The dealership definitely drove a hard bargain. After about a week of going back and forth, I walked away with a new Tahoe at really good price!! Sometimes patience and persistance pays off. I took my 2005 corvette into service to repair a roof panel deficiency and it took almost two weeks to complete. It was not the Mission Chevrolet Service Staff, if fact, they were outstanding. Mr Stephan Telemantes, Service Director was outstanding simply because he refused the initial work completed by Bravo Cadillac Body Shop on the roof panel, he truly understands the importance of people's vehicles and it shows through his quality assurance. Ms. Claudia Parga, Service advisor was on her game. she constantly kept me informed of the progress of my car and I truly appreciate that level of service. Hats off to the Mission Chevrolet team, not so much for the Bravo Cadillac team.

Great service with a personal touch. Matthew Bowman is a very knowledgeable, approachable, and courteous service advisor who went the 'extra mile' in accommodating my needs. The service department damaged something with the oil, and oil leaked overnight, but after taking it in and after speaking to a supervisor, my car was fixed the same day at no additional charge. I am not happy that this happened because I had to leave work early to deal with this, but I'm thankful that the problem was taken care of.

Salesmen were excellent! Knew product very well and how to close the deal. On the other hand, your service department did very poorly. Took in the vehicle two days later for a car wash and found dirt and trash under the driver seat plus they stole my wife's handicap placard from the passenger seat which I left there. In essences I give that department a very poor rating. I went in today to pick up the car license plates and salesman didn't come out to greet us even after the receptionist told him we were there waiting for him. I will not recommend Mission Chervolet to anyone.

We had an appointment with one salesman but he was with another customer at the time he arrived. He got us another salesman who did an awesome job in helping me and my husband. We explained our situation and he jumped to helping us and we drove off the lot with a brand new truck. My experiencia was great. "Coach" didn't attempt to sell me something I didn't need or upsell me something I couldn't afford. He worked with my budget and got me into a car I love. I bought my car on June 18th . From the start the on star did not work. They ordered the part. I went on Aug 31st to have the part installed. I was given a loner. 4 hours later I received a call that it was ready. When I got there, they told me the on star part had arrived defective and took my car home. Now I have to wait until 3 weeks for the part to arrive. They did repair the driver handle that was loose. Unfortunately, I'm not able to use my Bluetooth either.

Mission Chevrolet, as a dealership, was fantastic! Oscar Vielma, our sales agent, was very helpful and friendly, as was Eddie de la Canal, the finance rep. The sales manager was great to work with too. And last, but not least, Adrian Maese the customer service manager was outstanding as well. Adrian even remembered us from when we bought an Equinox here about 5 years ago. The purchase process with Mission has never been a hassle at all (time consuming with all the paperwork and finagling with the finance company but that is expected). I will shop here again and recommend Mission to all of my friends and family. The ONLY issue I have is with General Motors quality control. A day after I bought my 2015 Camaro, the ignition key would not come out. I had to take in my 1 day old car in for service. I do not expect these types of issues with new cars, especially a model that is not new and has had the bugs worked out. That would be the only thing that would keep me from buying here again. As reference, I have a 2010 Toyota Tundra, from day 1 I have never had a single issue with it. If the General would give me that type of quality and reliability, I would by all of my cars/trucks here. But, I have to say, when I called Oscar and Adrian about the issue, they were great. They kept in touch and kept me informed of the progress of the diagnosis and fix. Gene Torres, the service agent, was great too! He kept me informed as well on the progress and made sure to have my car back to me that same day. I will bring in my car for service here too because of that level of service. A big thank you to Oscar, Eddie, Adrian, and Gene!

- Been there for a Oil change, a recall and a replace of a button who is peeling.* I did not receive the service ticket/order number.* I knew the fix will take just a pair of hours, the guy told me most of day, so I take the charter, my plan was to wait for it and walk around the stores, I was right about two hours later I received the call, the car is ready.* My car is 2014 so is all covered, wished the guy told me there is no charge for your oil change, the recall is covered, like also the button, to be not worry about surprises.* Did receive a call to pick me car, I did, few hours later receive another call to pick my car now from the guy, I told him I already have it.* Days later receive a call from the guy I leave no message about the issue, just his name and phone, I call back he not take my call, So I wonder Is the pending part (Button) ready to install?, why he call?, So I guess I need to call, wish he insist and try to reach me.* The new charter guy is a polite guy, nice ride home; wish Chevy not text him, so he not get distracted, like he did.* The services guys, all, looks boring, need to show energy/motivation/customer service oriented.* I will recommend Chevy service only If I speak with my relative or friend first, about issues like don't forget to ask for the service ticket number, ask if the oil or warranty service is covered, how long will take the service so you know if you wait or take the charter, the service guy will not give your car when done you will need to ask to a clerk if everything is done, like is the recall done?, is the oil change done?, Is the peeling part done?, when is the part ready to install?, will receive a call?.** Thanks for the donuts, the coffee, the WiFi, the water bottles, missed the newspaper.

my husband bought his Silverado truck from this dealership so he we went back there. Our Saturn was totaled and I was very sorry to see it go, but the Equinox is a very nice car. The salesperson Matthew was very nice, no pressure, we took our time. Our insurance company (USAA) handled all the details so all we had to do was sign. The finance manager( Austin Slaughter) who also handled the truck sale so it was a homecoming! All of the employees at the dealership were very pleasant. I did especially like the customer service rep (of course I can't remember his name) he got in the car with me and showed me every button and what it was for. I really appreciated this. As you can see by reading this you will know that my car was in the accident so the Equinox is my car! Thanks for all the help from the Mission Chevrolet crew!!!

Everyone at dealership went out of their way to make our vehicle purchase as easy and stress-free as possible. There were some problems with detailing of SUV but was taken care of quickly through a body shop. Overall appearance of the vehicle was excellent when we drove it off the lot. Instructions on how to work new technology inside the vehicle were clear, concise, and understood. Wanted to keep our service relationship with vehicle with Mission as we have always had excellent courtesy and professionalism with their representatives, especially with Cuas Ferrer, here in El Paso, Tx.

My experience was great however, the financial department needs work. Hector was not very good at explaining the extended warranty program and seemed to dismiss me. Understanding the extended warranty is extremely important and he just did not really care to break down the additional services that were offered. I probably would of purchases more had he taken the time to fully explain.

I was at Mission Chevrolet recently for an ignition-recall replacement. I was really impressed with the gentleman who attended my request. He was really friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and furthermore; very considerate. I was offered to take a shuttle home, but I explained that I had no means for coming back to pick up my car. he really tried hard to have my car ready in about two hours!! instead of 6 hours or a full day!!! Unfortunately, I do not remember this gentleman's name, but he is in charged of the recall ignitions, But He really is a true polite, and professional gentleman!! Kudos my friend!! :-)

We have always been happy with service at your dealership. I did have one complaint on this last visit, our car was scratched on the rear door. Dont want to make a big deal out of it but after the carwash, eight inch scratch on rear door. We know the scratch was not there before the carwash and we assumed it was caused by a belt-buckle. It was up-high like if someone had stepped on to the rear bumper and sharp edge for belt buckle come into contact with paint. The scratch was so fresh that the clear coat strip was still hanging on to the paint. Like I said, didnt want to make a big deal cause accidents do happen, but in my opinion, belt-buckles should be covered to avoid such accidents from accruing.

My salesman was fluent in both English and Spanish. I was treated respectfully and my salesman acted with integrity. I am really amazed at how great the employees are to the customer. My service provider was Jacob and he made sure I knew everything the service included. When I first signed for my car I was told I get four free oil changes. To my surprise, Jacob advised me I was getting two more free ones on top of my four. That gesture made my day. On top of that, my sales rep Oscar Delgado owed me a spin the wheel type of deal, he was very busy so he asked me if I wanted a full tank instead. I said ofcourse! I only had less than a quarter left. So I drove off with the best oil change service I had and with a full tank. Everyone in all the departments are very nice and approachable. Definitely the best dealership I have been in, and believe me I have had my share of dealership dealing.

Mr Tracy Jameson was fantastic, professional and very attentive to our new vehicle purchase. We felt very comfortable with the sales approach and the test drive of the 2015 Chevrolet Trax. Mr. Hector Duran made the paperwork process very simple, quick and understandable as we had no issues in getting the vehicle in a timely manner. Blane was fantastic during this whole process. He walked me through the cars I was interested in, listened to what I was looking for, and then talked me through what each of my choices had to match. He was quick to get me test driving my 2 final choices and made sure I had all my questions answered. The paperwork was completed quickly with an easy to see layout of cost and then we were quickly in to finance. Felix was great, very personable and explained all the paperwork simply. Michael walked me through the manuals and then each piece in the car. In total we were in and out in just over 2 hours - a fantastic amount of time which impressed myself and my father. We were both thrilled at the service and will both be back at Mission when either of us needs a new vehicle.

The only thing I kind of didn't like is that the courtesy shuttle doesn't pick up customers at their homes or place of employment. I was told this by the service advisor. I understand that the dealership is busy, but I could see my Tahoe sitting in the parking area and not until I went to see if I could pay for the service did they move to take it through the courtesy wash. Another 15 minutes later I had to ask again as I saw it parked in the same area. I was a little surprised at the lack of urgency, I have always taken my vehicle to your dealership for service and have never encountered anything like this before. Thank you!!

I love the fact that the dealership had teams. So if one of the salesman is busy the other takes over. Two quick comments:1. Mission Chevrolet contacted me for a courtesy oil change and at the pick up time, the Clerk charge me $39.95. After I explained to her that it was a free service she gave me the keys.2. They did wash my car but it was still dirty, had black grease stains on the back door.The guys that received me and took care of my car were attentive and courteous.I had forgotten my first appointment and they rescheduled me for the following week without any problem. They also gave me a water bottle which was nice on that hot day. Overall it was a good experience.

Although we are completely satisfied with our deal I see that we were not treated as well as other customers. Some things were forgotten and we did not get the full service we were promised. Just for future reference, the little things sometimes mean more than the actual sale.

Overall I am very satisfied with the service I received. However, there area couple of minor issues. The first one is that I mentioned to the Service representative that the front left wheel squeaks when breaking. They noted in the service report that they did not find any problems with the breaks, yet the Squeaking continues. Second, I did receive a courtesy car wash, which I appreciate, but the car was not rinsed properly leaving a film of soap on the car.

Oscar and other personnel at receiving were very helpful upon my arrival. They listened carefully to the symptoms I described that my car was demonstrating and they recommended I leave the car for full electronic diagnostic. Sylvia remembered me by name and actually brought out 3 vehicles to see which loaner would best accommodate my needs since I carry and use a walker. She offered me cool water and she acknowledged that I had my 5 year old grandson with me as she commended him on his safe behavior of walking close to Grandma to stay safe in the high traffic area--she even escorted us to the waiting room. While the electronic problem did not present itself again for inspection, I was reminded that if I had further problems I should bring the car back. During the 2 days they had my car, Sylvia accommodated my request to allow us an exchange of a loaner to "try out" the Camaro since my daughter will be shopping for a new vehicle this summer. Sylvia put up with us and was so compassionate, considerate and accommodating. My Grandson remembers her name every time we board the car and I love her.

Had my Aveo in for a timing belt. Had an appointment and they called two days later telling me I needed a tensioner. I trusted them and said yes and they called two days later with other items that they wanted to replace. I said NO. They said they would be done in a day or two and they once called again telling me I needed a serpentine belt and tensioner. I again said NO and they finally finished the car (9 Days after my appointment). Got the car back with a dead battery, nail in the tire and 9 days of dessert dirt. Yes, they did not even wash it and I had over $800 in the repair. I had the belt pulled at another shop and the belt is fine and looks practically new. My point........a good repair shop would have evaluated all of the needed repairs and not mislead me about the serpentine belt. Did they actually change the timing belt and tensioner? I now question it sense they mislead me on the other items.

Our salesman approached us in the parking lot and took very good care of us. He was attentive to our car shopping wants and did not push features/vehicles we did not want. He was honest about the factory rebates from the beginning and the price did not change from what he said it would be. I would purchase another vehicle from that sales person. This was the second Chevy dealership we visited that day.

Didn't even get a chance to stop my vehicle in the Service Receiving Bay and was greeted by a service rep. Asked me for the reason of the visit, paperwork was generated and my vehicle was taken to the Service Dept. for repairs. Oscar Romero kept me informed via phone calls for updated status on the repairs and when my truck would be ready. The service I was given was great . The downfall is the waiting period. It 2hrs to get my oil changed and tires rotated. That alone makes want to look else where for my service. I hate to do that , love taking it to the dealer but it takes to long, when other places do it in about 30min.

I scheduled both vechiles purchesed the 2013 Sonic and 2013 Equionox to get serviced, as oil change was already needed. I had been shopping around for oil change specials. Until I spoke with Mr. Victor Apodaca and he mentioned that we could received the first oil change free. He went ahead and scheduled both cars to be serviced, and i was very please with the pleasant customer serviced we received. My passenger seat was stuck in a "forward" position, thus not allowing me to have any passengers ride in my vehicle, therefore I dropped it off on Friday, Dec 6. I was explained the process of what would need to be done to my vehicle in order for it to work again, and told I would be contacted when it was ready to be picked up. I was going to be going out of town that weekend, and was told that my vehicle would be ready upon my return. Sure enough it was! I am 100% satisfied with Mission Chevrolet and the Service Department!!

We had our Malibu towed in after tire damage. Service took care of it. We had to buy 4 new tires. Mileage on the tires was 69,000 miles. Time for change! "Cuas" Ferrer took care of us. I had been doing research on purchasing a Camaro SS for the last couple of months. I had vowed to not shop at Mission after a bad experience years ago. However, after shopping around at other Chevy dealers, I decided to stop at Mission before making my purchase at another dealer. The sales associate, Eloy, was awesome from the get go. We were greeted politely and were treated very well throughout the entire sale. At the end, I purchased exactly what I was looking for. Only thing, which is probably my fault, was not noticing that the car had no Navigation and its just the MyLink system itself. I didn't notice until after the sale. I would've loved the navigation. After this experience, my view of Mission has completely changed. If I ever decide to buy another Chevy, this will be my first choice for a dealer.

I was quickly attended to and an area of chipped paint was quickly acknowledged; I was told it was under warranty and arrangements are made to fix this. My only issue is that I was told this oil change should take an hour and a half, but it took double this amount of time-- luckily I had someone pick me up so I was not too inconvenienced.

Bill Bissel as well as the rest of Mission's service department has never failed to give top notch service to every issue that has come up so far with my 2011 Equinox. Highly recommended!

We had visited another dealership just prior to our visit to Mission and frankly we felt like we needed a shower afterwards. Perfect model of how every dealership should be, haggled a little over pricing on my trade in (normal) but were able to come to an agreenment quick due to the willingless of everyone involved to get the deal done. Friendly staff, modern facilities, plenty of inventory to choose from, overall A 5 Star dealership!!

Great place to shop for your new truck. Arrived and was greeted by Mr. Apodaca and we told what we were looking for and he took us to what they had in stock. We picked out the truck we wanted and liked and within a few hours we were back home with our new truck. This is the reason we have returned back to Mission Chevrolet for our second truck within two years.

This was my second vehicle purchase from Mission Chevrolet and both experiences have been excellent. Armando Varela is a true asset to the Mission team. Jorge always has the best interest for the customer in mind. Felix did an great job in the finance department making you feel at home. Overally great customer service as always. My check engine light went on so I took my car in on a Saturday my Service Advisor Cuauthemoc Ferrer contacted me within 30mins to tell me what was wrong & best of all that the repairs would all be covered under my warranty he also let me know that while the repairs were being done I would be able to use a loaner vehicle. That mad my getting to work seamless. He would call me every evening to let me know the progress which I thought was very considerate, he made me feel like I was more then just a claim ticket. My car also needed some repairs that weren't covered under the warranty & a part needed to be ordered Cuas took care of everything & I was able to take my vehicle back in on a Saturday & have it back in within a few hours washed & all.

I was extremely surprised when I walked onto your lot and saw the incredible selection of vehicles. Next, I was pleasantly greeted by Sergio Acevedo who from the get go said he would do the impossible to get me on a new truck. He was able to do that and I got what I wanted a Texas Edition Extended Cab truck. The whole experience was painless and easy. After all was done and the only thing left to do.was sign, I was taken care of by Felix Dominguez. Mr. Dominguez, as Mr. Acevedo, was very polite and knowledgeable. At the time of delivery I was taken care of by Adrian who has made using all the awesome features in my truck extremely easy. In summary I loved my truck.buying experience and will be recommending everyone to Mission Chevrolet.

Went in looking around, shopping for a new truck. Was met outside by very personable sales Rep. She asked what we were interested in, then showed us to where we wanted to be. She drove trucks around, took us for a test drive, knew all about the models. Moved trucks, brought more trucks for us to see. Then she started doing a work-sheet so that we could get an idea of a price. Did an estimate of my trade in value. After more than two hours. We still did not know a price. The sales manager(??) said would give $15,500 or $16,000 for my trade. I ask her which. Then she ask him. Told her I needed to know the final price, everything, so that could apply to credit union. He said that he didn't want to give me a price, because couldn't beat the other price of a competitor. Sales Rep said that the Manager said about $700 more. But he still wouldn't tell us a price for the truck. Finally we just got up and walked out. The sales rep, just threw up her hands, didn't know what to do, but she lost a sale. For some reason, whatever reason, Mission is very flakey on doing business.

Ramon Acosta, salesman, was very courteous and helpful during the sales event in October, 2012. "Cuas" Ferrer, service representative, was helpful in clearing some problems right after purchase and was courteous & helpful in discovering the cause of steaming under hood with fluid leak from defective cap on coolant reservoir. I have been an owner of GM autos since 1953. Mission Chevrolet continues providing great service in the GM tradition.

went there a few years back but customer service still is pathetic. went in to buy a car. Salesperson Mr.Lujan was great. He took me in to see Mr Savage. Mr Savage was so conceited, egotistical, and so full of himself. Was pressuring me to buy the car. I didn't like his tactics or personality from the start. After he gave me his price for the car I told him "let me talk to my wife and see what she says". He then comes back saying "well, who wears the pants in the family?" I was so appalled by that Rude comment I was actually shocked and didn't say anything. To this day it bothers me that I didn't say anything back to him. He was very unprofessional. He lost me as a customer on that day for life. I'll never go back to that place again. I just want to let people know how he treated me and you decide if you want to deal with people like him at this business. too bad he is still there dealing with customers. I wish his boss would look at the poor reviews his business keeps getting and clean house. Mr Savage definitely needs to shape up and lose his arrogance.
