On a Saturday afternoon I suddenly got a flat tire on my run flat. I called Eddie and 1:20 and he told me to come in and they would fix it for me, otherwise I would have had no car for the weekend. This dealership went above and beyond what I expect from customer service. My warranty was about to expire and I had 2 lights that were out. When I brought the car in for service, the service agent noticed my warranty was about to expire and he said they would go over the car in detail. They wound up detecting a leak in the water pump and replaced it, an oil leak where a wire goes into a sensor and reprogrammed the computer that corrected a hesitation when I would step on the accelerator all free of charge.

While I LOVE my MINI, I'm not thrilled with the dependability of the cars cooling system. But then that's NOT the dealers fault. But it does mean I have a more then passing relationship with the Service Department.Service has always been first rate, friendly, and quite quick as I pull in, unannounced, with the latest cooling/over heating problem.Eddie, my service manager, has always been on the ball and more then helpful. While having that rare quality of being absolutely truthful as to my problem. My "down time". And my costs. As I said, I Love my MINI. And Eddie and the service department just make those cooling problems just a little easier to bare.

I have a 2009 Clubman S that I purchased new in New England. When I arrived in the Ft. Myers area five months ago, this is the dealership that I went to for service. I have found myself there recently more often than I would have expected. After six years of bliss, given her age, my car has had a few issues, and I have found Eddie to stick with me through some rough times. He has always explained any repairs, the estimated costs and has done his best to provide wheels when they needed to keep mine overnight. All around great place to have to hang, even loving up my old dog. Everyone is friendly, hard working and knows their stuff. Love my car and love them!

This was by far the most pleasant car shopping encounter that I have ever had! We were looking for a used Mini Cooper S with standard transmission as well as the large sunroof. We did not find anything on the lot there but while we were sitting talking our sales person, Jerry, spotted a car that one of their lots in Alabama had just taken in that fit the bill. He called the GM of that dealership in Alabama and. Within 5 minutes we ahead the car locked down. It arrived about 4 days later and they went through the vehicle, touched up a few gravel chips and minor cosmetic items, this after they had done the same thing in Alabama. A day later we were signing papers. After it was all done Jerry took us to the car and went over more options than we ever knew existed, spending about 25 minutes with us, syncing up phones and setting music stations. Everything was perfect. Four days later we were bringing the car in to have a couple of minor cosmetic things done and when we started the car the check engine light came on. This had us a bit worried as there was no warrantee on the vehicle being a used car. Later in the afternoon we stopped back in to see what was up and the told explained the problem. The service tech, Eddie, spoke to the manager and he worked it out where we did not owe a penny. They set us up with a brand new loaner car for the evening. Needless to say our faith in the dealership was even higher now than when we had picked up our vehicle. We have nothing but praise for the whole encounter with Mini of Fort Myers and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a Mini.

This was the first time I bought a car without even seeing it. Thats how confident I was of your mIni product. I did something today that I hadn't anticipated - I bought a 2012 Mini, trading in my 2004. My interactions with both service and sales were unlike anything I've experienced in other places. The Service Manager, Claude, really knows these cars and takes the time not only to explain the issue but also to estimate its urgency. Sales helped me into something I could afford and will lose my pervasive worry about what might happen next to my older mini (which I still passionately love and will miss her like a real person). Anyway, thanks to Claude Babineau, Eddie, Pablo, and Chris Wallace.

We were visiting from NY state and had a flat tire issue. I called and they were very helpful on the phone and even though extremely busy, took time to talk to me. When it was decided we needed to get service they said to come right in and when we arrived they got us right in. They went over our entire warranty history and even offered to do a warranty maintenance that was due. They went over and above! Claude was extremely friendly and thorough. This us the best service out of 3 dealerships I have dealt with. It makes me want to buy my next car from that dealership.

We stopped at Mini of Ft.Meyers as we had searched on line looking for a pre-owned Lincoln MKX. The staff each had their own personalities making it a fun place rather than some recent experiences where we felt a tension among staff. The team worked to help, get answers and remained calm finding solutions to any glitch that arose. Our sales associate, Brooke Hendrix was laid back and just kept the process flowing. Heather Smith in Fiance at MOFM (Mini of Ft. Meyers) just remained calm positive and encouraging. She said she would find a way that we could take the car home that day, and she did even when our credit card companies were not initially able to raise our credit limits in order that we could get our cash back rewards in lieu of using our investment funds.We took the car home that day while we we were on "our car high" and avoiding the disappointment of having to return another day.. . . and you think it can't better, they encouraged us to try their coffee machine that made the best cappuccinos around - FREE! I just picked up my new Cooper Paceman from Paolo at Mini of Ft. Myers. I have purchased/leased almost two dozen cars in my lifetime and this was by far one of the best experiences I have had. About 2 months ago I had purchased a 2009 Mini Cooper S that after about 30 days of normal day-to-day driving developed a defect in the passenger side airbag sensor. I had brought it in to the Mini Cooper dealership in Fort Myers to have the problem inspected/fixed and to my dismay I was hit with a $1300 repair bill on a car that I had barely owned over a month. I did purchase an extended warranty with the preowned Mini S but unfortunately that warranty didn't cover the specific part on my car that had broken. I'm only 20 years old and this was the very first car that I had been able to put in my own name so needless to say I was extremely heartbroken over this repair issue with a car that I had just purchased. Doug Goldman, as well as Dan and the service manager Claude, took the time to try and correct this awful situation for me. After these associates diligently working to get me into a safe car that I would be happy with I ended up getting a brand new car. They all worked very hard to get me out of the treacherous '09 with the safety issue and into a brand new 2015 Mini Cooper 4 door Hardtop with all of the bells and whistles a girl could ask forand for less than $90 more per month. I don't know how they worked me such an awesome deal but the customer service I received throughout this process was outstanding!! Thanks Mini!!

I have bought 5 brand new trucks from 3 Chevrolet dealerships in this area. They were all more expensive than my loaded mini countryman. Mini has better longevity, gas mileage, and resale value. I thought I had found the best Chevy dealership around, but they could ALL take a lesson from Mini of Ft. Myers. The folks at mini made me feel lIke I was part of their family. Chevy: more than 8 hours to trade in a 2009 Chevy truck and buy a 2013. Mini: 2 hours to trade in a 2002 van and buy a 2015 Mini. I wrote Paolo an email regarding a car I was interested in..knowing it was his day off..he called me anyway and was excited to set aside the car I wanted. Told ya...family.

I recently had my Mini Cooper in for service and want to recommend the service department for their excellent service from the time I took my vehicle in until I picked it up. A representative from the service department waited on me immediately and explained what needed to be done. I felt confident that only what was necessary would be done and I would not be charged for anything under warranty. He was very knowledgeable and confident. I was approached by a gentleman at the gas pump while I was driving a loan vehicle and expressed an interest in the Mini Cooper. I explained that it was not my vehicle but a loan vehicle from the dealership. He was impressed that I had been given such a great car instead of a rundown one. I explained that not only was that the way your dealership worked, but all the great things about the Mini Cooper itself. I also told him about the various models you had to choose from. He was going to take his wife by to do a test drive.

Great Dealership for service and sales. I get my MINIs serviced here regularly. The folks there are honest, sincere, customer orientated, fun but still professional. The prices are reasonable and the work is great. The techs take pride in their work and I will continue to use them as long as I own a MINI.

Terrible customer service online and over the phone. Because I am a four hour drive from the dealer, I attempted to line-up a purchase over the phone before travelling. I initially called with intent to buy a used car from at 9am, submitted photos and information on my trade at 11am, submitted an online credit application at 1pm, at which time I was told that a manager's appraisal for my trade would be available shortly. Over the next four hours the sales person didn't return phone calls/messages. At 6pm I called in directly to a manager who connected me with the sales person who then received an e-mail from her manager informing that I was credit approved but they just took a deposit on the vehicle and I would be able to purchase it only if the other buyer's credit application was denied. They essentially allowed someone else without credit approval to steal the purchase from me.
