I would have been none the wiser and just as happy. What kind of dealer gives you free money, a great one that's who. Not to mention I love my car!! Every other car I have driven is an appliance the Mini is an experience. Every time I stop back I am greated by name and given all the help I need. Drove 70 miles b/c this dealership had the MINI I wanted. Was greeted in the parking lot by Matt. The entire experience was a great one. Matt was helpful and there was no pressure. He seemed to genuinely want the deal to happen, and was as happy as I was when it did. Was hoping for more for my trade-in, but Matt had calls made to nearby dealers to try to increase price. EVERYONE was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. No haggling, just respectful negotiations. Worth the 70 mile drive. Highly recommend MINI of Allentown to everyone. Ask for Matt.

She is knowledgeable and is more than willing to spend time with you to make sure that everything is clear and understood.She was always asking if there was anything else she could do for us, were we comfortable, and answering my myriad of questions.Her vivacious personality seems to fit with that of the MINI. Mary also was exceptionally friendly and very helpful with all of the paperwork, especially when talking about her MINI. Everything about it proved to be an excellent experience. If my MINI performs in the same manner as this dealership has it will last a long long time. Richard.

I just bought my first car and couldn't have had a better experience. As a 25 year old female buying a car by herself I was worried I'd have a "take advantage of me" target on my back, but I never felt like that buying my Mini. I got a good deal for my trade-in, and exactly the car I wanted. Everyone at the dealer was very friendly and very professional, from my salesman to the service advisor. I never felt pressure to buy from Matt or anyone else, but everyone there seemed genuinely excited for me when I decided to buy (not just for the sale).

As other reviewers have said... Kristen is Wonderful! She is like no car salesperson you have ever had. No pressure. She emailed me when incentives were happening other than that she knew I was not quite ready to buy and did not push. She knows everything about the cars and can answer all questions. Mary in finance owns a mini and is very happy with it and spreads that feeling. I had been to two other Mini dealers and found them to be arrogant. Not so at Mini of Allentown. Wonderful feeling people. I am the proud new owner of a Pepper White Mini Hardtop. I found Mini of Allentown to have all different types and versions of Mini's available on the lot. Everyone at Mini of Allentown went out of their way to make sure I was happy.

Stopped in to test dive a Mini. Matt was extremely helpful and informative. When he didn't have the car I wanted, he did a national search and found it by the next morning. The lease was approved almost instantly and when I picked the car up the next day, Matt spent almost an hour showing me all the features of the car and even programming all my phone numbers into the hands free phone/radio system. I highly recommend Matt and the entire team at Mini of Allentown!

It was a pleasure buying a car from MINI of Allentown. The people were very friendly. The show room was new and modern. THey had a decent selection of cars. Mary,the woman with whom I signed the mountain of paperwork with, was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Short of just giving me the car for free it was a very enjoyable experience.

Even though I was not able to get the deal I originally hoped for, Matt helped me find a car with almost all the accessories I desired plus a few I hadn't even considered. With 1.9% financing and free package incentive I got another great MINI after trading in an absolutely fabulous 2008 MINI and without an increase in my monthly payments.

Very pleasant experience This fact combined with Mini financing and buyer incentives made buying this car a once in a lifetime experience. Allentown Mini was terrific in this transaction. Matt Murphy could not have been more accommodating. I will recommend Allentown Mini to NEPA mini owners. In the past I have recommended Prestige Mini in Mahwah N.J. ( In hindsight I realize that the sales staff were terrible, sales mgr. is a clown but the service staff was excellent. Mini currently has an incentive prg. Mahwah was not even going to honor the full reduction for incentive pkgs. ) I'm have two Mini dealerships to compare. At this point Allentown Mini is head and shoulders above Prestige Mini.

Had rubbing sound from fans when ac was active.Had to travel out of state the next day and stopped by to see if car was safe to drive, not expecting a repair. In 1 1/2 hrs problem for my 05 Cooper S was diagnosed (needed power steering fan motor that was in stock) and the car was repaired on the spot while I waited. Great job Guys!
