Super friendly staff who genuinely help you out, and give their honest opinion. I was helped by Andy and Steve, and was very pleased with my purchase today on a 2018 Hyundai Elantra that might as well been a brand new car! Car was clean and in excellent condition! I felt comfortable coming here! Highly recommend!

Jimmy and Stephan are fantastic. Jimmy went above and beyond to get me my car from another dealership and get it ready to leave the lot on shorter notice than typical. Stephan was super nice and went over all the financing and packages in detail. Would definitely recommend working with these two!

I bought 2019 Santa Fe from the dealer. My experience had been good. A few feedbacks. I felt sometimes there is a shortage of the Staff(sales), you feel like waiting for your turns. I had an incident where I need to inform them that on their website, I have better deals and requested them to apply on my deal too. So keep an eye on the offers in their website while dealing with them. The Sales Staff and Finance person were very courteous and helpful through the entire buying process. I recommend them. I am reducing the rating by 1 star. I wanted get an accessory installed. The whole experience was horrible. I had to deal with parts and body shop and service separately. I also wanted to get my 15K service performed same day and I have requested for help with that, it did not happen. I have reached out to the Service Manager, it was not helpful. I felt they are making fun of my request. This is a bad experience. There is no standard process followed on how to entertain such request for installing an accessory and get the services done at the same time. The staffs from customer service who spoke to me was horrible. They are not customer friendly and they are not polite. This experience was entirely different from my prior service as well as purchase experience.

Review regarding the Hyundai Service Center: 4 weeks of holding my car, having it looked at by technicians, and charging me a triage fee of $150, they asked for another $150 to keep looking for a problem. They never reproduced the issues I was having or got a fix. I took it to Car Zone in Sommerville and he found my problem and fixed it in a single day, and I've had no issues since. More than 1 star, because it was easy to get in touch with them and arrange a drop-off and pick up.
