We had searched dealerships; i.e. All makes and we always felt like we were being pushed for a quick sale. We took two to three weeks looking and weren't happy. I called M&M to ask if they had the color that we wanted and they had one. We drove down that next Monday and when we met with the guy I had spoke to on the phone, he showed us the car we had discussed and offered us a test drive. My wife finally said this is the one. And that was partly because of our small talk with the salesman Tim while we looked at the car.

I have purchased many vehicles, but this was the easiest experience I have ever experienced. The salesman did everything I asked of him and even made me aware of certain offers that I didn't know about. I was also really impressed with their finance manager. He went through everything with me and answered all of my question. This is a very friendly establishment.

The finical manger did a excellent job to insure he got us the best deal possible to fit our budget.He also showed us the five year / 100,000 mile warranty plan and how it could help us in the future.The salesman also did a good job showing the suv and all the accessories. He also hooked in my wife's phone.

when traveling by dealership i noticed a sales tag hanging from rear view mirror. stopped by, looked in windows and original list price. once i got home, i called dealership, and most of everything was handled over the phone, which is great compared to sitting at a deaelrship all day. once everything was agreed on, a time was set, went to dealership handled paperwork, and met a few people. 30-45 minuets later, i was on my way home. Quick and to the point makes things simple and efficient, they way i like it.

Went to M&M Hyundai, test drove the vehicle I had done research on, presented folder with all information to begin transaction and left with my new 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT. About the same story almost 12 years ago when I bought my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe from M&M Hyundai, had did the research and was ready to deal.

I was referred to M&M by a friend. I walked in expecting to just test drive a Sonata, I was SURE there was no way I could purchase that day... I treated with the utmost respect from the moment I walked in! It was great to have someone listen to what I wanted and needed from a new car without being TOLD what I needed! I LOVE my new car! I recently bought a new sonata at M&M in Alexandria. This is the first new car I've bought and it was a lot of fun. I was met at the door by Mike with the keys for the vehicle I came to look at. A friend told him that I would be coming by to look at a new Azera that day. I never made any contact with M&M prior to this, so I was impressed that he was be ready for me. After the test drive we decided to buy the vehicle. Because it was late Saturday, Mike could not have the vehicle detailed prior to my purchase, because the crew had already left for the day. He gave me the keys and told me to come back on Monday to complete the purchase of the car. M&M let me take a brand new Azera home for the weekend on my word that I would come back on Monday to purchase it. WOW! We finished up the paperwork Monday morning while M&M detailed the vehicle and filled up the tank. I was already happy with what was turning out to be a perfect buying experience, but then the finance department topped it off by finding an additional $600 dollars off the overall price we had already agreed upon. They beat every other dealership in price from Shreveport to Houston. I will return to purchase again from M&M. Thanks.

I felt extremely comfortable as soon as I walked into the building. My sales consultant Mr Clayton Mills was very polite and patient with me. Although I didn't know much about cars and buying one, he made sure to explain every detail about each step we were taking. I was quite pleased with my experience and I would gladly recommend them.

I enjoyed being served by the staffed. They explained everything and went out of there way to help us. Although the car was not cleaned very well when we picked it back up. The tape residue is still on the windows. Not even attempted to be removed.

Since I purchase my 2011 Hyundai Sonata in 2014.Mr. Allan who work in the service department at M&M Hyundai. If I have a problem or issue with my vehicle, he is the one I call, because he will take care of any issue I have with my vehicle. He make sure his customer is treated right. He has a pleasant spirit. He is also a people person will help you with any needs to satisfy his customer. He is the man with the plan. I appreciate his customer service, I never meet anyone like him that is so compassionate.

This is my third visit to your repair service. I have found the service dept to be very impersonalable. I walked up and they walked off without any explanation. I waited and finally as I began to walk back to my car someone came out. Still cold and on the verge of being rude. There was no good morning how may I help you. There was a look like you can tell me why you are here now. This morning I received the same treatment. I have worked in the service industry for 26 1/2 years and I know good customer service when I feel it. I must admit my convince level is extremely low.
