Excellent service from the sales agent, Mark, the sales manager, Damon, and the finance manager, Thomas. Very smooth process. They gave me a fair price for a maxed out Clubman, assisted with my end of lease process and price on my BMW and I drove the new car home within a few hours of walking in the door. Highly recommended!

Throughout the ownership of my Mini Countryman, I took it to the crew at Mini of the Main Line. After having such an enjoyable buying experience, I decided to take it there for service - even though I lived about an hour away! They always provided me with a premier level of customer service. Ed, Ryan, and Michelle are the hardest working service reps I have ever had the pleasure of working with... And I have dealt with a lot over the years! If you are thinking of buying a Mini, or are looking for a new service provider for your existing Mini, go see Mini of the Main Line. You will not be disappointed! I no longer have my Mini, as I required a larger SUV with 4WD for both work and pleasure. But during our time together, my Mini saved my life in a horrific PA TPK crash, and never left me stranded. If your Mini does require some TLC, Ed and his team with provide it with the best care out there!

The service and care my car receives at Mini of the Mainline is excellent. This is my second Mini and I always feel that my car is in good hands when it is being serviced or detailed. Dan and Michele are always very friendly and welcoming. Thank you guys for taking such good care of my Mini!

I'm on my 3rd mini, I got my sister to get two of them, and I sold another to another friend. I recommended Mainline Mini for everyone. I guess thats my accounting for the last decade. And I am hoping that the next decade keeps me rolling down that long highway! I'm still having fun!

Had a problem with my Mini for 6 months. The "other" dealer couldn't solve the problem. Brought it to Main LIne and they got it taken care of on the first try. Ryan and the service team listened to me which wasn't happening before. Thanks guys.

I could not imagine driving anything other than a Mini or going anywhere other than Mini of the Mainline! I've now bought my second Mini (upsized to the Countryman!) from Mark, who helps each step of the way and found the exact car I wanted! While everyone is super friendly and helpful, Ryan is my primary service rep and I couldn't be happier with the way I am treated by him and Ed every single time I walk in the door! My Mini is the best car, it's super reliable and fun to drive, the service at Mini Mainline is top notch, and the sales and service reps make me feel like part of the Mini family. A+ all around! I actually ENJOY taking my car in! As a woman, the back of my countryman now reads COUNTRYWOMAN - Thanks Mini of the Mainline for individualizing my Mini to match my personality!

It was love the first time I walked into Mini of the Mainline. That was 10 years ago. I can't tell you how friendly, courteous, and unbelievably kind the salesmen, service techs, and bend-over-backward customer service, and service advisors are. It's like they have honey for blood. There is no other place I'd rather go than to my Mini of the Mainline dealership. They keep me coming back with their undeniable knowledge, expertise, and abundance of character.

The cars have always been fixed correctly the first time ,although there have only been a few isues with them over the years, We have been going to Mini of the Main Line since 2005 and couldn't be happier with the people and the service! Can't wait for the new one to arrive !!!

Recently, I purchased a pre-owned Mini Cooper from Mini of the MainLine. The process of matching the correct car to my interests and expectations was seamless. Jared was patient and thoughtful about each transaction. With the low mileage, the service experience has been absolutely flawless. Michelle, my service representative, has been kind and considerate whenever a need arises. Michelle explains with detail what needs to happen and how long it will take. On two different occasions, when my schedule was tight and I could not wait, Michelle made arrangements for a loaner automobile. When my children need to purchase cars, I will bring them to Mini of the MainLine first.

My daughter, son,and I, purchased our Minis from Mini In The Mainline and haven't looked back! Service is excellent. Need a loaner? Done. Not sure what's happening with your car? All repairs are discussed PRIOR to being done. I tend to be out front when it comes to my kids cars because they travel a lot.Service appointments are always a breeze to make. My daughter's battery died in the middle of a city street one evening. One phone call and a loaner was waiting for her when she and her towed car arrived! My son and daughter are coming to the end of their extended warranties; 100,000 max, and are already eyeing their next purchase!

I can't say enough positive things about Mini of the Main Line.As the proud owner of 3 mini's I can attest to the quality of this dealer. The customer service is beyond reproach, the facilities comfortable and user friendly. Truthfully, my mini hardly breaks down so the repair issue is not relevant but I would unreservedly recommend anyone to go there.

This is my 3rd MINI from here and couldn't be happier with sales and service. Just last week I had a problem with a check engine light. They took me in right away and got me going in no time. Even washed and vacuumed my car. Will continue to drive a Mini because of the service I receive at Mainline.

During a recent repair, a vital part of the exterior of my car was damaged. Instead of being honest and apologizing so that they could make it right, somewhere in the chain, someone chose to hide it. As a result, water has been slowly leaking into vital components of the body of my car. Water + Metal = Rust. Essentially, their negligence has depreciated the value of the car that I love. I will never be able to sell it or trade it in without disclosing this damage, if it even survives long enough to be sold. And the only course of retribution is to tell others, so they know not to go there and can avoid equally negligent customer service. Go elsewhere. You'll be doing yourself and your car a favor.

It was June 2004 I ordered my 2005 MINI Cooper S. Mark O'Neil was my salesperson, and he kept me informed every step of the build. When the car arrived in September, I went to the dealership to pick it up. I was not just given the keys, but was treated to a Royal Unveiling in the showroom! I was made to feel special, and not just a customer. Mark spent the better part of an hour going over every feature, introducing me to Eddie (Service Writer), Maher and Dan (Parts), and Seth Weaver (Technician). Throughout these past eleven plus years, I've relied on each of these gentlemen for professional advice and excellent service. Everyone that I've had contact with treated me as a member of the family, and exhibited a caring nature not normally found in an automobile dealership. I can honestly say that everyone I've met at MINI of the Mainline I consider to be a true friend. Their "Going above and beyond" work ethic has earned my respect, admiration and loyalty.

PURCHASED A MINI COOPER S FROM MICHAEL KAMINS ON Nov.6, 2015. HE WAS THE MOST HELPFUL SALESPERSON EVER FROM WHICH I PURCHASED A NEW CAR. HE WENT TOTALLY OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE DEAL. I GIVE HIM 5 STARS. WOULD GIVE HIM MORE IF POSSIBLE.I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND Michael and this dealer to a friend. We'd purchased a used Mini for my daughter, and I had some initial reservations...until I drove it. I'd always liked the Mini design and concept, but until then, I wasn't sure. A few months later, I walked into Mini of the Main Line and met Mike K. Great guy, with patient and empathetic selling style that made us feel that we were valued customers, and friends. I've told several others about Mike and the dealership. I've purchased many cars over my lifetime, and this was the easiest process I experienced. If you see a midnight blue Countryman All 4 zipping around Philadelphia, it's likely to me. Join the family!

I had recently purchased a 2012 MINI from another dealer and a service light came on. Set an appointment with Main Line and it was great. Ryan even helped me with pairing my phone on the Bluetooth. Nice waiting room, clean and had plenty of room to work ( I was on the clock) and I was in and out of there. Even got a car wash. This is what I want from a service experience.

We came in for service without an appointment, and was greeted quickly by an unknown female service writer. She said I have someone right now and will get back with you. Waiting for only 30 Seconds Ryan the Service Writer came in from lunch, acknowledged me instantly and asked how he could be of assistance. I told him I didn't have and appointment but would like an oil change. Special $69.95. When at other places I have paid well over $100. He quickly said sure and processed me immediately. My wife and I went to eat next door. When we came back we sat in the waiting room. Ryan made it a point to come find me to let me know the Oil change is done and they will begin washing it. When it was all done, he promptly came and got me walked me over to the cashier and explained everything that they had done, and reset my warning light and cleaned off my engine that had some oil on it. (was the reason i brought it Had oil cap loose oil went on engine so I had the oil changed). I couldn't ask for anything more. I was completely satisfied. This was my daughters car that she is driving back to Florida for College and I want to make sure her car is squared away and Ryan made me feel very comfortable. They will be the only place I take it. And for those reading this review Ryan did not pay me to say this. I am actually the proud father of a 21 Year old Pharmacy Student who owns a 2007 Mini Cooper with 88K miles. I believe reviews should be done for negative and for absolutely fantastic! And Fantastic was what I received from Ryan at Mini of the Main Line. Tell the Service manager and the GM that Ryan is a keeper.

My 2007 Mini Cooper Broke down after I was driving it pretty hard and had to be towed in. The same day I got a phone call explaining everything that was wrong with my car. All the work was performed in one day as well as replacing a few parts such as heat shields and other safety related items that were missing for free!!! Had my car back the next day running like new!!!! I wouldn't think about taking my Mini anywhere else for service.

I traded up from a Mini hardtop to a Paceman. I had no intention of looking at the Paceman, but Michael Kaminis convinced me to. Man, am I glad I did. Great car, bigger than the Mini hardtop but not as family-ish as the Countryman. Michael was great. Took his time and allowed me to come to my own decisions. His follow up is great, and I am really pleased. The rest of the organization is top-notch as well. Service, reception, everyone. Great dealer.

My rating is poor due to the following story. My saga started with a tapping in the motor of my 2009 Mini S which I purchased new from Mini of the Mainline. Upon my first visit I was told that the car was 1 quart low on oil and mini motor use oil on a regular basis. The service department added the oil and sent me on my way. So far so good? I was not convinced that low oil was the issue. Within the next month to 2 month the motor sounded like a diesel so I called and went in and spoke to a different service advisor. He was nice enough to come outside and heard it for himself. He told me they needed to hold the car and do a thorough investigation as to what is causing the issue. I was given a loaner and sent on my way. After a couple of days I picked up the car and was told I had a stretched timing chain caused by a piston driven chain tensioner and they had replaced the chain and the tensioner. So far so good... NOT!. I drove the car home and when I put the air-conditioning on it vibrated so bad I could not talk to the passenger at times. I called the dealer again. I was told to bring it in again. The next day I was informed that the tensioner was defective and had to be replaced, second time... I agreed and got the car back in a couple of days. No charge so far. BTW, the tapping never stopped and the once quiet motor was never as quiet again. I also got a mysterious 5 miles away from the dealer. I'm not saying anyone purposely caused it, but coincidence? I ended up having to buy a tire.A few months later I was driving on the PA turnpike and the car just lost power and went into a limp mode. I called the dealer once again and brought it in. Again the car had to stay the night. BTW the car was 3 years old at this time. I was called the next day and told that a spark coil went bad and a bulb in the backup light broke and fused to the socket making it unusable and had to be replaced. I thought I should not be charged for the coil and was told that if I pay for the coil, the socket would be free. Oh, okay lets make a deal... I agreed and paid for the coil. all done? NOT! Soon after I smelled antifreeze, but thought it was just road smell until a passenger smelled it. I started paying attention to the level of antifreeze. After a week the antifreeze reserve tank was empty. Since it was during the heat wave, I added antifreeze and kept an eye on it. A week later coming off the PA turnpike and the yellow thermometer light came on. Now I'm worried. Limped to my house and checked to find the reserve empty again. I waited until morning not wanting to put cold antifreeze into an over heated car. The next morning I added the antifreeze and went right to Mini of the mainline again. I asked the advisor to talk to me outside the service area so as not to be upset in front of customers. I informed him that it seems funny that in a 4 month expanse of time I'm having such issues since the timing chain problem. He talked over me and argued that he worked at many dealers and he knew what he was talking about and that was the reason for warranties. I did not expect this type of treatment from a person that I praised for finding the timing chain issue. I told him he was a company man and had to look out for both the company and the consumer. I was then accused of personally attacking him. An obvious chip on his shoulder. I went directly to the service manager because I did not deserve this type of treatment considering all the issues with getting the car fixed correctly. The service manager called me into the garage to talk to his shop foreman. I was told that the water pump was leaking and had to be replaced and that this was an ongoing issue. I was told that I would have to pay for this and disputed that. I told the service manager that there was no way I should pay for a defect. He told me that he would try to get it approved so I would not have to pay. This was on a Thursday. Again I was told to leave the car over night which turned into 4 days. Please let me make it know that I loved my mini and had no plans on trading it at this time. I called Friday received no answer with a status until Saturday morning. Finally, Tuesday I got a call to pick up the car. I was not charged. I got in the car and started it up and still there was a small tapping. After speaking with several other mechanics, I was told that this car will always cause issues and to trade it in while I can. I followed their advice and traded it in for a Nissan Altima. I still love Mini and am sorry I purchased it from Mini of the Mainline. Please do not interpret this as a dis to mini. The car is a well made and the reflection of the dealership should not be compared to the otherwise reliability of the Mini Motor Corporation.

I have had a bad experience with this dealership from the beginning when I bought my 2010 Clubman new. As soon as I got it home, I noticed a rattle. It took them MONTHS to figure out what was wrong and fix it. Then, I immediately had another problem, which I'm sure was caused my damage that they did when they were trying to fix the rattle as the warning light came on as soon as I got it home from that repair, but they would not take responsibility for it and blamed me and of course, it was not covered under the warrantee. Then things started wearing quickly, like the tires, brakes...I was surprised that a 2 year old car needed new brakes and tires, then most recently the battery died. They keep telling me this is "normal" wear, but if it is, the quality of the this car is just not what it should be. Most recently when the battery died, I called Roadside assistance, who left me stranded in a parking lot for almost 5 hours, in 95 degree heat. They kept telling me they were "on their way," even saying they were there and looking at me at one point, which was obviously not true. I complained to MINI corporate about this experience, and about my car in general. They initially said they would like to make things right with me, so I asked them to buy this car back from me. After almost 2 weeks, they let me know that they refused to buy the car back, under any conditions! That tells me they must think something is wrong with the car!!!! They refused to help me in any way, saying only that they would register my complaint internally. When I asked to speak to the manager who made the decision, again they refused saying that I COULD NOT speak to him!! I also sent a complaint via email survey to the dealership, who NEVER responded to me! And by the way, on the dealership website where the "customer reviews" are listed, they must edit out the negative reviews as my review does not appear on the website. I'm getting rid of my Clubman, and will NEVER recommend a MINI to anyone, and would not recommend this dealership for anything. I think the car has great style, but the quality of workmanship is cheap and the car is unreliable. BUYER BEWARE!!

After looking at a 2003 BMW 325i this dealer had in stock, I was very interested in purchasing the vehicle. I scheduled an appointment to take a look at the car, and take it for a test drive but boy was that a waste of time. The description of the vehicle made it sound like the car was in excellent condition, and judging from the pictures and the car fax, it sounded like it would be as well. Unfortunately, when the dealer and I walked to the car, she informed me that it needed rear springs, and control arms - for a BMW, this could be $1000-1500 after parts and labor. Additionally, I was told that it was a 1 owner car, which it isn't - I read the carfax beforehand, and it stated that there were 3 owners. I was not happy at all, and then they tried to upsell me to a newer vehicle. Moral of the story, be careful and do more research before hand. This dealer does not disclose everything until they get you to the showroom, and even then, they still lie.

Michele Jordan and Ben Bedford were very nice and knowledgeable people to work with in my search for a new MINI. Ben gave me an hour-long tutorial on my car which really helped with my user experience of my new Cooper S. Michele was very patient with me during test driving and answered all of my questions. I would like to see the same high level of customer service from other dealerships.

Today I had another beyond-great service experience with MINI of the Main Line. All I can say is that they went far above and beyond expectations again. Ed and especially Dan went the extra mile, and by doing so they helped me avoid a frustrating and costly situation. They were very easy to deal with. I most appreciate that they handled things in a way that will enable me to enjoy one of my few days off... it was a day that I had been resigned to spending on dealing with car trouble, but because they were so accomodating, I can now spend the day doing something more rewarding! Thanks so much. PS. I am including Mark the motoring advisor here because he is the guy who sold me the Cooper a decade ago, and I find it amazing that if I go to the dealership once a year or so, he can still remember me! PPS. I would include Han from the service dept. as well, he is another great guy who has been very helpful.

My father and I brought my current 2007 Mini Cooper Convertible in for service. During this time, we made an arrangement to test drive the Mini Cooper Countryman. Our salesperson, Ibrahim, was fantastic. I had already built my own Countryman online, but he asked for us to build it together and talk about why I wanted almost every feature available (my father wanted me to cut back a little on the price). We did just that and ended up building a Countryman that fits my lifestyle. We signed the deal and were VERY happy with our new salesman! My Countryman is not being built for me and I am to expect it in the next two months. I am so anxious for its' arrival and to spend a few hours with Ibrahim learning all about the MINI Connect and Navigation system!

At a first glance, the dealership is clean and sharp looking without over the top narcissistic and disconnected typical New car dealerships. After entering the showroom, we were greeted by Mark Oneill, absolutely no pressure or coaxing of any kind. He is down to earth, very knowledgeable, none abrasive. He let us figure out what my wife wanted and did not press us in any direction. We came in to buy a used car but quickly learned buying a new one was best for us, but we came to the decisions on our own with Mark only answering questions, not provoking questions. The dealership is kid friendly and just a very fun place to be, very comfortable. My wife ended up with the only car she wants and the way she wanted it. The car itself is amazing. I have always bought American engineered cars and I can build, rebuild, any car at my shop. I was reluctant to agree with my wife to buy the Mini cooper, but after Mark presented it to us and I understood all it offer for the relative small amount of money it cost, I WAS SOLD. Its a very fun, well designed, common sense engineering manufacturer. I am still an American car guy, but the whole experience at the dealership and knowledge transferred to us has made me a BIG fan of the MIMI and this dealership. We saw the Mini at other dealerships but they didnt leave me with a good feeling or deal. We got a great deal and a great car at Mini of Mainline.

We talked to several dealers in the area and by far Mainline was the best. The other dealers we talked to were not willing to negotiate on the price. We save almost $1250 on the Mini we bought. I would highly reccomend the dealer and our salesman John.

Mini Main line is a good Mini dealer. Their good customer service is definitely notable once you walk into the dealer. As far as the parts department, thanks for lending an ear and for giving advise. Kudos to Mini main line for having an awesome staff.

I've had many encounters with the service and parts department of Mini on the Mainline. The environment of the shop is always very welcoming and helpful. Everyone seems to have a passion for cars and especially Mini's. The service department never ceases to amaze me whenever i go in. Ed and Jeff are always so friendly and relaxed, but complete everything in a timely fashion. They are very knowledgable and i never feel like they are pushing me out the door. Maher and Dan in the parts department take their time with me every visit and get me whatever i need. They usually top off their great service with a pack of gum that is the same model mini that i have (JCW). I would suggest this dealership to anyone who is interested in, or has a mini. Great place filled with great people.

I have noticed a marked improvement in service at MML since I started having my 2003 serviced after I bought it. They have goine out of their way to help me with some extensive (did I say expensive) service that I needed at the 65M marker. I must say that I am happy I spent the money because with new suspension bushings and brakes along with an errant brake vacuum assist my 2003 is better than new. Really! they gave me a new MINI as a loaner... and it's better than the 2010. I didn't realize how much I needed the work done.

We went Mini of the Main Line to buy a Mini. We called to confirm they had the car and they made an apointment for us to come down. We drove over an hour through traffic and arrived an half an hour early for our appoinment. On our way there they had called to confirm the appoinment and told us the car would be up front and washed for us ,but when we arrived we were told the car was sold and delivered. That wasn't the worst part. We were told these things happen and in a confrontational and rude way that "it was too bad". It was then we realized we were lied to just to get us to come down there. These tactics would be expected at a "buy here pay here" used car lot by the airport.Of the 60+ cars I have bought over the years I can not remember being dealt with by such a rude and unprofessional staff as Mini of the Main Line. We got our car at another dealership.

I have been bringing my mini to this place since day one! I remember this place actually being about motoring and not so much about making a buck. I brought my mini in last month for a "courtesy check". I was told at that time that i needed front and rear brakes and rotars. I turned down the work at that time. I took my vehicle to a well-respected shop in the main line area and was told that my brakes were still in good shape. I have attempted several times now to contact the, for lack of a better term, service manager and each time i was dished into the answering machine....... If i wanted this treatment i would have bought daewoo.

Across the board, MINI of the Main Line is a top notch dealership with dedicated, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'd specifically like to thank Mark O'Neill for "going the extra mile" to match me with the perfect MINI. He is a MINI veteran and his experience in the trade and with MINI cars shows through in his ability to help you find what you want in a car. He knows that when it comes to a MINI, you are looking for more that 4 wheels, you are looking to start a long term relationship with your car and thus your dealer too. I came to Mark with a complicated situation and he did more than I would have expected to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I have to say that if the scores were out of 10, Mark's score would go "all the way to 11".

I purchased my MINI MCS from MINI of the Main Line in 2003, and they have provided steadfast service ever since. Mark O'Neill was our Motoring Advisor, and he was a great font of information for my wife and me as we decided to purchase our MINI. He made our experience a fun one! Ed and Jeff run a great service department and are awesome to work with. And Frank is a great presence in the dealership who knows customers by name and is always thinking about the customer and the MINI Community.

My experience buying a Mini was unlike any other car deal I've made. It was relaxed and fun without the high pressure sales approach. How many times has a person who sold you a car become your friend? Mark helped me for years after the sale by driving my car into the dealership for service appointments. I have recommended Mark to others on more than one occasion. One friend has bought a Mini from him and is just as happy about it as me.

I haven't received my new MINI Countryman yet but am really impressed with this dealership already. I built a new car with Ben then had the occasion to call the agency and Ben was busy so I spoke with Frank. Before I knew it I was ordering another automobile because I HAD MADE A MISTAKE in what I ordered the first time. They wanted to be sure that I was totally happy with my Countryman. I can't tell how impressed I was with this! I am waiting for my MINI to come in but had the occasion to stop by the agency yesterday to drop something off. I saw the first Countryman I had ordered and it is really sharp. Ben got the key so that I could see and sit in the auto. I'm on crutches right now so that was a really big deal to me. He made sure that I was happy with everything that I saw and he took the time to explain some of the features that I had questions about. I can't wait to take my baby home once it leaves Graz, Austria and arrives in the USA. I am following its progress through the Owner's Lounge which is really another really sharp feature of MINI.

I wish you had higher numbers to rate because a 5 just simply doesn't express how fantastic our experience with Mark O'Neil and Mini of the main Line was. We were recommended by three separate people to talk to three different people at this one dealership. Mark is the one we bumped into first and from the start, it was a great car-buying experience. No pressure, no BS. I was given a great price on an extremely low mileage Mini in great condition. Also received a very fair trade. Financing approval came in several points below what my own bank (that I have been with for 30 years) approved me for. Did not expect to drive off the lot with a 2007 with 15K miles for $16K that day but thanks to Mark, that's just what happened. My wife and I have been telling everyone who will listen how fantastic Mini of the Main Line was. I've been interested in Minis for several years but couldn't find one I liked. Thanks for allowing me to drive off with a great little car.Sincerely,Ken Lewko

I have bought about 25 cars in my adult life and this is the BEST dealership experience I have ever had( and no I am not related to these salespeople) We were dead set against going to dealership to look at Minis thinking that they would be more expensive etc... but we were referred by three different and diverse sets of people to the three people we listed in the above box( Mark-Seth and Ebraham ) Seth( Service) was referred to us by a friend who is a BMW mechanic and Seth spent a very long time the evening before we were set to go look at cars at a non Mini dealership- and he was VERY thorough and helpful NEVER forcing the issue of using his dealership- but rather extolling the virtues of the Mini) When we arrived at the dealership( I thought-what the heck- all signs seem to be pointing to this place-let's give it a shot first)we were greeted warmly -I asked for Ebraham and was told he was not in til 1pm- but told that Mark was available- As soon as I told him that we were looking for a used mini and referred by one of his customers( a customer of mine as well) He knew right away-her name and her history with his dealership-) WOW! Mark spent a great deal of time working with us(ALL DAY) finding the right fit within our limited budget- he listenend carefully to our likes and dislikes and steered us in the direction of several cars. The he stepped back and gave us time to wrangle through the decision of which to pursue. In the meantime Ebraham arrived and we introduced ourselves and told him the connection- he again was very enthusiastic and never seemed put out that Mark (caught the sale) but rather pleased we were at the dealership and happy we were working with Mark several service employees overheard our conversation and chimed in about the person that referred us-they ALL knew her- which soo surprised me-and made me glad to be there- ANYWAY in case you can't tell LOVE the car LOVE the dealership and am more than happy to tell anyone about the FABULOUS experience we had START to FINISH!

when i first walked into mini on the main line i was deciding between two vehicles. i looked around the lot, ibraham introduced himself,he was very i mean very polite. i sat down at his desk, "built" my own mini. he was always giving me good suggestions since he had a mini of his own. when i went to pick up my mini, he didn't just hand me the keys and say thank you. he spent over an hour explaining the computer system to me, he went way above and beyond to please me. on the whole my expierence was a good one. i would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Just picked up my fourth MINI purchased through MINI of the Main Line since 2002. Mark O'Neill has been my Motoring Advisor since the dealership opened. All my previous cars have been serviced at the dealership. It's great to work with people who are MINI owners/lovers as well. The dealership is not the closest one to my home - but I will continue to drive the extra few miles to patronize them!
