While cleaning up our new Passat, I discovered a part from the door jam area missing. I contacted Tyler and immediately he and the management said they would order the part and install it for me. How great is that! The part came in quickly and I dropped by to have it installed. This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. Great people and great customer service. To all my fellow NC State Employees and Christians, my credit wasn't the best nor worse. I found a vehicle online at Mitchell Mill Mortors in Raleigh, NC. I began email correspondence with Mr. Allen and within minutes he had me in a superior quality car, approved credit with a monthly payment I could afford. Mr. Allen worked out a down payment unheard of in the 21st Century. I arrived at the lot and began to look at the car for issues. I found one issue with the tires. I shared my concern with Mr. Allen and he responded no problem I will have new tires put on the vehicle, anything else? I was shocked! Most dealers would tell you "It's used, As Is. We sell it like that"! He shared all the maintenance records and details about the car's history. Folks most dealers take advantage of women and buyers who have less than perfect credit. It's normally take it or leave it. Mr. Allen demonstrated outstanding customer service. The transaction was completed within an hour. The service was truly unbelievable. I've worked for NC DOC, NC DPS, and present DHHS. I'm also a clergyman and active in community service for the homelss. I recommend those who need a quality vehicle at a fair price please contact Mr. Allen Jr. first before you look anywhere else. If you think your credit is shot, still contact Mr. Allen Jr. He wants you to have the vehicle of your choice and not necessarily what you can afford. They will search for the vehicle of your dreams with a price you can afford. Please give Mitchell Mill Motors an opportunity to serve you. What you are reading in all of these reviews is spot on. These guys are a little gem of a used car dealership. If you see a car there that you like, don't be afraid to stop just because it is a small lot. I dealt with Allen regarding a lease trade in for a beautiful Mustang GT and the transaction could not have went better. He worked hard to get me a fantastic financing rate and seemed truly eager to get my payments at or below where I wanted to be, even though I had a lot of negative equity. Even after the sale he impressed me. On the way back from buying the car, a tire pressure sensor went out (probably due to the aftermarket rims and tires installed recently). I called him up after taking it by a shop the next day and he OFFERED to pay for replacing all four if they were needed - over $400. It turned out that only one was needed and he took care of everything. That was extraordinary customer service. I was quite surprised. Give them a chance. You will not be disappointed.

I had been looking for several weeks for an SUV visiting many of the big dealers in the Raleigh area. I came across Mitchell Mill on the web and was delighted to find them as easy to work with as the reviews indicated. They had the car I wanted at a fair price and lived up to their reputation of being super friendly, down to earth, thorough, no pressure and respectful. Tyler took care of all of the details as the consummate professional and answered all, and I mean all, of my questions and concerns and followed through with every detail. Thanks, Tyler!!! I can't say enough about this rare gem among a sea of car dealers all over Wake County. This was the best car-buying experience my wife and I have ever had! From the time of walking on the lot, test driving, and doing all the paperwork, it was one hour and 30 minutes. Tyler was absolutely fantastic!! There was no pressure to buy and none of the typical back-and-forth dickering about getting the deal done. Great experience and would highly recommend that if you are in the market for a car, go see Tyler!!

Unbelievable... The wife and I bought a 2007 Cadillac Escalade from Mitchell Mill Motors about 6 weeks ago. Turns out, she hated it! It was way too big for driving around Raleigh. So I take the truck to a nationwide used car re-seller who low balls me to the tune of having to eat 9000 bucks.. Nope... Can't do that. So I take a chance and send James and Tyler an email explaining the situation. They respond and say come on back and we will work something out.. Boy did he! He gave me what I owed on the truck and money off the one I bought. These guys know what customer service is. I can't give them enough praise for the way I was treated. Thank You Guys!!!!

I was looking for a 4th gen 4Runner for a while and visited Mitchell Mill several times to look at one. Initially we couldn't reach an agreement on price (I realized what I was willing to pay initially was pretty low). After looking at a bunch of 4Runners that were either junk, or nice and way too expensive, I gravitated back and we ended up with a deal. It wasn't exactly the color or model that I wanted, but the condition was great and the price fair. Well, the day after I drove it off the lot the A/C failed...turned out to be the evaporator which is not a cheap fix. I was really worried that I would be hung out to dry since it is a used "As-Is" vehicle. I called the dealer up and spoke with Tyler and James and they were very good to work with and worked out a very equitable deal on the A/C repair. Thanks to these guys for standing behind their word! With no time for riding around looking for a good quality Truck, I resorted to browsing the internet. These guys have taken the time to list in detail everything a buyer would want to know about a vehicle and included excellent photos too. The pricing was very reasonable and Tyler the sales rep was super helpful. We settled on a deal and everything we agreed on took place, and he even delivered the vehicle to my home as an extra courtesy. Visited Mitchell Mill Motors on a "looking spree" and ended up buying that very day. Allen and all the guys were great to work with. Not at all "high pressure" but very courteous and easy to deal with. I would absolutely consider purchasing from these guys again. I recently purchased a 2013 F-150 from Mitchell Mill motors. I have to say it was the most pleasant car buying experience Ive ever had, and Ive been through quite a few. I had never heard of these guys prior to the purchase and had all but given up on the truck I was looking for until my wife found this one online. We worked out all of the details through emails and phone calls, made the 4 hour trip to Raleigh for the purchase and we were back on our way home in less than an hour. The truck was top of the line and they gave me a great deal on it. The staff was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Based on the high quality of the vehicles on their lot and how good our experience was, my wife and I will definitely consider them next time were in the market for another vehicle.

Small dealership, about a 3 hour drive from my house. I had been searching for a Lexus RX400h hybrid for about 5 months. Since I live within a 3 hour drive to Raleigh and DC, I had shopped both markets. For the price, it was worth the inconvenience to go to Mitchell Mill Motors. Tyler handled everything over the phone, answered my questions, and had the paperwork waiting for me when I got there. All I had to do was drive the car, and I was sold. It was everything Tyler said it would be. While they are a small "mom and pop" operation, do not be fooled. The owners all worked for a large dealership at one time, so they are well aware of the markup and the games that large dealerships play. They use it to their advantage to sell more with less overhead, at prices that can't be beat.

Allen treated us with respect and was not pushy. They were down to earth guys just wanting to help us get what we wanted which was a good truck at a good price. They didn't try to tire us out by a long negotiation process as we have experienced at larger dealerships in the past. They really tried to treat you like friends. We will definitely keep them at the top of the list in the future when we are looking for a car.

To my surprise, I was greeted by Allen - one of the owners - with courtesy and respect, and an amazingly professional and friendly reception. This was a super experience. Relatively small dealership with terrific late model inventory. Searched a radius of 500 miles from Charlotte for an Expedition and found what I wanted at Mitchell Mill just outside Raleigh. Good and factual information over the phone and no surprises after making the trip. Vehicle clean and as advertised. Easy and professional transaction. Allen even went the "extra mile" dealing with a key problem several months later. My impression is that this dealership uses good sound business practices and the folks of high integrity. I highly recommend.

We had been looking for a new truck for a very long time as my husband is very particular. He found exactly what he was looking for at Mitchell Mill Motors. He contacted them and began working with Tyler who made the process incredibly easy. We live almost three hours away and didn't want to drive all the way to the dealer if they weren't going to work with us. Well, they did! We were able to do a lot of the back and forth on the phone. They had the truck clean and ready to go for a test drive as soon as we got there. We were able to make the deal easily and my husband couldn't be happier.
