It was honestly a pleasure to buy a car from the wonderful people at MINI of Pittsburgh. (How many car dealerships can you say that about!?!?) First off Jason was so great to deal with - knowledgeable, personable and fun. There was no high pressure sales tactics - it truly felt like he enjoyed showing off the cars and he taught us so much during the test drive. He knew which car I would want just based on a few things I told him - and I really couldn't be happier with my purchase (Mini Cooper Countryman S All4). Chris, Sales Manager, was also very welcoming and made us comfortable during every step of the process. Bryan, Business Manager, made the paperwork easy and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We really feel like we made friends during the whole car-buying process. We live out of state, so it could have been an inconvenient process, but it was not. Thanks so much MINI of Pittsburgh for setting the bar SO HIGH. Now, get Bryan a new chair - he deserves it. :)

This is our second time buying a Mini from Mini of Pittsburgh. We really enjoyed dealing with Morgan, Chris, and Bryan. Morgan helped us with both purchases and we would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Mini. Morgan helped us get exactly what we wanted and answered all of our questions. Morgan is really good at what he does and very knowledgeable about the cars and accessories that he sells for them. In December 2013 my wife and I bought a used 2003 MC from a private dealer. In January of 2014 I took it to Mini of Pittsburgh for a simple oil change. To my surprise they looked the vehicle over at all points and printed out their findings, i.e., repair suggestions and necessities and topped off all fluids at no extra charge. This was all explained to me by one of the service advisors, Ryan. While I was there Jason Karpa offered to guide me over the vehicle and answered all my questions about it, even though it wasnt purchased there.Several visits later to the dealership I took my wife who met Jason and again, he guided her over the vehicle and answered her questions as well.In January 2015 we experienced a problem with the vehicles engine that wouldve cost us several thousand dollars in repairs. My wife emailed Chris Lasko explaining the situation asking what our options were. He replied back the same day and forwarded our email to Jarrett Matson who replied back the same day offering suggestions.In May 2015 we bought a 2006 MCS out of state. We took it to Mini of Pittsburgh to pick up parts from Barry who was always helpful in the past, especially after printing out repair diagrams and discussing with me my situation with diagnostics and repair assistance. While there Jason again showed us around the vehicle in and out. In June our recently purchased MCS had to stay a few days for repairs but in the meantime, and again to my surprise, I was offered a loaner vehicle from Ryan. I told him that we didnt buy the 06 from them and was told, hey, thats just what we do.In July, 2015 my wife and I took the 06 to Mini and traded it in with Jason. Talk about a purchasing experience! We took test rides with several of their vehicles and decided on a 2015 MCS. During the buying process, Chris was helpful to Jason and us while we making our decision and above all having fun all the way through it! We were also happy to know that a $50 donation to Best Friends Animal Society was made during their Adopt a Mini Month.On the Mini Second Date a month later, Wayman Jones ranked right up there along with Chris, Jason, Ryan and Barry when it came to vehicle explanation, in and out. His thorough knowledge of our vehicle put me at ease knowing that no question was a dumb question.A month later I dropped it off for a recall campaign and Ryan again was smooth as always with setting me up with a loaner and explanation of the repairs. I returned the loaner washed and vacuumed, just like they do for their customers.Ive purchased a couple new vehicles well before I ever saw a Mini and have always ran into the same negative situations people talk about when it comes to service after the sale. Whether buying new or used, there were always hurdles to go through to get something done. After seeing the dynamics at this dealership Im inclined to believe that the Mini plant in Oxford, England modeled them self after Mini of Pittsburgh. Everyone from top management down to the kid pushing the broom in the garage is courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly fun to deal with, all the while your pet Mini is going for its ride backstage.

I can't say enough great things about this dealership and their team. 1st visit was to trade in my Wife's explorer for a Countryman All4. We were so impressed, we traded her Explorer and my Pathfinder in on the same day. Drove off with a Countryman and a Clubman. Chris Lasko made the experience easy and hassle free. 2 years later, my wife informs me that baby number two is on the way. We went to see Morgan and told him that we needed to get into something bigger. Morgan located a CPO BMW 328 xdrive for me and a CPO BMW X3 for my wife. Both were exactly what we wanted. Once again, no hassle, good price, excellent service and sold us exactly what we wanted. We have always been treated like we were long lost friends. If you want a Mini, go see Morgan! Even though they're the only local dealer, it's still a great experience. Pick ups at home were a breeze, and waiting for service was quick, too. I've done both. While on a visit, I needed a specific item, the parts manager brought out all available options to me to choose from! The guys and girls on the floor are easy going, and my sales person, Morgan, was a hoot! It's great when the sales people own Mini's, and can guide you in the right direction. I was not a previous Mini owner, and they helped me every step of the way to my perfect Mini. I'll be going to them for my next one, too!

The sales process went super smooth and we found exactly the Clubman S I was looking for. MINI Pgh always hosts great events, track days and charity benefits. Their salesmen and service staff are always reachable for the random question and state inspections and regular checkups have gone great. They've got plenty of loaner cars too, so I can drop off my Clubby and come back whenever it's convenient.

We ordered a brand new Cooper S from Mini of Pittsburgh. It took a few months for our car to arrive, however Chris, Morgan and Mike (General Mgr.) had made this process incrediably smooth. Can't say enough about service, professionalism and knowledge of the product that they are selling. These guys take care of you, like members of their own family. It is rare for me to say that I trust any dealership, but Mini of Pittsburgh has earned my trust and business! And because of that, I purchased two BMW's from them as well. I can't express my gratitude enough to Morgan at Mini of Pittsburgh. I dreamt of owning a mini for many years but wasn't sure if it was "the car" for me! Upon arriving at Mini of Pittsburgh I met Morgan talking to a couple outside. I would of never knew he was the salesman as he wasn't pushy or fake as you find at many other dealers. Before you knew it I had my chance to test drive my dream! A dream come true ... Simply head over hills feel in love with this car! Morgan was so patient while he explained very detail an option I could have while he had to deal with me bubbling over in excitement! Few days later I brought my hubby with me to order "Lil Faye", while Morgan finalized a walk in deal Morgan had us spend time with Jarrett (salesman) to answer anything that came to our mind. I have now had my mini hardtop for almost 9 months and I just want to share with anyone debating where to go...who to deal with ... I purchased a used 2008 Mini from a non-mini dealership, which included a warranty. I unexpectedly had to have service work done immediately after the purchase. In addition to the unplanned service work, I had a large list of potential repairs I needed assessed and quoted. Dan Best and Mini did an excellent job completing the necessary repairs and quoted all the anscilary items. Mini did a great job communicating with the warranty dealership and myself over numerous phone calls. Since the repairs, the car has been running well without issue.

Hit a pothole an blew out the tire. Had it towed late night (Wednesday) to Mini of Pittsburgh. Well before lunch the next day they called and had already had tire solutions for us which was most likely challenging as the tires on the car did not come from them so research I am sure was needed. The tire was delivered and placed on Friday and ready for a weekend of driving. All of the team at Mini of Pittsburgh are amazing! While I hate to have to bring my Mini in for any reason, I at least know that things will be done right and quickly. Anytime I have to come to the dealership the experience is always the same: exceptional! They set the bar for others to reach!

The 2015 Mini will be our third one. The servicing of the car you provide is excellent. And when you say that the car will be serviced at 10 AM, you service it at 10AM. Since 2007 we had only to pay for new tires. We like how the Mini rides and the gas mileage is great. We are very happy with Mini of Pittsburgh.

It's seems that people are in love with these toy cars no matter what kind of experience they have at this dealership since other reviewers have posted positive feedback. I have never been in a crappier more broken car for 20 thousand in my life. Several things were wrong with the car. It's no wonder on my test drive things were not working as they should have been since the reviews all talk about endless quality issues. But when we spotted serious safety issues with the car we were being sold, the salesman's first instinct was to deny them and try to explain them as routine wear from a 1 year old car? They needed fixing before sale just to be safe for crying out loud. Later he backed down and admitted they were bad and probably should fix it, but still they wanted above market prices for a car with serious issues? Circle talking was their sales pitch. I would never go back to a dealer who tries to put me on the defensive. I selected a much better car elsewhere where the salesmen were honest and had nothing to cover up. Very disappointed with the type of car but more so disappointed how I felt dirty after my experience with P&W Mini. I would never write an bad review on anyone on most occasions, good or bad. This dealership needs a wake-up call in customer relations. Go anywhere but you can buy from someone who actually treats you with respect and honesty,

Lauren was at the service desk and met me with a smile. She made sure I received great service in a timely manner. There was a bit of a mixup with the car, but when she was made aware of it she immediately saw that it was taken care of. She showed me empathy, gave me a Mini notebook as a gift and was a listening ear to some non-car issues! She went above and beyond, as did the other people in the service department.

She clearly explained everything and even took me to the service tech (another extremely helpful and friendly person)to show me what was going on with my MINI. I was also offered a no hassle loaner. Dan and Denny, the other two people in the service department, were also willing and helpful to Lauren and I to complete my exceptional service experience.

I have been buying cars over the past 35 years......without a doubt, Morgan McLane from MINI of Pittsburgh made ordering my latest car the very best experience I have ever had. No pressures or hassles....his goal was making sure I ordered the exact car I wanted allowing me to take as much time as I needed in making this investment. It is refreshing and rare from my auto sales experiences to be talked to by someone that knows the car thoroughly, and knows exactly how enthusiastic I am about driving. These guys are the best. I bought my car at a local Chrysler dealer but wanted to have it checked by someone that knows Mini's. They were fantastic. They checked the car in dropped me off to shop and picked me up. Jason Karpa, when the car was done, went over the car for at least half an hour. He showed me things on the car I had no idea about. He was so helpful and everyone was so friendly. They treated me like a long lost friend. I can only imagine how great it would be to buy the car there. They really know there stuff. I will recomend anyone with a Mini or thinking of getting one contact them. I was happy with the car before but now I know everything is correct on it.

I must admit that I would not have always given this rating to this dealership as I have not always had good service there. That said, it appears that many things have changed over the past few years. The service Department is neat and clean, there is always someone there to greet you and to help you. The Service Advisers (not just Michael but also Dan)have been extremely professional and courteous even during the times that I may not have been so easy to deal with. This dealership has made improvements in customer service that deserve to be recognized. John Thompson was the first one there who took the time I felt I deserved and made me feel like I was important as a customer. I know that he does not take the credit for transforming (in my eyes) the service department and credits the entire Mini team for their efforts. I applaud him for that and look forward to future visits.

The shuttle service was excellent, even though they had only one driver and there are usually two. My service advisor, Eric A was great to work with- the service dept was really busy that day, but he made sure my car was diagnosed by early afternoon and called me as soon as they were done. He explained in detail all the steps they took to find my issue and pointed out some other issues that I should keep an eye one.

This was our second purchase through Mini of Pittsburgh. When we decided to purchase a car for my wife, we knew we wanted to deal with Jason as he was kind courteous and a great listener. He wanted to make sure that my wife was "smiling" when she picked out her mini. We would recommend this dealer and Jason to everyone as he is a true professional and helped us to be a "mini" family! Jason made sure that her new car had all the things that were important to her and took mthe time and effort to make that happen. Everyone at the dealership is willing to help and they work as a team where you feel like a friend or family when you are there. After our purchase, there was a slight issue with the check engine light and Jason was very quick to respond to our concerns and arrange for my wife to come in and the car looked over thouroughly. As you can see, we are very pleased with our experience and thank Jason and all at Mini of Pittsburgh for helping us!

Everyone was very friendly both to me and my teenage daughter who was with me. They worked with me up front to determine what I could afford, then only showed me vehicles in my price range. There was no hard sell, only true customer service.
