I had an intermittent "check engine" warning light which i was told is due to intake manifold fault. The part was on recall and so the work and the new part was going to be covered. In the process of changing the intake manifold, more serious issues occurred, which repair I was not able to afford. Michael O'Brian, the service advisor, and the technician who was working on my car went out of their ways to fix the issue and returned me the car in safe and working condition. They invested many hours of work which went unnoticed for me as I was driving a loaner of the same make. A big thank you to Michael and the tech for taking a good care of my car.

We came to this dealership to look at a used VW Jetta we saw online. We met with Shirley Perry who was a pleasure to work with. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership, it's not a huge place, but they do have LOTS of cars if you are on the market for a CPO. Nice people, and I'm very happy with my new car!:)

I arrived 10 minutes early (for 7:30a appointment) and was greeted by a friendly VW rep who, after asking me a few questions (it was my first visit to this service center), escorted me to the nice waiting area. It was only a few minutes before the service consultant, Brent LaCapria, introduced himself, finalized the paperwork and told me to expect the service to take about an hour. It was 40 minutes later when Brent came out to tell me I was all set, brought the paperwork to me to sign and I was on my way. When I got in my new freshly washed car, I was especially surprised to find that the floor mats had also been nicely cleaned (they were a mess from the long winter)! From arrival to departure, a very pleasant and professional experience.

Completely pleasant service experience and not a negative one (which I have had at Commonwealth VW - long story). I wasn't surprised since the purchasing experience was great. Very courteous staff and comfortable waiting area complete with coffee and baskets of assorted snacks. Just there for a software update recall, but they washed and vacuumed my car - which NO other dealer has ever done. So happy that I discovered this dealership!

We were treated very well although the buying process took a little longer than it probably normally does. This no doubt was mostly due to the atypical nature of the transaction wherein there were three parties involved. My wife and I are thrilled with the car so far and I am presently led to believe we made a wise choice in choosing this Jetta TSI. It is fun to drive, it looks nice and has a stable well engineered feel to it going down the road. I have no complaints so far. Our sales agent, Mark treated us very nice and Minuteman VW can feel proud to have him on their staff as he is a credit to your dealership. Thanks for providing us with this very nice car.

Derek and Forrest were very helpful in in assisting me with the reprogramming of my Passat which was needed due to a ruptured heater core which destroyed the Instrument cluster and required a new cluster. They were very responsive and kept me notified of the progress of the job as well as what was required to complete it. The repair was completed in a timely manner and I was charged reasonably for the work performed.

I do have a small issue....when I purchased my car they always tell you that everytime your car is serviced it will be washed and cleaned and it was not. Also my clock was not reset to the proper time. These are both small things and I am a return customer already but those things should have been completed.Thank youCathy

I had been having battery troubles, I showed up at minute man at noon without an appt was welcome with open arms had no problems getting a ride back to work then picked up after all the work was done. The customer service at Minuteman Volkswagen is superior on just about every level, from initial call in to the door to door drop-off service. I like that my car gets cleaned, I like staff especially with their friendly manner, the pricing and estimates are always fair and accurate (no late surprises...). I even love the free popcorn!! The only critical comment I have is about the facilities itself. For a modern dealership, the gallery is far too small and the waiting areas are sub-par. Perhaps time to invest an architectural upgrade?

I visited 3 dealers looking for a 2015 VW Golf. While all were friendly, I got the best deal at Minuteman. Timmy Pullo was a pleasure to deal with while eager (and successful) in getting my business, he was not pushy and didnt waste any of my time. No pressure to upgrade or buy options I didnt want. He promptly returned emails and made the pickup of the car efficient and quick. It was the most pleasant car buying experience that I have had (about 10 cars lifetime). I had an oil change performed on my Passat this past Saturday and my service associate was Derek Liberty. We called in the late morning for an appointment, and Derek gave us an accurate estimate of a time to come for an oil change when the chaotic Saturday rush was over. I arrived and he took my car into the bay immediately. He also made accommodations when the coupon I thought was applicable was not. My time is an extremely precious commodity-- I don't have much of it. Derek didn't know I was pressed for time to return home, and regardless had me back on the road in about 45 minutes. They are fortunate to have such an outstanding service representative on staff. His assistance far exceeded my expectations, at a very competitive and fair price. I will continue to both service my vehicle and recommend Minuteman to others in the future.

I was late to my appt but they still had time for me. I asked for some additional services and there was no problem. One thing I did have a problem with was I booked my appt on line for Sunday 8/31 and when I got there the place was closed even though I received a confirmation number for the Sunday appt. When I called asking about the problem they told me they were in between scheduling coordinators. That stunk because I drove over on Sunday for a 9:15 appt. that online program should be looked at.

My Jetta was misfiring, and the Check Engine light came on. From the moment I called Minuteman Volkswagon, the service team was knowledgable and friendly. At each step (diagnosis, solution, update, and completion) they were informative and educational. The service turnaround time was faster than I expected. The car is running really well right now, I like the Jetta a lot. It's a small sedan with guts. My previous car was a Saab 9-3 Wagon. The Jetta is much easier to drive.

I would recommend the service department because the quality of work and customer service is worth a five star rating. The waiting room has a TV, free wifi with coffee and tea. The service staff keeps you informed of the progress of the repairs on your car and provides details of what needs to be done. The technician video's the work he is going to do and email's it to you.

I scheduled an appointment that day for an oil and filter change. They were able to do it within an hour and let me use the coupon I had. Minuteman service is excellent a majority of the time. Most often there is a friendly attendant to meet you and check you in when you drive up. Recently I sat there unnoticed for a few moments before I just got out and left the key. (An attendant met me inside). The service reps inside verify the work you need done and are considerate of your time being sure to check if you need a ride. The cost of repairs is what you would expect for a German car - more than that of a chevy - and not unreasonable. I have been bringing my 05 passat there for service since I purchased it there and am pleased. Saturday service hours are appreciated.

I really can recommend the service at this dealership. The pricing is certainly what you can expect from a dealer, but it is still in a reasonable competitive range. People are very friendly, know your car if you are a regular, and keep you informed by the minute about all issues they find before they start the fix. The only average I gave is for the facilities. They have all the amenities (TV, Wifi , coffee/tea/vending machiens/massage chair) and are clean, but they are very, very basic. Wish they would update those, but I guess this means a new building. But maybe their newspaper and magazine selection could be beef a bit.

I visited Minuteman to test drive a used car (it wasn't a VW), and left with a brand new New Beetle. My old New Beetle was still running well (thanks to the great service at Minuteman), but the new New Beetle was just too fun to pass up. The sales rep (John Arruda) was terrific. He sold me a car he knew I wanted to buy. -- A big factor in choosing another VW was the Minuteman service. They have always (for 13 years servicing my last two cars) been terrific in every way (staff, quality of work done, waiting area with WiFi).

Great experience once again. Service management in the person of Derek Liberty was wonderful in helping solve a difficult problem in each of my 2 VWs (ABS warning light; tire pressure warning light). One was cured by replacing the brake light switch at minimal cost, the other by adjusting the computer at no cost.

Brought Jetta in to have winter tires swapped out for summer tires. 4 tires were mounted and balanced, including replacement of valve stems. One tire had a slight rip in the bead; tire was was mounted, and bead sealed and tested...no extra charge for this service. Finally a multi-point inspection was performed with recommendations for future replacement of worn tires, and....car was washed and vacuumed. Great service, quickly performed.

You might consider a change in your piped in "jump" music. Hopefully it helps sell cars but blurs one's power of concentration... just an isolated thought. We've been buying and servicing our VW's at Minuteman for years, and it's great to be able to say, they just keep getting better and better to work with! Scheduling was a phone call, after-hours drop-off, a couple of phone calls to make sure we were on the same page - Chris was just a nice person to work with. They took care of my maintenance and inspection - and they even had the car washed and ready earlier than scheduled at my request. Great work, fair price and a decent place to wait while having coffee - can't beat that!

I needed to have a duplicate key obtained and programmed for my 2004 Passat. The key works as expected. The process took a bit longer than I had been told it would. However, I was very pleased to find that simply for having a key made, your service people washed and vacuumed my car.

I know it sounds schmaltzy, but how often do you go to a dealership and they treat you like you are in the way and you are taking way too much of their time? Not at this place! The staff here were friendly and courteous. Derek was patient and took the time to explain the repairs that needed to be done. He also mentioned a few things that may need to be addressed in the future (I have an older model vw). I was treated with friendliness and courtesy. The place was immaculate. My car was "delivered" to the pick up area all clean and shiny, repaired and ready to go. I'll definitely be back :)
